Summary

In the 16th - century Italian countryside, a man is found unconscious at the home of a suspected witch, covered in mysterious drawings. He is taken to the nearest monastery, under the care of Dom Salvatore. Mute and suffering from amnesia, the young man reveals an extraordinary talent for painting religious icons… But that's not all! Since he has been sheltered in the holy place, several monks have been found dead under strange circumstances… This is why, when he regains his speech and memory, Dom Salvatore is more than eager to learn his story. It began in the year 1533, in the village where his destiny changed when his gaze met that of Elena, a noblewoman beyond his reach… Driven from his village, he will cross paths with the captivating Luna, who will deliver a truly ominous prophecy…
