Seminar day
from 9am to 7:30pm

During this seminar, we will explore the major existential themes that give meaning to our lives and bring us complete satisfaction: love, freedom, desire, happiness, and joy. How can we learn to identify our most personal desires and free ourselves from mimetic desire and covetousness? How can we develop self-awareness and true inner freedom that will lead us to joy? How can we love ourselves and others in a just and clear-sighted way? How can we achieve deep and lasting happiness, despite life's obstacles and difficulties? How can we learn to remain serene in an unpredictable and chaotic world?

9:00 AM: Doors open
9:30 AM: Body connection with Valérie Ouvrard
9:45 AM: Guided meditation by Frédéric Lenoir and start of the seminar
11:30 AM: Break
11:45 AM: Seminar continues

12:30-2:00 PM: Lunch - sandwiches available

2 pm : Seminar resumes
4 pm – 4:30 pm: Body connection with Valérie Ouvrard and break
4:30 pm – 6 pm: Seminar continues and closing guided meditation by FL
6 pm – 7:30 pm: Book signing and free time for discussion with FL
