As part of the Cosmo Jazz Festival in Chamonix 

Frédéric Lenoir and André Manoukian will host a conference where philosophy and music will interact to discuss the five pillars of wisdom. A philosophical-musical exchange where André will respond to Frédéric's suggestions on the piano.

The philosopher and the musician will attempt to answer Jankélévitch's question: is music a science or a fraud?
How did punk musicians seize upon Nietzsche?
Why didn't Plato like music?
Finally, how can ancient thought and musical emotion complement each other to open up horizons of joy, serenity, and openness?
