Presentation

With the National Front on the rise, the energy transition stalled, climate change met with widespread indifference and powerlessness, and social cohesion eroding against a backdrop of crisis, unemployment, and widespread suffering, politicians are unable to act or offer credible hope to younger generations… As the 2014 election year crystallized all tensions and intolerances, journalist Olivier Le Naire conducted ten in-depth interviews with ten high-profile figures—famous or not, all recognized in their respective fields—so that they could offer their diagnoses and propose remedies to heal our ailing society. And show a France riddled with pessimism that paths to hope truly do exist.
