Thursday, December 31, 2015 – Blaise – Thank you
. I had the opportunity to listen to you on YouTube. Thank you for your realistic optimism. It is true that everything seems to be going from bad to worse, but it is undeniable that the number of those who are awakening is growing exponentially, which is a joy! (Mindfulness in Business, meditation in kindergarten, followers of enlightened contemporaries like Eckhart Tolle, Mooji, Jack Kornfield, among a multitude of others, including you). The allegory of the crowd that lets itself be carried away by the river of illusion (the dead being those who practice this exercise best!!) made me think of another: The river flows inexorably, carrying us all away, from our source to our source. We are free to try to swim against the current, but the banks roll by at the same speed and in the same way, whether we let ourselves be carried along serenely or whether we persist in trying to go upstream, terrified by the flow of life which (by Grace) is totally beyond our control. Yours – Blaise

– Ada – Star of the Year Star of the Year

Be your disciple for a day
Words turn into love,
The star into friendship,
Joy into sharing, into peace.

"Of lasting and all-encompassing happiness."
I find you quite normal.
Your books are gifts,
Good times... words.

Pleasure, even if present
, is fleeting in the moment.
Linked to the outside world,
it is passing, flies away.

Happiness is harmony,
Finding meaning in life.
Connected within, present in the moment
Just enjoying the moment.

Regarding joy,
we work on ourselves.
Being in love with others
Towards a deeper path, our own.

I wish you for the New Year
Be yourself, present enough!
The past is absent
The future nonexistent.

Sing more at the piano
While writing words.
"Live things whole enough"
You are the star, the light.

“Optimistic, utopian”
Towards a better, unique world!
“Say yes to life”
Thank you for existing, my friend!

– Giga amoroso – The power of joy A little present with another of my poems to share with you and your readers all the joy and Love of our life!
“Love, divine affiliation
Love, such a universal value
Unpredictable emotion always free,
Magic treasure in rainbow colors,

Both a joy of loving and of living
So difficult to retain for our balance
At the slightest ray of happiness it vibrates,

Light of the soul ignored by DNA
Omnipresent in all, offered to all
Unlike our demon, hatred
Perceptible madness of ignominy in us,

being the sole guardians of our origins
without a divine force Are we only its beneficiaries
or, above all, its testamentary protectors?

Let us meet you, brother.
Let us comfort your fears, sister.
Let us protect your life, your feelings, mother.
Let us relieve your misery, your heart.

Let us save, let us respect your children, Father
. Against all those whom our prayers push away,
Opposed to your happy kingdom,
Our Love will overcome them!

Monday, December 28, 2015 – Perit ut vivat – The Soul of the World
The Soul of the World is the first book by Frédéric Lenoir that I have had the pleasure of reading. This tale clearly highlights the common foundation of all spiritual approaches. It provides an excellent resource for initiating spiritual research and embarking on the paths of wisdom.

Sunday, December 27, 2015 – Monique – Thank you!
Mr. Frédéric Lenoir
I am finishing your book “ The Power of Joy
No, I am not finishing it…
I am going through it sentence by sentence!
I believe that you have converted my outlook…
that you are helping me to make each day… “A hymn to JOY”. Thank you!

Sunday, December 27, 2015 – Eve (e.jones@co-sarineouest.ch) – The power of the joy of reading you…
Thank you for putting into words what lies deep in our hearts.

Sunday, December 27, 2015 – Marli Brito – Reading
Hello Sir, I am Brazilian, I just finished reading the book ( The Power of Joy ). This book is a real therapy for those who do not believe in the joy and/or happiness that are within us!! I am also reading The Soul of the World and I love it. These books are of great importance to me, they help me see the love I have for myself and for others and this joy that comes from heaven and earth also present in my life. Thank you for this book

Friday, December 25, 2015 – Claude Gudô (clocol@yahoo.fr) – Joy
Thank you Frédéric for your book The Power of Joy ; when I'm feeling a bit blue, I read and reread Etty Hillesum, I look at myself in the mirror, I call myself names and it feels much better; ah! My ego!!!! And I'm full of joy.

Sunday, December 20, 2015
– Parfumvanille – Reading of The Soul of the World I didn't know Frédéric Lenoir and I came across a conference on YouTube... I got the book The Soul of the World , it's the most beautiful book I've read in my entire life and God knows I love reading. This book touched my soul with its writings... reflections. It will follow me for the rest of my life, because it is full of wisdom and when I am not feeling well morally, I will draw from the source of this magnificent gift of life... Thank you Mr. Lenoir!

– Olivier – Congratulations I listened to you in Pau, during the symposium "New Consciousness, New Humanity."
It was the first time. I bought the book The Power of Joy , my first reading about you. Thank you and Bravo, your book is clear, concise. It goes to the essential without being simplistic. Reading it, brings Joy. The differences between the philosophies of happiness and joy, the perspective of the three philosophers (especially Spinoza) are very well presented. The concept of "unbinding" and "rebinding" is excellent. Accompanied by active joy and passive joy, it leads us to its emergence. All this illustrated by the right balance of your life testimony, it is touching. Reading you, the path of stories inspires you. If I may, in the Lord of the Rings there is a character who perfectly illustrates The Power of Joy, it is Tom Bombadil. An enigma, only one chapter is dedicated to it by Tolkien (Volume I, Chap. VII)… Do you know it?

– Baba Thank you for everything you bring us in this difficult world where individualism reigns supreme. A huge fan of your writings, I have passed this love on to those around me. The Little Treatise on Inner Life has been my bedside book for several years.

Sunday, December 6, 2015
– Chris – Thank you I was also present Tuesday evening in Onesse and Laharie. I very much appreciated your intervention and the exchange that followed. I wanted to express my gratitude for these precious moments and for your writings, always intellectually and “humanly” enriching. I started reading you ten years ago with the historical novel co-written with V. Cabesos, The Angel's Promise , and in another register with the investigation into the Da Vinci Code. Since then I have been following your publications and those on spirituality and happiness have given me a certain support, almost a comfort, in difficult times. Thank you for that.

Friday, December 4, 2015
– Dany – Thank you for F. Lenoir's books! Frédéric Lenoir's books are always at my bedside! I never fall asleep without having reread a passage of my choice! I immediately feel a great sense of calm and my slightest anxieties disappear! I hope to be able to attend one of his conferences one day!… A big thank you to him! With all my gratitude! Dany.

Tuesday, December 1, 2015 – pat4740 – Many thanks!!
Mr. Frédéric Lenoir, during your visit to Onesse and Laharie, which was requested many times, you had already made us aware through all your countless writings, and the icing on the cake, having you in front of us and listening to you without missing a single one of your words was an immense sharing and communion. Hoping that everyone in the audience will have drawn from your words answers or at least a path to follow to move towards well-being, happiness, joy by reaching out to others. Thank you again, and personally I already have several of your works in my possession.
Continue to distil your knowledge and your experiences, by explaining things simply so that your audience has a total understanding of what remains to be done in this life and by avoiding the pitfalls scattered here and there!!

– patricia.marrasse@sfr.fr – PAU Symposium The JOY of living… Hello everyone, hello to Frédéric Lenoir, whom I would like to thank deeply for using simple words and examples from life, from his life, to allow us to reconnect with our inner child and the power of joy. I treated myself to this conference because it was the word JOY that called me or attracted me? Now it is the beautiful person that you are who has also touched me enormously. You speak from your heart, with humility and kindness for each of us and for life in general. Thank you for this lovely attention. A little anecdote: you agreed to dedicate your book to me with my pen and in particular the color “pink” the color of joy! I didn’t dare give it to you. When we accept everything about ourselves, when we accept everything about others, when we accept life as it is, then joy is always there. A BIG THANK YOU.

Monday, November 30, 2015 – Doll – Message
A big thank you for your books, they help me live with a certain serenity, even though life hasn't been kind to me. Of course, I've had the joy of experiencing beautiful things, but happiness is fleeting. Life offers you great joys, but it also knows how to give you very painful slaps. The day I felt like everything was falling apart around me, I would have liked to have The Little Treatise on Inner Life near me. Luckily, at that moment, there were the children; they needed me and their dad. We faced it, but we were hurt. Facing it is easy to say but not easy to do. After years of going downhill, encounters allowed us to come back to the surface and forced us to ask ourselves questions. Thank you for the latest book, The Power of Joy , which did not come by chance in these troubled times; hatred must not dominate men.

– Sandra – You are fascinating to listen to… interesting! Good evening, I could listen to you for hours… 🙂 Your appearance on the show “Tout le monde en parle” led me to read your book Du bonheur un voyage philosophique . I love philosophy, theology and spirituality. The world needs people like you. You do us good and thank you for who you are! I promised myself to attend one of your conferences during your next visit to Quebec.

– Rainbow – 13 in the dark Joy! How difficult it is, as this month of November is marked by darkness and sadness, and also by guilt.
You have constantly alerted your readers to the limits of our economic model and the risks of exacerbated religious practices. We can describe, we can prevent, but it is hard to change the world and its people and make it more beautiful. Yet, we must persist. You have the truth, or a kind of truth if you prefer. I cannot explain it, but there you go, I thought of you!

– Audo In these difficult and upsetting times, a little Native American Wisdom.
An old Indian explains to her grandson that each of us has two wolves within us who are fighting.
The first wolf represents serenity, love, and kindness. The second wolf represents fear, greed, and hatred.
“Which of the two wolves wins?” the child asks. The one we feed, the grandfather replies.
Let’s add that we can fight ignorance and nourish joy. Thank you for your latest book, which I will take the time to read.

– Seulenange (marieangeseulen@yahoo.fr) – Sharing a little story We may have met, dear Frédéric, around the 1980s in the corridors of Mother Teresa's hospice in Calcutta. There was a little girl lying there, and no one went near her. They called her "infernal." And she had scabies. As soon as she saw me, she would stick her tongue out straight away. I thought it was funny, we would look at each other. Then one day, she grabbed my hand, and then I understood that she wanted to be caressed. So, too bad for the scabies, I massaged her, as a mother would probably do, and that's when she began to sing, with such a pure voice. She never stopped singing, this little Indian girl, so small, so abandoned. It was a beautiful gift... Joy. And I never had scabies, even though I almost died in Calcutta, but that's another story...

– Cathia – The Power of Joy Given the circumstances, the conference at the Folies Bergère remains a missed opportunity for me. I was content last night with the program on France 5 where you reawakened my enthusiasm. One thing is certain, I will reread your book The Power of Joy , a book that is an antidote to the prevailing gloom, and I hope to see you next time…

Tuesday, November 17, 2015
– Cat16 – Thank you I just wanted to thank you for this pure moment of joy shared with you last night at the Folies Bergère.
Thank you for your books, thank you for your love and kindness, I hope to share this joy of living with you for a long time to come.

Monday, November 9, 2015 – Anne-Do – Do we arrive in the world happy?
During a small group session, very contrasting feelings came up. It seemed that I didn't really want to come; but a feeling of resignation inhabited me... This was the only way I could evolve. A feeling that has stayed with me. Today I am a laborer of happiness... but I wasn't born with it. My question: are babies born happy? THANK YOU FOR YOUR WORDS and your books.

Saturday, November 7, 2015
– El–dji Hassan – Thank you Your book Coeur de cristal is a joy, it is a pleasure to read you, so much emotion in each title, thank you for the videos, I love your words.

Saturday, November 7, 2015 – Nadine (nadine.prentout@neuf.fr) – The Power of Joy
Hello, it is with a few tears of joy that I close your book The Power of Joy . A joy to read! Crystal clear! So here is an opportunity to say THANK YOU, to thank you for your open mind and generous heart. With Lytta Basset's book The Impregnable Joy, what an enrichment! Thank you again.

Saturday, November 7, 2015 – Ada – Hello from Montreal,
Frédéric, I met you indirectly a short while ago. I came across an article you wrote in Montreal this year, and since then I haven't stopped reading and watching interviews with you online. I find the way you talk about happiness really different. I've read several articles and books on the subject that has interested me for several years, but what I find most rewarding is the way you talk about spirituality, Greek thought, the benefits of Buddhist meditation, Christianity, and current scientific research. All of this gives me a greater openness to the subject and many others. I can't wait to have more free time to read your books. Delighted to meet you!!!!

Tuesday, November 3, 2015 – Jean-Claude – Expression of Gratitude
Hello Frédéric, I am very happy to be able to express my gratitude for all of your work, whether it is broadcast on air, in video, or in literary form. For years, I have been a loyal listener of “Racines du Ciel,” a program that is as useful as ever for giving real spiritual perspectives to our contemporaries. The philosophical column “Paths of Wisdom” that you now present there is fascinating. As for your works, they not only demonstrate the extent of your knowledge, but they also have a rare quality, that of escaping the dryness of essays. We meet a man there, who communicates the results of his research with warmth and openness, with the rigor of the subject but without academic pedantry. They are true “aids for living,” and I particularly appreciate the last one, dedicated to Joy. Thank you for everything, and may your journey continue to enlighten us! Yours.

– Vanessa – You are an inspiration , Frédéric. Hello, I stumbled upon a gem, The Soul of the World . This marvel has comforted me even more in my desire to read to the grown-ups, the tales of wisdom. I hope to be able to realize this dream, and to do it in the treehouse, and to have the honor of sharing your words of intelligent heart to other lands. A big thank you and may the light accompany you forever.

Monday, October 26, 2015 – Régine – Reading Testimonial
Good evening Frédéric. I recently discovered you during the cruise in Norway. Your conferences gave me another perspective on the world and a different open-mindedness. Since my return, I have read several of your books: novels Nina , a philosophical tale Crystal Heart, The Soul of the World and I have just finished The Healing of the World which I found exceptional! Thank you for this beautiful essay with a note of hope for our sick world. The entire planet should read this marvelous and optimistic book. For my part, I will make sure to recommend it to those around me (to my children, husband and friends). Thank you Frédéric for these beautiful moments of hope!

– Cathia – The Power of Joy After reading the Little Treatise on Inner Life , Crystal Heart , The Soul of the World , On Happiness, a Philosophical Journey, during these two weeks of vacation (I am a primary school teacher), I immersed myself with delight in The Power of Joy . Your books are among the essentials on the path that helps me listen more and more to my inner music and to be fully present in every moment of my life. Furthermore, I wanted to tell you that I read with pleasure in class, passages taken from The Soul of the World during my little “philosophy” sessions and the students understand with their hearts all the messages of wisdom, gathered in this marvelous tale. I am now looking forward to attending your next conference at the Folies Bergère in sharing and joy. A big thank you…

– Anoushka – The Power of Joy Reading this book, I was filled with joy, speechless, happy upheaval, a rainbow. This book is a marvel, a marvel… All my gratitude until my last breath

– Stéphanie – Thank you!! Hello Fréderic Lenoir, and THANK YOU! Thank you for your simple writing. I just read The Soul of the World and A Little Treatise on Inner Life . So how can I tell you? Wow! Bravo! As a shaman in Bali told me, “Life is not serious, so let’s not be.” Let’s laugh, let’s enjoy the joy of this Life, at every moment, it will repay us a hundredfold. Again, THANK YOU from all my Soul. Have a wonderful day. Stéphanie B.

– Claudio Delhorno – On Happiness, a Philosophical Journey I bought your book at Trudeau Airport, leaving for ten days of duty as a surgeon in a small town in New Brunswick. I devoured your book, loved it. I thought I would relive my year of philosophy at Laval University, in 1965. This subject, HAPPINESS, has interested me since I was 18. I know thanks to you that I will have to start spending time with Spinoza, of whom I only knew the name. A thousand thanks. I carry your book everywhere I go.

Friday, October 9, 2015
– Marta – When will we be in Strasbourg? “Addicted” to your words through reading, I wonder when the Alsatians will have the chance to see and hear you “live”…

Tuesday, September 15, 2015
– Leïla – Thank you During and after reading The Soul of the World , I really got out of my ego, so I thank the Soul of the World and Frédéric for this moment of great harmony between body, mind and soul. When will you come to Carcassonne?

Thursday, September 10, 2015
– Pascal – Happiness or initiation through trial? Quest for happiness or initiation through trial? The comfort of fetal fusion love or worldly satisfactions is the antithesis of individuation through pain and anguish, associated with the state of abandonment… of the mother and the father. Does the Christ-like passion, experienced in pain, conclude with “thank you, life, for these moments of happiness” or with “woman, here is your son” and then “father, why have you abandoned me?” Happiness, the opium of the people, constitutes the grossest lure of maya, the worldly sensual illusion.
Timothy: “Indeed, a time will come when some will no longer want to listen to the right teaching. But they will instead follow their desires. They will call upon a host of teachers who will tell them what they want to hear. They will close their ears to the truth and open them to listen to lies. But you, be reasonable in all things. Endure hardship, work to proclaim the Good News, be a perfect servant of God.

– Vincent (vincent.arraud@yahoo.fr) – Acknowledgments Hello Sir, I simply wanted to express my thanks and gratitude for your book: Petit traité d'histoire des religions (which I only recently discovered). I really appreciated this work, its overview (moving in my eyes), its perspective, its kindness, its lack of judgment. I discovered quite a few things and as I am curious about many things and have a strong need for spirituality, you have opened up new horizons for me. In fact, I have continued with your novel L'Âme du Monde . Involuntarily, you have led me to take an interest in Buddhism, which I am currently studying and which interests me greatly. I have also noticed other works of yours that attract me. Our era prefers to criticize and highlight what is wrong, especially in the professional field, so it seems important to me to also highlight successes and congratulate them. So, once again, I express my gratitude for your book. Sincerely,

Wednesday, September 9, 2015
– Antoine – The Oracle of the Moon Thank you, Mr. Lenoir, this book makes me feel the need to know the origins of my religion.
Thank you.

Wednesday, September 2, 2015
– Hubertcharles – Comment M SERRES Very interested in your works or programs and have been for a long time, I am passionate about my work with young people as a middle school principal. I would like to say that I was shocked by the false optimism of Michel Serres, whose book I had appreciated, when he mentioned the "right" of poor countries to catch up by polluting, when he compared the "few executions" of Daesh to the death penalty abolished in France, the addiction to screens to the reading practiced previously... What do you think?

Tuesday, September 1, 2015
– Cécile – Nice to read “Short treatise on inner life” I am a fan of philosophical books. This book was very pleasant to read because of its “simplicity”. I can’t wait to read On Happiness , which is not on my e-reader. You must have studied the different religions at length to have so many references. There was a time (as a teenager) when I called myself a Buddhist. I am looking for happiness in my life. It’s a very difficult life that I have had until now, but since I had my children, I am happy. Despite the fear of illness and death, I am alive. You often write that you have to undergo psychotherapy or psychoanalysis to get rid of your fears; I have seen many psychologists and am followed by a psychiatrist. Can’t we overcome our fears alone, can’t we nourish ourselves with readings like yours to calm our minds? It's difficult these days to find (or even afford) a good psychotherapist. Thank you.

Sunday, August 30, 2015
– Marguerite – Thank you Your shows and books shed light on my life path. After each reading or listening, I feel much better and confident, with an even stronger desire to continue my quest for happiness and further develop my spirituality. Thank you Thank you for everything, for your insights, and your generosity.

Tuesday, August 25, 2015 – Ameline – “The Roots of Heaven” program
Hello, I sometimes listen to your program “The Roots of Heaven.” Sometimes I am fascinated, sometimes I am touched, sometimes I am left wanting more… And that’s good, because that’s what prompted me to read E. Hillesum, T. d’Avila, S. Weil,… Thank you. Your program guided me in these readings. I appreciate the respect and interest you show. I appreciate the gentleness, delicacy, and erudition of your collaborator Leili Anvar. We feel all the work of a competent team behind it, and it’s admirable. Gandhi wrote that “religion is a single tree with many branches. If we only see the branches, we are tempted to say that there are many religions; but if we see the whole tree, we understand that there is only one religion.” And that's precisely the opinion your show inspires in me. Little lights are activating everywhere in this world. Doing one's best. I understood that before doing, I had to love. God is there.

Tuesday, August 25, 2015
– Fabi Hello, I happened to hear an excerpt from the show “Tout le monde en parle” on the theme of “happiness” and it made me want to read you and gave me a few minutes of “happiness”. Thank you

Saturday, August 22, 2015 – Jacques Fradet – The Book of Wisdoms
These comments from 2015: but my word, they are ex-votos!! I'm joking.
But I don't find any praise for The Book of Wisdoms under the direction of Frédéric Lenoir, and the participation of some fifty eminent specialists. What a gem (50 metric carats)! For the past 4 years (retired) I have read and reread two or three chapters every day! It has made me discover the abyss of ignorance in which I was plunged and is allowing me to gradually fill in the gaps! A formidable fresco of the history of humanity, all azimuths, this book has become the most precious in my library. I highly recommend it to everyone. Generally easy to read. See the description on this site ( Books ). Bravo Frédéric and THANK YOU. JF

Sunday, August 16, 2015
– Elsa – Thanks Simply. Thank you… to you. Again, again and again… I am finishing The Soul of the World and now, a little richer internally from your teaching, I am continuing the work necessary for my soul, my mind and my heart.

Tuesday, August 11, 2015
– Cyril – Thank you. I recently listened to the audio version of your book, A Little Treatise on Inner Life, and I really enjoyed it. Your book and your confessions moved me a lot, and I find myself quite involved in your journey. There are a lot of positive changes in my life at the moment, and I'm discovering a spiritual component that I didn't know about, but which soothes me and brings me a lot of joy. I had already listened to Socrates, Jesus, Buddha, and 3 Masters of Life, which I also really enjoyed. As an aside, I listened to your books during my morning runs. I love reading, but unfortunately, I don't have enough time, so I'm trying to find ways to discover new things. Thank you in any case for these books; they made me want to read more of yours... as soon as I finished the pile on my nightstand. Kind regards.

Thursday, August 6, 2015
– Cathia – Acknowledgments Hello, I discovered you while reading the Little Treatise on Inner Life and since then I have enjoyed surfing your ocean of wisdom, searching the internet for one of your interviews where you speak so well about happiness.
As a primary school teacher, like all my colleagues, we modestly try to guide students along the winding paths of reflection, which is why I wanted to thank you for illuminating our steps. Next reading: Crystal Heart

Friday, July 31, 2015 – Laïla – The Soul of the World
I am currently finishing The Soul of the World . This book is doing me a world of good. I find myself in what is written because I am learning to connect with the rest of the world, to accept what is and to finally savor every moment of life. This book encourages me on my initiatory path. I am happy to be here and now, happy with the life I have. Every encounter I have is a gift that I savor. Your book is one of these encounters. Thank you. I wish you a very beautiful day, always full of love.

Sunday, July 26, 2015
– Nat – Thank you!! Totally overwhelmed by the events of January 7, 2015 and the days that followed, I began to put my life back in order and my journey led me to your books… what a revelation!! You express exactly the values that I have always carried within me!! The state of the world could plunge us into despair but the evidence of the strength of goodness and the beauty of the human soul is also not lacking and I choose hope! And to no longer silence this hope but to carry it!! Currently in a zone of turbulence (at 36, I believe that I am a fine example of the process of individuation :), I am still looking for the way to follow to do it but it is impossible that I let cynicism push me to inaction again. And all this, in joy because life is breathtakingly beautiful if you look closely! The trials are there not to cut us off from this beauty but to remind us to pay more and more attention to it.

Thursday, July 16, 2015
– Marido Poyau – Thank you!!! I just listened to the “Chemins de sagesse” broadcasts.
What a magnificent synthesis!!! A huge thank you for this message and all my gratitude for your beautiful presence in the world.

– Anneliese – Christian Bobin in “Les Racines du Ciel” There are “inspired” mornings…
6:45 a.m., the radio winks at you…
today, I MUST tune in to France Culture!
Superb! Life in all its beauty, its Joy! Christian Bobin in all his states!
Beautiful start to the day…. no doubt: I love him! laughter…

Friday, July 10, 2015 – Anoushka – Rediscovering the Power of the Gospel
You speak of it with the beautiful strength of your heart. Thank you very much for this video conference. It also helped me understand and read the Bible. With your visionary view of the religious-spiritual world. The story is reminiscent of your books, How Jesus Became God , The Philosopher Christ . After my teenage rejection of Catholicism/atheism, not knowing philosophy, I chose to go towards Buddhism. Everything changed three years ago, during a walk and sitting meditation near a forest where there is a Christ on the Cross… Unspeakable. My gaze had fled this cross that broke my heart, it is with open arms that I finally found it. Mocked, denied, misunderstood in my distance from Buddhism, yet I still feel close to it without being “Buddhist” but not “Catholic” and rather agnostic in tendency. In short, I never liked labels, I follow my star. Touched, with tears in my eyes, by the way you speak of Christ and the Gospel, I finally feel understood. THANK YOU.

Tuesday, June 30, 2015 – Thierry – Testimony
First, a very great calm, from this calm is born the energy of infinite love at the level of the solar plexus, at the same time the same force descends from the top of the skull, the two join and are one. This force unites us to all existing things, to all beings. It is absolute happiness, we recognize it, we know that it is what we really are, what we must find in this life. Joy is absolute, a feeling of love for everything animates us. We recognize the truth of the basic message of all religions without preferring any one. The force (today I would say energy) does not go away, we look away to return to our activities and the force diminishes over three days (duration of the experience approximately thirty minutes). Thank you for your teachings which are precious to me.

Tuesday, June 23, 2015 – Elena – Education
I studied Human Sciences – Educational Sciences and a year after my defense, I am still racking my brains trying to figure out how to integrate “psycho-philo-spiritual” teaching into school. Explaining such a complex and long path to intellectuals who are still very Cartesian (yes, still….) with quantitative methods is a real battle (especially an internal one, yes :)). You have a talent for transmitting knowledge and I really enjoy listening to you. And thinking about it afterwards.

Monday, June 22, 2015 – Tom – Thank you.
Having been interested in religion in general for some time, I got hold of your little treatise on the history of religions, which I read with passion. It made me want to learn even more about the vast subject of spirituality. Right after that (by chance, by fate?...) a friend gave me The Soul of the World , knowing that it would be a good fit for me. In addition to the principles of life and the advice that this book gave me, it truly moved me. So for this experience, simply: thank you!

– Geneviève Lavagne-Jeysy – Happiness Hello Frédéric, I just discovered you through this book I picked up by chance at the library; I just watched your interview “Tout le monde en parle” in Quebec. I smiled when I heard you say that your size (small) had made you self-conscious, mine (large) made me self-conscious too. Quickly: my life was difficult, I was in a state of perpetual anger. I worked in a profession in which you have to keep your distance. And I “found myself” when I took my “retirement” (forced, but now lived fully) by deciding to let go, to reach out to others without complexes. And to try to help others through an association, a bridge between students and “old hands” so that the former can learn about business thanks to the experience of the latter. Thank you, thank you, for the simplicity with which you put words to feelings that are sometimes difficult to define.

Friday, June 19, 2015 – Titou – Happiness
I am currently reading your book: On the Happiness I Was Offered, and it resonates with the text of the priest of St Cloud written in 92 and which he himself distributed at the exit of the station upon the arrival of all the trains. Why is everything going wrong? Well, here it is: there is a monumental and universal ERROR: everyone is looking for their own happiness, and it is a search ultimately doomed to failure, because:
HAPPINESS IS A SUBLIME AND FLEETING COMMODITY: IT EVAPORATES WHEN WE WANT TO APPROPRIATE IT, BUT IF WE GIVE IT AWAY, IT ABOUNDS AND GROWS! (it is the only thing we can give without having it!) I have experienced it and it is truly TRUE! Thank you for your writings.

Monday, June 15, 2015 – Gena – Society
In this consumerist world where many of us are looking for a different path, it's so good to hear people with as much discernment and credibility as you get involved. However, don't you think that our free will and our happiness depend instead on 50% of our responsibility and 50% on the politicians who govern us. And if they govern us, it's because we put them in power. So we are also responsible for them. I wonder why you never talk about politics...

– Marie (mtguyonnet@hotmail.fr) – Thanks Thank you, Frédéric, for all your messages that you deliver with such fluidity, simplicity, and humility that give meaning to life. During the cruise to the North Cape, thank you for the depth, discernment, and quality of your conferences that enchanted me and many of us. Your positivity is a model of happiness. The desire to want to be like you. Looking forward to seeing you again. The rocker in a black dress.

– Ariel – Happiness Hello, I have just finished two of your books which I devoured: On Happiness, a Journey , The Soul of the World . Do you know the Austrian psychologist Paul Diel? He has done scientific work on the functioning of the human psyche which is at the heart of your life harmony. The problem is that, like Spinoza, he is difficult to understand. He deserves someone like you to make him more accessible to the many people who aspire to be rather than to have. Your books do us good and especially your way of being. Kind regards.

– Judith (judithepenoy@hotmail.fr) – Memories of the cruise in Norway A big thank you to Fréderic Lenoir for his 4 conferences during our cruise in Norway. I finally put a word on my feelings since always "SPIRITUALITY" and not religion. I will slowly continue to approach meditation (centering myself, connecting and radiating...). I regret not having exchanged personally with him. The approach was nevertheless easy but a shyness (which I do not usually have) probably prevented me. I will not forget these beautiful landscapes, the walks on the deck in the middle of the night where there were very few of us to admire this luminosity and this famous midnight sun. And thank you also to the speakers Oliver Mignon and Bruno Guégan. A beautiful trip (despite a few small tourist traps...lol...)

– Isabelle – Happy Birthday I was reading The Soul of the World and, being a huge fan of all your books, I clicked on the internet without really being sure of finding a site about you. Very happy that this is finally the case, I realize that your birthday is today!! So I allow myself, in the middle of all these kind messages and comments in love with this philosophy of life and stories with which you intoxicate us and which often take us to unusual and wonderful places, to wish you a wonderful birthday!

– Anoushka – The Quest for Crystal Heart Reflection on my rereading of this book, which will remain the most important to me. How many Princes or Princesses have been sent on this path? The quest for a soulmate is impossible love, a dead end. The very idea of love between soulmates, twins, is unthinkable, unacceptable, deadly. But fraternal friendship remains, sparkling beyond time and death. Is the soulmate the quest for another self or the quest for oneself? Knowledge of oneself, of others, on the paths of the world, in the thirst for love, for love that liberates. For love that discreetly beneath the ashes of time, always warms the heart in the most icy winter. Like the robin, about whom one wonders how, by what miracle, such a small bird can continue to sing in the frosty tree and the cold. Presence, pure love. There is no soulmate, there is only either a sister or a friend, a soulmate, friendship, pure love. The pure love of another soul, pure love in itself saves. This sun of the heart in itself.

– Stéphane (sgodet75@hotmail.com) – My God… Why? Dear Frédéric Lenoir, I don't understand why the last confessions of Abbé Pierre, collected in this magnificent little book, have sparked controversy. On the contrary, they express the wisdom and lucidity of a man who lived through nearly a century transforming our vision of poverty. I am not a practicing Christian, but reading certain pages upset me and made me question the mystery of this faith that had been extinguished in me for a very long time. I almost felt a kind of presence there! Thank you!

– Christine – Thank you A huge thank you for making your culture, your wisdom, theoretical, empirical, rich in lessons, in which we find ourselves, understandable and accessible to as many people as possible (Pocket edition)… What a talented transmitter! Warmly

– Annick Martin – The Roots of Heaven: book reference Hello Frédéric, I am attaching the reference to the book mentioned by Françoise Héritier during your last broadcast on Sunday, April 26: Mark Haddon, The Bizarre Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time , Pocket 2005.

– Guihome – Acknowledgments Hello Frédéric, I discovered you while watching this Quebec show and I wanted to thank you for the messages you convey. It's a real breath of fresh air for people who aspire to simple, true happiness and to live a fulfilling life. Thank you a thousand times and above all, continue to delight us with your optimism, your enlightened vision of the world, our society and the very meaning of life.

– euredia@hotmail.com – Thank you , simply thank you. Thanks to your book “Petit traité de vie intérieure,” I realize that I am not alone in feeling and living life as you describe it in your book. There are at least two of us. And judging by the comments I’m discovering on your site, there are so much more to us than that!
Simply thank you. Because you have put words to the emotions and feelings I’ve had since I was born. Thank you for deciding one day to share your knowledge. Best wishes to you.

– Stéphane (sgodet75@hotmail.com) – A Short Treatise on the Inner Life Dear Frédéric Lenoir, after nearly twenty years of research, your book has brought me many new insights. I found myself in your journey and your quest for truth. This book deserves to be on every bedside table and in everyone's hands because it conveys a great humanity, essential today for facing the difficulties of our world and our existence.

Friday, April 24, 2015 – Lynda
Thank you for your book, On Happiness: A Philosophical Journey . A wonderful journey to meet all these wise men. Condensed food for the mind and for reflection.

Sunday, April 19, 2015
– Aran – Karlfried Dürckheim Very interesting program, fascinating remarks from Mr. Castermane (I am currently reading The Concept of Anguish - man as a synthesis of body - mind / time - eternity, etc. - and realized that with this philosopher too, there are surprising correspondences with the "spiritual" thought (to put it quickly) presented... I then informed myself about Dürckheim and find it very regrettable that your guest omitted a detail, in my opinion not insignificant, from his biography: his adherence to the NSDAP and Nazi propaganda (at the very time of his encounter with Japanese culture). Very surprising also, that the Wiki France article does not mention it either, unlike those in English and German. A little more critical sense and political and ethical awareness will not hurt...

– pierre.hamon1@neuf.fr – La Parole perdue Hello, simply thank you for this historical book full of different loves. A great moment of happiness and pleasure to have met these characters and to have imagined them and to have shared their suffering and happiness. Sincerely, Pierre.

– Sylvie – Thank you Thank you for everything you write. I like everything. Thank you for the TV show. I tuned in mid-stream. I liked everything you said, and then your name stood out. And I listened to it a second time. I had already read some of your books. I didn't know your face. Like Mathieu Ricard, I think that Good is everywhere. And I am struck sometimes, hearing homeless people, old people, young people, simple people, and/or very literate people; they are also philosophers, without knowing it. This raw, uncalculated philosophy, this spiritual nourishment is everywhere, if you want to discover it, see it, understand it, feel it. Thank you for all the teachings, thank you for everything I still have to learn. Thank you for everything that is to come. That is my happiness.

Sunday, April 12, 2015 – AB – Expressing your convictions
I read you with great pleasure, but I wanted to thank you as a listener of the roots of heaven. I share your humanist conception of life but did not dare to express it. Your program gave me enough confidence to talk about this subject. I have even just put 5 raw texts originally written for me on a blog. I do not know if I will continue, but I thank you wholeheartedly for having dared to share intimate convictions that are not so easy to communicate and for having given me the courage to do so. http://bouteillealamer-fr.over-blog.com/

Sunday, April 12, 2015 – Anoushka – Roots of Heaven – The Philosophy of Joy
Thank you very much for the long-awaited broadcast that so perfectly complements the theme of your book , On Happiness, a Philosophical Journey , your trip, conference broadcast in the United States… Always on the right track, I have lots of questions, of course, but I know deep down that lasting happiness and joy exist. With that of others in the world, of animals, the Earth, so that it is complete for me. Undeniably, with forgiveness, we begin to fully experience happiness and joy. Rereading the book is like finding the steps again. Gently, moving from reading to practicing the wisdom of philosophers, Spinoza, Montaigne, Chuang Tzu, the action of each day. “Dancing with the world”, “dancing with life”, a round in the light. A whole, body-heart and soul. "Biodanza" not yet but since its discovery, encouraged, developing it in "solo free-style at home", a carpet, a "best-of" of Stevie Wonder, it's simple, sunshine of joy in the heart, in the present.

– Charlotte – Thank you Hello! I would like to thank you, I started by reading The Soul of the World and it was a realization… a realization, this kind of book should be recommended to all students, I am only 19 years old, I am still building myself and thanks to you I am going to do it by following the right path!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all this hope and love that you make grow in each of us

Monday, April 6, 2015 – Sally Magina – The Novice
Hello, I am addressing the author of the lyrics, those revealed on the show Tout le monde en parle broadcast on the Quebec television network Radio-Canada. You expressed so many true things with a lucidity and solidity such as few people know how to do. I think that you have to have read a lot to be able to express yourself like this and beyond knowledge, reading is a fascinating and constructive experience. I often have the image of a lighthouse associated with that of a writer who sends us his luminosity far and wide to better guide us. In the same vein of inspiration, I suggest The Novice written by the Buddhist master Thich Nhat Hanh. Perhaps you have already read it? I am referring to it because you spoke of compassion on the show Tout le monde en parle , of people who devote themselves, sacrifice themselves in the name of love. What beautiful words you used when talking about human kindness. Isn't that the foundation of our common survival?

– Coignet – Comment Hello, I want to express my admiration and thank you for the joy you bring us. I have been following you for some time and what you present resonates with me. I have read several of your books with great interest. Despite your popularity, you remain a simple man. For who you are, thank you! I invite you to visit my website www.lavoixdedesert.com

– Rénald – Love and Trust Dear Sir, I just watched your broadcast on Radio Canada on replay. I was sad because 5 years ago, my wife stabbed our only 5-year-old daughter to death right in front of me. In my process of mourning and rebuilding, I received a “truth,” an intimate conviction that entered the depths of my being. Since it is not words but a divine sensation, I express it in English as “Love and Trust.” This love and trust are now my daily watchwords. Yesterday, I did not know you. Today, I discover you with the same path that leads to joy. Because having lived through horror, the real horror, the worst even for a man to bear, I can tell you that today I am joyful thanks to “love and trust.” I am going to read you because I think I will find in your reflections an explanation for my feelings. Maybe one day you'll read me too as I write this story. Best regards.

Sunday, March 22, 2015 – Nicolas – Friendship
Dear Frédéric, I don't know if it's because I'm your (astrological) twin brother, but what you write seems so natural and familiar to me. And how I appreciate the simplicity of your writing that speaks so well to our child's heart, the one that sees so well!
I love the form of the initiatory tale of Crystal Heart that I just read while flying over the earth at an altitude of 10 km.
Contrary to the comment of one of your readers, I think that the happiness you speak of exists – I am lucky enough to be able to frequent it regularly – and that it does not need unhappiness to exist by contrast. Thank you for these creations that gladden so many hearts.

Saturday, March 21, 2015
– Bashir – Happiness Dear Frédéric Lenoir, why, good heavens, if I may use the expression, are you seeking happiness? You should know that it cannot exist. Being happy, having pleasure, all well and good. But the happiness you speak of does not exist. How could it? This supreme happiness of self-realization is not happiness since this state transcends oppositions. In our world of duality, happiness exists only through its opposite, unhappiness. In enlightenment, all duality is abolished: what remains is happiness-unhappiness, or rather nothingness. This happiness you speak of cannot exist and will never exist. I remember an interview between Krishnamurti and a journalist. The journalist asked him the following question: “But in fact, who are you, Krishnamurti?” And he replied with a great burst of laughter: “Nothing!” Yours faithfully.

– Isabelle – Thank you Thank you for everything you bring to the world, you are not more than any of us but you dare to be who you are with all its dimensions and that is beautiful… and you have a heart open to life, that warms… I would like to meet you one day beyond your magnificent books! THANK YOU

– Pierre – Reaction to your books If someone had told me a few months ago: “Frédéric Lenoir, do you know him?”, I would have replied: “no.” Then in December 2014, quite unusually, I bought the philosophy files to read on the train with the somewhat catchy title: “Can we live happily alone?” In this issue, I had the pleasure of reading with great pleasure your article: “Being happy is loving life.” This article made me want to read your books. I started with Coeur de Cristal (very beautiful) then I continued with L'Âme du monde (a reference book to read and reread), Nina (fascinating). I have just finished Dieu (moving, luminous and full of hope). I still have on my bedside table Le Secret, Le Petit Traité de vie intérieure, Le Petit Traité d'histoire des religions . I appreciate your independence, your courage, your freedom, your finesse, your simplicity and the light you bring to life. Thank you.

– Eric – The Soul of the World In the program “La grande librairie” the presenter (François Busnel) asks: what is the book that changed your life?
For me, it is The Soul of the World, a wonderful initiatory tale that gave me meaning to my existence after very difficult times in my life. Since then, I have continued to read other works that you have written. I watch the videos on YouTube that I listen to with deep enthusiasm. You are a person that many people should listen to because you radiate kindness, wisdom, happiness. You are a transmitter of good words like Jesus did. People need personalities like you to return to the path of a good and happy life. Thank you for everything you do to make the world a better place.

– Pauline – Thank you These last few months have been emotionally trying, between studies, work, loved ones, the loss of a loved one… All these trials have not yet been overcome, but some have led me to reflect on my demands on myself and in particular on my right to make mistakes. They have led me to understand the futility of my search for perfection and my desire to stand out in a field (artistic, academic, professional or even social) to give myself value. I understood that it is not the “doing” that prevails, but the “being”. This realization has relieved me of a heavy weight and allowed me to release daily pressure. Your works have brought me a lot and have led me to understand myself better; to put words to feelings, to reflect on my relationship with the world and with myself. Thank you…

– Anoushka – The Metamorphoses of God and broadcast (Quebec) The conference allowed me to better know and understand history. Shamanism, the mystery of life, humanism, the Gospels (which I am beginning to read), inner work, and Spinoza caught my attention. Answers to certain questions, precious help that comforts. The word is alive, sometimes striking, just as important to me as reading you. Through my difficult and complex life, pitfalls, adventures of a "little beetle," I have nevertheless found a path, an inner life, a balance in my current life that is gradually harmonizing. Thanks to better knowledge of myself, to the awakening of my deep nature towards life. I said no to what is harmful to me. More in the moment, a true joy more present. Deep happiness. As you say in this program in Quebec, what is good for oneself, the growth of the being...towards the light...Thank you for the poetry, the childish humor of the book Coeur de Cristal, a true sun and for your generosity, your elegance in your interventions.

Thursday, February 26, 2015 – Edithe – Interview on Tout le monde en parle
What a joy to have met you on Sunday at the interview on Tout le monde en parle! You had already been to Quebec, I hope you will come back soon and that I will be able to attend your conference. I have listened to the interview several times, so nourishing, interesting, revitalizing, what a wonderful discovery for me. I shared it with those around me. I am going to get some books, I think I will start with L'Âme du monde . Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Thursday, February 26, 2015 – Le.christ.trahi@outlook.fr – The Meaning of Life
When God created the Universe and everything in it, the surprised angels questioned God: “How can You create human beings, who will only cause disasters on Earth, shed blood???”
God gave them this mysterious answer: “I know what you don’t know.”
So there is a Divine plan. God, from time immemorial, calls human beings to respect Nature, to respect each other, to do Good. To not be greedy or proud. To live in simplicity and not have idols. From time immemorial, God sends the same message to humanity. The Sacred Texts all speak of the same thing. Since the beginning of Time. And the more it goes on, the more we feel that there are some authentic and truthful people, who have the love of Good written within them. And others, many others, have the love of Evil written within them.

– Coralie – Simply thank you Hello Frédéric. I just wanted to say thank you for the breath of fresh air your books bring. I have read A Short Treatise on Inner Life and The Healing of the World , and I have just finished The Soul of the World . Thank you for reminding us and sharing what is most existential in life and for humanity. Yours. Kind regards.

– Fred – Thanks Hello Mr. Lenoir and thank you above all, I have lived in Quebec for 4 years, I chose to leave everything, my life, my work,….in France for love. Your appearance on Tout le monde en parle last Sunday shook me up, how to say, but in a good way, I just bought your book Petit traité de vie intérieure , I think it will be able to help me because I am in the middle of a search for well-being but above all to let go, how to succeed in being happy “without worrying” about wanting too much, I really liked when you talked about the fact that you have to enjoy everything you do and be aware of it. Unfortunately, I am quite anxious by nature, but I would like to free myself from my fears... your words were like a punch in the face for me, and I hope I can and I want to give myself the means to achieve this, perhaps by putting the emphasis on myself, loving myself, before putting others first. I thank you for your intervention, and I wish you a pleasant stay.

– Marie – Thank you Thank you so much for your knowledge and sharing during Christine Michaud's sexy, zen, and happy day in Montreal. You confirmed my path to happiness, and thank you for writing so beautifully. See you soon, surely. You are definitely changing the world; what a wonderful mission. xxx

– Frenchydazur (jjg.175azur@gmail.com) – Book: The Philosopher of Christ A friend lent me your book and I am reading it at the moment, not yet finished. I congratulate you on your analysis of the Scriptures on the person of Jesus and his impact on the world. I have two observations: 1) this sentence: “the law of Jesus transcends religious and social norms in favor of a call TO INDIVIDUAL CONSCIENCE.” Since Jesus implies elsewhere that only HIS written word is the basis of all conduct, I think that a qualifier to this sentence–a conscience developed by learning the law of Christ (1 Corinthians 9:21). 2) and this one: “even Paul… (about the emancipation of women)… will not be able to follow him (Jesus) to the end of this path.” Let us not forget that Paul says elsewhere several times that the teaching he gives (in several epistles) was revealed to him by Christ. Therefore, Paul is not giving a teaching other than that of Christ Himself. There is no contradiction between him and Jesus.

– Anne-Marie – Thanks A big thank you for The Soul of the World , I gave it for Christmas to young people, to the less young, who in turn also gave it! It’s a good way to discover spirituality and the importance of not forgetting this dimension of being! Really thank you.

– Hellow – The Soul of the World This book is a marvel, and made me change my outlook on life. I thank the author for this work. As a kind of therapy, I recommend this book to everyone regardless of your reading style.

Sunday, February 8, 2015 – Christine – Thank you
Hello Frédéric Lenoir, I really loved the conference on “the metamorphoses of God.” Given the title, I expected everything, except that. What a pleasant surprise. THANK YOU. vimeo.com

– Anoushka – Our Ways of Hope Many thanks to the “ten voices of hope” in this book, including yours, Mr. Lenoir, whom I greatly appreciated. It feels good “to hear said out loud what you think quietly.” It’s enough to regain confidence, because I sometimes felt lost, “big blues” at the end of the year and the beginning of the year. I hope with all my heart that the energy that brought together populations on the move will intensify for the Earth, the planet, life… humanity… The love of nature, for me, began at the age of five with my grandfather’s garden, without chemicals, and the toad was the prince of the garden, meadow, wildflowers, butterflies all around. What remains in me from the memory of this garden are real joys that I pass on to my son, who is open to modernity. These last ten years I have changed my way of life… The Earth is our cradle. In Mesopotamian times, the Earth and life were sacred... Today, these paths of hope lead towards balance and harmony...

– Sophie2706@hotmail.fr – The Soul of the World Hello , I have just finished reading The Soul of the World , thank you for this beautiful book, which has contributed to my transformation. It is a wonderful gift! May everyone have the chance to read it and above all to understand it for their own peace and that of the world. Amen

– Félix – Hope I thank you for all the light of hope that you bring through your works. It is difficult for me to express this inner suffering of not having yet found my place. I know that it is up to me to find it… this place so desired, so desired… Thanks to you I have not left this world… yet I happened to want to join the world of the stars… A man Jacques who has joined this world… is present… I have kept these little words of encouragement, of enlightenment… and you also accompany me constantly… I often reread Little Treatise on Inner Life to not give up, to stay alive, to believe in myself, to finally have confidence in myself, to learn to love myself, to recognize my qualities… We are all connected to each other… Every day I try to bring around me this gentleness, this tolerance, this love that we all need… With this humble testimony I thank you with all my heart. I wish you a long life

– Solange – Your book The Soul of the World I have just read your book The Soul of the World , and I must admit that I had immense pleasure in going through all its pages.
I realized that we are the only masters, and that we must listen to our bodies and give them what they need, nothing more. I have learned to control my pain, and for the past 4 days I have not taken any medication for it. This book will be a bible for me, because it suits me, I find myself in it or will find myself in it, but I am not likely to forget the lessons I have just learned; they have changed my life. Thank you again for your writings, which I will get. Kind regards.

Saturday, January 31, 2015
– Barbara – Crystal Heart Hello Mr. Lenoir. I would like to thank you for the generosity you demonstrate in your writing. Beyond that, your books bring me serenity, sometimes dreams, and above all, happiness. Thank you.

Wednesday, January 28, 2015
– Marianne – Animals Good evening, Mr. Lenoir, it is with immense joy that I learned today, even though I know that we will have to go even further… that Parliament has finally recognized that animals are now officially “endowed with sensitivity.” I also wanted to thank you, Mr. Lenoir, for signing the petition at the time of the 30 Million Friends Foundation to obtain a modification of the civil code which until now considered animals as furniture. Yours faithfully.

– Martine – I came across a gem!!! What a surprise, accustomed as I am to scouring the psychology, personal development, spirituality (…) sections of FNAC and other Decitre stores, to unearth, while shopping at Leclerc, a real gem that I savored this weekend…
I had of course heard of this Frédéric LENOIR, but never tried to “dig” deeper. And there, boom, I came across The Soul of the World !!!! Right under my nose, perfectly accessible in my supermarket… What a moment of happiness, with this book so beautiful, so simple, so fluid, and so full of light and hope… I want to know more about the author and his work… THANK YOU for this positive outlook on humanity and for this ability to ask the right questions at the right level, that is to say at the level of each of us and our responsibility.

Friday, January 23, 2015
– Carline – Sharing Frédéric, I have read all your books with great interest and pleasure. In them I find "an echo of the heart" that soothes me. Your books were given to my children; they themselves shared these readings with those around them. Your writings are an antidote to the current gloom and pessimism. With all my sympathy.

Saturday, January 17, 2015
– Philippe – Crystal Heart… and others I have just finished Crystal Heart . In these troubled times, and as in other works by the same author, I draw from it a peace, a serenity, an elevation which are beautiful resources. Thank you, Sir, for being who you are and for writing - and therefore sharing - what emanates from all your life “experiences”.

Isabeau de Provence – The “C”rays of Hope “Love never dies when it has a “C”ray of hope left.” corrected according to Hoffmann
Hello Frédéric,
I heard someone, that famous someone, say the other day: “he who still hopes is a utopian not yet disappointed.” I hope that this person looked at Sunday and thought that the man without hope is a man without a future but that today, in France, and beyond, man is still standing building his Future and that his fuel is that of believing in man.” My first word in trying to emerge from the shock we all took was to say: the pen, the song, the pencil! Freedom is the fruit of the talents of Human Beings! FRUITS OF HUMANS! In your readings, you make accessible to the greatest number the understanding of the human being in its highest dimension of which you sketch the path(s) with your pen, this is your talent, fruit of Man, path of freedom for you and for us. PS we have already crossed paths hence the 'you'.

– Edith – Charlie and Barbarism How good your messages of love and tolerance are! I personally expressed the same hope “that this barbarity will spark an immense movement of international solidarity,” and it’s on the right track! Your words are beneficial, and I would like everyone to be able to read them. Perhaps a new era has finally dawned; the martyrs of Charles Hebdo, the Police, and the Jewish community will have thus contributed to the progress of humanity! Thank you, Frédéric, with all my heart!

Tuesday, January 13, 2015
– Marino – Acknowledgments Thanks to Frédéric for these two feel-good books: Cœur de Cristal , which I gave to my two 14-year-old granddaughters and my 95-year-old mother for Christmas, and L'Âme du monde , which, in these troubled times and for those going through moments of doubt, is a magnificent path of reflection and a call to life: I enjoy sharing it with those around me.

– Isabelle – Greetings from Yesterday and Tomorrow Dear Frédéric, like you, it was sorrow that filled my heart last week. I tried to share with my contacts a speech praising kindness, reminding everyone of our responsibility, every day, to remain kind or to become so. Mockery, selfishness, materialism, cynicism. So many bad habits to lose…
Upset but even more than ever convinced that I am right, without vanity, to smile at every face I meet, well before the events of the last few days, with a desire to be contagious! Reassured, finally, that it was brotherhood that was manifested. And then, smiling, too, because I have been saying for years that no, Humanity in our hearts is not dead! That Humans are above all, and even in our time, united and concerned about others. Yes! The proof!
Like you, I think this might be a good thing, after all. I look forward to hearing from you again, thank you.

– Aminata – We are all Charlie Thank you for your article in the newspaper “LE MONDE”. Thank you for your encouragement in reminding us of the most beautiful virtues such as resilience, solidarity, living together, respect and freedom. – Claire A – Charlie Thank you for your article in Le Monde. I also dare to believe that solidarity will be stronger than barbarism. Your words reassured me.

Saturday, January 10, 2015 – Beauregard of Canada – Your upcoming visit to Montreal
I discovered you through filmmaker Guillaume Tremblay and his film L' Heureux Naufrage . I often quote you since then because I am very touched by your approach to the subject of religion and spirituality. I identify deeply with it and I have a lot of hope for your approach. I am very happy about your upcoming visit to Montreal on February 20 and I will be there. I hope the room will be overflowing like the one you gave on November 18, 2014 on the subject of The Metamorphoses of God… I wish you a long life… we need you. Thank you

– Anoushka – Crystal Heart Mr. Lenoir, Reading this book, this tale, leaves me in a strange, moved stupor and in a great silence, crossed only by a birdsong, on a frosty morning. A very beautiful tale, poetic, tender, radiating a sweet joy that enlightens the soul and softens the heart, with each step along the way… Thank you is too little. Thank you, it is not even the right word… …
Happy New Year

– Anne – The Soul of the World “A luminous story about the keys to universal wisdom” is the banner that accompanies your book. What a beneficial light! I was completely nourished by its content. Thank you for this beautiful writing, rich in meaning.

– Manureva – Testimony I just discovered one after the other The Soul of the World and Crystal Heart , which I received for Christmas. As these books are magnificent, I shared them with my grandmother who reads a lot. A sweet emotion took hold of me when I read them, it's rare for me who has a heart a bit like the hero of Crystal Heart , I felt happiness reading them. It made me want to know more about the author's bibliography. When I see all these books I would like to get them all but it would be reasonable to make choices.
In short, I am excited I feel that I am going to educate myself.

– Carole – Thank you Dear Frédéric, first of all I would like to thank you for everything you give us… like this beautiful poem by Victor Hugo (Heureux l'homme gardé) that I wanted to learn by heart and that I recite every day. In 2015, you hope to take some (well-deserved) time for yourself. So I wish you beautiful moments of personal renewal, but… don't forget us completely! Come back to us with new experiences to share with us (which you do so well). In the meantime, I still have books and conferences to discover, fortunately, because reading you and listening to you bring me joy. My best wishes for a more peaceful year for the world.
