2016 - 2020

Sunday, December 20, 2020 – Giga amoroso – Your new book with Nicolas “From one world to another” | Hello Merry Christmas with my latest poem and the hope of a “Rebirth” thanks to your kindness towards our humanity and our universe.

“Awaken our conscience”

Tell me that life will not end here,
especially that there will indeed be a paradise,
where love, joys, and desires are eternal,
without misery or suffering like our Tower of Babel!

The more we merge with "Life",
the less we accept to see suffering,
the more we push ourselves to reflect,
the less we risk being indifferent.

May this earth, flooded with oceans and seas,
with so much beauty formed from immense universes,
from abysses to beautiful living expanses reaching to the sky,
awaken humankind and its original consciousness!

Saturday, December 5, 2020 – Marina – Thank you for Mom | Hello Frédéric Lenoir, I started reading your work after a period of depression. I shared my reading with my mother, and it strengthened our bond. On Tuesday, December 1st, shortly after 9 a.m., she was hit by a car; her head hit the ground, and she left us. Your book, "On Happiness: A Philosophical Journey," is still on her nightstand. Mom was a devoted, smiling woman, overflowing with life and courage. My brother tells me she had completed her mission with us, but it's a little too soon for me; she was only 61. I want to thank you so much for what you write; you have brought us closer, and you are helping me grow. Thank you very much.

Saturday, November 21, 2020 – Joan – Gratitude | Hello Frédéric, I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your books, and especially for "On Happiness – A Philosophical Journey." Over seven years ago, I was going through a very difficult time at work. I won't go into details; the important thing is that I don't remember how your book came into my hands, but it was a revelation. It helped me get through that period by rebuilding myself on new foundations. Even today, I love rereading it, and just the mention of the title makes me feel radiant and connect with the best in myself, in others, and in life. So, simply: THANK YOU from the bottom of my HEART!

Tuesday, November 17, 2020 – Sandie – Does “freedom” come at too high a price? | To free ourselves from the beliefs and unconscious actions that determine “our” professional and romantic choices, it would be wise to identify them and analyze them with the help of professionals such as psychologists. The best outcome would be to use this information to avoid repeating this “mistake” with our children or partners. Who can afford to invest so much time and money in this worthwhile endeavor?

Wednesday, November 11, 2020 – Roberta – A wonderful coincidence | Hello, for my birthday on 11/11, a new book [The Paths of the Sacred] – magical like all the others – has just been published… Immense joy. Infinite admiration.

Monday, November 2, 2020 – Giga amoroso – Poem for my daughter's wedding | Thank you to Frédéric and Nicolas for coming together for our future and "Living Differently."
For Elsa's happiness

My darling Elsa, happiness is not something you conquer,
nor is it declared overnight.
Little by little, it is tamed in your hands,
fragile, sensitive, it vanishes at the first sudden movement, the first misstep.

But so attached to sweetness and joy,
a lover of life and desires like yours,
he returns unexpectedly at a bend in the road,
or when the sun rises, like this morning…

Long before dawn at the Horned Hat, where
your smile sleeps, your beautiful eyes that adorn your dress,
as white with light as the lightning of Love
… Only for a moment, but radiant for her return

Tuesday, October 27, 2020 – Eric – Thank you ! From One World to Another | Hello Frédéric, I'm almost finished with your book co-written with Nicolas Hulot, and in a few words… I want to thank you both. First, for sharing your experiences and reflections, which certainly contribute to the individual awakening necessary for collective awareness. Then, I spoke about it with my daughter, who, at 17, is very involved in the environmental cause (and others!) and who feels neither understood nor listened to by our generation… thank you for this generational link, which must be one of the driving forces behind the paradigm shift we absolutely need. I send you both my regards and promise to be an advocate for your book in Montreal. Sincerely… Eric

Monday, October 26, 2020 – Emmanuelle – The Angel's Consolation | Hello, I first borrowed your book from my village library, then I bought it to thank you and to have it with me when I lead support groups with victims of sexual abuse. I also appreciate the idea of being able to return to it whenever I want. I wasn't expecting it; I was simply savoring each page. Then I read pages 169 and 170; I felt something within me being revealed, something that allows me, for the first time in my life, to think that perhaps I am a good person after all, at least worthy of being loved and respected. I read, then closed your book, deeply moved without yet daring to admit it to myself. Afraid it wouldn't last, afraid of lying to myself. However, it's been several days since I read your book, and the effect is still there! Thank you so much. Also, thank you to SEVE, whose journey I've followed. My only hope in writing these words is that you'll have the time to read them and receive my gratitude.

Saturday, October 3, 2020 – Cat – Thank you  | Good evening, thank you for all the books you write. I just finished "Wisdom Explained to Those Who Seek It." My thanks go hand in hand with the fact that your words, your explanations, are so clear that they are a balm to the heart. My life has been so rich in lessons that I have learned what letting go means. Tonight, I had another opportunity to reflect on this. I was getting ready, and your account of your incident with the passage from Zhuangzi came to me. A light, thank you.

Saturday, September 19, 2020 – Marie-Odile – From One World to Another | A HUGE THANK YOU, Mr. Lenoir, for your book of dialogues with Mr. Hulot. I couldn't wait to finish reading your work before telling my friends and acquaintances about it, I so wanted them to get their hands on it as soon as possible… Because it's urgent that a better world can come about, and, what's so wonderful, you believe in it. It's urgent for everyone's happiness because your book is a balm for the soul, a book to be shared with loved ones and as many people as possible. Thank you, thank you, thank you… for sharing your thoughts and experiences in such a rich and humble exchange.

Monday, September 7, 2020 – Lionel – Télématin, Livestock Farming in France  | Good morning, this morning during your interview on Télématin, you spread a piece of "fake news" regarding meat consumption in France. 80% of French meat does not come from factory farms. To see for yourself, feel free to visit the Aubrac countryside where you will see small farms that feed France and are often criticized by people like you.

Reply to Lionel: Fortunately, there are still small farmers in France who raise their animals with respect and high-quality practices. Unfortunately, 80% of the meat consumed in France comes from large farms, a significant portion of which are foreign-owned. See the article in Le Parisien (June 4, 2018).

Sunday, September 6, 2020 – Catherine – Thought of the Day | Hello Sir, I believe that philosophy can save a life, and I believe that Mr. Spinoza didn't write "not to mock, not to lament, not to hate, but to UNDERSTAND" by chance. So thank you, because for me—and this is just my opinion—if you have written about Spinoza's miracle, perhaps one day we will write about Lenoir's miracle.

Thursday, September 3, 2020 – Michèle – Thank you  | Hello Frédéric, just wanted to let you know that you bring a sense of well-being to my life, one of the few people, along with Nicolas, who give me hope. I love hearing you express what I truly believe because I'm considered a utopian! It's hard to live peacefully in this world. Like Nicolas, I have no filter and I feel everything. Thank you both, I'm going to read your latest book. Keep up the fight, we're with you! Sincerely

Thursday, September 3, 2020 – Françoise Mementomori – claude.gil[at]dbmail.com  | All these compliments are strange. Mr. Lenoir irritates me tremendously with his cheap optimism; the only thing missing was his collaboration with the wealthy Corsican, Hulot; yet he seems sincere to me; he believes what he says, on repeat now and on all media; not a good sign. I'm going to read "The Consolation of the Angel"... So, the existential question: the meaning of life? There isn't one; a sperm meets an egg, sometimes in an act called love, sometimes just for a quick fling, sometimes, alas, in rape, even in the case of marriage... See "The Biology of Passions" by J.D. Vincent. What is love made of? But hey, we all believed in it. A child is born "and the family circle applauds." Come on now… what are we going to offer these children who asked for nothing? The beauty of nature, which cannot be denied except when it rebels and kills. A world where they'll have to fight at school, at work if they can even find it despite a master's degree, a world where people kill for religions…

Thursday, July 30, 2020 – Martine – Meditation  | Hello Frédéric, for several months now I've been meditating almost every day with your CD, it does me a world of good. Your voice, as well as the choice of each word and the music, is just PERFECT. Consolation is a real game-changer with each listen… Thank you so much.

Wednesday, July 29, 2020 – Pierre – My thanks | Dear Mr. Lenoir, I have just finished your book "The Consolation of the Angel" and I am taking the liberty, even though I imagine your schedule must be very full, of writing to thank you for the wonderful moments you gave me with this book. This is also true of your other works, which have allowed me to develop my thinking, as I have not pursued any formal studies other than self-study, driven by a desire for spiritual growth.
I am over 80 years old, and the approach of the end of my life is an undeniable fact that I cannot ignore.
Your book will certainly help me to face this new reality with greater serenity. Thank you again for that. I am writing to you while listening to Allegri's "Miserere," and I have tears in my eyes. This should not surprise you… thank you for that as well. I wish you all the best. Pierre.

Tuesday, July 28, 2020 – Marie-Amélie – Philosophizing with Children | What a wonderful discovery this book is… It will allow me to talk about philosophy with my daughters… If only I were more comfortable with the subject… I would have loved to run these workshops with the children at the local school, just like you did. I'm sure it would boost their self-confidence. In any case, you've inspired me to delve deeper and read your other books. Thank you

Saturday, July 25, 2020 – Marie – Thank you  | Good evening, I simply wanted to thank you for your writing. I discovered you through * The Spinoza Miracle * and the wonderful ideas it contains. I just finished *Live!* and I appreciated the kindness of its pages. Thank you for your writing style, which is simply delightful, and for everything your books bring to a life. Thank you for your commitments, especially to animals.

Saturday, July 25, 2020 – Jean Michel – Acknowledgments | Having read some of your works, particularly those on the theme of religion, I wanted to thank you for writing them. I just finished reading * Christ the Philosopher* , which offers a reading and perspective on Jesus that I find accurate. It also provides an interpretation of the biblical texts that exudes a tolerance and open-mindedness that I appreciate. As a believer myself, but somewhat at odds with the churches, I find comfort and confirmation of thoughts that have been on my mind for a long time… I dare to hope, and even believe, that you are inspired by the Holy Spirit. Thank you again and best of luck.

Sunday, July 19, 2020 – Citoyenhmida – The Angel of Consolation | I am 76 years old and I greatly enjoyed The Oracle of the Moon … just as I have immense respect for your work as a teacher of philosophy… So I read your latest novel: at my age, it seemed a little light, but you know so well how to present things… I gave it to my goddaughter, who is 22: she read it with immense pleasure and bothered me a hundred times for this or that clarification… She is starting The Spinoza Miracle today…

Saturday, July 18, 2020 – Claude – Spinoza | Hello, I just finished reading *The Spinoza Miracle *. Interestingly, I'm drawing a parallel with the work of Jean E. Charon (1920-1998). As early as 1960, Jean Charon revisited Einstein's theories using complex numbers, which have a real part and an imaginary part (represented by the negative square root, denoted "i"). Everything is made up of complex electrons. This is the "thinking electron." Its real part (matter) is subject to destructive entropy, and its imaginary part is the "Aeon," the "Spirit," which grows continuously through negentropy. At death, the Aeon survives, rejoins the Cosmos and the Primordial Aeon, named God, enriched by all the experiences of the Universe: "I have lived 15 billion years," "I am in the Universe, I am the Universe." Thus, the real part of the electron can be compared to Spinoza's "Nature natura," and the Aeon to his "Nature naturans." In another way, Jean Charon, in a certain sense, aligns with Spinoza's thought.

Monday, July 13, 2020 – Delphine – The Angel's Consolation, a gem of a book | Hello Mr. Lenoir, I just devoured your novel The Angel's Consolation . Thank you for this wonderful novel; it deeply moved me, in the best possible way. I was streaming with tears throughout. It felt like a confirmation of what I feel every day (thank you, Blanche!), without being able to put it into words. When a book transports you with such emotion, it's wonderful; it touched my heart, it's pure bliss! I love reading and rereading your work. Thank you; reading the beautiful things you write is a true remedy for feeling good. Sincerely,

Wednesday, July 8, 2020 – Ludovic – Thank You | Good evening, I just finished reading The Oracle of the Moon . What a pleasure it was to read this novel, which combines medieval romance and spirituality. I recognized the initiatory journey of the young knight from Roger Mauge's novel "The Unfaithful Knight," with an added mystical dimension. I simply wanted to thank you. As a lay member of a baptism team in my parish and having participated in two World Youth Days with John Paul II, I have also spent two periods in Nepal exploring Buddhism, and your books indirectly contribute to my personal journey with God.

Friday, June 26, 2020 – René – The Angel's Consolation | Good evening to you. First of all, I have read several of your works, which I have greatly enjoyed, with a slight preference for The Oracle of the Moon , which I have read several times. Your very clear and insightful appearances on television programs were much appreciated. It's a shame not to see you more often. My approach is as follows, with all due respect. In the book mentioned above, I would like to point out that Victor Hugo did not go into exile in Jersey, but in Guernsey. This does not prevent me from saying that it is a work full of sensitivity, bridging a generation that wishes to depart with humility after having suffered so much, and the rising generation, which has everything to learn from life. With the admiration of a reader, please continue to make us dream.

Monday, June 22, 2020 – Sarah – Thank you | Hello, this short message is to tell you that I've read quite a few of your books and that you're a great inspiration to me. Your latest book, "Living in an Unpredictable World," is timeless and soothing. Thank you 🙂 I'm looking forward to reading your next books…

Monday, June 22, 2020 – Martine – Thank you  | Mr. Lenoir, thank you for all the teachings that comfort and guide me right now. Thank you for your charisma, your humility, your commitment to this world, especially to the children who will be the adults of tomorrow. Thank you simply for helping us evolve and grow. Hoping to meet you in Quebec in the near future.

Thursday, June 4, 2020 – Alix – Thank You | Dear Frédéric, I wish you a happy birthday, albeit a day late. My intention was to congratulate you and also thank you for your wonderful novel, * L'Oracle della Luna* , which made my lockdown so enjoyable. See you soon, sometime somewhere, and always with this immense joy. Yours sincerely!

Monday, May 25, 2020 – Marie – Wonderful novel  | Hello Mr. Lenoir, I just finished your novel ' The Consolation of the Angel, ' which literally moved me deeply. This ode to life, death, and happiness touched me profoundly with its perfect tone, which obviously resonates with my own convictions and feelings. You have also inspired me to reread the poetry of Victor Hugo and Baudelaire, among others… I have already read some of your works, in which I find peace and comfort. Thank you for all of this! I so wish our politicians would be inspired by your wisdom; perhaps we could glimpse a more just and less cruel world…

Thursday, May 21, 2020 – Fran | I've only been reading you since the lockdown and I'm really enjoying it… And thanks to you I'm discovering Spinoza. Thank you.

Friday, May 8, 2020 – Myriam – The Angel's Consolation | Hello, I read your book "The Angel's Consolation," and I was particularly inspired by the references to Hugo and Allegri. I'm going to reread Hugo's poetry—I remembered the poem "To the Trees" that you quoted very well—and I was a little disappointed by Allegri. So I'd like to share with you some music in the same vein, which you probably know: Tchaikovsky's Cherubim Hymn (here's the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SZQzW_QfPew ), which I find deeply moving. Thank you for your books, but I must admit I prefer your lectures, which resonate with me more. Best wishes.

Saturday, May 2, 2020 – Isabel Mendes – A Very Small Thought | Dearest Frédéric, discovering your thought, through your writings and lectures, fills me with joy. I finally understand the devotion of disciples to their master and the happiness you can experience in engaging with Spinoza. Thank you for your enlightenment.

Thursday, April 30, 2020 – Line (line.bouchard99[at]videotron.ca) – Thank you | Thank you, Frédéric Lenoir, for sharing your wisdom and light. I read your book, *The Soul of the World*, just before the COVID-19 lockdown… it seems as if the message of this book is a premonition of what humanity is currently experiencing… I reread it a second time… these messages guide and inspire me… Thank you again

Wednesday, April 29, 2020 – phibaudin[at]yahoo.fr – Thank you | I just finished your book, *Christ the Philosopher* , and I finally found an echo of my spiritual quest, something I had never found in the principles of the traditional Church. This book had been lying around on my shelf for a long time; I liked the title, then I forgot about it. I rediscovered it during the lockdown. How modern, true, and beautiful Christ's message is! I want to read the Gospels now.

Wednesday, April 29, 2020 – Nathalie – Thank You | Discovering your book *The Soul of the World * “by chance,” in a particular socio-political and health context, your wisdom illuminates my path, already strewn with spirituality and inner realizations. What a joy to also discover * The Consolation of the Angel *, *The Healing of the World* , and to hear revelatory truths (during your conference on January 14, 2018), including the one on the duality between joy and sadness in connection with the study of Spinoza through your understanding. In short, I am discovering you as an author illuminating the path of many, myself included. For that, THANK YOU.

Sunday, April 12, 2020 – Isabelle – The Angel's Consolation | On this very special Easter day, bathed in the sound of Allegri's Miserere, I have just let go of Blanche and Hugo's hands, both resurrected from the dead after terrible suffering. This magnificent book comes at just the right time; there is no such thing as "coincidence": little by little, after an accident in 2016, I hope to be on this path of resilience, accompanied by the angel's consolation!
"The whole journey of life is about moving from unconsciousness to consciousness and from fear to love."
A magnificent work, a hymn to life, to love, to poetry: Victor Hugo, Baudelaire, and the contemporary poet Christian Bobin—I am moved and grateful. Bravo and thank you, Frédéric Lenoir.

Saturday, April 11, 2020 – Giga amoroso – Thank you for the contacts with “Journey to the limits of consciousness | The value of silence
Why these noises all around me
To understand the notion of existence?
When by chance my simple absence
Sometimes without noise guides my choices.

Despite the trials, my differences
, no tears or ecstasies would make sense,
if obviously my joys come from my confidence.
My happiness is very often appreciated in silence.

Such modest happiness

A single rose under my roof,
stirs my heart,
but even more so, the first smile of a child,
nestled tenderly, greedily at a mother's breast!

I love so much the indefinable happiness
Of truly listening with my heart,
Of feeling this divine music
Invade my beautiful, so modest soul.

Thursday, April 9, 2020 – Francesca – The Angel's Consolation | Dear Frédéric,
I read your novel, The Angel of Consolation (I love anything about angels).
I wanted to tell you that your characters deeply touched me.
The relationship between Blanche and Hugo, their confidences, and especially the love they discovered for each other.
This mutual acceptance, but also this great need to confide in one another, to welcome and comfort each other.
Hugo's distress allowed me to connect with my own.
At the age of three, I was hospitalized for lymph node surgery, and during that stay, I was abused by a hospital employee.
I was never able to come to terms with this experience; it was deeply buried within me until I read your novel.
When Hugo revealed his sad secret to Blanche, I was confronted with my own, and the floodgates opened. I finally managed to cry and release the deep sorrow that had always been inside me. Through your writing, I am healing a great deal; thank you.

Tuesday, April 7, 2020 – Roberta – Thank you so much | Hello Mr. Frédéric Lenoir, I live in Lombardy, the region of Italy most affected by the coronavirus, and today I simply want to say thank you.

Monday, April 6, 2020 – Philippe – The Angel's Promise | Hello Sir, The lockdown, conducive to reading, allows us to take our time. I am savoring your novel co-written with Violette Cabesos, "The Angel's Promise." I will never see Mont Saint-Michel with the same lightness again, but illuminated by your pages and this beautiful story between Moira and Roman. Thank you for this captivating novel. Yours sincerely

Monday, April 6, 2020 – Géraldine – Assessments | The current situation requires us to face change and accept it. Like a breath of fresh air, your messages are a welcome relief, like a sculptor removing from their statue everything that doesn't resemble the beauty they seek. And now, I'm faced with a dilemma. I have to manage my 10-year-old child's schooling, and I realize my powerlessness in the face of their boredom. The idea that "if teachers just did this or that, the child would be perfect" is definitely a thing of the past… It was while listening to your discussion of Spinoza that a lightbulb went off: could desire be the driving force behind action? Perhaps all it would take is finding one's own angle of desire for motivation to reach its peak. No more need for assessments that rank or derank entire generations. All children possess the necessary abilities. It's enough to address the desire first, not the competence. I have an experiment to conduct. Thank you.

Monday, April 6, 2020 – Brigitte – The Angel's Consolation | Hello, I just finished reading your latest book and it brought back memories of my NDE (Near-Death Experience) at age 19. I am now 63 years old and I confirm that God is Love and that as long as the experience is not understood in His Heart, He will keep repeating it. When I was out of my body, I was part of a collective consciousness and, although I would have preferred to stay, I understood and accepted returning because I had other things to do. And every day I reconnect with this infinite Love to nourish myself and share with creation, both visible and invisible. I have understood that what humankind has created, for good or for bad, is its responsibility and that it can, or must, change it for the greater good of all. Thank you, Frédéric, for sharing your writings.
Sincerely, Brigitte

Saturday, April 4, 2020 – Sugundhi – The Angel's Consolation | For a year now, I've been searching Frédéric Lenoir's books for insights into romantic relationships, and finally, I found them in this novel! This book also touches on other subjects such as the meaning of life, death, happiness, religion, near-death experiences, family secrets… I found it very interesting and enriching, even though the beginning of the novel seemed naive and unrealistic: Hugo, who has just come through a painful experience, agrees to talk with Blanche right away and without reservation… I know many young people that age, including my own children, and they would have been rather reluctant and grumpy…

Friday, March 27, 2020 – dominique.landrin[at]orange.fr – Thank you | Your warm and kind message touched me deeply. Your words and writings convey hope, humanity, and serenity. Take care. Respectfully.

Friday, March 27, 2020 – Jean-Philippe | Dear Frédéric, thank you for this great moment of emotion that you were able to convey through "The Consolation of the Angel".

Wednesday, March 25, 2020 – Corinne | My family and friends call you my favorite… and yes! I've been reading you with joy all these years… THANK YOU for writing, for expressing so accurately what I feel, what I experience, however modestly, when I thought I was alone in my world. Yay!! May your creativity shine brightly… THANK YOU

Wednesday, March 18, 2020 – madameT1963[at]gmail.com – Gratitude… | Thank you so much for having this gift and sharing it with the world.
May you be happy,
may you be well,
may you be safe

Sunday, March 15, 2020 – Jean-Louis | Hello Sir, I'm writing to say THANK YOU! Yes, "The Angel of Consolation" saved my life, truly! I was on the brink, and by the end of the book, I was standing, alive, and eager to live. Thank you.

Friday, March 6, 2020 – alanpuech[at]orange.fr – Pure bliss… | Thank you for the dense but never boring happiness. You can be high up and yet still accessible. Congratulations from Font Romeu where I ski with my grandsons.

Thursday, March 5, 2020 – Thiphaine – Gratitude | Hello, I knew of Frédéric Lenoir by name. I first discovered him through a video, thanks to Facebook! My mother gave me "The Consolation of the Angel," what a wonderful gift. For the past 10 years, I've been involved in personal development, growing and traveling a beautiful and enriching path. I devoured this novel, felt so many emotions, and realized how much I resonate with this vision of being and the world. Thank you to life, thank you to Frédéric for this gift. I wish you a beautiful day full of smiles and gratitude.

Monday, February 10, 2020 – Mounia | Hello Mr. Lenoir, I read your latest novel, "The Consolation of the Angel," which is both moving and a very beautiful book. While reading it, I even found myself relating to some of your other works, such as "Wisdom Explained to Those Who Seek It" or "The Spinoza Miracle." For me, I would describe this novel as "an ode to life, or rather, to love"—simply sublime. Bravo! Next up, I'll be starting "Meditating with an Open Heart."

Sunday, January 12, 2020 – Roger – The Angel's Consolation | Frédéric, I recognize you in this idyllic novel, which complements *The Black of a White*, reminding me that a white note is worth two black notes, especially in angelic music. I am convinced that humankind is a spiritual being engaged in a temporary incarnation, like "God" in Jesus Christ, Son of Man, Son of God. This incarnation is political, social, and so on, dependent on our freedom. The ideal world is to be built day by day, patiently and humbly.

Sunday, January 5, 2020 – Isabelle The Miracle of Spinoza, presentation in Crans-Montana | I just discovered you. Three days ago, I didn't know you. I listened to your presentation at Montagn'Arts in January 2018, in Crans-Montana, entitled "The Miracle of Spinoza." You can't imagine the impact your words had on me. I'm 61 years old. At 5, I said pretty much everything Spinoza said, without even realizing it. And I screamed when the adults around me tried to convince me otherwise. Screaming alone, I finally gave up and adopted their life of sadness to survive. Your words have such an effect on me that I feel like my life is beginning and I'm no longer alone. A simple thank you cannot express all my gratitude.

Friday, January 3, 2020 – Fabienne – Acknowledgments | My partner gave me "The Angel's Consolation" for Christmas. A coincidence, he says… I don't believe it; it perfectly reflects what I've experienced and what I've been discovering for some time now. I simply wanted to share it and thank Frédéric Lenoir for everything he creates and contributes. For children and adults of all ages!

Sunday, December 29, 2019 – Gigi amoroso The Consolation of the Angel | My tribute to life on our beautiful Earth and to act by yourself.

"To melt into her"

Feel all this energy within you,
Preserve your true nature, life,
Beauty of each morning that revives
The gentle sunlight on your shores.

At the highest point, but never too high,
Your hands rise from the waves towards the sky,
Freeing you, gathering the purest of waters,
To finally be reborn and melt into it.

Why is this love of that time, expressed in exegesis,
the source of such grave unease?
Out of fidelity to your universal land,
but perpetuating its work, a solemn mystery,

Your being, in search of happiness,
amidst the sorrowful and weeping crowd,
compels you to move forward, to believe in your sister,
in the purity of spirit and heart.

This is your only way out in the face
of passing time, with all its illusions,
its desires, its deceptive fantasies,
for your soul will know how to overcome your fear.

Tuesday, December 24, 2019 – fc.harmonie@free.fr The Angel's Consolation | A little acrostic for your book, which I loved and am giving to my daughter for Christmas…

The meeting between Blanche and Hugo is by chance,
so enjoy this beautiful novel!

Each character brings their own thoughts.
Offering much advice, Blanche is about to leave,
having little time and love to give…
Under Hugo's spell, sad but a survivor,
we will discover her quick to console him;
the path of life is to perpetuate,
with delicacy, one's past emotions,
to transmit the wisdom of accumulated years,
to illuminate a soul with chiseled words,
where the gaze of the other will be enlightened
, nourished by what leads to happiness.

From Blanche's twilight to Hugo's future
, between these bright moments, what a wonderful duo!

The author of this book is definitely worth checking out

On the threshold of Christmas Eve, like a true troubadour,
Christmas is at your feet, and on this happy day,
let's wager that Frédéric Lenoir says "Hello" to you
and invites you to pass... from fear to love...

Sunday, December 15, 2019 – André The Spinoza Miracle | Hello, after The Consolation of the Angel , I've just finished reading "The Spinoza Miracle." I had already read books about Spinoza, but they were too complex. This time, thanks to your book, the reading seemed much more accessible. As a result, I also read the novel "The Secret," another fantastic novel. A beautiful story about values. Exactly the kind of novel I love. Ah… what a beautiful story, even if a little sad! I hope you maintain this style and continue to tell us beautiful stories. Thank you.

Sunday, December 15, 2019 – Leya Meditating with an Open Heart | Hello, I just finished your book Meditating with an Open Heart . Apparently, I've been meditating without realizing it for a very long time, but your book gives me a new perspective to go further; I should mention that I'm a positive person despite all of life's ups and downs, and I've been surrounded by animals since I was very young.

Friday, December 13, 2019 – Jean-Jacques The Angel's Consolation | A marvelous work! Virtually all the concepts and/or ideas that can help each of us move toward our inner freedom (which, accompanied by kindness and compassion, guides our outer freedom) are addressed here. What a long and magnificent journey you have had to arrive at writing such an engaging, light, soothing, and instructive text. May your book be read by as many people as possible and pique the curiosity of its readers, inspiring them to learn more and giving them the courage and strength to continue improving themselves, and thereby helping us all improve. Simply, congratulations and thank you.

Friday, November 15, 2019 – André The Angel's Consolation | Sir, I wanted to thank you for introducing me to your book, "The Angel's Consolation." I am 70 years old and have had a very difficult past since childhood. My story of being uprooted, deeply ingrained in my memory, resurfaces far too often. I have read some works by other authors, hoping to find answers. For the first time in my life, I read a book in two days, and this book touched and moved me deeply. Your novel, "The Angel's Consolation," brought tears to my eyes. And I can confirm that the "angel of consolation" truly exists. Yes, something like that exists, and I can confirm it. Thank you again. I would be delighted to follow your work and perhaps read more of it… Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Monday, November 4, 2019 – Olbro The Divine Miracle of Spinoza | Dear Mr. Lenoir, you should give your book to all priests of Christian faith. You and your friend Spinoza managed to make me understand, in just a few hours, the message of Christ, from which the Catholic Church had gradually distanced me over forty years. Thank you for this divine reading!

Friday, October 4, 2019 – Roger Book: The Oracle of the Moon | Hello Frédéric Lenoir, I have just finished this book, which I found captivating in its content, everything I learned from it, the compelling plot, its exploration of other religions, and the sensitivity and tolerance I perceived within it. I heard you speak at a conference in Fribourg at the Collège Saint Michel, and also on television several times. I have read several of your books, including the one about philosophy with schoolchildren. I am particularly drawn to this topic because I have been a teacher, a role I found immensely rewarding, especially with children experiencing academic difficulties. I express my deep gratitude for all your insights, which inspire me to move forward. With heartfelt emotion.

Monday, September 9, 2019 – Sandrine Thank you | I discovered your work by reading your book on Spinoza and I was pleasantly surprised to learn about your association Together with Animals , as I am involved in several of them to the best of my ability; I also discovered your books on wisdom and happiness; thank you again, it is good to know that there are people like you.

Monday, September 2, 2019 – Patricia Crystal Heart | I just finished reading "Crystal Heart," a true gem rich in messages and reflections of wisdom! This tale, whose subject is the quest for and fear of love, melted my heart (my crystal heart?!?)! 😉

Tuesday, August 27, 2019 – Jacqueline Your book “Wisdom” | Frédéric Lenoir, hello. I first encountered you on television, on the program “C dans l'air .” I then read several of your works, such as: “The Spinoza Miracle,” “The Healing of the World,” “New Communities,” “Christ the Philosopher,” “A Short Treatise on Inner Life,” and “On Happiness: A Philosophical Journey.” All of them have greatly contributed to my search for growth and development. Your latest, “Wisdom,” delighted me. It is very educational, very well-researched, and above all, “ready to use” for anyone who wants to try to access “wisdom,” the vast “art of living,” or “making one’s life an art.” It is very close to what I aspire to; I absorbed it by noting many passages. In short, a true delight, and congratulations on your writing style. A big thank you for what you share. I'm interested in Jean-Philippe Brébion's bioanalogy and I've found some similarities in approach. Thank you, Jacqueline C.

Saturday, August 24, 2019 – Talitha The Spinoza Miracle | Warning: This is a magical book 🙂 For those seeking to heal their soul and escape sadness, open this book!! I stumbled upon it by chance, thinking it was "just philosophy," but I am deeply moved by what I received in spirit. It is a beautiful soul who powerfully transmitted a true remedy through her healing words… I met two angels: Spinoza and Frédéric Lenoir <3

Saturday, August 17, 2019 – Marie-Pierre Thank you | A big thank you for accompanying me through a complicated period in my life and for opening up very beautiful perspectives for me through reading "The Power of Joy".

Monday, August 12, 2019 – Fredou Universal Response | Hello, I wanted to thank you for the quality of your book, * On Happiness *. It was a treasure trove of incredible information regarding the concept of happiness and its various schools of thought. I would recommend this book to everyone I know so that they too can find their own answers.

Tuesday, July 23, 2019 – Andrea The Soul of the World, what a marvel ! | I wanted to thank you for the masterpiece that is The Soul of the World . You have put into words everything I feel deep in my heart, and have never been able to express so clearly, including myself! What an incredible testament to peace, happiness, and meaning! This book should be distributed to the entire planet. Not being particularly skilled with words, I simply hope to show you how deeply this book has touched and moved me, how much it reflects everything I believe in. This is the first time I have allowed myself to violate the sanctity of a book and highlight all the passages that resonated with me, to take notes, and to "map" the messages I want to remember, which are truly principles by which I want to live. Thank you; reading your work was a true connection with the Soul of the World!

Sunday, June 30, 2019 – Vicky Gratitude | Hello Mr. Lenoir, just a quick note to express my gratitude for the wonderful meditations in " Meditating with an Open Heart ." They bring me great well-being and inner peace. Your voice, your teachings, the music, and the themes are magnificent. Thank you so much for your great wisdom and generosity! Namaste!

Friday, June 28, 2019 – Trypto5927 The Colors of the Rainbow: Green with rage for the environment, Red with anger for dangerous medications, Blue with anger for our polluted water… | Hello, I would like to comment on the subject of the powerful pharmaceutical and agribusiness lobbies that are poisoning our planet and our country, slowly killing us, and on tryptophan, one of the eight essential amino acids in the human diet. It governs our physical and mental health, yet we are all deficient in it from birth and throughout our lives. I am a mother of four and since 2010, I have worked as a kindergarten teacher with children aged three to six. I am appalled and deeply saddened to see that our students are constantly ill from September until the end of the school year…

Sunday, June 23, 2019 – Marie José Your book “The Healing of the World” | Hello, just a few words to tell you that I really enjoyed your book “The Healing of the World.” Very interesting, it held my attention until the very last word. This book has truly left its mark on me. I will need time to digest it, but I already feel that many of the messages have reached me. Thank you for this sincere and powerful contribution which has, in a way, opened my mind to “other worlds.” The word “world” is what prompted me to read it. I created an exhibition entitled “The World Turns.” Thank you again for sharing so many positive things with the world. I feel that yet another world has opened up within me.

Monday, June 17, 2019 – Pascal Article on Mindfulness The Guardian 06/14/19 | How would Frédéric Lenoir, and to a lesser extent the New Age guides of the SEVE Foundation, or even the "mindful" journalists of the magazine Le Monde des Religions, position themselves upon reading the recent Guardian article (published on June 14), entitled "The mindfulness conspiracy"? The argument of this article curiously echoes my initial critical approach to these "unscientific" techniques (as Jon Kabat-Zinn concedes), which tend to eliminate all political protest in the citizen supposedly in a state of "mindfulness" (naive and passive). This trend also strangely stigmatizes, based on an arbitrary preconception, ordinary stress (a healthy reaction of the psyche to an aggressive context) as a pathology to be treated with a therapeutic technique. Thank you in advance for your insights.

Thursday, May 30, 2019 – malula Meditating with an open heart | I simply wanted to tell you how much I appreciate your book "Meditating with an open heart," the meditation CD gives me very rich emotional moments, thank you.

Tuesday, May 7, 2019 – Gigi amoroso For my soul brother | A little thought from my night
“In joy”

Year after year,
our soul reveals itself,
among broken hearts,
it defies them and rebels.

It is the sky that interests him,
High above in pure joy,
Where time no longer matters,
Love as the only virtue,

She completes her journey,
hoping to return
to her earliest days,
her creation of a single day.

Friday, May 3, 2019 – A European woman observing your country A call for calm | Isn't it time that the French who believe in the virtues of reason, emotional restraint, and reflection, and who understand the serious risks of a mob acting rashly in hatred and anger, should mobilize and dare to address the Yellow Vests who continue to demonstrate, thus cultivating hatred and inadequate ideas about the causes of their situation? What good are beautiful books on peace and the cult of meditation if those convinced of these ways of seeing things don't dare to publicly question the relevance of the opinions expressed by the Yellow Vest protesters, addressing them not to disqualify them, but to invite them to rediscover their capacity to think and see themselves differently than as poor victims?

Monday, April 22, 2019 – Sephora – Testimonial | The Soul of the World!!! I don't think I can find the words, or perhaps not the right words, to express what I felt throughout this reading. I've never read a book so quickly, in three sittings, which is quite an achievement for someone like me who hardly ever reads. But what a joy! This book should be on the national education curriculum. The whole world should read it. Thank you so much!

Sunday, April 21, 2019 – perrin.toinin[at]gmail[dot]com – Philosophy Workshops at School | What a wonderful initiative by F. Lenoir to create these philosophy workshops! However, you should know that this practice is more common in schools than it might seem. As a teacher, I have used it throughout my career. In any case, children naturally ask questions and react, which sparks ongoing debate, and not just on philosophical matters. Whether it's understanding a literary text, exploring different methods for solving a mathematical problem, or developing strategies to win a sports match, debate arises at every turn, and together, the most appropriate and understandable solutions are validated by the group. Learning isn't just about absorbing knowledge; it's also, and above all, about being able to have an opinion, learning to defend it, and listening to and respecting the opinions of others. In short, a teacher's obsession should, in my opinion, be to constantly seek access to autonomy for all their students.

Sunday, April 21, 2019 – Roberta – Thank you again | When Pope Francis said this morning that we must become “artisans of peace,” I thought of you and all the good you do for us with your books, and I want to share my thoughts with you. A few months ago, I wrote that all efforts to aspire to deep and lasting joy and happiness were a vain pursuit… In 2017, I had to face an extremely painful event. After a long period of complete withdrawal, today, despite my many vulnerabilities, thanks to prayer, thanks to reading your wonderful books, thanks to your vision of life (which I have adopted), I have the strength to try to accept life as it is, with its trials and pains, and consciously, I thank it every day. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Tuesday, April 2, 2019 – Burgenpsy – The Soul of the World: On Introspection | Hello, I have just finished reading this book and – as a psychoanalyst – I was struck by the passage on the necessity of introspective work, which is – this is how I interpret it – a plea for the work I do with my patients. Therefore, I took the liberty of quoting a few sentences from this passage on my blog, citing – of course – the bibliographic reference. Thank you for this text, which – originally given to my wife – I took the time to read between two works by Freud and his followers, and which convinced me in my orientation. Jocelyne Beguery. It took me a while to digest it, but I already feel that many messages have reached me. Thank you for this sincere and powerful contribution, which has, in a way, opened my mind to
"other worlds." The word "world" is what convinced me to read it. I just finished an exhibition entitled "The World Turns."
Thank you again for sharing so many positive things with the world. I still feel like another world has opened up within me.

Sunday, March 3, 2019 – Cathia – Thank You | Well, I just finished reading your book, "Wisdom Explained to Those Who Seek It," and I always appreciate the energy that shines through your writing. I loved the relevance of the questions, the richness of the quotes, and the humor and sincerity that permeate the pages. Finally, I was particularly moved by the last part, "The Wisdom of Children." Thank you so much.

Friday, February 15, 2019 – Samia – The Angel's Message | Good evening, this is the first time I've written for someone who writes for me. I haven't finished your book, The Angel's Promise . This morning, while taking the train and then the metro, I experienced Moira's torment and inexorable death. And then, just as I arrived at my destination station, I read with pleasure and against all expectations that Roman kept his word in the final moments of his life. After these events, fictional as they may be, I spent a day full of questions about carnal love, non-carnal love, filial love, friendship, or love for others, which ultimately boil down to one: "But what the hell is this damn love?" It's Friday, and I can't wait for Monday and to find a seat on the 8:02 train to read the rest. Reading this book, I feel both seduced and compelled. I've had this feeling before when listening to Mozart and his music, which can be as flamboyant as it is intimate, all at once. Samia

Friday, February 1, 2019 – Sébastien – Thank you | Hello Frédéric, I'm 34 years old and I've been reading books on spirituality for about ten years. I started with Krishnamurti, then books on Buddhism, and now I'm more drawn to Western spirituality. It's in this context that I started reading your work, because you build bridges between East and West in your books, and that's an angle I really appreciate. I wanted to thank you because, thanks to you, I started reading Pierre Hadot, whom you often refer to. Reading him was a real revelation for me. His approach to philosophy as a way of life is fascinating, and I thoroughly enjoy reading his books. You've allowed me to read about people who think like me and thus feel less alone. Thank you so much!

Saturday, January 26, 2019 – Pascale Dor – 4 hours of joy | Just to thank you, a 4-hour TGV train journey from Paris to Toulouse, with *The Spinoza Miracle *, bought at a station kiosk. It resonates so deeply with what I feel, experience, and think… Just one serious philosophical disagreement: chocolate is inherently good, it can't be any other way. So, just thank you for so much joy!

Thursday, January 24, 2019 – Laurence – What do we do? | Hello everyone, I would have liked to bring some sunshine with these few words. Alas, here's the reality: I'm working with a family considered a "social case." I'm a psychologist and also an educator, but to educate whom? I'll get to the point. My first steps in this family filled me with horror. I saw animals: three emaciated dogs locked in a room, urinating on the floor, howling in agony, moving slowly when they could get out, but never outside. I immediately wrote to the animal shelter, contacted the mayor, the municipal police intervened, took photos, the apartment was infested with cockroaches, and four children also lived there. Two months passed, the cats were rehomed. Since then, nothing. I also wrote to Brigitte Bardot's association, 30 Million Years, but no one can do anything. The prosecutor too, and still nothing! Who can help me save these three dogs, victims in the hands of these sick people? This story haunts my nights; I can't forget the desperate look in one of the dogs' eyes.

Sunday, January 20, 2019 – Jean – Title of song 7 on the meditation CD | Thank you for the beautiful book and CD of "Open Heart Meditation." I would like to know the source of the beautiful voice and song for meditation number 7, entitled "Consolation." Thank you for your writings, which help us live better lives. Jean

Monday, January 14, 2019 – Laurence | Hello Mr. Lenoir, I wasn't familiar with your writing and stumbled upon "A Short Treatise on Inner Life" quite by chance. In the midst of a separation, filled with doubts and anxiety about the new life that awaits me, I devoured your book. I think it's a springboard to other equally enriching readings, and it has led me to reflect on my own journey. A big thank you for sharing this. Sincerely.

Sunday, January 13, 2019 – Fred – Testimonial | Hello, I just finished the book "Open Letter to Animals…" after a difficult end to 2018 for me (especially from a psychological point of view). The question of a career change has become clearer after reading it, and especially the choice of direction. Thank you for them and for you.

Wednesday, November 28, 2018 – Diane (dianetremblay53[at]icloud[dot]com) – Book Purchase | Hello Mr. Lenoir. I listened to you on the Quebec radio show " Tout le monde en parle ." I loved listening to you. I bought your book "Méditer à cœur ouvert" (Meditating with an Open Heart) with the CD of 10 meditations. I love it and I've started meditating. I'm a beginner. Congratulations on this beautiful book. I hope you will write more. I follow you on your website. Hello and thank you again.

Tuesday, November 13, 2018 – Roberta – Thank you, Mr. Lenoir | Hello Mr. Lenoir, I am Italian and don't write well in French, but since I happened to read your books, I am motivated to improve. Your communication skills are a gift. In a world where personal selfishness, superficiality, and externality prevail, you are a rare find. When I feel the need to disconnect from reality, I take refuge in what you write. I try to absorb as much as possible the wisdom you believe in, but when I close the book, reality, with its share of pain, is something else entirely. I love and believe in God, and I thank Him every day. The problem is that all of existence is an enigma, and even with the effort of reasoning and discernment, with lucidity and attention, with generosity and gratitude, aspiring to supreme joy and deep, lasting happiness is a futile quest. The fullness of life is a prerogative of God. Thank you so much.

Monday, November 12, 2018 – Sandie – The Nobel Peace Prize winners of October 5, 2018 are… | Hello, as an occasional reader of your books, which I find very interesting on happiness, joy, etc… I wanted to share with you this information that reached me rather late: this year's Nobel Peace Prize winners are Nadia Murad and Denis Mukwedge. If you don't know who she and he are, do a quick internet search and you'll see… I find them powerful and wonderful. What a joy to know they are working to redress the atrocious acts that humankind can sometimes commit in certain contexts.

Monday, November 5, 2018 – Danièle – Tampon Conference (Réunion) | Hello, I had the opportunity on November 2nd to attend the conference on "Religion and Spirituality" at the University of Tampon, which finally allowed me to understand the meaning of each of them. That was my goal, you replied with a smile when I approached you briefly at the end. For a long time, I searched for answers, but without being entirely satisfied. Indeed, the people around me who shared their spiritual experiences weren't even able to explain them to me, beyond the fact that they are matters of the mind. So, I've made considerable progress on the subject. Your conference enlightened me and made me reflect. What if religion and spirituality led to only one goal: the quest for happiness, however fleeting, that this material and selfish world doesn't provide? It's up to each of us to find our own reason. Mass materialism, in contrast to joyful simplicity, rejects difference and fails to understand our convictions. Thank you.

Thursday, October 18, 2018 – Marylene49 – In complete harmony with your heart and thoughts | A big and heartfelt THANK YOU first and foremost to the Fairy and Heaven who brought you to this earth, Frédéric LENOIR! Self-taught after a modest level of general education at school – nearly 69 years old at the moment – I have had the good fortune to discover you through the many books you have written and published. I have listened – via YouTube – to numerous lectures where you philosophize about the meaning of life, the favorable direction to give it, the paths to take to achieve it. I have become interested in the intellectual mentors you cite, Spinoza and others… With you, I feel reborn, so open-minded are you, based on inexhaustible knowledge that has enriched you with all the currents of thought from various religions. You are right in suggesting that we delve deep within ourselves to find God and joy, and that we be beings of wisdom for others, saying yes to Life, to all that is LIFE. Thank you for the children you teach to think. THANK YOU

Wednesday, September 24, 2018 – Pierrette – C Politique program (France 5) | I discovered you and I absolutely loved it. I fully agree with you and admire you.

Monday, September 15, 2018 – Marianne – Reply to Mélanie | Hello Mélanie, in response to your message to Mr. Lenoir, I wanted to let you know that Frédéric Lenoir is particularly interested in the well-being and support of older people, and in intergenerational connections. He has been the patron for many years of a wonderful association called "Le Pari Solidaire" (The Solidarity Bet), which addresses the needs of both young people and seniors. Its goal is to develop student housing options and combat the feeling of insecurity among seniors, thus helping them remain in their homes for as long as possible. Sincerely.

Tuesday, September 4, 2018 – Melanie (melanie.vanmuyden@gmail.com) – Death Today | Dear Sir, Currently, more than 9% of the French population is 75 years of age or older. This is a new phenomenon in our country, which champions human rights. Yet, this is in fact a population without real rights. Isolated because they are unable to adapt to technological development, they are unproductive and therefore of little use to society. In a wealthy country with a Christian culture, how should France act to honor its elderly? By granting them a beautiful, freely chosen death! URGENT! Thank you for addressing this pressing issue, which is hardly compatible with your youth.

Saturday, September 1, 2018 – Carole – The Angel's Promise | A huge thank you for your signed copy, for being in Morges, and for your words… it's incredible how much I identify with them, these ideas that I share but can't express… Thank you for the Little Treatise on Inner Life, which has meant so much to me, and The Open Letter to Animals The Spinoza Miracle soon , even though I'm not a regular reader, but hearing you talk about it has inspired me. Take good care of yourself…

Friday, August 31, 2018 – Jean – The Oracle of the Moon | What a beautiful book, so rich and abundant, with its lengthy discussions on the three monotheistic religions and astrology, independent of the novelistic plot. A small point: in Algiers, was Cape Matifou called that before 1830? It's 28 km from the Casbah, and there were no roads then, so an evening seems too short to make the journey. And then the boat trip from Oran to Toulon for Georges—why not Marseille, or even better, a port in Spain?
Sincerely.

Saturday, July 28, 2018 – Jacques-Emile ( je.milhau@laposte.net ) – Spinoza | A thousand thanks for your works/teachings on philosophy and on Spinoza. You illuminate certain essential aspects, such as joy and sadness, with profound insight. Let us enter and participate in this school of philosophy with joy: we will discover and draw upon riches useful in all our activities and experiences.

Wednesday, July 18, 2018 – Isabelle – The Soul of the World | What a beautiful book THE SOUL OF THE WORLD is! I recently discovered your work, Mr. Lenoir, and I started with "On Happiness, a Philosophical Journey" while browsing the shelves of my small but very pleasant village library. This naturally piqued my curiosity, as I continued with "The Soul of the World," and what an enchantment! The stories and illustrations are delightful and lead to essential existential reflections. At 45, it's never too late... Life is indeed made up of many changes. Thank you again, and I look forward to reading more of your work.

Monday, July 16, 2018 – Richard – The Philosophy of Christ | I just finished reading this book, which I found fascinating. Upon closing it, and rereading the pages on the Inquisition and other horrors committed in the name of God, I immediately thought of Woody Allen's aphorism, "If God exists, I hope he has a good excuse!" Thank you, sir.

Sunday, July 1, 2018 – Michel – Comments on Spinoza | Your book on Spinoza is accessible and thought-provoking. It allowed me to discover him. A real treat.
1. It seems to me that Spinoza did not personally attain the beatitude he wished for others, unlike Socrates. Did he live as a hermit?
2. Following your quotes about Jesus, it's no wonder he was rejected by the Jewish authorities. Belief in the existence of God remains unresolved.
3. '...acting according to our own nature...' reminds me of the theory of liberal economics: when everyone pursues their individual interest, society achieves its maximum efficiency. But what are its safeguards against abuses of power and antisocial behavior? Is Spinoza blind to the imperfections of human nature, to the mechanisms of survival? Not all people think like philosophers. Let's get back to reality.
Religions, laws, and police forces aim to protect against this.

Thursday, May 31, 2018 – Pascal – Spinoza, the false philosopher | Spinoza appeals to today's bourgeois public because his caricature of philosophy makes him a precursor of current authors of pseudoscience and other popularizers of all kinds, who corrupt ideas to transform them into marketing products.

Tuesday, May 29, 2018 – Aurélie – On Joy | Hello, I greatly appreciated your work and your approach in The Power of Joy . It's very pleasant to be able to discuss such an essential and universal theme simply and deeply. I find myself sharing your interests, like many others, which represents a beautiful wave of hope in my eyes. Best regards, and thank you again 🙂

Saturday, April 21, 2018 – stephane.mathieu@afnor.org – A Short Treatise on Inner Life: A True “Literary Therapy” | Hello Frédéric, I am 51 years old and, since the beginning of last year, I have been undergoing chemotherapy for pancreatic cancer. The battle is long, arduous, and difficult, but I remain deeply optimistic, confident, and determined to achieve this one and only goal: healing 🙂 I discovered by chance (but was it really chance?) your book “A Short Treatise on Inner Life,” which provided me with a whole series of keys and points of reference to move forward on my path of life and light. You are a builder of happiness and an assembler of possibilities: I therefore want to thank you immensely for this “literary therapy” which has simply allowed me to understand what life is.

Thursday, April 12, 2018 – ACB – Acknowledgments | Thank you for "The Spinoza Miracle"; I enjoy reading your books, but this was a playful delight and a truly captivating read. I was deeply intrigued long ago by Damasio's works; as a doctor, they opened up new horizons for me. I became acquainted with Spinoza through Yalom's book, and what a pleasure it was! Thank you for making this extraordinary thought accessible. I started your book three hours ago and have already read three-quarters of it. I can't wait for tomorrow!

Monday, April 9, 2018 – AM – Thank you for sharing your experience | Hello, I discovered your writings only three and a half years ago. Your writings led me to watch videos (conferences, interviews, etc.), to read other books, to discover other authors (like Laurent Gounelle, for example), and to attend one of your conferences last year in La Garde (83). All this work of understanding over three and a half years, and the convergence of viewpoints, has helped me break down many barriers within myself, allowing me to rediscover a state of joy that I once experienced a long time ago, but which had since been "polluted" by external factors. I simply wanted to thank you for being the catalyst for this long journey of self-discovery, which is only the beginning of a long road. Sincerely, AM

Tuesday, April 4, 2018 – Aurélien – The Spinoza Miracle | Thank you for this beautiful and very accessible book, which allowed me to discover Spinoza's philosophy and resonated deeply with me. Very interested in philosophy, this book also inspired me to apply to become a facilitator of philosophy workshops for children. Congratulations on your work, your actions, and your commitment, which truly radiate kindness.

Wednesday, March 28, 2018 – Isabelle – Spinoza | … spend time with some good friends… and… books… to exchange profound ideas in a beautiful garden: we share the same values.

Tuesday, March 6, 2018 – Winter – How wonderful! A miracle! | I never knew where I stood in this spiritual quest. I ended up siding with the atheist, but I never stopped thinking about God. Does God exist? I readily answer, inspired by what E.E. Schmitt writes in * The Night of Fire* : I don't know, but I believe not. One day, I dared to call myself a Christian atheist to express my attachment to Christ on a religious discussion forum. Or another time, to quote Einstein and his text on cosmic religion during a conference with an assembly of rationalists. Each time, I made quite a splash. In other times, I might have been destined for the stake. Yet, I always wanted to believe that there might be another path already laid out. Many thanks for illuminating Spinoza's path/voice for me. [It's not easy to express a thousand thanks in just a thousand characters...]

Monday, March 5, 2018 – Annedc – Video on Joy | I completely agree with you about cultivating joy. I also wanted to share my experience on this topic. To be honest, after a series of family problems that led me to leave home when I was a student, I consciously made a point of creating a new life for myself after I left. And I remember repeating a beautiful phrase to myself: "You're going to create positive memories now. That way, when you're sad in the future, you'll be able to draw strength from them." I don't know where it came from; it's a strength I've had to cultivate very often, and not without difficulty, but it has paid off. Thank you.

Sunday, March 4, 2018 – Liline – Commentary on the Spinoza Miracle | Hello, I am delighted by the parallel you draw between Spinoza's writing and Vermeer's painting…while reading this, I am simultaneously, and quite strikingly, reminded of the brass instruments in JB Lully's music…a perfect triad to uplift our souls. Thank you for the enrichment your writing provides.

Friday, March 2, 2018 – François – Even Further | Reading your works, one understands your popularity. You convey your love of life and people so naturally. It is pleasant, but also stimulating, to discover your writing, so eager are we to read these new pages, waiting to be surprised. And yet, as you yourself express, criticism teases you about this popularity, this famous "popularization" of the thought of movements and authors who are not necessarily accessible. I find this popularization remarkable! You awaken in us, the readers, the desire to grow a little, by exploring these breaches opened in our everyday culture. But from the very first chapters on Nietzsche or Epicurus, I become discouraged. Ultimately, what I seek in your work is not the thought of other authors, nor the universal thought that you know how to extract, but the invitation to open ourselves beyond our mechanisms. Let's go "even further with you," beyond our mechanisms and your academic background.

Monday, February 26, 2018 – Raynald – Spinoza, an atheist? | I commend your insightful presentation of Spinoza's thought. You certainly didn't write it from an opportunistic perspective, as he is probably the philosopher most opposed to the intellectual stances currently in vogue. Spinoza obviously cannot arouse the interest of religious people, atheists, or agnostics. The first group is only interested in faith and the more or less blind acceptance of a revelation. The second group wants nothing to do with God. The third group feels an absolute repulsion for all metaphysics, which they constantly proclaim to be superseded. Yet Spinoza was enamored of a God who has nothing to do with faith and whose existence he attempts to demonstrate with the rational rigor of a geometer. I have some thoughts to make on Spinoza's supposed atheism, but, for lack of space, I haven't been able to copy them here…

Thursday, February 22, 2018 – Christiane – Testimonial | Thank you to Frédéric Lenoir for his commitment to children and for his many initiatory books which allow us to become aware of the values of existence and encourage us to work together for a better world.

Wednesday, February 21 – Roger – Thank you! | Just a quick message to thank you for the insightful nature of your work. Your book, "A Short Treatise on Inner Life," is my bedside book, which I reread regularly, and which brings me so much with each reading. Today is my birthday, and the first gift I'm giving myself is to say thank you 🙂 and the second will be to buy me your book on Spinoza. Please continue to share your knowledge and kindness with us, Mr. Lenoir! Have a wonderful day!

Sunday, February 18, 2018 – Alain – Satisfaction | I just finished "God," it's a goldmine, I'll be going back to it. You're an agnostic with deist leanings, that's your right, and I even think dogmatically (rationally) that one can only be agnostic. I'll give you that. Personally, I'm atheist, but that's not a problem. I discovered, rather late in life, that Jean d'Ormesson was also agnostic. I liked that. I realized I couldn't prove my atheism. We're all believers in everything, in nothing, it doesn't matter what. Spirituality, the life of the mind, is important to me, and I even go so far as to speak of the God of Atheists, without, of course, being able to define it.

Sunday, February 4, 2018 – Mila – Synchronicity | Hello, I was a Spinozist, I didn't know it, thank you for introducing me to it. I share almost all your ideas except on synchronicity. I really like Wagner even though he was anti-Semitic, but there will always be something that bothers me in the background when I listen to his music. As for Jung, he was racist towards Africans and anti-Semitic. I don't believe that music can be racist, words can. Regarding synchronicity: out of 200 people taking a plane, a few will dream that it will crash. Almost all planes don't crash, so there is no synchronicity. And when, unfortunately, a plane crashes and a survivor had dreamed of this accident, can we speak of synchronicity? Human beings are hyperactive, and thousands of thoughts race through them, leading to incredible coincidences. We don't know the meaning of our lives; we are born, we reproduce, we die, we serve nature. Believing in…

Friday, January 26, 2018 – Socratic – Spinoza | Thank you, Mr. Lenoir, for your contribution to the wonder of the world. Thanks to you, I have finally discovered Spinoza as a man and as a visionary. It is because of who you are and what you do that I decided to learn more about this philosopher. Like you, I do not appreciate his views on women or animals. Nor do I subscribe to his absolute rationalism. However, what lucidity, what openness, and what intuition! Your book has inspired me to read the revised and rewritten Ethics by Bruno Giuliani. Finally, thank you for your humanist commitment, a reflection of your devotion to the one you call the greatest philosopher of all time.

Monday, January 15, 2018 – Corine – Life Teachers Psycho mag | I am a first-grade teacher. The first time I found myself in a classroom, I was 18 years old, and today I am 54. That's a lot of encounters and hours spent learning how to live. How can you think that I only followed the curriculum: reading, writing, arithmetic? How can you imagine being together for six hours a day without learning to manage one's emotions in order to open up to oneself and others, without seeking meaning and joy in each small step forward and in the journey that leads to it? I don't claim to be a life teacher; I simply tried to give my little ones confidence in their relationships with adults in order to prepare them to encounter others. Thank you to all my young students, because they were my life teachers long before the older ones. When you summon yours, I am sorry if you have never heard the voice of one of your teachers because that means we have all failed.

Sunday, January 14, 2018 – Alain PIQUEREY – The Spinoza Miracle | Hello Frédéric, having been pulled from eternity 89 years ago, the return can't be far off. Naturally, my inner questioning intensifies somewhat. I bought "The Spinoza Miracle" and felt like I was having a fascinating conversation with a friend. Thank you, Frédéric! Marveling at existence, despite life's ups and downs, is my own little philosophy, and I was therefore pleased to learn more about this thought "founded on desire and joy." Even if I had some difficulty following the reasoning that attempts to reconcile determinism and freedom. Personally, I'd be closer to Teilhard de Chardin's idea that "humanity is on a journey towards its God" (The Human Condition), which I imagine (as a concept) in a thick fog at the summit of a mountain that humans are climbing by different paths, with different guides, but with a widely shared conviction that they must reach it. All the while having the freedom to stumble, more or less seriously. – Best regards!

Sunday, January 14, 2018 – Alain PIQUEREY – The Miracle of Spinoza | Sir, you wrote to your friend Robert Misrahi that your ambition – to write THE MIRACLE OF SPINOZA – is none other than to introduce a wide audience to the life and thought of the man you consider the greatest of philosophers. You have introduced him to me, and in a wonderful way. Thank you.

Thursday, January 4, 2018 – Josiane – The Power of Joy | Hello, I bought this book, determined to read it quickly, and with high hopes. However, after several weeks, I haven't managed to get past the halfway point. I'm usually a fairly good reader, and it's well-written. After some reflection, I have to accept that joy isn't for everyone. You need to have experienced some joyful moments in your childhood to believe in it, don't you think?

Tuesday, January 2, 2018 – Jean Jisset – Poem | A path to follow To Frédéric Lenoir I have decided to live happily And I discover in Spinoza, Through your expertise, sir, The path that must be followed here below!

Sunday, December 31, 2017 – Plevig – Thank you | We must thank you for, among other things, this brilliant insight into Spinoza. Not another word. Just thank you. All of this is so important.

Saturday, December 16, 2017 – Murielle – C News Interview, December 16 | I just listened to you on C News, unfortunately only the end. But what a joy to hear you! Absolutely all your observations are sensible, fair, and beautiful. I only ever meet cynical people, so listening to you was incredibly refreshing. Like you, I abandoned Catholicism at a very young age, became interested in Buddhism, then read some passages from the Gospels, and felt the same way you do. I think the key to harmony among people and inner happiness lies there. You also defend animal rights, and that's very important. In less than a decade, we will probably wonder how we could have treated them in such a barbaric way. Bravo and thank you for being who you are and for acting as you do.

Saturday, December 16, 2017 – Robert Morane – Interview published in Le Soir on December 16, 2017. “Spinoza guides us toward joy” | THE QUESTION OF FREE WILL (article 1) The scientific approach in the field of macrophysics is generally based on a strictly deterministic method. This method calls into question the possibility of phenomena occurring ex nihilo, that is, phenomena escaping any causal chain. Free will, as it is usually presented to us, is one of these phenomena. To contest it is to deprive humankind of its capacity for self-determination, a capacity linked to the ability to choose and decide. The question of free will has a long history. Thus, B. Spinoza already asserted in a work dating from 1677 (Ethics, Part 1, Proposition 32) that "the will cannot be a free cause, but only a necessary cause (...) for the will, like everything else, requires a cause which determines it to exist and to act in a given way." https://www.facebook.com/revuetcorrige/

Thursday, December 14, 2017 – Catherine – A Short Treatise on Inner Life | Following the program " Rendez-vous en terre inconnue" (Rendezvous in Unknown Territory ), I realized that Frédéric Lenoir isn't just a historian of religions! I read " A Short Treatise on Inner Life" and I must say: thank you. Thank you, Mr. Lenoir, both for reinforcing the choices I've made in living my life and for shedding more light on those same choices, which until now had been rather intuitive…

Friday, December 8, 2017 – Marianne – Animals Thank you, Mr. Lenoir, for your book "Open Letter to Animals," and also a huge thank you for joining the FLAC Honorary Committee. To quote Émile Zola, "Bullfighting is neither an art nor a culture, but the torture of a designated victim." Sincerely.

Wednesday, December 6, 2017 – Carole (carole.czmil@laposte.net) – Conference of December 5, 2017 What a joy it was to meet you and listen to you yesterday at your conference on living together! I have read most of your books, and I, too, had that strange feeling of listening to a friend while reading them. I, too, discovered you while searching, without much hope, for a book that could give me the courage to move forward, the kindness and compassion to forgive and forgive myself, and perhaps even rediscover the joy of living, because I, too, was going through a very difficult time. 'The Little Treatise on Inner Life' enchanted me and... lightened my load. I was eager to read more of your work. With the same satisfaction, the same astonishment at so much wisdom and so much simplicity. Accessible to everyone. The paths to joy and happiness are not easy, but they are well worth taking. Whenever I feel down, I immerse myself in your essays, searching for passages that will undoubtedly lift my spirits. Hats off to you and respect, Mr. Lenoir!

Monday, November 20, 2017 – Catherine – The Spinoza Miracle . According to Spinoza, everything that happens is necessary. So it was inevitable that I would spend three short days in France from November 11th to 13th, visit Le Furet du Nord bookstore in Lille, and stumble upon this book. Having discovered Vedanta almost 20 years ago and having read extensively on the subject, as well as on other Eastern wisdom traditions, imagine my surprise when I discovered that a 17th-century European had also discovered the same thing! In short, I've become a huge Spinoza fan thanks to your book. What sets it apart from other Eastern wisdom traditions is that Spinoza explains how to apply this wisdom to everyday life. He also emphasizes clearing away the clutter in our psyche and our projections. Fascinating. Thank you so much.

Friday, November 10, 2017 – Romina – A Short Treatise on Inner Life This book, "A Short Treatise on Inner Life," brought back my smile, my hope, and my desire to seize life with both hands again and, above all, to finally dare to LOVE and BE LOVED! It came at a time in my life when I was truly at a very low point. I felt like I was reading a friend's words, and it was a monumental wake-up call! I finally understood, and whenever I feel sad, I reread it. Today, I am married to a wonderful man, I lead a serene and peaceful life, and I try to enjoy every moment. Just THANK YOU for allowing me, through this book, to be MYSELF and for teaching me how to live and, more than anything, TO LOVE.

Thursday, November 9, 2017 – Alexandra – The Spinoza Miracle After waiting for several years to discover your “favorite philosopher,” the miracle has finally arrived… in bookstores. I have just devoured—like a good thriller—your latest work, “The Spinoza Miracle.” To summarize the essence of your magnificent book, which focuses on the chaotic life of a visionary philosopher who lived almost four centuries ago, I will borrow Pericles’ motto: “There is no happiness without freedom, nor freedom without courage.” Thank you so much for this philosophical gem. A book to read and reread.

Friday, October 13, 2017 – pierreturgeonxyz[at]gmail.com – How Jesus Became God . What a magnificent book! I feel privileged to have read it. I admire the research you have done. It is a masterclass on the beginnings of Christianity, but more specifically, Catholicism. How many pointless quarrels for power through religion! As you so aptly quote at the very end of your work: "God is love," and "whoever loves has been born of God and knows God" (1 John 4). This is the true and only religion: LOVE. Thank you for your insights.

Sunday, October 8, 2017 – Etteile – Open Letter to Animals I have just finished reading your book, "Open Letter to Animals," and I immediately had a flashback to the Syrian refugee couple I met a few days ago who told me, with restraint and dignity, "It's horrific." Yet I would have liked to share your utopia, even if Mimine never understands why I take the mice out of her paws…

Thursday, September 14, 2017 – Jacques – Pure bliss… nothing but bliss! I picked up this little book during my vacation, bought at a flea market on a whim… It's the kind of book like a ball of yarn that makes you want to pull on the dangling skeins… Each topic prompts you to revisit certain classics or philosophers, or to start exploring schools of thought you've never personally encountered, like the Epicureans. I was delighted to rediscover Zhuangzi and his quiet insolence. So, from noon until midnight, I wandered aimlessly along this radiant beach of pleasure and well-being, where the author distills his profound sensitivity with great humility and a benevolence that is truly worth pondering. In the gentleness of the spirit… A book that does you good. Thank you.

Wednesday, August 30, 2017 – Sophie – A Short Treatise on Inner Life I have just finished this book, which was a true delight for my mind, my heart, and my being. I greatly appreciated the way you connect different religions, their spirituality, psychology, and philosophy. I was also very touched by your sharing of your life and the gift of your experience on the keys to a happy life.

Monday, August 28, 2017 – Olga – Thank you! Dear Frédéric Lenoir, you are an incredible person, so radiant, profound, positive, and kind! So rare. Thank you for sharing your experience, your readings, and your reflections with us, especially on well-being and living together. Come to Belgium with a talk! We need you here too.

Friday, August 25, 2017 – Martika – Let's be utopian, it's good for our health 😉 I'm looking forward to meeting you on November 5th! I read a lot of your work before "taking the plunge" (!) and enrolling in the SEVE training this year. Today I know that these first steps in philosophy workshops, besides the joy they bring me, mark the beginning of a new era… one that will be collective, conscious, and awakened, thanks in particular to you. You have this remarkable ability to simply express what many of us sense deep within our souls, without truly grasping it. And your words are particularly impactful because, for me, you are what you say: congruent, eloquent, inspiring. Thank you, Frédéric! You are an inexhaustible source of inspiration for me 🙂

Friday, August 18, 2017 – Isa I read the book "The Oracle of the Moon" this summer. I don't even know how to find the words to express how magnificent this book is. While reading it, I traveled through history, through world cultures and religions, and also into my own heart. This book touched my heart! Thank you, Frédéric Lenoir, for this fabulous philosophical journey!

Wednesday, July 26, 2017 – antoine.notari@orange.fr – Inner Peace. One day, I turned to God and followed the voice of my heart, which is love. I turned to the teachings of Jesus, and my life was completely transformed. I saw life without end. It is by doing this spiritual work, by seeking God within oneself, that eternity opens before you, that you open yourself to this universal love, to love of neighbor, to this wonderful happiness within, to humility, to compassion, to kindness. And thanks to my own spiritual work, a pure heart. I can say that as long as every human being does not understand the meaning that God has created, they will not know the true values of life. Thank you for your books.

Wednesday, July 26, 2017 – Colette (colettepalatte@skynet.com) – Thank you, thank you for this incredibly positive philosophy that your books and interviews reveal to the world. Hope runs everywhere with you, and it's as if life is reborn each morning, with its procession of hope, faith, and love… it's invigorating and reaffirming… Yours truly… you are the one who has understood the complexity of humanity… Yours truly.

Saturday, July 15, 2017 – Adrien – Reading Feedback Dear Frédéric, a young Christian convert at 20, I am now 22, and your books have been invaluable to me in the interim, helping me develop my critical, philosophical, and religious thinking. I also recognized myself in your personal story, your quest for meaning and the absolute, and your sensitivity towards the poor. Your philosophical tales, your treatises on the inner life, joy, and happiness, as well as your novels and essays ( Christ the Philosopher, A Short Treatise on the History of Religions, Socrates-Jesus-Buddha, Open Letter to Animals… ) constitute a fascinating body of philosophical thought that I gladly share with my friends, who often agree with your analyses. I want to thank you for your work and your associations. You have inspired me to write myself, in my own small way, to contribute, like the hummingbird, my drop of water, even if I don't really know how and will surely need some advice. Once again, thank you!

Saturday, July 8, 2017 – Jean Lago – Open Letter to Animals I have just finished reading "Open Letter to Animals." I enjoyed it very much. I was born in the countryside 80 years ago and grew up on a farm. We slaughtered the pig there, and almost every day a chicken, a rabbit… These animals were slaughtered by slitting their throats; only the rabbits were stunned before being slaughtered. I can still hear the cries of the pig being bled. I am opposed to the return of on-farm slaughter; it would not be progress because I don't see how prior stunning could be implemented. This issue needs to be seriously addressed.

Thursday, June 22, 2017 Viviane – A huge THANK YOU!!! Dear Frédéric, thanks to the Bourges Media Library, I discovered your magnificent book "Petit traité de vie intérieure" (A Short Treatise on Inner Life) in large print (I'm only 1/20th visually impaired...). It was a complete discovery of philosophy, accessible and playful yet profound, and you inspired me to progress on my spiritual journey (no small feat!!). I rushed to my local library where another of your works is available in LARGE PRINT: "L'âme du Monde" (The Soul of the World). Thank you again a thousand times for thinking of visually impaired people, and a big thank you for simply being who you are. Viviane GOULAUX (goulaux.pianos@orange.fr)

Monday, June 12, 2017 – Thalie – Open Letter to Animals Hello, I just finished your latest book and what a joy, what a joy to see that others share the same ideas, the same emotions, the same feelings about the love of animals. I just lost my dog after 13 years together and I recognized myself in what you wrote. The love of animals is unique, true, unambiguous; it is love in its purest form, which makes us more human every day. I am one of those people who rescues small creatures from swimming pools, who catches spiders and puts them back outside (I have a great technique…), I sometimes appreciate the company of my cats more than certain humans, and regarding my diet, I eat less and less meat and I'm none the worse for it. In short, your book did me a lot of good, even if at times it hurt and brought tears to my eyes… I also admired the beautiful illustrations throughout. I think you are a beautiful person. Thank you.

Thursday, June 8, 2017 – Sandie – Conference “Re-enchanting the World” with P. Rabhi. I don't have a Facebook account and don't wish to have one, which is why I'm posting my comment here regarding your conference, which I would like to see, but not on my computer. Having begun, a few years ago, my reading of what I call “spiritual sources and resources that allow me to maintain a life purpose,” I started with the works of your friend Pierre Rabhi, and then I read yours recently, and you are now part of this “reference point.” So, I wanted to tell you that seeing both of you, among other things, in a conversation is very important to me, but I'm waiting, perhaps wrongly, to be able to see it in public, like at the cinema, for example, and not at home alone with my computer. Is this something that is planned for the future of this conference? If so, I hope we'll be informed, because even though I don't have a Facebook account, I can still check yours and some others. Thank you.

Wednesday, May 31, 2017Françoise – Regarding the association “Together for Animals” Hello Mr. Lenoir, thank you for your powerful support of the animal cause. I sincerely hope that this new government will listen to you through its Minister of Ecology and that these veritable concentration camps that some farms have become will disappear very soon. Eating less meat is a conscious choice, but when we really want to eat it, we should be able to avoid feeling guilty about the animals' condition: farming and slaughter. Will we one day be able to forget “profit” in favor of the well-being of the animals that provide us with food? Thank you for using your media presence to serve the animals. Best of luck, we will be by your side.

Tuesday, May 30, 2017Animalslover – RTL Broadcast May 30, 2017 Thank you for your appearance on RTL today; when you were speaking, I felt like I was listening to a kindred spirit. Just yesterday, my mother squashed an insect (not a mosquito, I should point out). Seeing my indignation, she said, "But it's just an insect," to which I replied, "It's first and foremost a living being!" You save bees, while I spend hours in swimming pools rescuing all these little marvels of perfection, watching them come back to life. I was even thinking of making a game for children with a small net, a magnifying glass, and an insect alphabet book to teach them to observe, admire, and then respect them, as well as all forms of life. Never a single sting. The same goes for my wild bees that have taken up residence in the large willow tree. I approach them with my tennis racket to kill those horrible hornets, and not a single one has ever harmed me. Well done again, and thank you on their behalf. Sincerely.

Thursday, May 25, 2017Marianne – RMC “GG” Show Hello Mr. Lenoir, a big thank you for your appearance today on RMC's “GG” show. I know how difficult it can be! Sometimes it's so hard to tell people that you're an animal rights activist, because you often hear the same refrain: “There are more important things in life than advocating for this cause.” How can we define one cause as more important than another? And for that, I wanted to thank you because you were able to express it clearly and effectively to the people present on the show. Congratulations on the publication of your new book, “Open Letter to Animals,” and I'm happy to have joined your association, Together for Animals . Have a wonderful Ascension weekend. Sincerely.

Thursday, May 25, 2017Lamina – Animal Abuse Hello, I would like to thank Mr. Frédéric Lenoir for his philosophical commitments and in particular for his latest book: "Open Letter to Animals." I commend his personal dedication, which informs us about animal abuse, and I would like to emphasize that we must not oppose human suffering to animal suffering, as is often the case. I am convinced that respect for humans will come through respect for animals. Hence the importance of these testimonies and struggles to change attitudes on this subject. Not all families are sensitive to the plight of animals; could we not imagine, for example, a school curriculum that would incorporate this topic and educate children? Sincerely.

Monday, May 22, 2017 – Audrey – Info: Working with Animal Communicators Hello Frédéric Lenoir. I would so love for politicians and public figures like yourself to join forces with these communicators who wholeheartedly dedicate their time, sometimes their lives, to helping animals, having learned to communicate with their spirits. There are a growing number of these men and women who are establishing telepathic contact with all animals and are being trained to help them. The results are somewhat approximate at first, but as they gain confidence, their perceptions become more refined and the information received astonishingly precise. I recommend watching the France 5 documentary on Laila Del Monte (YouTube), a pioneer in animal communication who works all over the world, in zoos and with private individuals. I hope that animal communicators will become better known because they provide invaluable information about the needs, desires, and feelings of animals.

Saturday, May 13, 2017 – Anne , your books accompany me on my life's journey… They are like stones of light that guide me through my questions and doubts, revealing new doors to open within myself. Thank you for your words, your kindness, and your attentive listening and insightful presence during your talks. You are a man, simply a man, and that is why you are so precious… Anne, composer

Wednesday, March 15, 2017 – Claire – Thank You Hello Mr. Lenoir, thank you for sharing your passion for philosophy with those of us without a university degree and who know nothing about philosophy. Through your perspective, your simplicity of heart, and I would even say your courage to say aloud what others don't even dare admit to themselves, you made me understand that happiness is simple. The most powerful image to remember, truly remember, I dare to share with you: as soon as I have negative or dark thoughts and I imagine myself drinking a large glass of hemlock, I immediately put it down and surround myself with a bright light full of love, joy, and happiness. I no longer want to be my own executioner in my own concentration camp. A big thank you; I am extremely happy to have made your acquaintance through your book, * On Happiness: A Philosophical Journey *. Claire Boissel, perhaps we will have the chance to see you in Quebec at the book fair in Montreal or Trois-Rivières.

Friday, March 10, 2017 – Marie – On the Power of Joy My bookshelf recently got knocked over… While picking up the books, I found a small card. On one side, it said “JOY.” On the other, three quotes from Nietzsche, gathered from a reading during my philosophy studies: “If one is intelligent, the only thing one has to worry about is having joy in one’s heart”; “To live in such a way that our energy reaches its maximum intensity and joy, and to sacrifice everything to this” (Human, All Too Human, §300, II); “There is still much, much joy reserved for humankind, the fragrance of which has not yet reached the living today.” Thank you again to the visionaries of joy who are re-enchanting the world like you.

Sunday, February 19, 2017 – Anne LG – Wonderful discovery! I literally devoured "A Short Treatise on Inner Life," a book that particularly touched me with its references and wisdom. I found in it what, for me, seemed difficult to express: answers to the great existential questions that constantly torment us. Thank you.

Friday, February 18, 2017 – Archirel Hello Mr. Lenoir. I discovered your work through *The Power of Joy* and *The Soul of the World *. A beautiful invitation to rediscover the path of the soul and communion. It's far from simple. Courageous, rather. Thank you for putting your experience and talent at the service of the great, the small, and the poor in spirit!

Saturday, January 14, 2017 – Paris – “We did some… philosophizing!” Thank you for the wonderful text of your New Year's wishes for 2017. I read it in all my yoga classes; everyone listened, embraced it, and was touched by that subtle spark of light in your words. Then I read it to first-grade children (Yoga in After-School Activities), their first experience with philosophy, with sharing a text. The children were completely engaged; moved by “transform your anger into forgiveness” and “move through your deep sorrows”… suffering is sometimes already so present within them that they don't know what to do with it. We had already had beautiful experiences of release with sounds (with fourth graders), and this time it was with words, consciously, calmly. Then I led them to talk about joy, pleasure, love; we read and reread… Finally, bursts of laughter when I asked them if they knew what we had just done. They all nodded "no" (that's great!), but each tried their hand at something starting from "philo": philology, scilogy… one child exclaimed joyfully, "philoscalogy!" THANK YOU

Thursday, January 12, 2017 – Bastet Hello Frédéric Lenoir, I have finished reading the book "The Soul of the World." A very beautiful message of universal love. A book I reread with pleasure and emotion. A book for everyday study. I have already read all your books and I learn so much. Thank you so much for everything you do. I wish you a beautiful, sunny day.

Monday, January 9, 2017 – Nabila – Thank you. Hello Frédéric Lenoir, I just wanted to say "thank you." I just finished reading your book, "On Happiness, a Philosophical Journey." I love your writing and the simplicity with which you express things. I'm not an intellectual, but I'm interested in philosophy and anything that can give me knowledge about life and help me to better understand myself and, therefore, others as well. Thank you again!

Monday, January 9, 2017 – Florence I completely agree with what Anne said on December 10th. Putting others down doesn't help anyone grow. It's simply a reaction of weakness and a lack of self-confidence, sometimes a sign of great suffering. Growing is a duel with oneself; it's about using our abilities, nurturing them, and bearing fruit, and above all, having the courage to admit our own weaknesses and dare to embrace them. It's at this price that we can finally be truly comfortable in our own skin because we are whole. Then we can open up without fear of being devoured, we can live in fulfillment and radiate that to those around us. This doesn't mean that setbacks won't hurt, but we have so much inner strength that the ability to bounce back, to put things into perspective, to analyze, and to try to understand helps us land on our feet more easily. I wish everyone for 2017 the ability to see and recognize all the little daily joys that come their way.

Monday, December 14, 2016 – Bernard – The Conferences What a joy to discover your visit… I thought, great, a breath of fresh air with an interesting person… I looked into going to the conference, but then, I was in for a rude awakening: €20 for admission! Ouch! Since I want to come with my wife, that means €40. So I'll stay comfortably at home… with a book… I have Frédéric Lenoir's books, but this time, I really felt the emphasis on money and not on giving. Giving makes you richer. I know that venues need funding, etc… but STOP! STOP with these false pretenses. I hope to one day receive a response from Mr. Frédéric Lenoir, but let's not kid ourselves, I don't have €20 to give away for free.

Saturday, December 10, 2016 – Marianne – Reply to a reader… Anne Hello, when you reach a level of success and renown as high as Mr. Lenoir's, and sell more than five million books that are then translated into some twenty languages, I think you are indeed more likely to face criticism than if you do nothing! Unfairly contradicting others to boost your own self-esteem by putting them down with inelegant words makes no sense! Criticism is constructive when it is justified, but when it is unfounded, it benefits neither the person criticizing nor the person receiving it.

Wednesday, December 7, 2016 – Matthieu My little rant… Hello , I'm so happy to see that you're giving a sold-out talk in Besançon (25)… on that note (but this isn't idol worship, with its negative connotations, but rather admiration for the values you embody!). And if you were to run for president, I would certainly vote for you! To talk a little about myself and the ills that cause me terrible suffering (which I share with many citizens) in public spaces, I'll mention just one: the noise, the racket, the sound pollution… of our cities. Are abbeys or other country houses still spared from these parasites of my brain? Ah, that silence that allows me to hear the rooster's crow, the birds… of nature. My lost paradise, virtues to be reclaimed or discovered.

Friday, December 2, 2016 – Anne November 28th Conference I'm sorry, but your lecture left me completely unsatisfied… I see you as a Marc Lévy of philosophy, and that's not exactly a compliment!… A slightly '68-esque look, a few references to Greek philosophers but only to say they've read them, a lot of "I," a touch of emotion with childlike words—when I saw that some people in the audience were taking notes, I think my high school philosophy teacher must be turning in her grave! Leaving the room, one can see the extent of your "work," catchy titles (I fell for it…) and the scale of the marketing operation that you're certainly very good at… but is that enough, Mr. Lenoir, to call yourself a philosopher?

Tuesday, November 29, 2016 – Cecilia – Thank you! Thank you for this exceptional moment. Your conference in Lille yesterday was remarkably rich, authentic, and insightful. With great humility, you enlightened minds. I left feeling different, a little shaken inside, which makes me say that it helped me grow. What a joy… I would have loved to tell you this in person, but I wasn't the only one! Keep going, Frédéric, on this wonderful path of yours; the world needs you.

Tuesday, November 29, 2016 – Nicolas (nikolasdelique@hotmail.fr) – Thank you! Congratulations on your Lille conference! You do more than just spark the curiosity of the youngest children: you also awaken that of the older ones! I really like the paperclip test by Ken Robinson, an education expert, which perfectly illustrates your point. “How many different uses for a paperclip can we imagine? Most people imagine between 10 and 15. Some, the most creative, are good enough to imagine 200. To arrive at this number of solutions, they ask themselves: what if the paperclip was 200 meters tall? What if it was made of foam?” 1,500 kindergarten children were tested to determine their level of creativity. The percentage was 98%. Five years later, these children were tested again. The percentage was 30%. Ten years later, the percentage was 12%. I bet that your philosophy workshops will one day lead to the growth of 200-meter-high foam paperclips in every school!

Monday, November 28, 2016 – Michèle – Thank you, Frédéric, for your words full of wisdom and humility, full of hope as well, a message of joy and humanity that touches hearts. I offer you a prayer written by my mother after the death of our father, more than 25 years ago, a testament to the acceptance of life in the face of the inevitable, which you speak of so well. “Our marriage was a garden. Come, my God, sit beside me and look. Look at my situation. I am alone now. When I consider our life together, I compare it to a garden. For some, the home is broken, and for me, Lord, it has gone to you. Lord, you gave and you have taken away. Blessed be your name! For this reason, I say to you: come! Sit beside me and speak to me. I need to hear your voice. I am alone now in my garden, alone to reap what we have sown.” But in my solitude, in my sorrow, I turn to you, my God, to say Thank You! For together we lived happily, and from this garden I do not remember the toil. I remember that our life together was an immense bouquet of flowers. Thank you, my God, for this past we shared. Thank you for your help today. Thank you for tomorrow, which will remain in your hands. Amen. This prayer illustrates your message about inner joy and loving life as it comes. I share this prayer with you to thank you for all that you give to others to build a better world and live better lives. With all my gratitude.

Sunday, November 20, 2016 – Patricia (patriciacorbin@sfr.fr) – Thank you. A very enjoyable conference on Saturday, November 19th in Rennes. Frédéric is "radiant," I will cherish the memory of his embrace, a very intense emotion. For me, he embodies "a user's manual" for a happy life! THANK YOU

Tuesday, November 15, 2016 – Sylvain – Fraternity This drive toward fraternity brings us back to the motto of our republic: “Liberty, equality, fraternity.” The first two concepts, “liberty and equality,” only become truly effective for the individual and society if they are framed by the last: fraternity. This is the most fundamental. Because liberty, if pushed to its logical conclusion, can lead to the law of the jungle, the law of the strongest, the law of the richest, to anarchy, and therefore to the death of the republic. Because full equality can lead to an egalitarian will that can only, and examples abound, lead to totalitarian regimes that seek to impose it on human society, which in turn leads to the death of liberty and the republic. Only fraternity not only stands on its own, but it also magnifies, frames, and justifies the other two concepts.

Wednesday, November 2, 2016 – Charlotte – Book signing today in Bastia Good evening again! I enjoyed listening to you this afternoon in Bastia, and I left feeling empowered by your answer to one of my questions and by your signed copy. It was very kind of you, thank you! I'm seriously considering enrolling in the SÈVE training program, so perhaps see you again soon!

Tuesday, November 1, 2016 – zorg-f – Challans Conference Sir, the town of Challans has approximately 20,000 inhabitants. You have gathered 1,000 of them, which is exceptional. A question was burning on my lips before you began your presentation on happiness. Can one experience happiness if one has not known suffering? From the very beginning of your presentation, you answered this question by speaking of your childhood, your parents, and your psychoanalysis, and I understood that it had not been kind to you. I took the floor and asked you the question. You didn't answer, perhaps because the answer was obvious and you didn't want to address this subject. I am a doctor, and the only point on which I disagree with you is when you say that happiness is genetic. Genes have nothing to do with it. Everything is transmissible; nothing is acquired or programmed. You also spoke about neuroplasticity. The brain is constantly evolving, but this isn't due to chemicals; it's due to the learning processes you practice. I appreciated your simplicity and the accessible way you addressed rather complex topics. Below is a text you may already know and which will surely resonate with you. Sincerely.

“Then a woman said, ‘Tell us about joy and sorrow.’ He replied: ‘Your joy is your sorrow unmasked, and that very well from which your laughter springs has often been filled with your tears. And how could it be otherwise? The deeper sorrow cuts into your being, the more joy you can contain.’” Khalil Gibran – The Prophet (1923)

Monday, October 31, 2016 – Jacky – The Soul of the World I loved this book, I wouldn't say devoured it, because there was so much wisdom and so many thoughts that I read and reread certain passages. It's a work that makes me think we can live happily with our differences, by sharing our doubts, our desires, our experiences… It's a book that makes you think. I particularly loved the story of a very religious man and a prostitute living on the same street. Thank you.

Monday, October 24, 2016 – Jean Christophe – Editorial in Le Monde des Religions Dear Frédéric, this morning, to take a break from the sadness of the news, I listened to your words of wisdom online. Since "The Power of Joy," your writings have taken on a new strength. A new freshness, perhaps more mystical, which differs from the abundant, more conventional knowledge you've shared until now. But here, I was surprised by the editorial on "Jesus and Happiness," which essentially says that for Christ, beatitude is not of this world! Granted, it's not easy to interpret the scope of all the often contextual messages in the Gospels, but we can no longer ignore one of the most central and very explicit in Luke 17: "No one will say, 'Here it is!' or 'There it is!' For behold, the kingdom of God is in your midst." Better translated into English: "The kingdom of God is within you." After reading this book, which rightly celebrates the joy of living, I reflected on this: Would you still write this editorial in the same way? Namaste, yours sincerely

Sunday, October 9, 2016 – Marianne (mputallaz@netplus.ch) – Poem inspired by one of your expressions, "By Chance, by Otherness." Some say that hell is other people. Others, on the contrary, assert that one cannot be happy alone. There are luminous encounters that brighten our days as if by design. Others, harsher and more intense, strike at our hearts. We feel like rejecting them, saying "never again." Yet they rarely happen by chance. If we are open enough, available, honest, and kind to ourselves first, and then to this other person who comes to disturb us, exhaust us, and wear us down, then the inner adventure can begin. This other person, so different, so bothersome, doesn't he simply hold up a mirror in which I recognize myself: frustrated, bitter, envious, jealous? If I accept questioning myself, if I allow myself to be polished like a pebble by a swirling river, I will become that fragile, vulnerable, yet so precious nugget of gold… in the hands of another. Sensine, Valais, October 16 Thursday, October 6, 2016 – Cathia – Thank you

Hello Frédéric, as a primary school teacher and mother of four (three of whom are now teenagers!), I was delighted to discover your book, "Philosophizing and Meditating with Children." I can't wait to get my hands on it so I can try out the philosophy workshops and guided meditations with the students in Creil (60). I'm sure they'll also be very useful with my own children. As an aside, I'm a substitute teacher (ZIL), and I'll likely be mentioning it to all my colleagues in the schools where I'm only temporarily working. Thank you so much for this wonderful initiative, and please continue to inspire us!

Tuesday, September 27, 2016 – Béatrice – Just thank you. Hello Mr. Lenoir, I'd like to say Frédéric because your kindness and benevolent spontaneity touched me so deeply when I had the chance to meet you at the end of the "Emergence" event in Brussels. What matters to me in a writer, or anyone who advocates for a noble cause, is the consistency between what they say and what they do, what they write and who they are. And I was all the more delighted to have spoken with you because I discovered a man full of wisdom, humility, and naturalness, both on television and on stage, and especially in real life. 🙂 Thank you for your writing, which is so inspiring in its lucidity and kindness. Your knowledge is simply impressive: you travel with such ease through the history of great philosophers and religions that one could listen to you for hours and hours. I wish you as much happiness in your life as you share through your lectures and books. Just THANK YOU.

Thursday, September 22, 2016 – Maliel – A heartfelt thank you. A word to express my gratitude… Thank you!!! Thank you for every line that comes from your heart and touches my soul so deeply. You manage so well to express all the human beauty that we all have within us… Among other things, your novel, The Soul of the World, is the book I would save if I had to choose only one from the world of books!!!! I take pleasure in giving it as a gift, knowing that I am doing good… I hope you receive as much joy and happiness writing your books as I receive reading them.

Wednesday, September 21, 2016 – Anne – Little Pieces of Life Hello Mr. Lenoir, I'm writing to thank you for your work; it is very precious to me. My work involves helping people whose lives have become difficult. Many have lost their "light," and they talk... I listen to them and I must help them find a little happiness again. Your books are filled with light, joy, and happiness. I draw on them often; they contain hope, humility, and a remarkable simplicity in conveying joy to those for whom happiness seems so distant. I simply wanted to tell you that I think you rekindle many stars (laughs). "It is high time to rekindle the stars," Apollinaire. A big thank you to you.

Saturday, September 17, 2016 – AlessF – Thank you for doing us so much good. I'm simply delighted to have met you. I stumbled upon you on Drucker's show one afternoon among many others… and there I heard your definition of happiness, and everything became crystal clear to me… your words resonated in my mind, and ever since, I haven't stopped wanting to acquire your wisdom and serenity… thank you for giving so much, thank you for writing to guide us on the path to happiness and give us access to wisdom, which for me is the most important thing in this world. I'm only 22 years old, and yet your journey and your books fascinate me… I'll end with another thank you…

Monday, September 12, 2016 – Marie – Sharing Good evening Frédéric, first of all, thank you for your writing. When I read it, it's like cool water flowing over my soul. I find myself so much in your words, even though I'm neither a philosopher nor a theologian. However, I found it a shame not to cite the various sages when they speak in each chapter of *The Soul of the World*. The book would have gained, in my opinion, in color and flavor, in the sense that the explanations given by each sage are rooted in traditions that are not to be dismissed and are interesting to identify. I wanted to know why you made this choice? That said, I'm currently reading your third book, and I feel so aligned with what you say that I'm proud of myself. Because, without a doctorate, I recognize words that I use here and there in conversations. I'm going to end up with a big head! Thank you for these books, I hope they bring contagious serenity to our planet.

Saturday, September 10, 2016 – jamul495@gmail.com – A thought from Fr. Lenoir: Hello Mr. Lenoir, I am a young man of Congolese origin but currently living in South Africa. In my country of origin, the DRC, school didn't teach me about you, not even to read a little of your work. I just discovered you here in Mandela's country, in a Catholic magazine where they paraphrased a quote in which you refer to Gandhi: "Be the change you wish to see in the world." That's how I came to know you, thanks to your quote. I thought I should get to know Lenoir. I realize that you are not Black but white! Thank you so much for who you are and for your thoughts, which can be, or already are, transforming the world. My concern is that Congo discovers you so that order can be brought to my country! Once again, thank you, Frédéric.

Thursday, September 1, 2016 – Fred – Sharing Good evening Frédéric, 10 years ago I “could neither read nor write” and had barely met anyone. Yet your book, * L'Oracle della Luna* , after a long and arduous journey of self-discovery, allowed me to discover myself. Recently, I had the joy and pleasure of meeting you and sharing a little with you in St. Antoine l'Abbaye on the theme of joy. Thank you for sharing who you are. For me, men like you confirm that there is hope in humanity.

Thursday, August 25, 2016 – Sylvie – There are no coincidences! *A Short Treatise on Inner Life* had been in my library since 2011… I read it this summer of 2016! Perhaps it took these years of life for each word to resonate with me! Since then, I slow down my reading at the end of each of your books, so much have I encountered you there as a kindred spirit, a brother of humanity. I receive you as a companion (one with whom we also share words) because I draw from your books the energy necessary to, myself, transmit, guide, etc. I am filled with gratitude to the Universe for this "Profound Power of the World" which works through people like you. Thank you for this readers' page: my heart and soul resonated deeply with some of the testimonials, especially those from people over 80… My joy in being alive is then multiplied tenfold! Frédéric, my loving care is with you!

Sunday, August 21, 2016 – Lou (from Montreal, CA) – Comment: Discovering your books is a true pleasure; they are filled with information, references, and great inspiration… they are a real gift to me… thank you! My favorite: "The Power of Joy"

Wednesday, August 3, 2016 – Vincent – A wonderful discovery! Following a visit from a friend during the summer holidays, he lent me your book, The Oracle of the Moon. A big thank you for this experience. I'm eager to give a copy to a friend who I'm sure will appreciate this "coming-of-age" novel. Thanks again. Have a good day!

Tuesday, July 26, 2016 – Mathieu – My Favorite Books Ah, Frédéric Lenoir's books… Recently, I decluttered my bookshelf, keeping only a few! My criterion was: which 20 books could I reread endlessly? Result: 1/3 of them are by Frédéric Lenoir. I can't wait for the next one!

Saturday, July 16, 2016 – Sigale – Thank you… Your books are like a lifeline to those who don't read… Like a balm to soothe the onslaught of questions. I've only read two… But I immediately gave them to my youngest children, young adults… Thank you, thank you, thank you

Saturday, July 9, 2016 – Béatrice – Discovery Hello Frederic, I just finished my first novel by you, L'oracle della Luna. And I wanted to send you my heartfelt thanks… Thank you. Have a lovely day… 🙂

Friday, July 8, 2016 – Yerouchalaim (12tr@orange.fr) – End Times… Behold, I am against the shepherds, and I will demand my sheep from their hand; I will make them cease to tend the flock, and the shepherds will no longer tend themselves; and I will deliver my sheep from their mouths, and they will no longer devour them. And I will bring them out from among the peoples, and gather them from the countries, and bring them into their own land; and I will feed them on the mountains of Israel, by the streams, and in all the dwellings of the land. (Ezekiel chapter 34, verses 10, 13) And I saw another beast coming up out of the earth; and it had two horns (*) like a lamb; and it spoke like a dragon. (Revelation 13:11) And all who dwell on the earth, whose names have not been written from the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb who was slain, shall worship him. (Revelation = Revelation, ch. 13, v. 8) I watched as this horn made war against the saints and prevailed over them. (*) powers

Saturday, June 25, 2016 – Marchepascal (Pascalhallou@yahoo.fr) – A poem that goes well with your words. Alone. Night falls, this time for the last time! On the cross facing the sky, alone in prayer… Father, why have you abandoned me? Eternity seems so far away… I am here, for whom, why, tell me? Besides, they don't know what they're doing!!! 100 times I have fallen, let's admit it… But here, nailed to the cross, "what terror!" And this silence, sacred black silence, I miss it so much, "Oh Father." Where are you? Don't you hear me tonight? Yet so faithful to your affairs, I collapse, blood drips, pearl of life. May the whole earth know of your forgetfulness. And I depart for the other world, aaah!!! The wind will carry away my last breath…

Wednesday, June 22, 2016 – Francesca – Return from the seminar at Saint Antoine de l'Abbaye. A huge thank you for this magical weekend which enriched and refreshed me so much. Another way to bring forth joy, which we didn't discuss, is singing praises to the Divine. Singing connects us directly to Him and fills us with immeasurable joy and peace. Now it's not about staying at the top of the mountain, but about coming back down into the world and putting your messages into practice… and boosting your projects. Let's shine together to bring a new breath of hope and joy wherever we are! See you soon.

Monday, June 20, 2016 – Barthelemy Mayers The Soul of the World Hello Frédéric, I read The Soul of the World this weekend and I found it excellent. I enjoyed this book so much that this morning I picked up my notebook to take notes. It really did me good because I am myself working on raising my awareness. Your words touched and delighted me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Saturday, June 4, 2016 – Camille – The Soul of the World Hello Frédéric, I just finished your book The Soul of the World , which my mother strongly recommended to me some time ago, and I must tell you that, seeing the comments of some other readers, I realize that I feel the same way. Throughout my reading, I felt like taking notes, to make sure I didn't forget, to fully integrate certain lessons of wisdom (like your characters) that resonate with me and touch me deeply. I am currently in the midst of a search for myself, for who I am, for what I truly desire. I don't want to miss out, and for this, I am learning meditation and drawing on various books like yours. I am listening to myself, finding myself again. THANK YOU for sharing this, thank you for this wisdom, thank you for your books, and thank you for continuing in this way. I send you a wave of love and good feelings. Thank you.

Saturday, June 4, 2016 – Luc – Thank you. Hello Mr. Lenoir, I wanted to express my appreciation for the philosophical and creative power of your books: indeed, they lead us, in a very simple way, to question the foundations of our choices and actions; but in a positive way, unlike many philosophical theories… Rethinking the goals of one's life and relearning to simply be content with the passing day, which brings with it many simple and fundamental joys. For that, I thank you; you are a great man!… Luc (professor)

Sunday, May 22, 2016 – Viviane – Thank You for God (Interviews with Marie Drucker) Dear Frédéric, Last February I began my studies in Christian theology in my adopted country, Mauritius, and then last month I stumbled upon this book of interviews at our French Institute. I just finished it and wanted to thank you immediately because I feel it will help me throughout this new journey I've chosen to embark on at 38. I appreciated your objective and respectful approach, but especially the more personal epilogue, which now gives me the impression of knowing you better in a field that, unfortunately, remains confined to the private sphere in France. Even though you don't need publicity, I'm telling everyone in my circle who is passionate about this subject about this valuable book. I've already received positive feedback from a fellow student of a different faith. Thank you from the bottom of my heart… I look forward to reading your book, The Power of Joy.

Saturday, May 21, 2016 – Alexandra – A huge thank you! A huge thank you for the joy of reading your books… I first discovered François, the Springtime of the Gospel … a truly wonderful experience. Then I savored The Oracle of the Moon . I was transported to another era, encountering various wise figures… I am Catholic, and I live with a Muslim. I am immersed in The Soul of the World , which I started last night, with such delight… I keep putting off finishing the book, hence my decision to write to you. I would love to memorize entire pages. They speak to me so deeply of the spiritual communion that can exist between different religions… THANK YOU!!!

Saturday, April 30, 2016 – Nelii – Another convert Hello, I didn't know you yesterday, and today I watched Frédéric Lopez's show "La parenthèse inattendue" (The Unexpected Interlude), and wow, what a revelation! I feel a connection to what you're saying. I left the show intending to buy some of your books and get to know you better, starting with this website, then your writings, and ultimately broadening my horizons. So thank you.

Sunday, April 24, 2016 – Nadia – A true revelation. Hello Frédéric, for months the cover of your book, *The Soul of the World*, has caught my eye in bookstores, without me knowing why or seeking to learn more about it. Until one day, I finally picked it up in my local library. I read it in three days because it was such a revelation, and I went out and bought it. Now, every day, I have it with me and read a passage to absorb it even more. And then, I read * Heart of Crystal *, also in just a few days… *The Power of Joy* is also one of my next reading projects. I want to thank you because you are an author who truly inspires me. I have never been so captivated by a person, but your books and your lectures touch me deeply. THANK YOU!

Sunday, April 10, 2016 – NR – James Tabor and your book “How Jesus Became God” Hello Frédéric, I am a fan of “Roots of Heaven” and have a very positive impression of your work and approach. However, I was very disappointed by your book “ How Jesus Became God, ” which I just finished reading on Kindle. I had just finished “The True Story of Jesus” by the fabulous American archaeologist and historian, whom I discovered by chance while looking for an interesting book about Jesus for my nephew's baptism. Your book is a hodgepodge of the New Testament without much historical critical perspective. It's a good essay that seems comprehensive but unfortunately remains very superficial and takes little account of the very interesting historical research, such as that of James Tabor. I imagine you are familiar with his writings? Why don't you invite him to “Roots of Heaven”? I found his approach extremely sound and fascinating…

Saturday, April 9, 2016 – Joanne (Montreal) – Thank you for being! Hello Frédéric, three weeks ago, I didn't know your name or even that you existed. At the entrance of a bookstore, I immediately saw a book titled: "The Power of Joy: What if Wisdom was the Joy of Living?" I bought it spontaneously, thinking, "This title is so me! I can't wait to read what's been written about it!" While reading it, what surprised me most was how much the author resembled me on an inner level. I felt as if it were me speaking, but from a masculine perspective; in a man's body. It was so intense that I told my daughter about it, and she said, "Mom, you have the same look in your eyes!" I felt it was true, and it deeply touched me. I'm currently in Paris, and a little voice has been urging me all week to share this message with you, something I could have kept to myself. So, Frédéric, thank you so much for being you! I look forward to meeting you someday. With sincerity and humility.

Thursday, April 7, 2016 – Gino – Words on a Shared Thought Hello, a huge thank you for your ability to understand the world today, to express a universal truth, and to remain humble. You are living proof to me that there is hope and that kindness deserves to be shared. Whether for oneself, for others, or for the world, we need joy and hope. I will contact you again once I myself have become a writer. A real conversation seems essential to me to achieve a similar level of spiritual growth to yours. I skipped steps to arrive at the same conclusions as you, and to heal, I must go through individuation. This is one of the main challenges in my life. I would like to have a high-level guide so that I can stop torturing myself and evolve. Thank you for putting words to the thoughts of the soul of the world.

Tuesday, April 5, 2016 – Domi – Conference in Monaco on June 4, 2016. Thank you, Frédéric, for this magnificent conference on joy. Even without words, simply looking at you is enough to feel this state of joy. Your face radiates with such intensity that one cannot help but feel the joy and love for the world and for others. I read * The Soul of the World * and I was literally transported with happiness. I found it so beautiful and expressive that I gave a copy to a friend who was grieving. I tend to see the glass as half full, and this helps, and I savor every moment. No matter the weather, we just need to harmonize with our surroundings, and as you say, we are lucky to live in a beautiful country, so let's take advantage of all the senses that nature has given us, let's allow ourselves to be filled with joy, love, and sharing. Thank you again for your writings, for everything you are, thankfully there are people like you to transmit joy and authenticity to all those who are in doubt.

Monday, April 4, 2016 – Lassya – Philosophy of Joy I just finished your latest work, *The Philosophy of Joy*. My interest in Spinoza is no secret. That's why I literally devoured this book. A book to put on the hands of our teenagers, parents, friends, neighbors, voters, and other missionaries… Seriously, this book is mouthwatering. It presumes nothing, proclaims nothing, advocates nothing except a burning desire to live… life… in communion with the world. A breath of fresh air in the incessant tumult of our industrial society… We understand perfectly why eternity is not defined in a future projection of liberation but in the present moment, a peaceful path in reality… Best of luck…

Saturday, April 2, 2016 – Christine Hello, I just finished your book, *The Power of Joy *. It's so good to read you… Pleasure, happiness, and joy… Words we've almost forgotten in our society. You are a ray of sunshine in these troubled times. Tuesday, March 29, 2016 – Sandie A copy of * The Power of Joy* is now in Calcutta in the hands of Gaston Dayanand. I'm not sure he needs it… but sometimes it feels so good to read things that resonate with us. I hope he'll have time to read it; he's so busy taking care of others. See you soon. Have a good day.

Saturday, March 26, 2016 – Joao – Thank you!!! Hello Mr. Lenoir, I wanted to thank you for your beautiful book, *The Soul of the World *, which I picked up at random in a bookstore. I started reading it there, bought it, and finished it in one evening. It contains very beautiful texts of wisdom that, unfortunately, are not always put into practice! But reading them, we sometimes find ourselves reflected in them. And that gives us hope! This is the first book I've read, but it won't be the last. And congratulations again!

Thursday, March 24, 2016 – Isabelle – Thank you, dear Frédéric. Mysteriously, I haven't read your work yet, but I've been listening to you for several days (thank you, internet!). Your thoughts and philosophy resonate with my own way of seeing the world and understanding life. As soon as possible, I'll get one of your books; I still have your style to discover. 🙂 Reading and writing have been my passions since I learned to read. I was listening to you when the attacks happened in my country, in Brussels. There are no coincidences; your words heal…

Thursday, March 17, 2016 – Anita – Towards Peace with THE SOUL OF THE WORLD Dear Frédéric, I occasionally reread a chapter chosen at random from The Soul of the World when things aren't going too well. It often resonates with the situation I'm going through and allows me to find peace. I can then think more clearly and act more appropriately. Thank you so much for this fabulous text that helps and inspires me regularly. Thursday, March 10, 2016 – Ronny –

Number of gods After reading the Little Treatise on the History of Religions (in my mother tongue, which is Dutch) I could only observe that after the demonstration of evolution (all objects have a soul, polytheism, only one god) we finally arrived at… “zero gods”.

Wednesday, March 2, 2016 – Valérie – Thank you . Hello Mr. Lenoir. I read your book, *The Power of Joy* , which was lent to me by my yoga teacher. I was particularly moved by your thoughts, your analyses, and your experiences, which I completely agree with. This book did me a world of good! A flame of joy ignited within me as I turned the pages, along with inner transformations. Thank you for that; may joy grow, grow within us all. I look forward to reading more of your work and perhaps listening to you speak in Bastia.

Wednesday, March 2, 2016 – Raissa – Advice Hello Frédéric. I like to be happy, like everyone else. However, when I'm too happy, the following days become sad. And then, the joy returns. I noticed this, and since then, I've been afraid of being too happy. Because what follows is sadness. A deep sadness that brings tears to my eyes. What should I do?

Thursday, February 25, 2016 – Fabienne There were Aristotle, Plato, Kant, Rousseau, and so many others, my intellectual forebears, and now there is you, a wonderful contemporary who has so intelligently adapted to our times with additional means of communication. Keep it up, because society will always need thinkers who share knowledge through reflection with kindness, emotion, and simplicity, as you do. Thank you for being such a valuable witness and conduit of our time. Consider the Montpellier region for your next lectures!

Thursday, February 18, 2016 – Cath – Thank you. I simply wanted to thank you for your books, which are filled with kindness and wisdom. It's always a pleasure to read you. I just finished * The Soul of the World* , and this book has so many answers to some of my questions… Thank you so much!!

Wednesday, February 17, 2016 – From an elf – Thank you! Thank you, Frédéric Lenoir. I'm currently reading *The Power of Joy *, a gift from a friend who is exploring the facets of this life-giving feeling! What brings me joy? Reading you, by the fireplace, with herbal tea and a square of chocolate beside me. Quite simply. Thank you, life. Thank you, Mr. Lenoir. And congratulations on the fluidity of your writing; you know, like no other, how to lead us, seemingly effortlessly, toward the wisdom of the greatest thinkers…

Wednesday, February 17, 2016 – The Owl Good evening, I've read some of your books, and I attended your St. John conference in Grenoble. "The Power of Joy" as soon as it came out, which helped me embark on a journey to rediscover inner joy after the breakup of my youngest daughter and her husband. I am now without four grandchildren. Thank you for your simplicity, your joy that radiates from your entire being, the expression on your face, and your sparkling eyes. " The Little Treatise on Inner Life" complements the previous one. I'm listening to your talks again to better progress on this path of self-discovery, and I'm getting help. Your active and passive joy is being discussed among friends on January 8th. Thank you, and please continue to write and/or speak.

Tuesday, February 16, 2016 – Chantal – There's Joy! Hello Frédéric, I made an extraordinary discovery on Saturday, February 13th… You! An inspiration for my life. I haven't yet read one of your books, but I'm eager to discover them ALL. It's no coincidence; the conference took place at a crucial time in my journey. This conference, which I attended with my wonderful love, inspired us both, and I thank you a thousand times for everything.

Tuesday, February 16, 2016 – Line – February 12 Conference in Montreal Hello, I have been filled with joy since Saturday, and I am still moved to be experiencing it today, with both feet firmly planted in joy. I didn't know you, and I was fortunate enough to be invited by a good friend to attend your conference and listen to your wise words. For me, it was a revelation. The 5 minutes of meditation at the beginning of the conference also revealed a side of myself I didn't know existed: the beauty of being in the present moment… you are now my guide, and you are also in my thoughts. I have also decided to spread the good news by introducing you to some dear friends… I look forward to seeing you the next time you are in Montreal, which I hope will be again in 2016… a fan for life!

Monday, February 15, 2016 – Jacqueline – Saturday, February 13, 2016 – There's JOY ! Dear Frédéric, During the day to officially celebrate the Quebec release of your latest book, The Power of Joy , I experienced a reconnection with my soul, this happiness of loving and being loved. I vibrated with this joy of simply being. Thank you for this powerful experience, Frédéric; it will remain etched in my heart wherever I go. You said during your conference: "I am not a guru or a master of wisdom." I would say that you are a great master of life, just like in your book Socrates Jesus Buddha , not in comparison to the physical stature of Jeremy Demay… laughter, but in terms of joy of living, generosity, kindness, humanity, gentleness, simplicity, spirituality, self-discipline, compassion, intelligence, etc. I remember your words: to exist is a fact, and to live is an ART. This morning, my eyes fell upon these words: Choice #1 HAPPINESS Mattress. I was in that state of happiness. With all my heart, Jacqueline xx

Sunday, February 14, 2016 – Janique – Thank you so much! Hello Frédéric, it's the day after the wonderful "There's Joy with You, Christine, and the Other Bearers of Happiness" event, and I am so filled with gratitude and appreciation. I could have listened to you for hours. Everything about you speaks to me: your words, your eyes, your charisma, and your kindness. I noted a quote you shared with us, from St. Augustine, which says that joy and happiness are about continuing to desire what we already have! I've been a person of gratitude for quite some time now! Three words are drawn on my body… Believe (the belief I already have), Carpe Diem (Seize the day, which is what I strive to do), and Serenity (what I strive to achieve). It's with guides like you that our souls receive, like a big caress, words, gestures, and looks that inspire us to continue on our path. Thank you for these extraordinary moments of happiness that you have sown along my path.

Sunday, February 14, 2016 – Bela – Comment: I attended your conference; it was very enriching. We need to learn and hear phrases like these, such as how to maintain a state of joy and peace so that we can grow and better cope with life. I possess the power of joy.

Sunday, February 14, 2016 – Caroline – The Power of Joy Hello Frédéric, I hope you don't mind me calling you by your first name since last Friday you spent the day with me, sitting in my living room in front of a fireplace. Of course, you were there virtually through the words of your book, "The Power of Joy." What a wonderful time I had reading your work, discovering you, and learning about the meaning of joy that I'm trying to bring back into my life. Because since the passing of my partner, let's just say that grief has taken up more space than joy. So, thank you for that, and thank you for being in Montreal on that bitterly cold day. I left home to go listen to you and meet you at the "There's Joy in the Day" conference. You are just like your writing: charming and inspiring. Thank you again!

Wednesday, February 3, 2016 – Diane – The Power of Joy I was listening to your radio interview on ICI Radio-Canada yesterday in my car, and I felt a great peace wash over me. Since the beginning of January, I've been trying to write my big WHY in my 2016 planner. I associated it with a kind of social success, recognition, and I felt a void. Suddenly, the word joy came to mind. Joy in my heart, the sense of discovery, wonder, beauty, and the grandeur of Life. The joy of radiating joy around me. Knowing that you've written a book on the power of joy has suddenly multiplied my own tenfold. Reading your book will be invaluable. Thank you!

Tuesday, February 2, 2016 – Marie Jocelyne – On Happiness: A Philosophical Journey. I discovered you through an interview broadcast on Radio-Canada's Second Regard program. Then I gave myself "On Happiness" as a Christmas present. I loved being guided by you, as well as by Spinoza, Montaigne, Epictetus, and Eastern wisdom. I was born in 1962, just like you. However, it seems I'm taking longer to become who I am. Your book is helping me along this vital path. Thank you, thank you, from across the sea.

Sunday, January 31, 2016 – Ishraq – A short note of connection Hello Frédéric, I've been on this path for a long time, and I'm happy to listen to you because you embody a simple humanity, full of common sense. I connect with your reflections on the world and humanity because I share your conclusions and your insights. This short note is to express my participation in this collective of people on their journey, doing the best we can where we are, wherever we are in our lives. This is a small sign of an existence that seeks to Be… we are not alone, nor are we the only ones. Sincerely, Martine

Sunday, January 31, 2016 – Foulosophe – My thanks and joyful thoughts. Sunday, it's 10 a.m. and I'm leaving my dream world. With my eyes open, it's now difficult for me to say where I was. This world is so beautiful that some mornings I don't want to leave it. This world is one I imagined and am building, but not alone, not by chance! My daily environment, the people I love and sometimes those I hate, what I've been taught, what I've forgotten, what I do, what I can't manage to do… all of this nourishes and grows in the vast field of my Soul and my Heart. So, wise people, spirits, madmen, artists, and especially musicians, singers, and writers tell me, "It's up to you, Cultiv'Actor, to cultivate, water, harvest, share, and naturally enjoy the fruits of joy." Yes, it is primarily my responsibility to empower my joy! To you, Frédéric Lenoir, who teaches me to cultivate this joy, thank you. Eric

Friday, January 29, 2016 – Hélène – Happy New Year, Frédéric! Last night I woke up thinking that you are a true peacemaker in the world. Indeed, thanks to your online lectures and all your books, you allow so many people to make peace with themselves. We know that everything begins with the relationship we have with ourselves. So, thank you again for all these shared insights, for your generosity, and also for your humility; it does so much good for humanity. I just wanted to tell you what I was thinking and sincerely wish you a very happy 2016—it's not too late!

Thursday, January 28, 2016 – Elga – Buch: Was ist ein Geglücktes Leben (Petit traité de vie intérieure) Gutes Buch zum nachdenken lernen und sich annehmen… Translation: Good book for learning to reflect and take care of oneself.

Thursday, January 28, 2016 – Marion, A HUGE THANK YOU. I didn't read before… And you've given me a taste for reading. The first book I read was * Le Bonheur )… I was going through a rough patch in my life (I read on the train, while walking, at home…), it really helped me. Right now I'm reading *Petit traité de vie intérieure* (A Short Treatise on Inner Life ). And another HUGE THANK YOU. KEEP WRITING!

Tuesday, January 26, 2016 – Céline from Strasbourg – Thank you , thank you, thank you for leading me to liberation a year ago. It was indeed during a period of turbulent health and morale, while reading the chapter on freedom in your book * The Soul of the World *, that the unimaginable finally happened: I quit smoking. Out of fear, certainly, but above all, out of the realization that I was nothing more than a slave to these constant cravings. So thank you for allowing me to regain my freedom, for allowing me to reconcile with myself (I blamed myself so much for having smoked during my pregnancy and afterward), and for introducing me to the path of change, to appreciating the present moment (now unpolluted by these nicotine urges) by introducing me to meditation. Today, and from now on, I continue my journey toward accepting my pain and embracing the simple and abundant joys in life. Thank you so much for being you, for sharing your experience.

Monday, January 25, 2016 – Catherine – The Power of Joy Hello Frédéric, I loved your latest book, The Power of Joy . For the past few months, I've been feeling a deep sadness and a great deal of despondency (like many French people) after the attacks and every time I hear the tragic litany of shipwrecked migrants. Then, to console myself, I read your latest work and drew a great deal of strength from it. My inner joy, which is thankfully never far away, returned as I read your words. Thank you for always shedding such light on the torments of our souls and for always seeing the glass half full. I have followed your writing for a long time and wanted to congratulate you on your journey. Continue to console us and help us grow. Thank you!

Thursday, January 21, 2016 – Rolande (rolandeb@hotmail.com) – Feedback I have read all your books. And I can't wait to get my hands on *The Power of Joy* . I always devour you with a voracious appetite! I am 86 years old, and I have the time to digest everything. I still find you young for having assimilated all these realities that you share… CONGRATULATIONS

Thursday, January 21, 2016 – Maddy Besson – Chance “God passing incognito” Einstein A friend recommended a book on happiness to me. I went to the Payot website and realized it was too expensive for me! On the page, I discovered the book * On Happiness, a Philosophical Journey *, and the author, Frédéric Lenoir, reminded me of my grandmother's last name… Lenoir… I took a chance and ordered the paperback version, which seemed to be exactly what I was looking for… to learn without breaking the bank! And then, a huge surprise awaited me: an author I'd never heard of before provided answers to my questions, real support, and above all, the joy of rediscovering my zest for life! Thank you, thank you, thank you… for making your wealth of knowledge and your joy of living accessible to everyone. Wishing you a wonderful day.

Wednesday, January 20, 2016 – Isabelle Lyon – Crystal Heart I'm currently reading Crystal Heart , which I stumbled upon on a bookstore shelf. I was immediately drawn to the fairytale concept. I read the quotes as a comfort before going back to work… and since then I've read half the book and I'm still going. It's simply beautiful, both light and incredibly profound. Highly recommended for adults, not just children. Thank you, Frédéric.

Wednesday, January 20, 2016 – Régine – The Soul of the World Hello, The Soul of the World is the first book by Frédéric Lenoir that I read, and it's true, it's the first of many. I confess that these readings were the beginning of a profound change within me, both professionally and personally. They are very helpful to me when I'm experiencing negative emotions. Thank you so much for this approach to life; these books are very accessible for novice readers like myself. I wish you continued success and a wonderful year, filled with energy, passion, and more…

Wednesday, January 13, 2016 – Florence – Thank You Dear Frédéric Lenoir, thank you for writing "A Short Treatise on Inner Life." I keep it in my bag and regularly leaf through it to bring myself back to basics and correct my behavior. I also leaf through it when I despair of the difficulties I encounter in communicating with others and the lack of openness that most of us display. I have a fiery temperament stemming from a lack of self-confidence caused by this "narcissistic wound" that our parents sometimes inflict upon us, the nature of which you explain so well. Everything I believe in is in your book, written in a way that is accessible to everyone, and I am delighted to give it as a gift to spread its wisdom, or at least try to, because, as Einstein said, "it is easier to split an atom than a prejudice." Your book should be given to every newborn! Thanks to you, I am now immersing myself in the writings of Marcus Aurelius. Thank you again for introducing me to it. Happy New Year!

Tuesday, January 12, 2016 – Christine , I wanted to wish you a very happy 2016. May it bring you happiness, shared joys, projects… Thank you for your books and lectures. I always find great pleasure in discovering your work.

Tuesday, January 12, 2016 – Bribri73 – The Power of Joy  A huge thank you for your book, which confirms that some of the judgments and observations I had about current society and myself (questioning, the influence of religion, etc.) were correct. I felt these things, but I didn't know how to express them well. Thanks to you and your many experiences, I feel good and I feel a deep joy that I will try to share with everyone I love… Thank you again.

Monday, January 11, 2016 – Catherine – Calendar Dear Frédéric Lenoir, please consider the Nîmes region for your conferences or weekend retreats. Thank you so much, and best wishes for a warm welcome!

Saturday, January 9, 2016 – Sandrine – The Power of Joy Dear Frédéric, I just finished your book, The Power of Joy, and as I closed it, I thought that if you had been near me, I would have joyfully gone to hug you to thank you… What a great start to 2016! It's always a pleasure to read your work, but perhaps because I've been feeling less aligned with myself lately, no longer quite sure where I was going, I felt a real connection and a profound joy while reading this book. It helped me refocus on who I truly am, my zest for life, and my plans to contribute to making the world a better place. I also greatly appreciated your sharing of personal experiences to illustrate your points, as I find that it makes your writing even more relatable. Thank you so much, and a very happy 2016!

Friday, January 8, 2016 – Dakini – Thank you. I listened to you last night in Valence. I had already heard you speak thanks to your book, *The Power of Joy* . You reinforced my beliefs and reflections; everything resonated with me. Except for one point: the one concerning intuition. In the latest issue of *Science et Avenir*, neuroscientists take a less radical stance. We shouldn't always trust our intuition… reason sometimes allows us to analyze it and act with discernment. I will nevertheless try to strengthen my intuition regarding my phone calls, to experiment… smile. You are a person full of positive energy, which is contagious, and that's wonderful. See you soon, Mr. Lenoir, because I will reread *The Power of Joy* with greater attention.

Wednesday, January 6, 2016 – Cathia – Happy New Year! Thank you for writing your books that open our hearts, allowing happiness to enter. Thank you for reminding us that this noble feeling that connects us—men, women, and children—is powerful; it keeps us alive in the present. Let us be certain that by nurturing it, the beings on this earth will silence wars… Thank you for helping us control our egos, for we are all equal. Thank you for writing, for living in harmony without judging others is an art. A very happy new year, Mr. Lenoir.

Tuesday, January 5, 2016 – Alice – The Power of Joy I just finished reading The Power of Joy , and it was a real eye-opener. I thought I had done all the work you recommend on myself, but no, at 83, I'm still "coming into the world," as Marie de Hennezel says. At 14, my life meant going to work in a factory; my parents were too poor for me to continue my studies. Illness at 30 (six months in a sanatorium, leaving three children at home) completely changed my life. At 50, I was leading communication seminars for a large company, while also running job placement programs. I wrote down my memoirs for my grandchildren and a few friends; I was sure I had reached the end. But no, your book showed me how, despite all the work I've done to build myself up, I'm still marked by the desire to CONTROL EVERYTHING. I've made great progress. Thank you so much!

Friday, January 1, 2016 – Karineds – Testimony of Day 1 of 2016 Hello, I'm in this train station this morning, alone, on this first day of 2016, wondering after all the ups and downs of my life in 2015—job loss, separation, financial problems—if I'm really going to keep living… While waiting for my train, I went to the newsstand and saw your book. I thought to myself, "Here's another one spouting nonsense; he doesn't know the reality of life." But curious nonetheless, I bought your book, * On Happiness: A Philosophical Journey *. I started reading it, and what a surprise, what a joy! I devoured it! In short, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, for writing this book! Please continue!

Friday, January 1, 2016 – Rémy – The Soul of the World. A fine work! However, I found the phrase "O children of men" counterproductive, and I regret the absence of the dissonant note: Lacanian psychoanalysis, through its incredulity and self-sufficiency, motivates an eighth teaching: How to concretely implement post-Promethean thought? Self-sufficiency is understood here as constituting, on its own, the determining factor for obtaining the observed effect or the expected result, based solely on reason and contemporary scientific knowledge. Everyone is familiar with the thinking of the children of the Commune regarding religions and bourgeois culture, so there's no need to elaborate on the confrontation. A beautiful moment in time. Regards
