Erika Nakahashi and Frédéric Lenoir invite you to a philosophy and wellness retreat in southern Corsica , near Propriano, nestled between the sea and unspoiled nature, to slow down, breathe, marvel, and reconnect with the present moment. The setting is ideal for relaxation and introspection.

The days will be punctuated by moments of guided sound meditation led by Erika Nakahashi, philosophical discussions facilitated by Frédéric Lenoir (on the themes of wonder, self-knowledge and joy), nature walks, and sophrology sessions with Erika Nakahashi.
