These are all questions that Frédéric Lenoir, himself in search of wisdom, shares with us through his essays, novels, and lectures. “The quest for wisdom is a path of humility and acceptance of what is; it is aspiring to grow as much as we can by accepting our limits and vulnerabilities.”

During this journey, Frédéric Lenoir will share his experience of philosophy, wisdom, and spirituality with you through three lecture sessions enhanced by moments of meditation and sharing. As for Patricia Penot, through dynamic sophrology sessions and meditations in the Wadi Rum desert, she will allow you to reconnect with yourself, to contact inner spaces of freedom, self-awareness, and deep fulfillment.

Traveling while listening to yourself is a journey towards joy, wisdom, serenity, and therefore towards a more positive life, using meditation, visualization, as well as various well-being practices... Traveling through the magic of the world also means being in connection with nature.

This trip to Jordan, where nature bathes in the light of the sacred desert, is therefore a unique experience to reconnect with oneself, while deeply and intensely experiencing the silence of the desert during meditations or meditative hikes in the Wadi Rum desert or on the site of Petra, or even by experiencing the therapeutic baths of the Dead Sea.
