Thursday, December 31, 2015 – Blaise – Thank you.
I had the opportunity to listen to you on YouTube. Thank you for your realistic optimism. It's true that everything seems to be going from bad to worse, but it's undeniable that the number of those who are awakening is growing exponentially and joyfully! (Mindfulness in Business, meditation in kindergarten, followers of enlightened contemporaries like Eckhart Tolle, Mooji, Jack Kornfield, among a multitude of others, including yourself). The allegory of the crowd being swept away by the river of illusion (the dead being those who practice this exercise best!!) made me think of another: The river flows inexorably, carrying us all from our source to our source. We are free to try swimming against the current, but the banks pass by at the same speed and in the same way, whether we let ourselves be carried along serenely or stubbornly try to swim upstream, terrified by the flow of life which (by Grace) is completely beyond our control. Yours truly – Blaise

– Ada – Star of the Year
To be your disciple for a day.
Words transform into love,
the star into friendship,
joy into sharing, into peace.
"Of lasting and all-encompassing happiness"
I find you quite normal.
Your books are gifts,
good times... words.
Pleasure, even if present
, is fleeting.
Linked to the outside world
, it is transient, it vanishes.
Happiness is harmony,
finding meaning in life.
Connected to your inner self, present in the moment,
simply enjoying the present.
Regarding joy,
it's about working on oneself.
Being in love with others
leads to a deeper path, our own.
I wish you for the New Year:
To be yourself, fully present!
The past is absent
, the future nonexistent.
Sing more at the piano
while writing words.
"Live things quite whole."
You are the star, the light.
"Optimistic, utopian"
Towards a better, unique world!
"Saying yes to life"
Thank you for existing, My Friend!

– Giga amoroso – The Power of Joy A little gift with another one of my poems to share with you and your readers all the joy and love of our lives!
“Love, divine affiliation
Love, such a universal value
Unpredictable emotion, always free,
Magic treasure in rainbow colors,
A joy of loving and living,
so difficult to contain for our equilibrium;
at the slightest ray of happiness it vibrates.
Light of the soul ignored by DNA,
omnipresent in everything, offered to all.
Unlike our demon, hatred, the
perceptible madness of ignominy within us,
How can we imagine, without a divine force,
being the sole custodians of our origins?
Are we merely its beneficiaries
, or primarily its testamentary protectors?
Let us go to meet you, brother.
Let us comfort your fears, sister.
Let us protect your life, your feelings, mother.
Let us ease your misery, your heart.
Let us save and respect your children, Father,
against all those whom our prayers reject,
those opposed to your blessed kingdom.
Our love will prevail over them!"
Monday, December 28, 2015 – Perit ut vivat – The Soul of the World. The
Soul of the World is the first book by Frédéric Lenoir that I have had the pleasure of reading. This tale clearly highlights the common foundation of all spiritual approaches. It provides excellent support for initiating a spiritual quest and embarking on the path to wisdom.
Sunday, December 27, 2015 – Monique – Thank you!
Mr. Frédéric Lenoir,
I'm finishing your book " The Power of Joy "
No, I'm not finishing it…
I'm going through it sentence by sentence!
I think you've changed my perspective…
that you're helping me make each day… "A hymn to JOY." Thank you!
Sunday, December 27, 2015 – Eve (e.jones@co-sarineouest.ch) – The power of the joy of reading you…
Thank you for putting into words what lies deep in our hearts.
Sunday, December 27, 2015 – Marli Brito – Reading
Hello Sir, I am Brazilian, and I just finished reading the book ( The Power of Joy ). This book is truly therapeutic for those who don't believe in the joy and/or happiness within us! I am also reading The Soul of the World and I love it. These books are very important to me; they help me see the love I have for myself and for others, and this joy that comes from heaven and earth, also present in my life. Thank you for this book.
Friday, December 25, 2015 – Claude Gudô (clocol@yahoo.fr) – Joy
Thank you Frédéric for your book The Power of Joy ; when I'm feeling a bit down, I read and reread Etty Hillesum, I look at myself in the mirror, I call myself all sorts of names and I feel much better; ah! My ego!!!! And I am full of joy.

– Parfumvanille – Reading The Soul of the World. I didn't know Frédéric Lenoir and I stumbled upon a lecture on YouTube… I got hold of the book The Soul of the World , it's the most beautiful book I've ever read in my life, and God knows I love reading. This book touched my soul with its writings… reflections. It will stay with me for the rest of my life, because it is filled with wisdom, and when I'm not feeling well, I will draw from the source of this magnificent gift of life… Thank you, Mr. Lenoir!

– Olivier – Congratulations! I listened to you in Pau at the symposium "New Consciousness, New Humanity."
It was my first time. I bought the book *The Power of Joy* , my first time reading your work. Thank you and congratulations! Your book is clear and concise. It gets to the heart of the matter without being simplistic. Reading it brings joy. The differences between philosophies of happiness and joy, and the perspectives of the three philosophers (especially Spinoza), are very well presented. The concept of "disconnection" and "reconnection" is excellent. Accompanied by the themes of active and passive joy, it leads us to its emergence. All of this is illustrated by the well-balanced sharing of your life story; it's touching. Reading your work, one senses the spirit of storytelling. If I may, in *The Lord of the Rings*, there is a character who perfectly illustrates *The Power of Joy*: Tom Bombadil. An enigma, only one chapter is devoted to it by Tolkien (Volume I, Chapter VII)... Do you know it?
Tuesday, December 8, 2015
– Baba, thank you for everything you bring to us in this difficult world where individualism reigns supreme. A devoted reader of your work, I have shared this passion with those around me. "The Little Treatise on Inner Life" has been my bedside book for several years.
Sunday, December 6, 2015
– Chris – Thank you. I was also present Tuesday evening in Onesse and Laharie. I greatly appreciated your presentation and the discussion that followed. I wanted to express my gratitude for these precious moments and for your writing, which is always intellectually and personally enriching. I began reading you ten years ago with the historical novel co-written with V. Cabesos, * The Angel's Promise *, and, in a different vein, with the investigation into *The Da Vinci Code*. Since then, I have followed your publications, and those dealing with spirituality and happiness have provided me with a certain support, almost a comfort, during difficult times. Thank you for that.

– Dany – Thank you for F. Lenoir's books! Frédéric Lenoir's books are always by my bedside! I never fall asleep without rereading a passage of my choice! I immediately feel a great sense of calm and my slightest anxieties disappear! I hope to be able to attend one of his lectures one day!… A big thank you to him! With all my gratitude! Dany.
Tuesday, December 1, 2015 – pat4740 – A huge thank you!!
Mr. Frédéric Lenoir, during your visit to Onesse and Laharie, which we had so long awaited, you had already raised our awareness through your countless writings. And the icing on the cake was having you here with us, listening intently to every word you said, was an immense sharing and a true communion. We hope that everyone present found answers in your words, or at least a path to follow towards well-being, happiness, and joy by reaching out to others. Thank you again, and I personally already own several of your books.
Please continue to share your knowledge and experiences with us, explaining things simply so that your audience fully understands what remains to be done in this life and avoids the pitfalls scattered here and there!

– patricia.marrasse@sfr.fr – PAU Symposium: The JOY of Living… Hello everyone, hello to Frédéric Lenoir, whom I wish to thank deeply for using simple words and examples from life, from his own life, to allow us to reconnect with our inner child and the power of joy. I treated myself to this conference because it was the word JOY that called to me, or perhaps attracted me. Now, it's the beautiful person you are who has also deeply touched me. You speak from your heart, with humility and kindness for each of us and for life in general. Thank you for this kind gesture. A little anecdote: you agreed to sign your book for me with my pen, and specifically with the color "pink," the color of joy! I didn't dare give it to you. When we accept everything about ourselves, when we accept everything about others, when we accept life as it is, then joy is always there. A BIG THANK YOU.
Monday, November 30, 2015 – Doll – Message
A big thank you for your books; they help me live with a certain serenity, even though life hasn't been kind to me. Certainly, I've had the joy of experiencing wonderful things, but happiness is fleeting. Life offers great joys, but it also knows how to deliver devastating blows. The day I felt like everything was collapsing around me, I wish I'd had * The Little Treatise on Inner Life * by my side. Luckily, at that moment, the children were there; they needed me and their father. We faced it, but we were deeply hurt. Facing it is easier said than done. After years of descending into hell, encounters with others allowed us to resurface and forced us to ask ourselves some questions. Thank you for the latest book, The Power of Joy, which did not arrive by chance in these troubled times; hatred must not dominate men.

– Sandra – You are fascinating to listen to… interesting! Good evening, I could listen to you for hours… 🙂 Your appearance on the show “Tout le monde en parle” led me to read your book, * Du bonheur un voyage philosophique* (On Happiness: A Philosophical Journey ). I love philosophy, theology, and spirituality. The world needs people like you. You are a blessing, and thank you for being who you are! I promised myself I would attend one of your lectures the next time you are in Quebec.

– Rainbow – 13 in black. Joy! How difficult it is, as this November is marked by darkness and sadness, and also by guilt.
You have constantly warned your readers about the limitations of our economic model and the risks of exacerbated religious practices. We can describe, we can warn, but how hard it is to change the world and people and make it more beautiful. Yet, we must persevere. You have the truth, or a kind of truth if you prefer. I can't explain it, but there you have it, I thought of you!

– Audo In these difficult and turbulent times, a little Native American wisdom.
An old Native American explains to his grandson that each of us has two wolves inside us, constantly battling each other.
The first wolf represents serenity, love, and kindness. The second wolf represents fear, greed, and hatred.
"Which of the two wolves wins?" asks the child. "The one we feed," replies the grandfather.
Let us add that we can fight ignorance and nurture joy. Thank you for your latest book, which I will take the time to read.

– Seulenange (marieangeseulen@yahoo.fr) – Sharing a little story. We may have crossed paths, dear Frédéric, around the 1980s in the corridors of Mother Teresa's hospice in Calcutta. There was a little girl lying there, whom no one would approach. They said she was "infernal." And she had scabies. As soon as she saw me, she would stick out her tongue, immediately. I found it funny; we would look at each other. Then one day, she grabbed my hand, and that's when I understood that she wanted to be caressed. So, never mind the scabies, I massaged her, as a mother would surely have done, and that's when she began to sing, with such a pure voice. She never stopped singing, this little Indian girl, so small, so abandoned. It was a very beautiful gift…Joy. And I never had scabies, even though I almost died in Calcutta, but that's another story…

– Cathia – The Power of Joy Given the circumstances, the conference at the Folies Bergère remains a missed opportunity for me. I contented myself last night with the program on France 5, where you once again rekindled my enthusiasm. One thing is certain: I will reread your book, The Power of Joy , an antidote to the prevailing gloom, and I hope to see you again sometime…
Tuesday, November 17, 2015
– Cat16 – Thank you. I simply wanted to thank you for the pure moment of joy we shared last night at the Folies Bergère.
Thank you for your books, thank you for your love and kindness; I hope to share this joy of living with you for a long time to come.
Monday, November 9, 2015 – Anne-Do – Are we born happy?
During a small group session, very contrasting feelings surfaced. It seemed I didn't really want to come; but a feeling of resignation clung to me… I felt it was the only way I could grow. A feeling that has stayed with me. Today I'm a workhorse in the pursuit of happiness… but I wasn't born with it. My question: are babies born happy? THANK YOU FOR YOUR WORDS and your books.

– El-dji Hassan – Thank you. Your book Crystal Heart is a joy, it is a pleasure to read you, so much emotion with each title. Thank you for the videos, I love your lyrics.
Saturday, November 7, 2015 – Nadine (nadine.prentout@neuf.fr) – The Power of Joy
Hello, it is with a few tears of joy that I close your book, The Power of Joy . A pure joy to read! Crystal clear! This is an opportunity to say THANK YOU, to thank you for your open mind and generous heart. Along with Lytta Basset's book, The Unbreakable Joy, what an enriching experience! Thank you again.
Saturday, November 7, 2015 – Ada – Hello from Montreal,
Frédéric. I recently became acquainted with you indirectly. I came across an article you wrote about Montreal this year, and since then I haven't stopped reading and watching interviews with you online. I find your approach to happiness truly unique. I've read several articles and books on this topic, which has interested me for a few years now, but what I find most rewarding is how you discuss spirituality, Greek thought, the benefits of Buddhist meditation, Christianity, and current scientific research. All of this gives me a broader perspective on the subject, and of course, other topics as well. I look forward to having more free time to read your books. It's a pleasure to have met you!
Tuesday, November 3, 2015 – Jean-Claude – Expression of Gratitude
Hello Frédéric, I am very happy to express my gratitude for all your work, whether it unfolds on the airwaves, in videos, or in written form. For years, I have been a loyal listener of "Les Racines du Ciel" (The Roots of Heaven), a program that is truly valuable in providing real spiritual perspectives to our contemporaries. The philosophical segment "Chemins de sagesse" (Paths of Wisdom) that you now present is fascinating. As for your books, they not only demonstrate the breadth of your knowledge, but they also possess a rare quality: they avoid the dryness of essays. In them, one encounters a man who communicates the results of his research with warmth and open-mindedness, with rigorous content but without academic pedantry. They are genuine "aids to living," and I particularly appreciate your latest, dedicated to Joy. Thank you for everything, and may your journey continue to enlighten us! Sincerely.

– Vanessa – You are an inspiration, Frédéric. Hello, I stumbled upon a gem, * The Soul of the World* . This marvel has further strengthened my desire to read wisdom tales to the grown-up children who are adults. I hope to realize this dream, and to do so within the treehouse, and to have the honor of sharing your words of wisdom with other lands. A big thank you, and may the light always be with you.
Monday, October 26, 2015 – Régine – Book Review
Good evening, Frédéric. I recently discovered you during my cruise in Norway. Your lectures gave me a new perspective on the world and a different kind of open-mindedness. Since my return, I've read several of your books: the novels * Nina* , the philosophical tale * Heart of Crystal*, *The Soul of the World *, and I just finished *The Healing of the World *, which I found exceptional! Thank you for this beautiful essay with a note of hope for our ailing world. The whole planet should read this wonderful and optimistic book. For my part, I will make sure to recommend it to everyone I know (my children, husband, and friends). Thank you, Frédéric, for these beautiful moments of hope!

– Cathia – The Power of Joy After reading *A Little Treatise on Inner Life *, *Crystal Heart *, * The Soul of the World *, and *On Happiness: A Philosophical Journey* during these two weeks of vacation (I am a primary school teacher), I immersed myself with delight in * The Power of Joy *. Your books are among the essential ones on the path that helps me listen more and more to my inner music and to be fully present in every moment of my life. Furthermore, I wanted to tell you that I enjoy reading passages from * The Soul of the World* during my short "philosophy" sessions, and the students understand with their hearts all the messages of wisdom gathered in this wonderful tale. I am now looking forward to attending your next conference at the Folies Bergère, a time of sharing and joy. A big thank you…

– Stéphanie – Thank you!! Hello Frédéric Lenoir, and THANK YOU! Thank you for your simple writing style. I just finished reading *The Soul of the World* and *A Short Treatise on Inner Life *. So, how can I put it? Wow! Bravo! As a shaman in Bali told me, "Life isn't serious, so let's not be." Let's laugh, let's enjoy the joy of this Life, at every moment; it will repay us a hundredfold. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart. Have a wonderful day. Stéphanie B.

– Claudio Delhorno – On Happiness, a Philosophical Journey. I bought your book at Trudeau Airport, on my way to a ten-day shift as a surgeon in a small town in New Brunswick. I devoured your book, loved it. I felt like I was reliving my philosophy year at Laval University in 1965. This subject, HAPPINESS, has interested me since I was 18. Thanks to you, I know I'll have to start reading Spinoza, whose name was all I knew before. A thousand thanks. I take your book everywhere I go.

– Marta – When will you be in Strasbourg? Addicted to your words through reading them, I wonder when the people of Alsace will have the chance to see and hear you live…
Tuesday, September 15, 2015
– Leila – Thank you. During and after reading * The Soul of the World *, I truly transcended my ego, so I thank *The Soul of the World* and Frédéric for this moment of profound harmony between body, mind, and soul. When will you be coming to Carcassonne?

– Pascal – Happiness or initiation through ordeal? Quest for happiness or initiation through ordeal? The comfort of fetal fusion or worldly satisfactions is the antithesis of individuation through pain and anguish, associated with the state of abandonment… by the mother and father. Does the Christian passion, lived in pain, conclude with “Thank you, life, for these moments of happiness” or with “Woman, here is your son” then “Father, why have you forsaken me?” Happiness, the opium of the people, constitutes the crudest lure of māyā, worldly sensual illusion.
Timothy: “For the time will come when some will not listen to true teaching, but will follow their own desires. They will gather around them a great many teachers who will tell them what they want to hear.” They will close their ears to the truth and open them to listen to false stories. But you, be reasonable in everything, endure suffering, do the work of proclaiming the Good News, be a perfect servant of God.”

– Vincent (vincent.arraud@yahoo.fr) – Acknowledgments Hello Sir, I simply wanted to express my thanks and gratitude for your book, * A Short Treatise on the History of Religions * (which I only recently discovered). I truly appreciated this work, its overview (which I found moving), its perspective, its kindness, and its lack of judgment. I discovered quite a few things, and as I am curious about many things and have a strong need for spirituality, you have broadened my horizons. In fact, I immediately read your novel * The Soul of the World *. Unintentionally, you led me to become interested in Buddhism, which I am currently studying and which greatly interests me. I have also noticed other works of yours that appeal to me. Our era prefers to criticize and highlight what's wrong, especially in the professional sphere, so it seems important to me to also highlight successes and offer congratulations. Please accept my renewed gratitude for your book. Sincerely,

– Antoine – The Oracle of the Moon Thank you, Mr. Lenoir, this book makes me feel the need to know the origins of my religion.
Thank you.

– Hubertcharles – Comment by M. Serres: I have been very interested in your books and programs for a long time, and I am passionate about my work with young people as a school principal. I would like to say that I was shocked by the false optimism of Michel Serres, whose book I had enjoyed, when he spoke of the "right" of poor countries to catch up by polluting, when he compared the "few executions" of ISIS to the death penalty abolished in France, and screen addiction to the reading practiced in the past… What do you think?
Tuesday, September 1, 2015
– Cécile – A pleasant read, "A Short Treatise on Inner Life." I'm a fan of philosophical books. This book was very enjoyable to read, indeed, because of its "simplicity." I'm looking forward to reading " On Happiness ," which isn't on my e-reader. You must have studied different religions extensively to have so many references. There was a time (in my teens) when I considered myself a Buddhist. I'm searching for happiness in my life. It's been a very difficult life I've had until now, but since having my children, I've been happy. Despite the fear of illness and death, I'm alive. You often write that one should undergo psychotherapy or psychoanalysis to get rid of one's fears; I've seen many psychologists and am currently seeing a psychiatrist. Can't we overcome our fears on our own? Can't we nourish ourselves with readings like yours to soothe our minds? It's difficult these days to find (and even to afford) a good psychotherapist. Thank you.
Sunday, August 30, 2015
– Marguerite – Thank you. Your programs and books bring light to my life's path. After each reading or listening session, I feel much better and more confident, with an even stronger desire to continue my quest for happiness and to further develop my spirituality. Thank you, thank you for everything, for your insights, and for your generosity.
Tuesday, August 25, 2015 – Ameline – “The Roots of Heaven” Program
Hello, I sometimes listen to your program “The Roots of Heaven.” Sometimes I am fascinated, sometimes I am moved, sometimes I am left wanting more… And that's a good thing, because that's what led me to read E. Hillesum, T. d'Avila, S. Weil… Thank you. Your program guided me in these readings. I appreciate the respect and interest you show. I appreciate the gentleness, the sensitivity, and the erudition of your collaborator, Leili Anvar. One can feel the work of a competent team behind it, and that is admirable. Gandhi wrote that “religion is a single tree with many branches. If one only sees the branches, one is tempted to say that there are many religions; but if one sees the whole tree, one understands that there is only one religion.” And it is precisely this opinion that your program inspires in me. Little lights are flickering all over this world. Doing your best. I understood that before doing, I had to love. God is there.

– Fabi Hello, I happened to hear an excerpt from the show "Tout le monde en parle" on the theme of "happiness," which made me want to read your work and gave me a few minutes of "happiness." Thank you.
Saturday, August 22, 2015 – Jacques Fradet – The Book of Wisdoms.
These 2015 comments: oh my, they're like votive offerings!! Just kidding.
But I don't find any praise for The Book of Wisdoms, edited by Frédéric Lenoir, with contributions from some fifty eminent specialists. What a gem (50 metric carats)! For the past four years (since retirement), I've read and reread two or three chapters every day! It has shown me the abyss of ignorance I was plunged into and allows me to gradually fill in the gaps! A formidable panorama of human history, covering all aspects, this book has become the most precious in my library. I highly recommend it to everyone. Generally easy to read. See the description on this website ( Books ). Bravo Frédéric and THANK YOU. JF

– Elsa – Acknowledgments . Thank you… to you. Again, again, and again… I am finishing The Soul of the World and now, a little richer inwardly from your teachings, I continue the work necessary for my soul, my mind, and my heart.
Tuesday, August 11, 2015
– Cyril – Thank you. I recently listened to the audiobook of your book, *A Short Treatise on Inner Life* , and I really enjoyed it. Your book and your confessions moved me deeply, and I see a lot of myself in your journey. There are many positive changes happening in my life right now, and I'm discovering a spiritual dimension I wasn't familiar with, but which brings me peace and a lot of joy. I had already listened to *Socrates, Jesus, Buddha, 3 Masters of Life*, which I also really enjoyed. As a side note, I listened to your books during my morning runs. I love to read, but unfortunately, I don't have the time, so I try to find ways to still discover new things. Thank you anyway for these books; they've made me want to read more of your work… as soon as I've finished the stack on my nightstand. Sincerely,
Thursday, August 6, 2015
– Cathia – Acknowledgments Hello, I discovered you while reading *A Short Treatise on Inner Life* , and since then I've enjoyed surfing your ocean of wisdom, searching online for one of your interviews where you speak so eloquently about happiness.
As a primary school teacher, like all my colleagues, we modestly try to guide students along the winding paths of reflection, which is why I wanted to thank you for illuminating our way. Next read: * Heart of Crystal *…
Friday, July 31, 2015 – Laïla – The Soul of the World
I am finishing The Soul of the World . This book is doing me a world of good. I see myself in what is written because I am learning to connect with the rest of the world, to accept what is, and to finally savor every moment of life. This book encourages me on my path of self-discovery. I am happy to be here and now, happy with the life I have. Every encounter I have is a gift that I cherish. Your book is one of those encounters. Thank you. I wish you a beautiful day, always full of love.
Sunday, July 26, 2015
– Nat – Thank you!! Completely shaken by the events of January 7, 2015, and the days that followed, I began to put my life back in order, and my journey led me to your books… what a revelation!! You express exactly the values I've always held within me!! The state of the world could plunge us into despair, but there is also no shortage of evidence of the strength of goodness and the beauty of the human soul, and I choose hope! And I will no longer keep this hope silent, but embrace it!! Currently in a turbulent period (at 36, I think I'm a prime example of the individuation process :), I'm still searching for the path to take, but there's no way I'm going to let cynicism lead me to inaction again. And all of this, with joy, because life is breathtakingly beautiful if you look closely! Trials are there not to cut us off from this beauty, but to remind us to pay attention to it, ever more so.
Thursday, July 16, 2015
– Marido Poyau – Thank you!!! I just listened to the "Paths of Wisdom" program.
What a magnificent synthesis!!! A huge thank you for this message and all my gratitude for your beautiful presence in the world.

– Anneliese – Christian Bobin in “The Roots of Heaven” There are “inspired” mornings…
6:45 a.m., the radio winks at you…
today, I MUST tune in to France Culture!
Superb! Life in all its beauty, its joy! Christian Bobin in all his moods!
Beautiful start to the day… no doubt about it: I love him! (laughs)
Friday, July 10, 2015 – Anoushka – Rediscovering the Power of the Gospel.
You speak about it with the beautiful strength of your heart. Thank you so much for this video conference. It's also been helpful for my understanding and reading of the Bible. With your visionary perspective on the religious and spiritual world, the story is reminiscent of your books, * How Jesus Became God * and *Christ the Philosopher* . After my teenage rejection of Catholicism and atheism, and having never encountered philosophy, I chose to turn to Buddhism. Everything changed three years ago during a walk and seated meditation near a forest where there is a crucifix… It was indescribable. My gaze had fled from that cross that was breaking my heart; instead, I found open arms, finally. Mocked, rejected, and misunderstood for my distance from Buddhism, I still feel close to it without being "Buddhist," but not "Catholic" either, and leaning more towards agnosticism. In short, I've never liked labels, I follow my own star. Deeply moved, with tears in my eyes, by the way you speak of Christ and the Gospel, I finally feel understood. THANK YOU.
Tuesday, June 30, 2015 – Thierry – Testimony
First, a profound calm. From this calm arises the energy of infinite love at the solar plexus. At the same time, the same force descends from the crown of the head; the two join and become one. This force unites us with all that exists, with all beings. It is absolute happiness; we recognize it, we know it is what we truly are, what we must find in this life. Joy is absolute; a feeling of love for everything animates us. We recognize the truth of the core message of all religions without preferring any one in particular. The force (today I would say energy) does not depart. We turn our gaze away to return to our activities, and the force diminishes over three days (the experience lasted approximately thirty minutes). Thank you for your teachings, which are invaluable to me.
Tuesday, June 23, 2015 – Elena – Education.
I studied Humanities – Educational Sciences, and a year after my thesis defense, I'm still racking my brains trying to figure out how to integrate "psycho-philosophical-spiritual" teaching into schools. Explaining such a complex and lengthy path to intellectuals who are still very Cartesian (yes, still…) and rely on quantitative methods is a real battle (mostly an internal one, yes :)). You have a talent for transmitting knowledge, and I truly enjoy listening to you. And pondering it afterward.
Monday, June 22, 2015 – Tom – Thank you.
Having been interested in religion in general for some time, I acquired your little treatise on the history of religions, which I read with great interest. It made me want to learn even more about the vast subject of spirituality. Right after that (coincidence, a twist of fate?…), a friend gave me * The Soul of the World* , knowing it would resonate with me. In addition to the principles of life and advice that this book offered, it truly moved me. So, for this experience, simply: thank you!

– Geneviève Lavagne-Jeysy – Happiness Hello Frédéric, I just discovered you through this book I picked up by chance at the library; I just watched your interview on the Quebec talk show "Tout le monde en parle" (Everyone's Talking About It). I smiled when I heard you say that your height (short) had made you self-conscious; mine (tall) made me self-conscious too. In short: my life has been difficult; I was in a perpetual state of anger. I worked in a profession where you have to keep your distance. And I "found" myself when I took my "retirement" (forced, but now fully embraced) by deciding to let go, to reach out to others without inhibition. And to try to help others through an association, a bridge between students and "veterans" so that the former can learn about business through the latter's experience. Thank you, thank you, for the simplicity with which you put words to feelings that are sometimes hard to define.
Friday, June 19, 2015 – Titou – Happiness
I'm reading your book, " The Happiness I Was Given," and it resonates with the text written by the priest of St. Cloud in 1992, which he himself distributed at the train station exit upon the arrival of every train. Why is everything going wrong? Well, here's the thing: there's a monumental and universal ERROR: everyone is searching for their own happiness, and it's a search ultimately doomed to failure, because:
HAPPINESS IS A SUBLIME AND FLEETING COMMODITY: IT EVAPORATES WHEN YOU TRY TO POSSESS IT, BUT IF YOU GIVE IT ABORIOUSLY AND GROWS! (It's the only thing you can give without having it!) I've experienced it, and it's absolutely TRUE! Thank you for your writing.
Monday, June 15, 2015 – Gena – Society
In this consumerist world where many of us are looking for a different path, it's so refreshing to hear people with as much discernment and credibility as you speak out. However, don't you think that our free will and happiness depend 50% on our own responsibility and 50% on the policies that govern us? And if they govern us, it's because we put them in power. So we are also responsible. I wonder why you never talk about politics…

– Marie (mtguyonnet@hotmail.fr) – Thank you, Frédéric, for all your messages, which you deliver with such fluidity, simplicity, and humility, giving meaning to life. During the cruise to the North Cape, thank you for the depth, discernment, and quality of your talks, which delighted me and many of us. Your positivity is a model of happiness. It makes me want to be like you. Looking forward to seeing you again. The rocker in the black dress.

– Ariel – Happiness Hello, I just finished two of your books, which I devoured: * On Happiness: A Journey * and *The Soul of the World *. Are you familiar with the Austrian psychologist Paul Diel? He did scientific work on the workings of the human psyche that resonates with the core of your harmonious life. The problem is that, like Spinoza, he is difficult to understand. He deserves to have someone like you make him more accessible to the many people who aspire to be happy rather than just to have happy. Your books are good for us, and especially your way of being. Sincerely.

– Judith (judithepenoy@hotmail.fr) – Memories of the Norwegian Cruise A huge thank you to Frédéric Lenoir for his four talks during our Norwegian cruise. I'm finally putting a name to what I've always felt: "SPIRITUALITY," not religion. I'm going to gently continue exploring meditation (centering myself, connecting, and radiating...). I regret not having had the opportunity to speak with him personally. It was easy to connect with him, but a shyness (which I don't usually have) probably prevented me. I won't forget the beautiful scenery, the walks on deck in the middle of the night where very few of us admired the light and the famous midnight sun. And thank you also to the speakers, Olivier Mignon and Bruno Guégan. A wonderful trip (despite a few tourist traps...lol...)

– Isabelle – Happy Birthday! I was reading *The Soul of the World * and, being a huge fan of all your books, I clicked online without really being sure I'd find a website about you. So happy that I finally did, I realized it's your birthday today!! So, amidst all these kind messages and loving comments about your philosophy of life and the stories you so captivate us with, which often take us to unusual and wonderful places, I'd like to take this opportunity to wish you a wonderful birthday!

– Anoushka – The Quest for Crystal Heart: Reflections on my rereading of this book, which will remain the most important to me. How many Princes or Princesses are sent on this path? The quest for a soulmate is impossible love, a dead end. The very idea of love between soulmates, twins, is unthinkable, unacceptable, deadly. But fraternal friendship remains, sparkling beyond time and death. Is a soulmate the quest for another self or the quest for oneself? Self-knowledge, knowledge of others, on the paths of the world, in the thirst for love, for love that liberates. Love that, discreetly beneath the ashes of time, always warms the heart in the coldest winter. Like the robin, about which we wonder how, by what miracle, such a small bird can continue to sing in the frosted tree and the cold. Presence, pure love. Soulmates don't exist; there is only sisterhood, friendhood, and pure love. Pure love for another soul, pure love within oneself, saves. This sun of the heart within.

– Stéphane (sgodet75@hotmail.com) – My God… Why? Dear Frédéric Lenoir, I don't understand why Abbé Pierre's last confessions, collected in this magnificent little book, have caused such controversy. On the contrary, they express the wisdom and lucidity of a man who lived through nearly a century, transforming our understanding of poverty. I am not a practicing Catholic, but reading certain pages moved me deeply and made me question the mystery of this faith that had been extinguished within me for so long. I almost felt a kind of presence there! Thank you!

It's a real breath of fresh air for people who aspire to simple, genuine happiness and to live a fulfilling life. Thank you a thousand times and above all, please continue to delight us with your optimism, your enlightened vision of the world, our society, and the very meaning of life.

– euredia@hotmail.com – Thank you , simply thank you. Thanks to your book, "A Short Treatise on Inner Life," I realize I'm not alone in feeling and experiencing life as you describe it. There are at least two of us. And judging by the comments I'm seeing on your website, there are many more!
Simply thank you. Because you've put words to emotions and feelings I've had since birth. Thank you for deciding to share your knowledge. Wishing you continued success.

– Stéphane (sgodet75@hotmail.com) – A Short Treatise on Inner Life Dear Frédéric Lenoir, having been searching for nearly twenty years, your book has brought me many new insights. I recognized myself in your journey and your quest for truth. This book deserves to be on every bedside table and in everyone's hands because it carries a profound humanity, essential today for facing the difficulties of our world and our existence.

Thank you for your book, *On Happiness: A Philosophical Journey *. A wonderful journey to meet all these wise people. A concentrated source of food for thought and reflection.

– Aran – Karlfried Dürckheim. A very interesting program, with fascinating remarks from Mr. Castermane (I am currently reading The Concept of Anxiety * – man as a synthesis of body and mind / time and eternity, etc. – and I realized that with this philosopher, too, there are surprising correspondences with the "spiritual" thought (to put it simply) presented… I then looked into Dürckheim and find it very regrettable that your guest omitted a detail that I believe is not insignificant in his biography: his adherence to the NSDAP and Nazi propaganda (at the very moment of his encounter with Japanese culture). It is also very surprising that the French Wikipedia article does not mention it either, unlike those in English and German. A little more critical thinking and political and ethical awareness wouldn't hurt…

– Sylvie – Thank you , thank you for everything you write. I love it all. Thank you for the TV program. I caught it partway through. I liked everything you said, and then your name appeared on the screen. And I listened to it a second time. I had already read some of your books. I didn't know what you looked like. Like Matthieu Ricard, I believe that goodness is everywhere. And I'm sometimes struck, when I hear homeless people, elderly people, young people, ordinary people, and/or highly educated people; they are also philosophers, without even realizing it. This raw, uncalculated philosophy, this spiritual nourishment, is everywhere, if we want to discover it, see it, understand it, feel it. Thank you for all the teachings, thank you for everything I still have to learn. Thank you for everything that is yet to come. That is my happiness.
Sunday, April 12, 2015 – AB – Expressing one's convictions.
I read your work with great pleasure, but I wanted to thank you as a listener of "Les Racines du Ciel" (The Roots of Heaven). I share your humanist view of life but didn't dare express it. Your program gave me enough confidence to talk about this subject. I've even just posted five rough drafts, originally written for myself, on a blog. I don't know if I'll continue, but I thank you from the bottom of my heart for daring to share intimate convictions that aren't so easy to communicate and for giving me the courage to do so. http://bouteillealamer-fr.over-blog.com/
Sunday, April 12, 2015 – Anoushka – Roots of Heaven: The Philosophy of Joy.
Thank you so much for the long-awaited program, which so beautifully complements the theme of your book , *On Happiness: A Philosophical Journey *, your trip, conference, and broadcast in the United States… Always on the right track, I have many questions, of course, but I know deep down that lasting happiness and joy exist. Along with the happiness of others in the world, of animals, and of the Earth, so that it may be complete for me. Undeniably, with forgiveness, we begin to fully experience happiness and joy. Rereading the book is like rediscovering one's footsteps. Gently, moving from reading to practicing the wisdom of philosophers like Spinoza, Montaigne, and Zhuangzi, into daily action. “Dancing with the world,” “dancing with life,” a circle in the light. A whole: body, heart, and soul. "Biodanza" not yet but since its discovery, encouraged, developing it in "solo freestyle at home", a mat, a "best of" of Stevie Wonder, it's simple, sunshine of joy in the heart, in the present.

– Charlotte – Thank you ! Hello! I wanted to thank you. I started by reading *The Soul of the World * and it was a revelation… a real eye-opener. This kind of book should be recommended to all students. I'm only 19, I'm still finding my way, and thanks to you, I'm going to do it on the right path! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the hope and love you nurture in each of us.
Monday, April 6, 2015 – Sally Magina – The Novice
Hello, I 'm writing to the author of the lyrics, those revealed on the show Tout le monde en parle, broadcast on the Quebec television network Radio-Canada. You expressed so many truths with a lucidity and strength that few people can achieve. I think one must have read extensively to be able to express oneself in this way, and beyond knowledge, reading is a fascinating and constructive experience. I often associate a writer with a lighthouse, sending its light far and wide to guide us on our path. In the same vein, I suggest The Novice, written by the Buddhist master Thich Nhat Hanh. Perhaps you've already read it? I mention it because you spoke about compassion on Tout le monde en parle , about people who dedicate themselves, who sacrifice themselves in the name of love. What beautiful words you used to speak of human kindness. Isn't that the foundation of our collective survival?

– Coignet – Comment Hello, I wanted to express my admiration and thank you for the joy you bring us. I've been following you for some time now, and what you present resonates with me. I've read several of your books with great interest. Despite your popularity, you remain a humble man. Thank you for who you are! I invite you to visit my website www.lavoixdedesert.com

– Rénald – Love and Trust Dear Sir, I just watched the replay of your appearance on Radio Canada. I was grieving because five years ago, my wife stabbed our only daughter, aged five, to death before my eyes. In my grieving and rebuilding process, I received a "truth," a profound conviction that penetrated the very depths of my being. Since it's not words but a divine feeling, I express it in English as "Love and Trust." This love and trust are now my daily guiding principles. Yesterday, I didn't know you. Today, I discover you, sharing the same path that leads to joy. Having lived through horror, true horror, the worst kind a man can bear, I can tell you that today I am filled with joy thanks to "love and trust." I will read your work because I think I will find an explanation for my feelings in your reflections. Perhaps one day you will read my story too, as I am writing it. Best regards.
Sunday, March 22, 2015 – Nicolas – Friendship
Dear Frédéric, I don't know if it's because I'm your (astrological) twin brother, but what you write seems so natural and familiar to me. And how I appreciate the simplicity of your writing, which speaks so well to our inner child, the one that sees so clearly!
I love the form of the coming-of-age tale, * Heart of Crystal* , which I just read while flying over the Earth at an altitude of 10 km.
Contrary to the comment of one of your readers, I think that the happiness you speak of exists—I am fortunate enough to experience it regularly—and that it doesn't need unhappiness to exist by contrast. Thank you for these creations that gladden so many hearts.

– Bashir – Happiness Dear Frédéric Lenoir, why, good heavens, if I may use that expression, are you searching for happiness? You should know that it cannot exist. To be happy, to have pleasure, very well. But the happiness you speak of does not exist. How could it? This supreme happiness of self-realization is not happiness at all, since this state transcends oppositions. In our world of duality, happiness exists only through its opposite, unhappiness. In enlightenment, all duality is abolished: what remains is happiness-unhappiness, or rather, nothingness. This happiness you speak of cannot therefore exist and never will. I remember an interview Krishnamurti had with a journalist. The latter asked him the following question: "But in fact, who are you, Krishnamurti?" And he replied with a great burst of laughter: "Nothing!" Yours sincerely.

– Isabelle – Thank you , thank you for everything you bring to the world. You are no more than any of us, but you dare to be who you are in all your dimensions, and that is beautiful… and you have a heart open to life, it warms my heart… I would love to meet you one day, beyond your magnificent books! THANK YOU

– Pierre – Reaction to your books If someone had asked me a few months ago, "Frédéric Lenoir, do you know him?", I would have answered, "No." Then, in December 2014, quite unusually, I bought the philosophy section of the magazine "Dossiers de la Philosophie" (Philosophy Files) with the rather catchy title, "Can One Live Happily Alone?", to read on the train. In that issue, I had the pleasure of reading your article, "To Be Happy Is to Love Life." This article made me want to read your books. I started with * Coeur de Cristal* ) (very beautiful), then moved on to *L'Âme du monde* (The Soul of the World ) (a seminal book to read and reread), and * Nina* (fascinating). I just finished * Dieu* *Le Secret* (The Secret), *Le Petit Traité de vie intérieure* (A Short Treatise on the Inner Life), and *Le Petit Traité d'histoire des religions* (A Short Treatise on the History of Religions on my nightstand . I appreciate your independence, your courage, your freedom, your subtlety, your simplicity, and the light you bring to life. Thank you.

– Eric – The Soul of the World. On the program "La Grande Librairie," the host (François Busnel) asked: What book changed your life?
For me, it's The Soul of the World, a wonderful coming-of-age story that gave me renewed meaning to my existence after some very difficult times. Since then, I haven't stopped reading other books you've written. I watch your videos on YouTube and listen to them with profound enthusiasm. You are someone many people should listen to because you radiate kindness, wisdom, and happiness. You are a transmitter of good words, just as Jesus was. People need figures like you to return to the path of a good and happy life. Thank you for everything you do to make the world a better place.

– Pauline – Thank you. These past few months have been emotionally challenging, between studies, work, family, and the loss of a loved one… I haven't overcome all of these trials yet, but some have led me to reflect on my own expectations of myself, and especially on my right to make mistakes. They've led me to understand the futility of my pursuit of perfection and my desire to stand out in any field (artistic, academic, professional, or even social) to give myself value. I've realized that it's not "doing" that matters, but "being." This realization has lifted a heavy burden and allowed me to release daily pressure. Your books have been very helpful and have helped me understand myself better; to put words to my feelings, to reflect on my relationship with the world and with myself. Thank you…

– Anoushka – The Metamorphoses of God and Broadcast (Quebec) The conference allowed me to better understand history. Shamanism, the mystery of life, humanism, the Gospels (which I am beginning to read), inner work, and Spinoza all captured my attention. Answers to some questions provided invaluable and comforting support. The spoken word is alive, sometimes striking, and just as important to me as reading your words. Through my difficult and complex life, full of obstacles and trials, I have nevertheless found a path, an inner life, a balance in my current life that is gradually harmonizing. Thanks to a better understanding of myself, to the awakening of my deepest nature towards life, I have said no to what is harmful to me. More in the moment, a true and more present joy. Profound happiness. As you say in this Quebec broadcast, what is good for oneself, the growth of the being…towards the light…Thank you for the poetry, the childlike humor of the book Crystal Heart, a true ray of sunshine and for your generosity, your elegance in your interventions.
Thursday, February 26, 2015 – Edithe – Interview on Tout le monde en parle
What a joy to have met you on Sunday's Tout le monde en parle interview! You had already been to Quebec City; I hope you'll come back soon and that I can attend your talk. I've listened to the interview several times now; it's so enriching, interesting, and refreshing—what a wonderful discovery for me! I've shared it with my friends and family. I'm going to get some of your books; I think I'll start with L'Âme du monde . Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Thursday, February 26, 2015 – Le.christ.trahi@outlook.fr – The Meaning of Life
When God created the Universe and everything in it, the surprised angels questioned God: “How can You create human beings, who will only cause disasters on Earth, who will shed blood?”
God gave them this mysterious answer: “I know what you do not know.”
Therefore, there is a Divine plan. God, throughout history, calls human beings to respect Nature, to respect one another, to do Good. To not be greedy or proud. To live simply and not have idols. Throughout history, God has sent the same message to humanity. The Sacred Texts all speak of the same thing. Since the beginning of Time. And the more time passes, the more we sense that there are some authentic and truthful people who have the love of Goodness inscribed within them. And others, many others, have the love of Evil inscribed within them.

I've read * A Short Treatise on Inner Life * and *The Healing of the World , and I just finished *The Soul of the World *. Thank you for reminding us and sharing what is most existential in life and for humanity. Sincerely.

– Fred – Thank You Hello Mr. Lenoir, and thank you so much. I've been living in Quebec for four years. I chose to leave everything behind—my life, my job—in France for love. Your appearance on " Tout le monde en parle" last Sunday really moved me, but in a good way. I just bought your book, " Petit traité de vie intérieure" (A Short Treatise on Inner Life ). I think it will help me because I'm currently searching for well-being, but especially for letting go. How can I be happy "without stressing myself out" by wanting too much? I really appreciated it when you talked about enjoying everything we do and being mindful of it. Unfortunately, I'm quite anxious by nature, but I'd like to free myself from my fears. Your words were like a punch to the gut for me, and I hope and want to give myself the means to succeed, perhaps by focusing on myself, loving myself, before putting others first. Thank you for your input, and I wish you a pleasant stay.

– Frenchydazur (jjg.175azur@gmail.com) – Book: The Philosopher Christ. A friend lent me your book, and I'm reading it now, though I haven't finished it yet. I congratulate you on your analysis of the Scriptures concerning the person of Jesus and his impact on the world. I have two observations: 1) this sentence: "Jesus' law transcends religious and social norms in favor of a call TO INDIVIDUAL CONSCIENCE." Since Jesus implies elsewhere that only HIS written word is the basis of all conduct, I think a qualifier for this sentence is—a conscience developed through learning the law of Christ (1 Corinthians 9:21). 2) and this one: "even Paul… (regarding the emancipation of women)… will not be able to follow him (Jesus) to the end of this path." Let us not forget that Paul states elsewhere on several occasions that the teaching he gives (in several epistles) was revealed to him by Christ. Therefore, Paul is not giving a teaching other than that of Christ Himself. There is no contradiction between him and Jesus.

– Anne-Marie – Acknowledgments A big thank you for The Soul of the World . I gave it as a Christmas gift to young and old alike, who in turn gave it to others! It's a wonderful way to introduce spirituality and the importance of not forgetting this dimension of being! Thank you so much.

– Hellow – The Soul of the World This book is a marvel and has changed my perspective on life. I thank the author for this work. Like a form of therapy, I recommend this book to everyone, regardless of your reading style.
Sunday, February 8, 2015 – Christine – Thank you.
Hello Frédéric Lenoir, I absolutely loved the lecture on "The Metamorphoses of God." Given the title, I was expecting anything but that. What a pleasant surprise! THANK YOU. vimeo.com

– Anoushka – Our Paths of Hope A huge thank you to the "ten voices of hope" in this book, including yours, Mr. Lenoir, which I greatly appreciated. It feels good to "hear aloud what we think quietly." It helps restore confidence, because I sometimes felt lost, experiencing a serious case of the blues at the end of the year and the beginning of the new year. I sincerely hope that the energy that has brought together people on the move will intensify for the Earth, the planet, life… humanity… My love of nature began at the age of five with my grandfather's garden, free of chemicals, where the toad reigned supreme, surrounded by meadows, wildflowers, and butterflies. What remains in my memory of that garden are true joys that I pass on to my son, who is open to modernity. Over the last ten years, I have changed my way of life… The Earth is our cradle. In Mesopotamian times, the Earth and life were sacred… Today, these paths of hope lead towards balance and harmony…

– Sophie2706@hotmail.fr – The Soul of the World Hello , I just finished reading The Soul of the World . Thank you for this beautiful book, which contributed to my transformation. – Félix – Hope Thank you for all the light of hope you bring through your books. It's difficult for me to express this inner suffering of not yet having found my place. I know it's up to me to find it… this place I so long for, so desired… Thanks to you, I haven't left this world… yet there have been times when I wanted to join the world of stars… A man named Jacques, who has joined that world… is present… I have kept those little words of encouragement, of enlightenment… and you, too, are always with me… I often reread * A Short Treatise on Inner Life* to never give up, to stay alive, to believe in myself, to finally have confidence in myself, to learn to love myself, to recognize my qualities… We are all connected… Every day, I try to bring to those around me this gentleness, this tolerance, this love that we all need… With this humble testimony, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I wish you a long life

– Solange – Your book, The Soul of the World. I have just finished reading your book, The Soul of the World , and I must confess that I thoroughly enjoyed reading all its pages.
I realized that we are the only masters of our own lives, and that we must listen to our bodies and give them what they need, nothing more. I have learned to manage my pain, and for the past four days, I haven't taken any medication for it. This book will be a bible for me, because it resonates with me; I see myself in it, or will see myself in it, but the lessons I have just learned are ones I will never forget—they have changed my life. Thank you again for your writing, which I will now purchase. Sincerely.

– Marianne – Animals Good evening Mr. Lenoir, it is with immense joy that I learned today, even though I know we must go even further… that Parliament has finally recognized that animals are now officially “sentient beings.” I wanted to thank you again, Mr. Lenoir, for having signed the petition at the time of the 30 Million Friends Foundation to obtain an amendment to the Civil Code, which until now considered animals as property. Sincerely.

– Martine – I stumbled upon a gem!!! What a surprise! As someone who's used to scouring the psychology, personal development, and spirituality sections of FNAC and other bookstores like Decitre, I found a real gem while shopping at Leclerc, which I savored this weekend…
I'd certainly heard of Frédéric Lenoir, but never bothered to look into it. And then, bam, I found * The Soul of the World *!!!! Right under my nose, perfectly accessible in my supermarket… What a moment of pure joy, with this book so beautiful, so simple, so fluid, and so full of light and hope… I want to know more about the author and his work… THANK YOU for this positive perspective on humanity and for this ability to ask the right questions at the right level, that is, at the level of each of us and our individual responsibility.

– Carline – Sharing Frédéric, I read all your books with great interest and pleasure. In them, I find "an echo of the heart" that soothes me. Your books have been given to my children; they, in turn, have shared these readings with their friends and family. Your writings are an antidote to the current gloom and pessimism. With all my best wishes.

– Philippe – Crystal Heart… and others. I have just finished Crystal Heart . In these turbulent times, and as in other works by the same author, I find in it a peace, a serenity, a sense of elevation that are wonderful resources. Thank you, sir, for being who you are and for writing—and therefore sharing—what emanates from all your life experiences.

– Isabeau de Provence – The “C” Rays of Hope “Love never dies when it retains a “C” ray of hope.” (corrected according to Hoffmann)
Hello Frédéric,
I heard someone, that famous someone, say the other day: “He who still hopes is a utopian not yet disillusioned.” I hope that this person looked at Sunday’s events and thought that a man without hope is a man without a future, but that today, in France, and beyond, humanity is still standing, building its future, and that its fuel is belief in humanity. My first word, trying to emerge from the shock we all experienced, was: the pen, the song, the pencil! Freedom is the fruit of human talents! FRUITS OF HUMANS! In your readings, you make the understanding of humankind in its highest dimension accessible to a wide audience, outlining its path(s) with your pen; this is your talent, a human endeavor, a path of freedom for you and for us. PS: We've crossed paths before, hence the informal "tu" form.

– Edith – Charlie and Barbarity Your messages of love and tolerance are so comforting! I personally expressed the same hope "that this barbarity will spark a massive international movement of solidarity," and it's well on its way! Your words are truly uplifting, and I wish everyone could read them. Perhaps a new era has finally dawned; the martyrs of Charles Hebdo, the police, and the Jewish community will have contributed to the progress of humanity! – Marino – Acknowledgments Thank you to Frédéric for these two uplifting books: * Crystal Heart* , which I gave to my two 14-year-old granddaughters and my 95-year-old mother for Christmas, and The Soul of the World *, which, in these troubled times and for those going through periods of doubt, is a wonderful path for reflection and a call to life: I am happy to share it with those around me.

– Isabelle – Yesterday's and Tomorrow's Wishes Dear Frédéric, like you, my heart was filled with sorrow last week. I tried to share with my contacts a message extolling kindness, reminding everyone of our responsibility, each and every day, to remain kind or to become so. Mockery, selfishness, materialism, cynicism. So many bad habits to break…
Devastated, but even more convinced than ever that I'm right, without vanity, to smile at every face I meet, long before the events of these past few days, with a desire to be contagious! Reassured, finally, that it was fraternity that manifested itself. And then, smiling, too, because I've been saying for years that no, the humanity in our hearts is not dead! That humans are, above all, and even in our time, united and concerned for one another. Yes! The proof is here!
Like you, I think it might be a good thing after all. Looking forward to reading more from you, thank you.

– Aminata – We are all Charlie. Thank you for your article in the newspaper "LE MONDE." Thank you for your encouragement in reminding us of the finest virtues such as resilience, solidarity, living together, respect, and freedom. These are also very beautiful values that create peace and hope.
WE ARE ALL CHARLIE. THE WHOLE WORLD IS CHARLIE. Thank you, Frédéric.

– Claire A – Charlie Thank you for your article in Le Monde. I also dare to believe that solidarity will be stronger than barbarity. Your words have reassured me.
Saturday, January 10, 2015 – Beauregard, Canada – Your upcoming visit to Montreal.
I discovered you through filmmaker Guillaume Tremblay and his film, *L' Heureux Naufrage* ( ). I have often quoted you since then because I am deeply moved by your approach to the subject of religion and spirituality. I find myself profoundly connected to it and I place great hope in your work. I am very happy about your upcoming visit to Montreal on February 20th, and I will be there. I hope the hall will be overflowing like the one you gave on November 18, 2014, on the subject of *The Metamorphoses of God*… I wish you a long life… we need you. Thank you.

– Anoushka – Crystal Heart Mr. Lenoir, Reading this book, this tale, leaves me in a strange, moved stupor and a profound silence, broken only by a bird's song on a frosty morning. A truly beautiful tale, poetic, tender, radiating a gentle joy that illuminates the soul and softens the heart with every step along the way… Thank you is too little. Thank you isn't even the right word…
Happy New Year

– Anne – The Soul of the World “A luminous tale on the keys to universal wisdom” is the blurb accompanying your book. What a benevolent light! I was completely nourished by its content. Thank you for this beautiful, meaningful writing.

– Manureva – Testimonial I just discovered, one after the other, *The Soul of the World* and *Crystal Heart* , which I received for Christmas. Since these books are magnificent, I shared them with my grandmother, who is an avid reader. A gentle emotion washed over me as I read them; it's rare for me, as my heart is a bit like the hero of * Crystal Heart *. I felt pure joy reading them. It made me want to learn more about the author's other works. When I see all these books, I want to get my hands on them all, but it would be wise to make some choices.
In short, I'm thrilled; I feel like I'm going to learn a lot.

– Carole – Thank you, dear Frédéric. First, I want to thank you for everything you give us… like that beautiful poem by Victor Hugo (Happy is the busy man) that I wanted to learn by heart and that I recite every day. In 2015, you hope to take some (well-deserved) time for yourself. I wish you wonderful moments of personal renewal, but… don't forget us completely! Come back to us with new experiences to share (which you do so well). In the meantime, I still have books and lectures to discover, thankfully, because reading and listening to you fills me with joy. My best wishes for a more peaceful year for the world.

– Patricia – Crystal Heart Dear Sir, I just finished your book on this first day of 2015 and I am still reeling, amazed by the depth and waking dreams I experienced… This initiatory journey to discover love is truly masterful, and I thank you for sharing this beautiful voyage with your readers. I wasn't familiar with you, but I will explore your other stories, and I'm already looking forward to getting my hands on them. This book deserves to be adapted into a film… Thank you again, and I look forward to more journeys with you soon…
