Tuesday, April 15, 2025 – Monique – Pamphlet | THE WAR
War,
which enriches those who provoke it,
which impoverishes those who fear it,
You, unjust war,
You want our death
But you will not have our soul,
Your desire for power and destruction,
You brandish them in the name of your glory,
Abominable and odious thing
What is the war of the Greats
of this world,
The little ones are at your mercy
and nothing will satisfy your desire,
This war, this last war,
Because there will be no other
Will have destroyed everything,
Nature on its knees
will swallow up all life
Earthlings will be nothing more
than a memory on this blue planet.
Ogress, you want to take
what doesn't belong to you.
But you'll lose everything this time.
Your wealth
No more hope for reconstruction
Saturday, March 29, 2025 – Marlych – Thank you for this inner journey and this opening to the world | I don't know if this comment will reach you, but after reading your book Jung, a Journey to Oneself, I would like to express my deep gratitude. This is the second journey I have undertaken through your words, after your book on desire, and these readings have profoundly marked and transformed me.
I emerge with a heightened awareness, a greater openness to life, and a renewed optimism knowing that there is still so much to discover. You have offered me both a new window for inner reading and a precious filter to better understand others and the world.
This discovery of Jung, carried by your pen, has transported me out of time, into this inner space where the dialogue between the self and the universe takes on its full meaning.
Thank you for offering us these literary journeys that enrich our lives and always awaken our curiosity.
Monday, March 17, 2025 – Jean-Claude – The Spinoza Miracle | Hello, I don't know if these lines will reach you, but in any case, it gives me pleasure to send you my thanks and gratitude after reading "The Spinoza Miracle." You have made accessible to me a precious author, but terribly hermetic for a layman. I have drawn great lessons from it, reliable benchmarks, fascinating insights, and am very grateful to you.
Bravo and thank you for this beautiful work. Sincerely, JCM
Sunday, January 19, 2025 – Isanna – Consternation | Abbé Pierre, a term that no longer corresponds to much today. “My God, why??” Title of a book published in October 2005. My God, why? Why have you done and acted in this way in the name of our dear JESUS and our Virgin Mary, in the name of GOD, as he knew so well how to express it in these writings and words?? We remain speechless, but with an inner revolt, an unprecedented indignation in the face of lies, of appearances, in front of victims who today courageously speak out, with all the humility and suffering of their experiences.
Saturday, October 19, 2024 – Gilliane – Thank you | Quite simply, THANK YOU to Frédéric Lenoir who, through his writings, his conferences, his guided meditation sessions, makes me realize that life is worth living despite its ups and downs. Positive attracts positive, you have to know how to hang on and tell yourself that life is made of "downs" but also "upsides". Nothing is a given, but with perseverance, you can get there. And Frédéric Lenoir has this invaluable quality of touching the hearts of those who are looking for meaning in their lives; and I am one of them. Thank you, Frédéric.
Saturday, September 7, 2024 – moniquerenault016[at]gmail.com – The Soul of the World | Thank you for your book “The Soul of the World,” which I read three times to fully assimilate the thoughts of these wise men who gathered together. However, there is something that bothers me about the character of the philosopher. That you speak of Spinoza is one thing, but was it necessary to specify the Masonic lodge to which she belongs? For a woman like me without much culture and (poor to boot) even if it has nothing to do with wisdom and intelligence, it is almost an insult. The selection and exclusion of human beings is not philosophy but politics; and above all, it goes against spirituality and faith; it’s a shame! Nevertheless, I congratulate you on this book. I think you won’t be surprised by my remark. Yours, Monique
Friday, July 19, 2024 – clara.devi[at]outlook.fr – Abbé Pierre, my brother, my friend whom I will always | Hello! I am revolted by all these testimonies that are coming in… Rape is very fashionable!! Abbé Pierre, in his pure conscience, always declared that he had suffered from a lack of affection in his childhood, and that his vows of chastity were difficult but sacred to him. He said it again and again simply, that sometimes he had made a few occasional digressions. But he never had an affair with a woman. He was a human being. He was normal. He was neither a pervert nor a pedophile. He was a normal man, healthy in body and mind. He said it in his will. He declared it again at the end of his life in an interview with Marc Olivier Fogiel… Was it necessary to smear him? I am sad and sorry. I knew him personally. He certainly had a natural charm, and we also know that those close to him protected him from certain hysterical women... I hope that positive testimonies on this subject will be published.
Thursday, May 2, 2024 – Frédéric – The Odyssey of the Sacred | I discovered your book at the BnF bookstore. Reading the back cover of “The Odyssey of the Sacred,” I rushed to buy your book. Your book perfectly complements “Sapiens, a short history of humanity” by Yuval Harari, and allowed me to open my eyes to my spirituality even though I remain an atheist.
Thanks to you, I see our world differently. Thank you so much for your book.
Tuesday, April 23, 2024 – Eric – The Odyssey of the Sacred | Bravo for your fabulous work, the result of an enormous amount of work. As a fan of Bohler and Harari (as are you, if I read you correctly), I really liked your approach, which complements their points of view, bringing a complementary angle to this extraordinary reflection on the history of the world and its possible evolution. Thank you.
Sunday, April 7, 2024 – Carolina – Thank you! The Paths of the Sacred | Dear Frédéric, I discovered you on Frédéric Lopez's show, what a beautiful testimony you shared with us. I then ran to the library to devour several of your books and I am currently enjoying the Arte documentaries "The Paths of the Sacred", what a treat! Thanks to you, I travel without taking a plane and I grow through the thousand and one questions that your various works make me ask myself. Thank you Frédéric for your great teaching! Sincerely,
Carolina
Saturday, April 6, 2024 – Violeta – The Odyssey of the Sacred | A simply fantastic book. To be passed on to young people.
Wednesday, March 17, 2024 – Julie – Thanks | A huge thank you for this wonderful gift you have given us with The Odyssey of the Sacred . I discovered it at the bookstore a few weeks after telling myself that I would like to have a global vision of all the spiritualities of the human being… and you did it!!! And of course, you went far beyond my expectations. You have just given me the last authorization I needed… it is with a light heart and filled with love that I will continue to participate in the re-enchantment of the world, as I promised myself in my earliest childhood… little Julie thanks you
Monday, March 4, 2024 – BenAissa – Reading “The Angel’s Consolation” | Hello. I just finished The Angel’s Consolation and I thank you for this beautiful intergenerational story full of wisdom and love.
Wednesday, February 28, 2024 – Liliane – The Odyssey of the Sacred | THANK YOU, Sir, for this book and so many others. I am nourished by your reading and I appreciate your qualities of sharing and pedagogy. This book brings me constructive knowledge and opens up spiritual perspectives whose presence I vaguely felt within me. THANK YOU again.
Sunday, February 25, 2024 – Mélanie – Thank you | It is with passion that I close your book “The Odyssey of the Sacred,” which I devoured. I have nothing but gratitude to express to you. Your book came into my hands following a series of events outside of everyday life. This book invited me to re-enchant my daily life, with the rituals that these events had made me renounce, to reconnect with this profoundly simple part that lives in the present moment. Thank you very much.
Friday, January 26, 2024 – Marie-Hélène – My book “The Green Notebook” | In this life, I left without asking myself any questions. I had to succeed. Succeed in my school career, my training, my professional and then family career. I feel I can say that I have fulfilled this requirement. But if I am honest with myself, it is not the same when it comes to the synonym of success, which is “to achieve oneself.” Seen from this angle, my confidence is undermined. Why? Although I am partly responsible, the environment in which my childhood and then my adolescence took place did not help me understand the importance of expressing my desires, of going deep within myself and discovering my dreams.
The word “succeed” is everywhere. But, achieving oneself is even more important to me. Hence the need to learn to know oneself above all. This is why I wanted to write the “Green Notebook”, that is to say Paulette’s dream!
Wednesday, January 24, 2024 – Sigrid – The Angel's Consolation | Simply thank you for your books. I'm enjoying them. One question: is there a sequel planned to your book “The Angel's Consolation”? What happens to Hugo after Blanche? THANK YOU again, Sigrid from Bordeaux (33)
Wednesday, January 17, 2024 – Véronique – Jung, a journey towards oneself | In analysis since January 2023, on a spiritual retreat at the Abbey of Saint Gildas de Rhuys, among the readings I took with me, there is your book, “Jung, a journey towards oneself”. I thank you for shedding light on my quest and providing answers to my inner questions. This is made possible by the very educational way in which you highlight Jung’s work. I read “My Life”, and I had not been able to fully discern his philosophy, but I had the intuition that he had something to tell me. Thanks to you, I can access my individuation and accept the faith that is within me. This numinous that the artifices of a certain purely demonstrative religious practice tend to erase from our soul.
Wednesday, December 27, 2023 – Monique – Poem |
These prayers you say in the dark (title taken from a novel I haven't read)
I pray; my thoughts light up,
In the calm of the night,
Everything seems unreal to me,
The beauty of the world appears to me,
Its darkness fades,
Gentleness replaces its brutality,
I pray for a life without torpor,
I pray for the world that no longer prays,
God speaks to me, I listen to him,
He lulls me with hope,
When will I see my son again?
He tells me in the ear of my heart,
So my prayer falls asleep,
in a peaceful night.
Monday, December 25, 2023 – Jem – Conciliation | Hello dear author, the theme of conciliation should be addressed; because it contains the event of “reconciliation”; which seems necessary in our time. Interested in developing it. Many thanks for your writings, and your ideas inciting certain elevations of the soul. THANK YOU
Monday, June 26, 2023 – Monique Renault – Making Society More Humane | Young children are more anxious, and for good reason: society, with its inhuman development aimed at success, money, and power, distorts all human relationships by pointing the finger at emotions as if they were dangerous, when they have been at the origin of the psyche, the soul, since the beginning of time. Yes, you might say, but artificial intelligence will solve the problem. Humanoids in sight, poor humans! Ladies and gentlemen, psychologists, you are looking for a cause where it is not there, yet it is right before our eyes. Our children react, and that's good; it proves that they have good mental health. What child could not be anxious in this society that imposes this anxiety on them against their will? Man is free as long as he can express what he feels is unjust about the actions of the unjust. And who can see better what is unjust than children who have not yet been shaped by an unjust society? Leave our children alone! If there are "crazy" people, we must look elsewhere. Making society more humane is the goal we adults should have, so that young people can live and develop without disturbances.
Monday, June 26, 2023 – marie.eric5555[at]orange.fr – Doubt in Song | Like everyone else, I too have experienced periods of doubt. Having some aptitude in composition, I decided to make a song about it. Perhaps some will recognize themselves in my lyrics.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vqRJVatrGv2tU
Thank you all and Mr. Lenoir, continue to make us think.
Monday, May 15, 2023 – Gygy Sastre – THANK YOU dear Frédéric for helping me so much to understand my life | Our lives
Many are our memories that pass
without being able to retain them at all.
The painful ones often recur,
but the happiest ones keep us going.
Our happiness is rebuilt every day,
a difficult balance between all our great physical and moral sufferings
since our birth sorrows
and our joys, our laughter, little lights of Love.
Filling the blank page of a whole life,
A difficult task in the face of each of our desires,
While remaining faithful to our only convictions,
By letting our joys and our passions express themselves.
Whatever the path taken
Let us be aware of the lost moments,
It is very often in the middle of the ford
That we touch reality
Saturday, May 6, 2023 – Stéphane – The Soul of the World | Hello. I read your book in one day, which is quite an achievement for me, as I am visually impaired. What's more, a librarian friend recommended it to me. What can I say about your book? Wow, magnificent!!! I recognized traits of my personality that some would describe as abnormal. I can't wait to read volume 2. Congratulations to you.
Sunday, March 5, 2023 – Michel – The Philosopher Christ | I wanted to express my admiration for the magnificent text cited in the subject.
Without wanting to reveal myself, I am a modest reader sometimes revolted by certain aspects of religious Christianity, which leads me to move from a fragile faith to an agnosticism more or less close to a form of atheism… in short, my research is constant, which leads me to consult works on this theme, but each time I dive into your book I find a freshness with the scent of the gospels… Almost all the pages of my copy are highlighted, it has become my bedside book… all this tends to bring me closer to this type of spirituality and I modestly wanted to thank you for it.
Saturday, February 18, 2023 – Virginie – The Power of JOY & SPINOZA | Dear Frédéric, I have finally decided to leave you a comment! After many years of reading you, listening to you on video or during your various talks in Paris, it is always an immense pleasure, and even more so!! I regularly reread your works, especially Spinoza as well as The Power of JOY, which are real gems for me (what I had not understood or which had escaped me during a previous reading, demonstrates enlightenment) and that alone is truly enjoyable. My son, who is also one of your faithful readers, felt this unknown joy deep within his being during dives with orcas and whales in Norway. For your works, your conferences, your sharing as well as your humility, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. Virginie
Wednesday, February 15, 2023 – Marie Sabine – Resilience | Hello, I was at your conference in Metz last week on the theme 'happiness can be learned' and what struck me was the fact that you mentioned the famous happy sobriety, consumerism and other terms related to the current climate and societal change and that you made the connection with happiness, it was a revelation for me. Indeed, I am an activist in everything related to climate change, the animal cause and other causes and I realize that happiness is about acting, setting an example, fighting, defending those who cannot. I even allow myself to make a connection with the word 'resilience' which for me is synonymous with happiness because in resilience there is the concept of acceptance, and I sincerely believe that people who are ready to accept happy sobriety – a simple, humble, creative life shared with other people – will find this happiness simple and resilient.
Wednesday, January 25, 2023 – Catherine – Jung | Hello, first of all, thank you for all your books. I just finished “Jung – A Journey to Self,” excellent! After recently reading “My Life” by Carl Gustav Jung, which I loved, you provide interesting additional information, including the names and works of all the people who knew or studied Jung. And I really like your analysis. Thank you! I really enjoy reading your books. Best regards!
Sunday, January 15, 2023 – Mireille – Northern Lights March 2023 | Hello, discovering sponsorships and partnerships – humanitarian aid, aid to children in exile, justice for women – I am shocked by the choice of the luxury hotel which does not reflect the sobriety of life of the Sami nor the practice of mindfulness. However, I remain a fervent reader who adheres to your philosophical approach.
Saturday, January 14, 2023 – Paul Didier – makondidier81[at]gmail.com – Appreciations on Desire, a Philosophy | Hello. I just started reading your brilliant work on desire this week. I discovered in particular the etymological link between desire and the stars: “Desire is also understood as the driving force of action, as a vital force that frees us from stupor.” Given the negativity of desire, which borders on its positivity, shouldn’t we control it? What private ethics and what public policies should we adopt given the power of desire? I’m continuing to read and hope to find some enlightening answers.
Monday, December 19, 2022 – NUAGEUXLECTURE – Thank you | I pause while listening to your book “The Consolation of the Angel” on YouTube to tell you how comforting these words are for me. Thank you for all the good you bring me – to me and to many, I hope – THANK YOU
Wednesday, November 9, 2022 – Giga amoroso – Your book “Desire, a philosophy” | You presented your latest book on Télématin today and before rushing to acquire it, I wanted to thank you for responding to a need and an expectation of our children with your association “SÈVE” but also of myself by addressing the notion of “desire” long left to the appreciation of our Consumer Society when it would be so essential for our future as I implied with my last poem “Loving the living like a mother” (see message of September 14).
Tuesday, November 8, 2022 – Valérie – A beautiful discovery | Hello, I have only known about Mr. Lenoir for a few months… I must certainly be the only one 😉 Indeed, I stumbled upon his various conferences and interviews broadcast on YouTube and I was very quickly touched by the subjects covered, the life force of our philosopher, his determination and the clarity of his words. As a therapist in my spare time, I try to share this state of mind which is the key to a balanced and happy inner life. Just THANK YOU Frédo!
Wednesday, October 19, 2022 – Michel – The Spinoza Miracle | Good evening, of course, starting from a simple writing, talking to us about Spinoza is a salutary work.
It is one of the authors of the works cited in reference who suggests this message in complement to the approach to the divine, to the living, to nature in its entirety. Antonio Damasio, a brilliant American-Portuguese neurobiologist, it seems to me, extends, even magnifies the work of this Dutchman of Spinoza.
Indeed, "the strange order of things" and its simplified version "feeling and knowing" illuminates many ideas through the latest research of the American researcher, deepening them to say the least. In particular, the notions of perceptions and affects and the effects they induce, emotions first and foremost, and the sedimented memorization of affects that are feelings. A sentence taken from the back cover of the first work cited summarizes the thought. "Man is not a system that thinks, he is a system that is inhabited by his feelings and that sometimes thinks."
Wednesday, September 14, 2022 – Giga amoroso – Poem for the climate emergency | My latest poem on the climate emergency and the love of life:
“Love the living like a mother”
Loving and respecting the living
can be best understood by a mother.
Only she knows the pain of giving life.
Man in his story is guided by his desires.
Of love but also too many desires, too many powers,
To the point of justifying its destructions without seeing
With no regret nor the slightest glance!
At his last breath he will understand too late.
But in the light of tragedies, of the consequences
of the behavior due to his existence,
he can simply react,
and suddenly have the "desire to act."
Thursday, August 25, 2022 – Carole – Jung, a journey to oneself | Sir, I would like to thank you for the remarkable work you have done on the biography and the synthesis of Jung's research work. I liked the way you combined excerpts from his writings and your clear way of explaining their contents.
As a nurse in retraining, I trained in hypnosis and then in another technique that activates the person's imagination to help them express solutions and resources from the unconscious. So from the body, mind, and soul. I find myself completely in Jung's practice and thought.
As soon as the imagination becomes active, metaphors and physical sensations arise, creating surprise in those being supported, whether they come for a physical, emotional, or even spiritual health problem. As for the notion of meaning, it is fundamental for me. What do we want, what will it achieve? How is it useful for oneself? And Jung showed the importance of these questions.
Friday, August 19, 2022 – πηγή – Acknowledgments | I would like to start by saying “THANK YOU”, even if this little word can sometimes be interpreted as a conclusion, for my part, know that it is not. This is only just beginning. After a long period of crisis, day after day, viewing your various quests, reading your works help me to open up to myself, but also to the world, they help me in my daily life, transform me, shape me, even toughen me up and propel me towards new discoveries, thus producing ever more astonishment, wonder and commitment. It is true that many say they are “inspired” but do not inspire many. On the other hand, you are a source of inspiration for me Mr. LENOIR and I lack the words to express how grateful I am to you. I would appreciate meeting you, but well… One day who knows. In the meantime. "The happiest man is the one who makes the greatest number of others happy," I quote Diderot. Thank you.
Thursday, August 18, 2022 – Hugues – The Angel's Consolation | Good evening, Frédéric. Your book was on the shelf in my office among others that my wife had put there, without telling me about it... I opened it by chance early in the evening. I just put it down after reading it in one go, my eyes a little moist at the end, of course. This beautiful story touched me, for various reasons. Almost 10 years ago, your "Short Treatise on Inner Life" introduced me to mindfulness and allowed me to begin to rebuild myself. Now I have just opened a notebook to write down, I don't know what, beautiful things in any case. A desire to go to Kernic Bay (but it's a bit far for this evening), and also to read the Contemplations... Thank you for what you write.
Monday, July 25, 2022 – Nicolas – Acknowledgments | I have just finished your “Short Treatise on Inner Life” and I feel a sense of profound well-being. Thank you for this sensitive and enlightened sharing. Each chapter of the book is directly linked to one of the promises I made to myself to move forward in my life and savor it. It is only if we succeed in healing our wounds through benevolent inner healing and forgiveness that we will be able to bring forth our inner peace and that the World will in turn be at Peace. Your book, which is becoming one of my bedside books, encourages me to continue the life journey that the encounter with Vipassana meditation and the discovery of Non-Violent Communication allowed me to begin ten years ago. So I continue to say yes to life, to laugh, to have confidence in myself and in it; to go towards others without fear to share, learn and vibrate; to express daily, deep within myself, gratitude for this life that has been given to me. Thank you!
Friday, July 22, 2022 – Gérard – The Angel's Consolation, its positive impact on me | The recent loss of my wife after a long illness against which she valiantly fought, provided me with sadness, loneliness, and a lack of taste for life as daily companions, despite children, family, and friends.
I have just finished the novel The Angel's Consolation , where the heroine Blanche, close to physical death, intensely expresses love and joy and recommends living each moment as a gift of life. What is this mysterious connection with her that, as soon as the novel was finished, completely changed my outlook and allowed me to see the remaining time as an opportunity to deepen consciousness and help others. Thanks to Frédéric Lenoir.
Saturday, July 16, 2022 – Thiaseve – Lack | Lack can send us to places where our shadows impose their law.
Without even seeing anything, anger, fear, and hatred become the guides of our choices.
Our vision narrows, becoming smaller and smaller, we look at the world with our eyes filled with contempt.
Even the people we love merge in our minds.
Revenge, resentment, jealousy, these incessant movements take place, but at what price?
The bill is painful, melancholy becomes furious,
others are guilty of our dangerous madness,… introspection may be advantageous,
but for that, inner honesty is the silent key.
Well hidden behind years of accumulated wounds, it is time to go and meet these hidden truths,
hidden in these masked feelings, which we can sometimes even project
in order to get rid of our responsibility. At the time, soothed, we have the feeling of having won.
Thursday, June 30, 2022 – Giga amoroso – Jun, a journey towards oneself | Not being a literary person, I discovered this immense thinker, philosopher and visionary researcher as you say Frédéric but above all a man very close to us with his faults and his qualities. In the chapter “The journey” of the journey towards oneself, we perfectly understand the role of our opposites, our opposites, of the “anima” in the feminine and the “animus” in the masculine but individuated in our unconscious which it is useful to know to reach “the completeness of our being”. I recommend your study to all couples who tear each other apart and separate without knowing the reason when they could continue to love each other while remaining different. Based on his own experience and that of his patients, I found real answers to mine on the deity, the numinous and the ancestral religious that we all inherit in our unconscious.
Wednesday, June 8, 2022 – Map – Thank you | Just a huge thank you. I think I've read all your books, but one sentence answered an existential question. I repeat it to myself and share it several times a week, and it gives meaning to my life, which is currently full of upheavals: To exist is a fact, to live is an art.
Thank you for this mantra that encourages me to never give up.
Tuesday, June 7, 2022 – Nadège – The Angel's Consolation | I just had a great time with Blanche, I would have also liked to ask her my questions about resilience, mourning. Have we been facing a resilience work that follows us since birth? Do we mourn regularly, when we leave our comfort zone? Is the person of attachment important in surviving trials, if they are no longer there, how can we find this inner strength? Blanche was able to answer a few questions, and questions my curiosity about our capacity. I had a complicated childhood and 2 years ago my husband died of a ruptured aneurysm. I found myself alone to manage everything with 2 young children. What book do you recommend on accepting trials? It is always a beautiful moment to read you, Thank you very much.
Friday, May 6, 2022 – Laetitia Angèle – The Soul of the World » compass of my spiritual life » | Dear Frédéric, your book “The Soul of the World” has surprised me lately in certain moments of my life. I decided to use it on a daily basis, not by reading it in order like a simple book, but depending on the events of my life, I take a page “at random.” Several times, I have come across an answer to my worries, my questions, my bad negative reactions. I have the impression that a benevolent star is communicating with me through your book. You have my gratitude! 🙂
Sunday, April 24, 2022 – Kristal Pierre – My feelings about novels | Hello A few years ago, while I was looking for a novel, none in particular, I was drawn to a title: Crystal Heart . After reading the information about the author, as well as the summary of the work, I bought two copies, one for myself and the second for a friend. The same day, I read the book in one sitting and I found it beautiful, so beautiful that I reread it a second time. A few days ago, I read The Soul of the World , in one sitting and I was carried away by the beauty of the story. This writing reminded me of a magnificent book that I had read a few years earlier. While searching through my books, I found "Crystal Heart" and checked the author's name... It was of course the same one 🙂 Today, I'm going to read "Just after the end of the world". A writing that awakens, amazes and immerses in the beauty of the sacred. Thank you for these moments of grace. Kristal ❤️
Thursday, March 31, 2022 – Fred – Review of “The Soul of the World” | I really enjoyed “The Soul of the World” and “Just After the End of the World,” I am adopting this philosophy of life more and more and I have acquired wisdom, which means that I no longer have enemies or unbearable moments, everything is to be put into perspective, no stress to have, what must happen, will happen, the important thing is to live these last moments as pleasant as possible and to share this state of mind with those who need it most. Take care of the humans around you, the reward is ultimate. A smile, a handshake, a knowing look have a lot of value.
Friday, March 25, 2022 – Giga amoroso – “Jung, a journey to oneself” | With your latest essay, I discovered this great visionary who encourages us to read you from your introduction because although your book was written during the pandemic but before Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, you quote his words in 1944: “… but that it is indeed man who constitutes the greatest danger for man. The reason is simple: there is still no effective protection against psychic epidemics; and these epidemics are infinitely more devastating than the worst catastrophes of Nature! The supreme danger that threatens both the individual being and peoples taken as a whole is the psychic danger.”
Sunday, March 20, 2022 – Arlette – Thank you | Thank you Sir for your humanity and sensitivity, I have just read: OPEN LETTER TO ANIMALS, a
wonderful little book of tenderness and above all this cry from the heart for all the cruelties inflicted on our animal friends under the pretext for some of “traditions” and criminal hunts. Thank you very much Sir. Arlette Biard in Mesland, Loir et Cher
Sunday, March 13, 2022 – Anita – Continuation of reading “just after the end of the world” | .. To thank you for this initiatory tale, at a time and moment in my life, which allows me more awareness of what is at work on my life path. As if by chance, but is there chance, when my steps led me to your book as an obviousness, a continuation of a fundamental quest to awaken, to grow! To become aware of one's ego and its “demands”, and to regain power over one's emotions to experience joy, love, and open oneself to a liberating path… Your message comes at a precise moment where I can integrate it and understand it as a sweetness and a thank you to life. I really appreciate your writing and am very receptive to the words, to the life paths of the “heroes” (no doubt echoing what I am currently reading about healing tales). Thank you again. I look forward to seeing and hearing you at a conference, perhaps in our regions, which are so imbued with the energies of nature.. anita.stephant[at]gmail.com
Thursday, March 10, 2022 – Moni – Remarks | Hello, I just finished reading your book “The Spinoza Miracle”. I was disappointed by the correspondence from your friend Robert Misrahi who claims that Spinoza was an atheist and that he spoke of God, just to protect himself while it is always a question of a new vision of God in which he believes. The word “God” does not belong only to the Christian religion or other religions. I know what I am talking about, because I was: an atheist until the age of 45 (without knowledge of God) and a practicing Catholic until the age of 55. Today, I am no longer Catholic but I still believe in God and Spinoza enlightened me on my rejection of religions (often sectarian if not always). Fortunately, your response: let’s call it “atheism”, if you want since you intend to remain within the biblical definition of God. Thank you. Mr. Renault
Saturday, March 4, 2022 – Moni – Gratitude | Hello, thank you for your book “The Spinoza Miracle.” I am not an intellectual, but I have found only one remedy to understand the meaning of my chaotic life and find inner peace: philosophy. I am 65 years old, I was a simple administrative secretary and without any real ambition. Divorced for more than thirty years, I have never rebuilt my life because a little voice told me to look for, what? I didn’t know. The suicide of my son at his father’s house in 2012 “awakened” me, as Anthony De Mélo says so well in his books. I realized that I had spent my life waiting for an answer that I sought in the Catholic religion (I was an atheist until I was 45, like my parents). But in vain! You say that Spinoza is a friend to you, he is also a friend to me and I will try to read his works even if I know that I will only understand a tiny part of them. Thank you. Monique Renault
Thursday, February 24, 2022 – Céline – Thank you for “Jung a Journey to Oneself” | Congratulations and thank you for your book “Jung a Journey to Oneself”. I really discovered Jung from my discovery of the MBTI, and since then I have continued to delve into the subject. After reading your book, I now understand why Jung’s theories and concepts resonate with me: I share his vision of religion, the fact of considering beings in their entirety, and so many other concepts! I had been frustrated when reading Freud’s works, because I had the impression that certain aspects of personality or behavior were glossed over or even hidden, and I now understand that I am closer to Jung’s thoughts than to Freud’s. A big thank you for making Jung’s life and concepts accessible. Your book will most certainly count in my path to individuation.
Sunday, February 20, 2022 – Aurélien – Thank you | Hello, with this message I simply wanted to thank you for your works. I suffer from a chronic illness that makes my daily life very painful and reading “Wisdom Explained to Those Who Seek It” as well as “Short Treatise on Inner Life” have given me a lot of energy and hope. I can't wait to discover the rest of your work.
I find that you are an excellent teacher (word of a pro, I am an associate professor of math 🙂) and that you make philosophy accessible to everyone, which is no small feat, especially with a positive message that the world needs so much.
I have three sons, still young (from 4 to 9 years old), to whom I am beginning to pass on the taste for reading. As soon as they are old enough, your works will be among the first that I will put in their hands. Aurélien
P.S.: I'm thinking, there would be quite a lot to write about the links between math and philosophy. Perhaps an idea for a future book? 🙂
Friday, February 18, 2022 – Nanou – Soil Extinction | We are facing a massive and imminent problem: soil extinction, meaning soils are losing their vitality and turning into sand. The SaveSoil movement is a call to action for each of us to urge governments to create political strategies to revitalize soils. On March 21, we are launching a 100-day global movement to inspire 3.5 billion people to understand the problem, to talk about it, to advocate for SaveSoil so that numbers can influence our governments. There are interesting achievements from young farmers setting up small farms, specialists and scientists quantifying, studying….
There is a lot to do, but together we can save the soil. Let's make it happen. Thank you #consciousplanet#savesoil

Friday, January 28, 2022 – Roberta – Thank you and thank you again | Hello, I am currently taking the 18 MentorShow Masterclass lessons and I can confirm that you are a precious gift. Thank you and thank you again for the opportunity to follow you online because it is not always easy to talk to a computer!
Saturday, January 1, 2022 – Quadrifolium – Two reflections | Thank you Frédéric for all these inspirations and insights revealed throughout your pages. What a joy to read a book on Jung in which his spirituality is neither hidden nor mocked. And this led me to think that you might be the ideal person to offer us an illuminating biography of Swedenborg, mentioned in the book, and for whom it is almost impossible to find a study without preconceptions. In The Power of Joy , your description of Philia reminded me of the Anam Cara of the Celtic tradition, taken up in his eponymous book by John o'Donohue, poet and priest who reconnected contemporary Ireland to its Celtic soul. "The one you love, your anam cara, your soul friend, is the truest mirror to reflect your soul." Not translated into French, it would also be a wonderful discovery for French-speaking readers to meet this much-loved personality in Ireland (... if a publisher were to look into his writings). Thursday, December 30, 2021 – Christophe – Jung, a journey towards oneself | Dear Frédéric, I have had the pleasure of following your reflections and broadcasts for many years. You are a source of inspiration for me on the path to self-knowledge and openness to the world. I have just finished reading your latest book: Jung, a journey towards oneself. I wanted to sincerely thank you for the quality of your work, which fascinated me. It allowed me to understand many concepts, which resonated with me as obvious. I hope to have the pleasure of speaking with you one day in person. Continue to awaken our consciences. I wish you the best for the new year. Christophe
Thursday, December 30, 2021 – Andrew – Thank you for this wonderful read | Frédéric, I really enjoyed your new book on Jung, which, for me, was a fantastic introduction to a new, rich, and complex line of thought. You've struck a great balance between your personal perspective and a documentary-style narrative. Thank you very much!
Sunday, December 26, 2021 – Morgane – Acknowledgments | Hello, thank you for giving us knowledge, for helping us understand the world in which we play this very interesting score. Thank you for reading and analyzing so many thinkers and researchers for us. Thank you for having so well exercised and trained your ability to organize ideas, shed light on the relationships between them, and synthesize remarks. Reading you opens paths, doors. And gives the feeling of being more connected to the universe and to one's own life. The ego is also very happy to feel more intelligent. What a beautiful incarnation you have chosen and what a beautiful way to fulfill yourself. Keep up the good work. Morgane
Sunday, December 19, 2021 – Sergio – Message | It's a pleasure to read you, you help us shape the keys and decode the opening of doors to the path of truth. Thank you
Friday, December 17, 2021 – Gélou – Acknowledgments | Dear Frédéric, I would like to thank you for all the books you write. They are a great treasure for all humanity. I assure you that you have re-enchanted the world in which I live with your thoughts of wisdom, beauty, and depth. I am almost 80 years old and I always eagerly await the release of a new book from you. I have read almost all of them over the years, and each time, it is a great joy to meditate on what you write. I wish you all the best for the holidays and a happy and rich 2022 in spirituality, imagination, travel, and friendship. Take care of yourself, because you are precious to all of us and to our beautiful planet, which must be preserved in thoughts, words, and actions. Yours sincerely, Angèle
Saturday, December 11, 2021 – Gérard – Thank you | I just enjoyed the book “Petit traité de vie intérieure” (Short Treatise on Inner Life). I enjoyed every chapter, and I used it as a morning read and as a source of reflection afterwards. I admit to being more fulfilled, at peace with myself and life, and happier. A thousand thanks!
Thursday, December 9, 2021 – Rizma – Tribute | I discovered you today, not that I don't read, far from it, but... the time wasn't right. It was at the Toulouse train station that I saw you, well, I saw the title of your book on Jung and as Jung is one of my great masters... In general, I don't read authors who write about others but here, I don't know why, the sentence about Jung, your good head, I thank you for being there and for your work on the place of animals, for your dialogue and sharing with children and their wisdom. In short, it's great!!!
Tuesday, December 7, 2021 – Roberta – Many thanks | Hello, if real life is encounters, for me you are the true gift of life. See you at the next conference…online. A Merry Christmas
Tuesday, November 30, 2021 – Frédérique – Thank you! | Hello! Simply to say “thank you!”. Your books are like friends, they help me heal my wounded soul, guide me on my life path that I would finally like to follow light as a feather. Good luck!
Sunday, October 10, 2021 – Zara-N – Dialogue with Nature | Dear Frédéric, I live in Western Siberia. I listen to the radio station "France Culture," I heard your conversation with Abdennour Bidar "The Sacralization of Everyday Life," and I am delighted that philosophers in France are interested in the secrets of nature.
I only read French, and my Russian PDF file "Mystical Experience of Communication with Plants, Birds, and Animals" is not downloaded. Perhaps because of the Russian language. I communicate with nature through images, because I am an empath. Plants, birds, and animals understand me, and I understand them. All the best.
Sunday, September 19, 2021 – Giga amoroso – Our encounters through your writings | Our universe of humanists
Beyond what we see, what we touch,
Our soul feels the invisible, what we imagine.
Love before our existence, light and joy,
This happiness, source of desire and ecstasy which binds us to you.
Saturday, September 4, 2021 – belleroseline[at]yahoo.ca – The dogma of the Trinity | What if the dogma of the Trinity was simply the understanding, the comprehension we have of God, illustrated by tongues of fire above the heads of the apostles!
Saturday, July 31, 2021 – Karine – THANK YOU | Dear Frédéric, a few years ago, I was able to hear and see you in PARIS, and the “Spinoza miracle” began! I am immersed in your writings, sometimes go to the Rencontres perspectives , and try to share the reflections provided by your readings. I had barely had time to finish your book “Vivre” when “chance” offered me “Transmissir ce que nous se apportants les un autres”. I am passionate about what you offer through your writings, your conferences, and broadcasts. I would like to say THANK YOU: for your luminous outlook, and for the links you forge with people who also fascinate me, like Catherine GUEGUEN, Jeanne SIAUD-FACCHIN, Christophe ANDRE, Matthieu RICARD, Alexandre JOLLIEN, Boris CYRULNIK… I also remain convinced that it is by awakening children, but also adults, to reflection that we can build beautiful relationships. You are a real guide of positivity, objectivity and reflection. THANK YOU
Wednesday, July 14, 2021 – Giga amoroso – “Just after the end of the world” Acceptance… | For you Thank you
» A light of love watches
over Time has passed and left its mark,
So many forgotten loves, memories without embrace.
My heart continues to beat
And my soul expands.
My tired, wrinkled body
Wants to abandon itself without haste.
Autumn carries it towards its destiny,
Winter is at my door, it knocks…
I don’t want to let it in!
Not yet by letting myself go.
Deep within our being
The spring of dreams slumbers,
A small flame of love watches over
So that in the mornings we can almost be reborn.
As summer approaches in a rural setting,
It is so sweet to feel life with our desires,
Its smells, its birdsong, it invades us.
The light of its master tenderly penetrates us,
If only for a moment
To suspend time a little,
To contemplate with passion
The seasons blossom.
Enjoy life with emotion,
Which enchants ecstasy!... »
Monday, July 5, 2021 – Chimed Tshomo | Thank you for reading the book The Power of Joy , sincere and lively. Reading you, I feel that you deeply want to see readers find joy in it. For my part, this is the case. Thank you. Here is a text that I would like to share: The Swallow
"A swallow came to rest its wings on her head,
With the desire to see her take flight.
She crosses the clouds with passion
Breathes the air of freedom in the blue of the sky,
In free fall she radiates.
A cypress reaches out to her
She nestles at her side
Its roots surround her, the sap flows in her heart
With a sweet love a joy floods
her Her eyes open to life." Js
May you live in joy with your loved ones. Yours sincerely.
Sunday, July 4, 2021 – Giga amoroso – Your latest novel “Just after the end of the world” | Dear Frederic, I am reading “Just after the end of the world” with, from the beginning, a great message of hope for the children who receive it and it made me think of my last poem written for an assignment for my granddaughter on the theme of the music of “Ravel’s Boléro”. I am presenting it to you.
"The awakening of a beautiful
What is this gentle light that rises
Suddenly illuminates on the horizon?
Why does it wake me this morning
Does it enchant me with the call of the finch?
How then, still in my dreams,
On a white floating cloud,
My light, lying body rising,
Lets itself be carried away by temptation?
But yes, it is my beautiful cosmic star
Which illuminates us in our four seasons.
Soon higher up to its zenith
It warms my heart and my passions.
Happy, out of my beautiful chrysalis
Surprise, I fly away like a butterfly.
Finally free I dance with my guide,
And sing with happiness in unison.
Saturday, June 19, 2021 – Marie Martine – St Martin Conference | What a joy to have been able to come and listen to you once again under these two oak trees. So many messages transmitted, so much love, so many smiles. Your transmission nourishes our soul, our daily life, the shadow, the light. You are true on all levels, available and warm. Your latest book is a meditation that is important to reread and reread, I think that Jung will also transport us, thank you for making your knowledge available to your readers, it feels good. Full of gratitude for these physical contacts, your travels, the south will vibrate with your presence. Sincerely, a reader for a very long time
Monday, May 31, 2021 – Isabelle – The Paths of the Sacred | Mr. Lenoir, I thank you for “The Paths of the Sacred” which I never tire of watching and rewatching. They are of great beauty and great richness. To thank you, this poem:
“ All the suns at dawn still sleep a little numb, nonchalant, they don’t care about the fire of the day that awaits them, they chase away the shadows of men and wars, all the suns at dawn are like big children who have no use for time ” Poem by Alfio Antico (Italy)

Friday, May 14, 2021 – Ingrid – Thanks | Hello Sir, I wanted to thank you for the DVDs I received following my small contribution. I admit I had forgotten, but you didn't. I wanted to thank you for all these soothing films full of serenity and kindness. Gratitude
Saturday, May 8, 2021 – Bernard – Video #21 Spiritual Person | Hello, I watched with great interest your video entitled “the three fundamental dimensions of a spiritual person”, and I admit to remaining perplexed by the dimensions mentioned, namely: 1. humor and the ability to be intelligent, 2. the heart and the ability to love, 3. the body, which must be loved, a healthy mind in a healthy body. Spirituality being to grow in humanity, to develop one's dreams, one's potential, one's received talents. Certainly, we must “take care of our body so that our Soul wants to stay there”, but, we must first be fully aware that we are first and foremost spiritual beings, whose three fundamental dimensions or “components” are (from my humble point of view): Intelligence, Consciousness, Emotions and Feelings. Which harmonize with the two other states of the Human Being: Energy and Matter. Best regards
Thursday, April 22, 2021 – Danie – Acknowledgments | Following some health problems, I could no longer read and it ended up making me self-conscious… despite multiple attempts, I couldn’t concentrate regardless of the type of writer and then when you appeared on television and then on the radio, I couldn’t resist the urge to read you and since then, I read… even reread your works which bring me so much… I so appreciate your accessible and “understandable” philosophical side to those (like me) who are interested in it. It is a real enrichment for oneself and for others… THANK YOU… and continue again and again…
Friday, April 16, 2021 – catherineparisot[at]yahoo.fr – Your contribution to C' à dire on April 16 | Hello Mr. Lenoir, I am writing to thank you for your contribution to C' à dire. Your way of seeing the world, which consists of looking first inside yourself to be able to see the outside differently, is totally in harmony with what I have been experiencing since I suffered a burnout 5 years ago. While I was deprived of my words, when I was consumed by shame and guilt, I found strength in the little beauties that each day offers us. Slowly, I learned to live again, differently. I had to take stock of my previous life to focus on what made me feel good (nature, light, the beauty of each day that dawns…) and put aside what creates anxiety and anger in me. I recounted my journey of introspection and reflection on my life in a book, "Letters for You."
Thank you for your insightful contribution. Sincerely, Catherine
Saturday, April 3, 2021 – Sabine – Thank you for “The Paths of the Sacred” | I just watched your documentary on Arte. Thank you for this wonderful gift and sharing.
Friday, April 2, 2021 – Margot – Your interview at the Grande Table on April 1, 2021 | If I listened to you correctly, is spirituality for the bourgeoisie? For people like you who can look out at the sea from their house in Corsica, contemplate nature from their house in the countryside, regenerate themselves thanks to trees and waterfalls, capture the sacred fire of volcanoes, interview aborigines, walk in nature to find inner silence and travel the world to collect the testimony of wise men, gurus, masters – all men, right? I live in Paris, and for the past year, I have been deprived of silence, forests, volcanoes, landscapes. I live in minerals, concrete, asphalt, noise, crowds… shoulder to shoulder with a community of human beings suffering and on the verge of a nervous breakdown. Like the majority of men and women on our planet... Are we excluded from your spirituality, unfit to experience the sacred, incapable of an inner life??? Are you a wise man or a merchant of illusions?
Saturday, March 13, 2021 – Véronique | I started reading you about a year ago on the advice of my aunt, because following several marriage preparation meetings, I had a lot of questions about religion and she advised me to read The Soul of the World . I devoured this book, it really helped me a lot. I am someone who has a lot of anxiety attacks, they appeared from time to time, and then these attacks became chronic, my doctor prescribed me anti-depressants which I very quickly stopped because I was no longer myself, I no longer recognized myself. I spoke to my Aunt about it and she advised me to read your book Little Treatise on Inner Life . I don't know how to describe the feelings I felt when I just read the beginning. Tears began to flow down my cheeks, but not tears of sadness but of joy, because I had found help in your book, as if you had written it for me. I found answers, solutions that relieved me. A huge thank you.
Monday, March 8, 2021 – Giga amoroso – Thank you for all your writings | Intimate thoughts to all dreamers in search of happiness
Keep hope,
Often, not having waking dreams
leads us to horrible, senseless nightmares.
Night and day we seek light in the dark,
for happiness depends partly on hope.
A life lesson by Erri DE LUCA:
" What matters to me is the page that keeps me awake while I write it, not those already written, never reread. "
Sunday, March 7, 2021 – Roberta | I am currently listening to the meditation on consolation at your conference and the emotions are numerous and surprising. You have given us a wonderful gift, a unique Sunday filled with hope, kindness, intelligence, not superficiality but useful, concrete and practical advice to help us move forward in an increasingly unpredictable and chaotic world. What can we say? That I adore you THANK YOUU ...
Friday, February 12, 2021 – Kevin – “The Soul of the World” | Hello Sir! I appreciate the quality of your works after discovering you a few years ago. I particularly “traveled” through reading your three philosophical tales. In the order of my preferences, “The Soul of the World” holds first place. As I myself am “thirsty” for discoveries and knowledge, you are a “must-read” in my personal “journey”! Proof: Wanting to deepen my interest in philosophy, my therapist recommended that I read “Philo – comics”, to which I discovered your preface!! I repeat: YOU ARE A MUST-HAVE in your fields, including knowledge. Thank you again!
Thursday, February 11, 2021 – Jacques – A review | Hello, despite largely insufficient prerequisites in many areas, I enjoy reading you.
This lack of general knowledge brings about a synthesis through the simplicity of your writings. Believe it or not, I have the feeling that, in the end, I have retained a reinforcement of the main ideas that help me maintain the interest of life. Thank you.
Tuesday, February 9, 2021 – Cartecieliste – Forgiveness | Forgiving liberates
Forgiveness is a source of freedom, peace, and well-being.
Just as we are called to forgive others,
we are also called to forgive ourselves with the same kindness and open-mindedness.
It is time to let old grudges dissolve.
It is time to remove the dust from the recesses of our consciousness.
It is time to restore the flow of joy in our lives.
It is high time to forgive.
Thank you, Frédéric, for your writings (I am on your chapter 13 on non-violence and forgiveness from the Little Treatise on Inner Life) and I would like to know who wrote the text above because it invites non-violence. I myself am very 'angry' and therefore violent towards myself and have been for a very long time. Your book is a delight of truth and encourages moderation. Thank you
Thursday, February 4, 2021 – Yves – “Happiness” | Thank you so much for this philosophical hike! ☺️
Sunday, January 24, 2021 – Françoise | Hello, thank you for this nugget (Living in an Unpredictable World) which I savored like one does with a chocolate candy, slowly, deliciously to extract all the flavors. Very cordially
