Summary

In the Italian countryside of the 16th century , a man is found in the home of a presumed witch, unconscious and covered in mysterious drawings. He is taken to the nearest monastery, in the care of Dom Salvatore. Mute and suffering from amnesia, the young man reveals an extraordinary talent for painting religious icons... But that's not all! Since he has been staying in the holy place, several monks have been found dead in these strange circumstances... That's why when he regains his speech and memory, Dom Salvatore is more than eager to know his story. It began in the year of grace 1533, in the village where his destiny changed when his gaze met that of Elena, a noble signorina beyond his reach... Driven from his village, he will cross paths with the fascinating Luna, who will make him a very dire prophecy...
