What is happiness? How can we distinguish it from pleasure and joy? Where does happiness come from: from our genes, our choices, luck, external conditions, or self-improvement? Can we be happier when we are less inclined to be happy? These are some of the many questions that Frédéric Lenoir will answer, drawing on his experience as well as scientific, psychological, and philosophical knowledge on the subject.
