Seminar day

During this seminar day, the major existential themes that give meaning to our lives and provide us with full satisfaction will be addressed: love, freedom, desire, happiness, joy. How can we learn to identify our most personal desires and free ourselves from mimetic desire and lust? How can we develop self-awareness and a true inner freedom that will lead us to joy? How can we love ourselves and others in a just and lucid manner? How can we achieve deep and lasting happiness, despite life's obstacles and difficulties? How can we learn to remain calm in an unpredictable and chaotic world?

Program

9 a.m.: Doors open
9:30 a.m.: Body connection with Valérie Ouvrard
9:45 a.m.: Guided meditation by Frédéric Lenoir and start of the seminar
11:30 a.m.: Break
11:45 a.m.: Continuation of the seminar

12:30-2:00 p.m.: lunch - sandwiches available

2 p.m .: Resumption of the seminar
4 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.: Body connection with Valérie Ouvrard and break
4:30 p.m. – 6 p.m.: Continuation of the seminar and closing guided meditation by FL
6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.: Book signing and free time for discussion with FL
