In these troubled times, where can we find cause for hope? Responding to questions from Frédéric Lenoir and Leili Anvar, artists, thinkers, and writers chart paths along which to follow. These are all invitations: to cultivate indignation in the face of injustice with Stéphane Hessel; to embody living together in a fruitful unity with Jean Vanier; to listen to a "voice of the end of silence" with Sylvie Germain; to celebrate, beyond the darkness, joy with Magda Hollander-Lafon; or, in the words of the poet Salah Stétié, to each add a little humanity to humanity... These testimonies, as well as the exemplary journey of Etty Hillesum evoked by Karima Berger, are bearers of unsuspected hope.
