Monday, June 26, 2023 – Monique Renault – Making society more human | Young children would be more anxious and for good reason: society, with its inhuman development which aims at success, money and power distorts all human relationships by pointing the finger at emotions as if they were dangerous when they are at the origin of the psyche, the soul, since the beginning of time. Yes, you will tell me, but artificial intelligence will solve the problem. Humanoids in sight, poor humans! Gentlemen and ladies shrinks, you are looking for a cause where it is not, yet it is right before our eyes. Our children react and that's good, it proves that they have good mental health. What child could not be anxious in this society which imposes this anxiety on them reluctantly? Man is free as long as he can express what he feels is unjust about the acts of the unjust. And who can better see what is unjust than the children who have not yet been shaped by the unjust society? Leave our children alone! If there are "crazy people", you have to look elsewhere. Making society more humane is the objective that we adults should have, so that young people can live and develop without problems.

Monday, June 26, 2023 – marie.eric5555[at]orange.fr – Le Doute en chanson | Like everyone else, I too have known periods of doubt.
Having some skills in composition, I decided to make a song out of it. Perhaps some will recognize themselves in my words. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vqRJVatrGv2tU
Thank you all and Mr Lenoir continue to make us think.

Monday, May 15, 2023 – Gygy Sastre – THANK YOU dear Frédéric for helping me a lot to understand my life | Our lives

Many of our memories pass
without being able to retain them at all.
The painful often rehash,
But the happiest keep us upright.

Our happiness is thus rebuilt every day,
Difficult balance between all our great physical and moral sufferings
since our birth sorrows
And our joys, our laughter, little lights of Love.

Filling the blank page of a lifetime,
Difficult task in the face of each of our desires,
While remaining faithful to our only convictions,
By letting our joys and our passions express themselves.

Whatever the path taken
Let's become aware of the lost moments,
It's very often in the middle of the ford
That we touch reality

Saturday May 6, 2023 – Stéphane – The Soul of the World | Good morning. I read your book in one day, which is a feat for me, as I am visually impaired. Moreover, it was a librarian friend who recommended it to me. What about your book? Whoaaah, Gorgeous!!! I recognized in it traits of my personality that some call abnormal. I look forward to reading volume 2. Congratulations to you all.

Sunday March 5, 2023 – Michel – The philosopher Christ | I wanted to show you my admiration for the magnificent text quoted in the subject.
Without wanting to reveal myself, I am a modest reader sometimes repelled by certain aspects of religious Christianity, which leads me to move from a fragile faith to an agnosticism more or less close to a form of atheism... in short, my research is constant, which leads me to consult books on this subject, but each time I dive into your book I find a freshness in it with the scent of the Gospels... Almost all the pages of my copy are highlighted, it has become my bedside book… all this tends to bring me closer to this type of spirituality and I modestly wanted to thank you for it.

Saturday February 18, 2023 – Virginia – The Power of JOY & SPINOZA | Dear Frédéric, I have finally decided to leave you a comment! After many years of reading you, listening to you on video or during your various interventions in Paris, it's always a great pleasure, and even more!! I regularly reread your books, especially Spinoza and The Power of JOY, which for me are real nuggets (which I had not understood or which had escaped me during a previous reading, shows ) and that alone is really enjoyable. My son, who is also one of your faithful readers, felt this little-known joy in the depths of his being during dives with orcas and whales in Norway. For your books, your conferences, your sharing and your humility THANK YOU THANK YOU. Virginia

Wednesday, February 15, 2023 – Marie Sabine – Resilience | Hello, I was at your conference in Metz last week on the theme 'happiness can be learned' and what struck me was the fact that you mentioned the famous happy sobriety, consumerism and other terms related to ongoing climate and societal change and that you made the connection to happiness, that was an eye opener for me. Indeed I am an activist in everything related to climate change, the animal cause and other causes and I realize that happiness is to act, to set an example, to fight, to defend those who cannot. I even allow myself to make a connection with the word 'resilience' which for me is synonymous with happiness because in resilience there is the concept of acceptance, and I sincerely believe that people who are ready to accept happy sobriety - a simple, humble, creative and shared life with other people – will find this simple and resilient happiness.

Wednesday, January 25, 2023 – Catherine Jung | Hello, first of all, thank you for all your works. I have just finished “Jung – A journey towards oneself”, excellent! After having recently read "My life" by Carl Gustav Jung, which I adored, you provide interesting additional information including the names and works of all those people who have worked with or studied Jung. And I really like your analysis. THANKS ! I really enjoy reading your books. Cordially !

Sunday January 15, 2023 – Mireille – Northern Lights March 2023 | Hello, on the discovery of sponsorships and partnerships - humanitarian aid, aid to children in exile, justice for women - I am shocked by the choice of the luxury hotel which does not reflect the sobriety of life of the Sami nor the practice of mindfulness. However, I remain a fervent reader adhering to your philosophical approach.

Saturday January 14, 2023 – Paul Didier – makondidier81[at]gmail.com – Appreciations on Desire, a philosophy | Good morning. I have just started reading your brilliant book on desire this week. In particular, I discovered the etymological link between desire and the stars: “Desire is also understood as the motor of action, as the vital power that frees us from stupefaction”. Given the negativity of desire, which adjoins its positivity, shouldn't it be mastered? What private ethics and what public policies should be adopted given the power of desire? I'll keep reading and hope I can find some enlightening answers.

Monday, December 19, 2022 – CLOUDYREADING Thank you | I am interrupting in listening, on YouTube, to your work “The consolation of the angel” in order to tell you the consolation that these remarks cause in me. Thank you for all the good that you bring me – to me as to many I hope – THANK YOU

Wednesday, November 9, 2022 – Giga amoroso Your book “Desire, a philosophy” | You presented your latest book to Télématin today and before rushing to acquire it, I wanted to thank you for responding to a need and an expectation of our children with your association "SÈVE" but also of myself by dealing with the notion of “desire” long left to the appreciation of our consumer society when it would be so essential for our future as I implied with my last poem “To love the living like a mother” (cf. message of September 14 ).

Tuesday, November 8, 2022 – Valérie A great discovery | Hello, I've only known about Mr. Lenoir's existence for a few months... I must certainly be the only one 😉 Indeed, I stumbled upon his various conferences and interviews broadcast on YouTube and I was very quickly touched by the topics covered, the life force of our philosopher, his determination and the clarity of his words. As a therapist in my spare time, I try to share this state of mind which is the key to a balanced and happy inner life. Just THANK YOU Fredo!

Wednesday, October 19, 2022 – Michel The Spinoza Miracle | Good evening, of course, speaking to us about Spinoza from a simple writing is salutary work.
He is one of the authors of the works cited in reference who suggests this message in addition to the approach to the divine, to the living, to nature as a whole.
Antonio Damasio, brilliant Portuguese-American neurobiologist, it seems to me, prolongs, even magnifies the work of this Dutch Spinoza. Indeed “the strange order of things” and its simplified version “to feel and to know” enlightens by the last researches of the American researcher many ideas by deepening them at least. In particular the notions of perceptions and affects and the effects they induce, emotions first and the sedimented memorization of affects that are feelings. A sentence taken from the back cover of the first cited work summarizes the thought. "Man is not a system that thinks, it is a system that is inhabited by his feelings and that sometimes thinks".

Wednesday, September 14, 2022 – Giga amoroso Poem for the climate emergency | My last poem on the climate emergency and the love of life:
“Love the living like a mother”

Loving and respecting the living
Can best be understood by a mother.
She alone knows the pain of giving life.
The man in his story is guided by his desires

Love but also too many desires, powers,
To the point of justifying its destructions without seeing
With no regrets nor the slightest look!
At his last breath he will understand too late.

But in the light of the tragedies, the consequences
Of the behavior due to his existence,
He can simply react,
And suddenly have the “desire to act”.

Thursday August 25, 2022 – Carole Jung, a journey towards oneself | Sir, I would like to thank you for the remarkable work you have done on the biography and the synthesis of Jung's research work.
I liked your way of associating excerpts from his writings and your clear way of explaining the contents. Nurse in retraining, I trained in hypnosis and then in another technique that activates the imagination of the person to help him express the solutions and resources from the unconscious.
So body, mind and soul. I find myself completely in Jung's practice and thought. As soon as the imagination becomes active, metaphors, physical sensations arise, creating surprise in the accompanied, whether they come for a physical or emotional health problem, or even spiritual. As for the notion of meaning, it is fundamental for me. What do we want, what will it allow? how is it useful for you? And Jung showed the importance of these questions.

Friday August 19, 2022 – πηγή Thanks | I would start by saying "THANK YOU", even if this little word can sometimes be interpreted as a conclusion, for my part, know that it is not. It's only just begun. After a long period of crisis, day after day, watching your various quests, reading your works help me to open up to myself, but also to the world, they help me in my daily life, transform me , shape me, even harden me and propel me towards new discoveries thus producing ever more astonishment, wonder and commitment. It is true that many say they are "inspired" but do not inspire many. On the other hand, you are a source of inspiration for me, M. LENOIR, and words fail me to express how grateful I am to you. I'd like to meet you, but well… Someday who knows. Waiting. “The happiest man is the one who makes the greatest number of others happy” I quote Diderot. Thanks.

Thursday, August 18, 2022 – Hugues The Consolation of the Angel | Hello Frederic. Your book was on the shelf in my office among others that my wife had put there, without telling me about it… I opened it by chance at the beginning of the evening. I just put it down after reading it in one go, my eyes a little wet at the end, of course. This beautiful story touched me, for various reasons. Almost 10 years ago your “Small Treatise on Inner Life” made me discover mindfulness and allowed me to start rebuilding myself. There I have just opened a notebook to jot down, I don't know what, beautiful things in any case. A desire to go to Kernic Bay (but it's a bit far for this evening), and also to read the Contemplations… Thank you for what you write.

Monday, July 25, 2022 – Nicolas Acknowledgments | I have just finished your “Little Treatise on the Interior Life” and I feel a deep sense of well-being. Thank you for this sensitive and enlightened sharing. Each chapter of the book is directly linked to one of the promises I made to myself to move forward in my life and enjoy it. It is only if we manage to heal our wounds through a work of benevolent inner healing and forgiveness that we can bring out our inner peace and that the World can in turn be at Peace. Your book, which has become one of my bedside books, encourages me to continue the journey of life that the encounter with Vipassana meditation and the discovery of Non-Violent Communication allowed me to begin ten years ago. So I continue to say yes to life, to laugh, to have confidence in myself and in it; to go towards the other without fear to share, learn and vibrate; to express daily in the depths of me the gratitude for this life that has been given to me. Thanks !

Friday July 22, 2022 – Gérard The Consolation of the Angel, its positive impact on me | The recent loss of my wife after a long illness against which she valiantly fought, provided me as daily companions with sadness, loneliness, lack of taste for life, despite children, family, friends .
I have just finished the novel La Consolation de l'Ange , where the heroine Blanche, close to physical death, intensely expresses love, joy and recommends living every moment as a gift of life. What is this mysterious connection with her which, as soon as the novel was finished, completely changed my outlook and made it possible to see the time that remains as the possibility of deepening consciousness and helping others. Thanks to Frederic Lenoir.

Saturday July 16, 2022 – Thiaseve The lack | The lack can send to places, where our shadows impose their law
Without even seeing anything, the anger, the fear and the hatred become the guides of our choices
The narrowed vision, becomes smaller and smaller, we look the world with our eyes filled with contempt
even the people we love merge in our mind
Revenge, resentment, jealousy, these incessant movements take place, but at what cost?
The bill is painful, the melancholy becomes furious,
others are guilty of our dangerous madness,… introspection may be advantageous
but for this, inner honesty is the silent key.
Well hidden behind years of accumulated wounds, it is time to go and meet these hidden truths,
hidden in these hidden feelings, which we can even sometimes project
in order to get rid of our responsibility. Instantly, appeased, we have the feeling of having won

Thursday, June 30, 2022 – Giga amoroso Jun, a journey towards oneself | Not being a literary man, I discovered this immense thinker, philosopher and visionary researcher as you say Frédéric, but above all a man very close to us with his faults and his qualities. In the chapter "The journey" of the journey towards oneself, we fully understand the role of our opposites, our opposites, of the "anima" in the feminine and the "animus" in the masculine but individuated in our unconscious that it is useful to know in order to reach “the completeness of our being”. I recommend your study to all couples who tear each other apart and separate without knowing the reason when they could continue to love each other while remaining different. Based on his own experience and that of his patients, I found there real answers to mine about the ancestral deity, numinous and religious that we all inherit in our unconscious.

Wednesday, June 8, 2022 – Map Thank you | Just a huge thank you.
I've read all of your books, I believe, but one sentence answered an existential question. I repeat it to myself and share it several times a week and it gives meaning to my life, currently full of upheavals: To exist is a fact, to live is an art. Thank you for this mantra that encourages me to never give up.

Tuesday, June 7, 2022 – Nadège The consolation of the angel | I just had a great time with Blanche, I too would have liked to ask her my questions about resilience, mourning. Are we from our birth faced with a work of resilience that pursues us? Do we mourn regularly, when we step out of our comfort zone? Is the person of attachment important in surviving hardships, if he is no longer there, how to find this inner strength? Blanche was able to answer a few questions, and questions my curiosity about our capacity. I had a complicated childhood and 2 years ago my husband died of a ruptured aneurysm. I found myself alone to manage everything with 2 young children. What book do you recommend for me on accepting the proofs? It's always a great moment to read you, Thank you very much.

Friday, May 6, 2022 – Laetitia Angèle The soul of the world “compass of my spiritual life” | Dear Frédéric, your book “Soul of the World” has surprised me lately at certain moments in my life. I decided to use it on a daily basis, not by reading it in order like a simple book, but according to the events of my life, I take a page “at random.” Several times, I happened to come across an answer to my concerns, to my questions, to my bad negative reactions. I have the impression that a benevolent star communicates with me through your book. You have my gratitude! 🙂

Sunday April 24, 2022 – Kristal Pierre – My feelings about the novels | Hello 👋 A few years ago, when I was looking for a novel, none in particular, I was attracted by a title: Heart of Crystal . After reading the author's information, as well as the summary of the book, I bought two copies, one for me and the second for a friend. The same day, I read the book in one go and I found it beautiful, so beautiful that I re-read it a second time. A few days ago, I read L' Âme du monde in one go and I was swept away by the beauty of the story. This writing reminded me of a wonderful book I had read a few years earlier. Searching in my books, I found “Crystal Heart” and checked the name of the author… It was of course the same 🙂 Today, I will read “Just after the end of the world”. A writing that awakens, amazes and immerses in the beauty of the sacred. Thank you for these moments of grace. Crystal ❤️

Thursday, March 31, 2022 – Fred – Appreciation on “The soul of the world” | I very much appreciated “The Soul of the World” and “Just after the end of the world”, I adopt more and more this philosophy of life and I acquired wisdom, which means that I no longer have enemies, nor unbearable moments, everything is to be put into perspective, no stress to be had, what must take place, will take place, the whole thing is to live these last moments as pleasant as possible and to share this state of mind with those who need it most. Take care of the humans around you, the reward is ultimate. A smile, a handshake, a friendly look have a lot of value.

Friday, March 25, 2022 – Giga amoroso – “Jung, a journey to self” | I discover with your last essay this great visionary who encourages us to read you from your introduction because although your book was written during the pandemic but before the invasion of Ukraine by Russia you quote his words in 1944: ” … but that it is indeed man who constitutes the greatest danger to man. The cause is simple: there is still no effective protection against psychic epidemics; now, these epidemics are infinitely more devastating than the worst catastrophes of Nature! The supreme danger which threatens both the individual being and the peoples taken as a whole is the psychic danger.

Sunday March 20, 2022 – Arlette – Thank you | Thank you Sir for your humanity and sensitivity, I have just read: OPEN LETTER TO ANIMALS
marvelous little book of tenderness and above all this cry from the heart for all the cruelties inflicted on our animal friends under the pretext of certain “traditions” and criminal hunts. Thank you very much sir. Arlette Biard in Mesland Loir et Cher

Sunday March 13, 2022 – Anita – Continuation reading “just after the end of the world” | .. To thank you for this initiatory tale, at a time and a moment in my life, which allows me to be more aware of what is at work on my life path. As if by chance, but was it by chance, when my steps led me to your book as evidence, a continuity to a fundamental quest to awaken, grow! Become aware of your ego and your "requirements", and regain power over your emotions to experience joy, love, and open up a liberating path... Your message comes at a precise moment when I can integrate it and understand it as a sweetness and a thank you to life. I really appreciate your writing and am very receptive to the words, to the life paths of the “heroes” (echoing no doubt what I am currently reading on healing tales). Thanks again. We look forward to seeing and hearing you at a conference, perhaps in our region, very imbued with the energies of nature.. anita.stephant[arobase]gmail.com

Thursday, March 10, 2022 – Moni – Remarks | Hello, I have just finished reading your book “Le Miracle Spinoza”. I was disappointed by the correspondence of your friend Robert Misrahi who asserts that Spinoza was an atheist and that he spoke of God, just to protect himself when it is always a question of a new vision of God in which he believes. The word “God” does not only belong to the Christian religion or other religions. I know what I'm talking about, because I was: an atheist until the age of 45 (without knowledge of God) and a practicing Catholic until the age of 55. Today, I am no longer Catholic but I still believe in God and Spinoza enlightened me on my rejection of religions (often sectarian if not always). Fortunately, your answer: let's call it “atheism”, if you want since you intend to stay within the biblical definition of God. THANKS. Mr Renault

Saturday March 4, 2022 – Moni – Recognition | Hello, thank you for your book “Le Miracle Spinoza”. I am not an intellectual but I have found to understand the meaning of my chaotic life and find inner peace only one remedy: philosophy. I am 65 years old, I was a simple administrative secretary and without real ambition. Divorced for more than thirty years, I never rebuilt my life because a little voice told me to look, what? I did not know. My son's suicide at his father's in 2012 “woke me up”, as Anthony De Mélo puts it so well in his books. I realized that I had spent my life waiting for an answer that I sought in the Catholic religion (I was an atheist until I was 45 like my parents). But in vain ! You say that Spinoza is a friend for you, he is also for me and I will try to read his works even though I know that I would only understand a tiny part of them. THANKS. Monique Renault

Thursday, February 24, 2022 – Céline – Thank you for “Jung a journey towards oneself” | Congratulations and thank you for your book “Jung un voyage vers soi”. I really discovered Jung from my discovery of the MBTI, and since then I haven't stopped digging into the subject. After reading your book, I now understand why Jung's theories and concepts resonate with me: I share his vision of religion, the fact of considering beings in their entirety, and so many other concepts! I had been frustrated when reading Freud's works, because I had the impression that certain aspects of personality or behavior were overlooked or even concealed, and I now understand that I am closer to Jung's thoughts than to those of Freud. Many thanks for making Jung's life and concepts accessible. Your book will certainly count in my path towards individuation.

Sunday, February 20, 2022 – Aurélien – Thank you | Hello, by this message I simply wanted to thank you for your works.
I have a chronic disease that makes my daily life very painful and reading "wisdom explained to those who seek it" as well as the "little treatise on interior life" gave me a lot of energy and hope. . I look forward to discovering the rest of your work. I find that you are an excellent pedagogue (words of a pro, I am an associate maths teacher 🙂 ) and that you make philosophy accessible to everyone, which is not an easy task, moreover with a positive message whose world needs so much.
I have three sons, still young (4 to 9 years old), to whom I am beginning to pass on a taste for reading.
As soon as they are old enough, your books will be among the first I will put in their hands. Aurélien P.S.: I think about it, there would be a lot to write about the links between maths and philosophy. Maybe an idea for a future book? 🙂

Friday, February 18, 2022 – Nanou – Soil extinction | We are facing a massive and close problem: the extinction of the soils, that is to say the soils lose their vitality and turn into sand.
The SaveSoil movement is a call to action for all of us to urge governments to create policy strategies to revitalize soils. On March 21, we are launching a 100-day global movement to inspire 3.5 billion people to understand the problem, to talk about it, to stand up for SaveSoil to put the numbers on our governments. There are interesting achievements of young farmers who settle in small farms, specialists and scholars who quantify, study…. There is a lot to do, but together we can save the soil.
Let's make it happen. Thank you #consciousplanet#savesoil To watch in replay on ARTE – The genius of trees

Friday, January 28, 2022 – Roberta – Thank you and thank you again | Hello, I am following the 18 Masterclass MentorShow lessons and I confirm it: you are a precious gift. Thank you and thank you again for the opportunity to follow you online because it's not always easy to talk to a computer!

Saturday January 1, 2022 – Quadrifolium – Two thoughts | Thank you Frédéric for all these inspirations and insights revealed over your pages. What a joy to read a work on Jung in which his spirituality is neither concealed nor mocked. And that led me to think that you might be the ideal person to offer us a luminous biography of Swedenborg, mentioned in the book, and for which it is almost impossible to find a study without a priori. In The Power of Joy , your description of Philia reminded me of the Anam Cara of the Celtic tradition, taken up in his eponymous book by John o'Donohue, poet and priest who reconnected contemporary Ireland to its Celtic soul. "The one you love, your anam cara, your soul brother (soul friend), is the truest mirror to reflect your soul." Not translated into French, it would also be a great discovery for French-speaking readers to meet this much-loved personality in Ireland (… if an editor looked into his writings). Whoops ! Already 1000 characters

Thursday, December 30, 2021 – Christophe – Jung, a journey towards oneself | Dear Frédéric, I have had the pleasure of following your reflections and broadcasts for many years. You are for me a source of inspiration on the path of self-knowledge and openness to the world. I have just finished reading your latest book: Jung, a journey towards oneself. I wanted to sincerely thank you for the quality of your work, which fascinated me. This allowed me to understand many concepts, which resonated in me like evidence. I hope to have the pleasure of exchanging with you in person one day. Continue to awaken our consciences. I wish you the best for the new year. Christopher

Thursday, December 30, 2021 – Andrew – Thank you for this great read | Frédéric, I really enjoyed your new book on Jung which, for me, was a fantastic introduction to new, rich and complex thought. You have struck a very good balance between your personal point of view and a documentary type narrative. Thanks very much !

Sunday, December 26, 2021 – Morgane – Thanks | Hello, thank you for giving us to know, to understand the world in which we play this interesting score. Thank you for reading and dissecting so many thinkers and researchers for us. Thank you for having so well exercised and trained your ability to organize ideas, to clarify the relationships between them, to synthesize the words. Reading you opens paths, doors. And gives the feeling of being more connected to the universe and to one's own life. The ego is also very happy to feel smarter 😀. What a beautiful incarnation you have chosen and what a beautiful way to realize yourself. Nice continuation. Morgan

Sunday, December 19, 2021 – Sergio – Message | It is a pleasure to read you, you help us to shape the keys and to decode the opening of doors towards the path of truth.
Thank you

Friday, December 17, 2021 – Gélou – Thanks | Dear Frédéric, I would like to thank you for all these books that you write. They are a great wealth for all mankind. I assure you that you have re-enchanted the world I live in with your thoughts of wisdom, beauty and depth. I am almost 80 years old and I always look forward to the release of a new book from you. I have read almost all of them for many years and each time it is a great pleasure to meditate on what you write. I wish you my best wishes for the holidays and a happy and rich year 2022 in spirituality, imagination, travel and friendship. Take care of yourself, because you are precious for all of us and for our beautiful planet which must be preserved in thoughts, words and actions. Sincerely, Angèle

Saturday, December 11, 2021 – Gérard – Thank you | I have just tasted the book “Small treatise on inner life”. I enjoyed each chapter, I used it as morning reading and as food for thought afterwards. I admit to being more fulfilled, at peace between myself and life and happier. Many thanks !

Thursday, December 9, 2021 – Rizma – Tribute | I discovered you today, not that I don't read, far from it but… the time had not come. It was at the Toulouse station that I saw you, well, I saw the title of your book on Jung and since Jung is one of my great masters… In general I don't read authors who write about others but there, I don't know why, the sentence on Jung, your good head, thank you for being there and for your work on the place of animals, for your dialogue and sharing with the children and their wisdom. In short, it's great!!!

Tuesday, December 7, 2021 – Roberta – Many thanks | Hello, if real life is meeting, for me you are the real gift of life. At the next conference……online. A merry Christmas

Tuesday, November 30, 2021 – Frédérique – Thank you! | Good morning ! Simply say “thank you!”. Your books are like friends, they help me heal my bruised soul, guide me on my life path that I would finally like to follow light as a feather. Good road !

Sunday, October 10, 2021 – Zara-N – Dialogue with nature | Dear Frederic, I live in Western Siberia.
I listen to “France Culture” radio, I heard your conversation with Abdennour Bidar “The Sacralisation of Daily Life”, and I am delighted that philosophers in France are interested in the secrets of nature. I only read French, and my PDF file in Russian “Mystical experience of communication with plants, birds and animals” is not uploaded. Perhaps because of the Russian language. I communicate with nature through images, because I am an empath. Plants, birds and animals understand me, and I understand them. All my wishes.

Sunday, September 19, 2021 – Giga amoroso – Our meetings via your writings | Our universe of humanists
Beyond what we see, what we touch,
Our soul feels the invisible, what we imagine.
Love before our existence, light and joy,
This happiness source of envy and ecstasy that binds us to you.

Saturday, September 4, 2021 – belleroseline[at]yahoo.ca – The dogma of the Trinity | And if the dogma of the Trinity was simply the understanding, the understanding that we have of God, illustrated by tongues of fire above the heads of the apostles!

Saturday July 31, 2021 – Karine – THANK YOU | Dear Frédéric, a few years ago, I was able to hear and see you in PARIS, and the “Spinoza miracle” began! I am immersed in your writings, sometimes go to Perspectives Meetings , and try to share the reflections provided by your readings. Hardly had I had time to finish your book “Vivre” that “chance” offered me “Transmitting what we bring to each other”. I am passionate about what you offer through your writings, conferences, and broadcasts. I would like to say THANK YOU: for your luminous gaze, and for the links you forge with people who also fascinate me, such as Catherine GUEGUEN, Jeanne SIAUD-FACCHIN, Christophe ANDRE, Matthieu RICARD, Alexandre JOLLIEN, Boris CYRULNIK… I remain also convinced that it is by awakening children, but also adults, to reflection that we can build good relationships. You are a real guide of positivity, objectivity and reflection. THANK YOU

Wednesday, July 14, 2021 – Giga amoroso – “Just after the end of the world” Acceptance… | For you 🙏 Thank you
” A light of love watches
Time has passed and left its mark,
So many forgotten loves, memories without a hug.
My heart continues to beat
And my soul expands.
My tired, wrinkled body
Wants to abandon itself without haste.
Autumn takes him towards his destiny,
Winter is at my door, he knocks...
I don't want to let him in!
Not letting go yet.
In the depths of our being
The spring of dreams slumbers,
A small flame of love watches
So that in the mornings we can almost be reborn.
As summer approaches in a rural setting,
It is so sweet to feel life with our desires,
Its smells, its birdsong, it invades us.
The light of his master tenderly penetrates us,
a moment
Suspend time a little,
Contemplate with passion
The seasons bloom.
To enjoy life with emotion,
Which by enchantment ecstasies!…”

Monday, July 5, 2021 – Chimed Tshomo | Thank you for reading the book The Power of Joy , sincere and lively. Reading you, I feel that you deeply want to see readers find joy in it. For me it is. Thank you. Here is a text that I would like to share: The swallow

“A swallow has come to her head to lay her wings there,
With the desire to see her take flight.
She crosses the clouds with ardor
Breathes the air of freedom in the blue of the sky,
In free fall she radiates.
A cypress stretches out its hand
She nestles at her side
Her roots surround her, the sap flows in her heart
With a sweet love a joy floods
her Her eyes open to life. js

May you live in joy with your loved ones. Yours truly

Sunday, July 4, 2021 – Giga amoroso – Your latest novel “Just after the end of the world” | Dear Frederic, I am reading “Just after the end of the world” with from the beginning a great message of hope for the children who welcome it and it made me think of my last poem written for a homework assignment. my granddaughter on the theme of the music of “Boléro de Ravel”. I present it to you.

“The awakening of a beauty
What is this soft light that rises
Suddenly lights up on the horizon?
Why does this morning wake me up
Delight me at the call of the chaffinch?

How then still in my dreams
On a white cloud in flotation,
My light elongated body which rises
Lets itself be carried away by temptation?

But yes, it's my beautiful cosmic star
Which enlightens us in our four seasons.
Soon higher to its zenith
It warms my heart and my passions.

Happy, out of my beautiful
Surprise chrysalis, I fly away like a butterfly.
Finally free I dance with my guide,
And sing of happiness in unison. “

Saturday June 19, 2021 – Marie Martine – St Martin Conference | What a joy to have been able to come and listen to you once again under these 2 oaks. So many messages transmitted, love, smiles. Your transmission nourishes our soul, our daily life, the shadow, the light. You are true on all counts, available and warm. Your latest book is a meditation that is important to re-read and re-read, I think Jung will also transport us, thank you for putting your knowledge within reach of your readers, it feels good. Full of gratitude for these physical contacts, your movements, the south will vibrate with your presence. Sincerely, a long time reader

Monday, May 31, 2021 – Isabelle – The paths of the sacred |
Mr Lenoir, thank you for “The paths of the sacred” that I never tire of seeing and seeing again. They are of great beauty and great richness. To thank you for this poem: “ All the suns at dawn are still sleeping a little numb, nonchalant, they don't care about the fire of the day that awaits them, they drive away the shadows of men and wars, all the suns at night dawn are like big children who don't care about time ” Poem by Alfio Antico (Italy)
Isabelle

Friday, May 14, 2021 – Ingrid – Thanks | Hello Sir, I wanted to thank you for the DVDs I received following my small contribution. I admit that I had forgotten, but not you. I wanted to thank you for all these soothing films full of serenity and benevolence. Gratitude🙏

Saturday, May 8, 2021 – Bernard – Video #21 Spiritual person | Hello, I watched with great interest your video entitled “the three fundamental dimensions of a spiritual person”, and I admit that I remained perplexed as to the dimensions mentioned, namely: 1. humor and the ability to be intelligent , 2. the heart and the capacity to love, 3. the body, which must be loved, a healthy mind in a healthy body. Spirituality being to grow in humanity, to develop one's dreams, one's potential, one's received talents. Admittedly, we must “take care of our body so that our Soul wants to stay there”, but we must first be fully aware that we are first and foremost spiritual beings, whose three dimensions or fundamental “components” are (in my humble opinion): Intelligence, Consciousness, Emotions and Feelings. Which harmonize with the other two states of the human being: Energy and Matter. Best regards

Thursday, April 22, 2021 – Danie – Thanks |
Following some health concerns, I could no longer read and it ended up complexing me... despite multiple attempts, I couldn't concentrate regardless of the type of writer and then during your appearance on television then on the radio, I couldn't resist the urge to read you and since then, I read... even reread your works which bring me so much... I so appreciate your philosophical side that is accessible and "understandable" to whom ( like me) is interested in it. It is a real enrichment for oneself and for others… THANK YOU… and continue again and again…

Friday April 16, 2021 – catherineparisot[arobase]yahoo.fr Your intervention in C' à dire of 04/16 |
Hello Mr. Lenoir, I take the liberty of writing to you to thank you for your intervention in C' à dire. Your way of seeing the world, which consists of looking inside yourself first in order to be able to see the outside differently, is totally in harmony with what I have been living since I suffered a burnout a while ago. 5 years. While I was deprived of my words, while I was devoured by shame and guilt, I found strength in the little beauties that each day offers us. Slowly, I relearned to live differently. I had to take stock of my life before to focus on what made me feel good (nature, light, the beauty of each day that dawns...) and put aside what creates anxiety in me. and anger. I told my path of introspection and return on my life in a book “Letters for You”. Thank you for your insightful intervention. Sincerely, Katherine

Saturday, April 3, 2021 – Sabine – Thank you “The paths of the sacred” | I just watched your documentary on Arte. Thank you for this wonderful gift and sharing.

Friday April 2, 2021 – Margot – Your interview at the Grande Table on April 1, 2021 | If I heard you correctly, spirituality is for the bourgeois? For people like you who can look at the sea from their house in Corsica, contemplate nature from their house in the countryside, regenerate themselves thanks to trees and waterfalls, capture the sacred fire of volcanoes, interview aborigines, walk in nature to rediscover inner silence and go around the world to collect the testimony of sages, gurus, masters – all men, aren't they? I live in Paris, and for a year, I have been deprived of silence, forests, volcanoes, landscapes. I live in rock, concrete, asphalt, noise, crowds... neck and neck with a community of suffering human beings on the verge of a nervous breakdown. Like the majority of men and women on our planet… Are we excluded from your spirituality, unsuited to the experience of the sacred, incapable of an interior life??? Are you a sage or a merchant of illusions?

Saturday March 13, 2021 – Véronique | I started reading you about a year ago on the advice of my aunt, because following several marriage preparation meetings, I had many questions about religion and advised me to read The Soul of the World . I devoured this book, it really helped me a lot. I am someone who has a lot of anxiety attacks, they appeared from time to time, and then these attacks became chronic, my doctor prescribed me anti-depressants which I very quickly stopped because I didn't I was no longer me, I no longer recognized myself. I talk to my Aunt about it and she advises me to read your book A Little Treatise on Interior Life . I don't know how to describe to you the feelings I felt just reading the beginning, tears started to roll down my cheeks, but not tears of sadness but of joy, for I had found help in your book, as if you had written it for me. I found answers, solutions that relieved me. A huge thank you

Monday, March 8, 2021 – Giga amoroso – Thank you for all your writings |
Intimate thoughts to all dreamers in search of happiness Keep hope,

Often no longer having waking dreams Leads
us to horrible senseless nightmares.
Night and day we seek the light in the dark,
Because happiness depends partly on hope 🙏😘

A life lesson by Erri DE LUCA:
What matters to me is the page that keeps me awake while I write it, not those already written, never re-read. »

Sunday March 7, 2021 – Roberta | I am listening to the meditation of consolation during your conference and the emotions are many and surprising. You have given us a wonderful gift, a unique Sunday filled with hope, kindness, intelligence, not superficiality but useful, concrete and practical advice to help us move forward in an increasingly unpredictable and chaotic world. What can we say? How I adore you THANK YOU

Friday, February 12, 2021 – Kevin – “The Soul of the World” | Hello Sir ! I appreciate the quality of your works after discovering you a few years ago. I particularly “traveled” through the reading of your three philosophical tales. In the order of my preferences, “The Soul of the World” takes first place. Myself “thirsty” for discoveries and knowledge, you are in my personal “journey” an “essential”! A proof: Wishing to deepen my interest in philosophy, my therapist advised me to read “Philo – comics”, of which I discovered your preface!! I repeat myself: YOU ARE AN ESSENTIAL in your fields, including knowledge. Thanks again !

Thursday, February 11, 2021 – Jacques – An opinion |
Hello, despite largely insufficient prerequisites in many areas, I enjoy reading you. This lack of general knowledge operates a synthesis by the simplicity of your writings. Believe it or not, I feel like I end up with a reinforcement of the core ideas that help me keep life going. Thank you.

Tuesday, February 9, 2021 – Cartecieliste – Forgiveness |
Forgiveness frees Forgiveness is a source of freedom, peace and well-being.
Just as we are called to forgive others,
we are also to forgive ourselves with the same kindness and openness.
It's time to let old grudges dissolve.
It is time to remove the dust from the recesses of our consciousness.
It's time to restore the flow of joy in our lives.
It is high time to forgive.
Thank you Frédéric for your writings (I am at your chapter 13 on non-violence and forgiveness of the Small treatise on interior life) and I would like to know who wrote the text above because it invites non-violence. Myself, I am very 'angry' and therefore violent towards Myself and have been for a very long time. Your book is a delight of truth and encourages moderation. Thank you

Thursday, February 4, 2021 – Yves – “Happiness” | Thank you so much for this philosophical hike! 😉☺️

Sunday January 24, 2021 – Françoise | Hello, thank you for this nugget (Living in an unpredictable world) that I tasted as one does with a chocolate candy, gently, deliciously to extract all the flavors. Sincerely

Sunday, December 20, 2020 – Giga amoroso – Your new work with Nicolas “From one world to another” | Hello Merry Christmas with my last poem and the hope of a re “Birth” thanks to your benevolence on our humanity and our universe.

“Awaken our consciousness

Tell me that life will not be extinguished here,
Especially that there will indeed be a paradise,
Where love, joys, desires are eternal,
Without misery or suffering like our Tower of Babel!

The more we merge with the “living”, the
less we accept to see suffering, the
more we push ourselves to reflect,
the less we fail to be indifferent.

May this land, flooded with oceans and seas,
so many beauties formed of immense universes,
With abysses, with beautiful living expanses up to the sky,
Awaken man and his original consciousness!”

Saturday, December 5, 2020 – Marina – Thank you for mom | Hello Frédéric Lenoir, I started reading you following a depression. I shared my readings with my mother and it strengthened my bond with her. Tuesday, December 1 shortly after 9 a.m., she was run over by a car, her head slammed against the ground, and she left us. Your book "Happiness: A Philosophical Journey" is still on its night shelf. Mom was a devoted, smiling woman, overflowing with life and courage. My brother told me that she had finished her mission among us but it was a little too early for me, she was only 61 years old. I want to thank you very much for what you write, you have brought us closer, and you help me grow. Thank you so much.

Saturday, November 21, 2020 – Joan – Gratitude | Hello Frédéric, I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your books and more particularly for “Du Bonheur – un voyage philosophie”. More than 7 years ago, I had great difficulties at work. I'll skip the details, the important thing is that I can't remember how your book got into my hands, but it was a revelation. He helped me overcome this moment by rebuilding me with new foundations. Even today I like to read it again, and just the mention of the title allows me to radiate and connect to the best of myself, of others and of life. So simply: THANK YOU from the bottom of my HEART!

Tuesday, November 17, 2020 – Sandie – Is “freedom” too expensive? | To free ourselves from our beliefs and our unconscious actions that determine “our” professional and romantic choices, it would be good to identify them, to dissect them with the help of professionals such as psychologists. The best thing would be to use it so as not to reproduce this “error” on our children or our spouses. Who can invest so much time and money in this great adventure?

Wednesday, November 11, 2020 – Roberta – A wonderful coincidence | Hello, for my birthday on 11/11 a new book [The paths of the sacred] – magical like all the others – has just been published… Immense joy. Endless awe

Monday, November 2, 2020 – Giga amoroso – Poem for my daughter's wedding |
Thanks to Frédéric and Nicolas for coming together for our future and “Live differently”. For Elsa's happiness

Elsa darling, happiness is not conquered, Nor is it
declared overnight.
Little by little it becomes tame in your hands,
Fragile, sensitive, flies away at the first abrupt gesture, faux pas.

But so attached to sweets, to joys,
Lover of life, of desires like you,
He comes back by surprise at a bend in the path
Or when the sun rises like this morning...

Long before dawn at the Cornu Hat where
your smile sleeps, your beautiful eyes that embellish your dress
As white with light as the flash of Love,
... Only for a moment, but radiant for its return 💑🙏

Tuesday, October 27, 2020 – Eric – Thank you ! From one world to another | Hello Frédéric, I am almost at the end of your book co-written with Nicolas Hulot and in a few words… thank you both. First of all, for sharing your experiences and reflections which certainly contribute to the individual awakening necessary for collective awareness. Then, I spoke about it to my daughter who, from the height of her 17 years, is very involved in the ecological cause (and others!) and who feels neither understood nor listened to by our generation... thank you for this generational bond which must be one of the drivers of the paradigm shift that we absolutely need. I greet you both and promise to be the echo of your work in Montreal. Sincerely… Eric

Monday, October 26, 2020 – Emmanuelle – The Consolation of the Angel | Hello, I first borrowed your book from the media library in my village, then I bought it to thank you and to have it with me when I lead talking circles with victims of sexual abuse. I also appreciate the idea of being able to dive back into it at any time. I wasn't expecting it, just savoring every page. Then I read pages 169 and 170; I then felt something within me reveal itself, something that allows me for the first time in my life to think that maybe I am someone good after all, in any case worthy of being loved and respected. I read, then closed your book, overwhelmed without really daring to admit it to myself. Afraid it won't last, afraid of lying to myself. However, it has now been several days since I read your book, and the effect continues! Thank you so much. Also for SEVE whose path I followed. My only hope in writing these words is that you will have time to read them in order to receive my gratitude.

Saturday, October 3, 2020 – Cat – Thank you  | Hello, thank you for all the books you write. I have just finished “Wisdom explained to those who seek it”. My thanks go with the fact that your words, your explanations are so clear that they are a balm to the heart. My life has been so instructive that I've learned what letting go means. This evening, I had the opportunity to think about it again. I am getting ready, and your testimony about your incident with Chuang-Tseu's paragraph has dawned on me. A light, thank you.

Saturday September 19, 2020 – Marie-Odile – From one world to another | A HUGE THANK YOU, Monsieur Lenoir, for your dialogue book with Monsieur Hulot. I couldn't wait to finish reading your book to tell my friends and acquaintances about it, so much did I want them to get hold of it as soon as possible... Because there is an urgent need for a better world can happen and, which is good, you believe in it. There is urgency for everyone's happiness because your book is a balm for the mind to be made known to those we love and to as many people as possible. Thanks thanks thanks…. for divulging your thoughts and experiences in such a rich and humble exchange.

Monday, September 7, 2020 – Lionel – Télématin, breeding in France  | Hello, this morning during your interview with Télématin, you said a “fake news” concerning meat consumption in France, 80% of French meat does not come from factory farming. To realize this, do not hesitate to come to the countryside of Aubrac where you will see small farms which feed France and which are often decried by people like you.

Response to Lionel: Fortunately, there are still small farmers in France who raise their animals in a respectful and qualitative approach. Unfortunately, 80% of the meat consumed in France comes from large farms, many of which are foreign. See article from Le Parisien (4/06/2018)

Sunday, September 6, 2020 – Catherine – Thought for the day | Hello Sir, I believe that philosophy can save a life and I believe that Mr Spinoza did not write by chance “not to mock, not to lament, not to hate, but to UNDERSTAND”. So thank you because for me, but that only engages me, if you, you wrote the miracle of Spinoza maybe one day, we will write the miracle Lenoir.

Thursday, September 3, 2020 – Michèle – Thank you  | Hello Frédéric, just to tell you that you bring me the best in this life, one of the few with Nicolas who give me hope. I like to hear you say what I think deep inside myself because I am considered a utopian! It's hard to live peacefully in this world. Like Nicolas, I have no filter and I feel everything. Thank you both, I will read your latest book. Keep fighting, we are with you! Best regards

Thursday, September 3, 2020 – Françoise Mementomori – claude.gil[at]dbmail.com  | Weird all these compliments. M. Lenoir annoys me prodigiously with his cheap optimism; all that was missing was his collaboration with the wealthy Corsican Hulot; yet he seems sincere to me; he believes what he says, on repeat now and on all the media; not a good sign. I am going to read the “consolation of the angel”… So the existential question: the meaning of life? There are not any ; a sperm meets an egg, sometimes in a so-called act of love, sometimes just for some sex, sometimes, alas, in a rape, even in the case of marriage… See JD's “Biology of Passions” vincent. What is love about? but hey, we all believed it. A child is born “and the family circle applauds”. Well let's see… what are we going to offer to these little ones who didn't ask for anything? The beauty of nature that cannot be denied except when it rebels and kills. A world where you will have to fight at school, at work when you find one despite a baccalaureate plus 5, a world where you kill for religions...

Thursday July 30, 2020 – Martine – Meditation  | Hello Frédéric for several months I meditate almost every day with your CD, it does me a lot of good, your voice as well as the choice of each word and music is just PERFECT. Consolation is a real upheaval with each listening… Thank you very much 🙏

Wednesday, July 29, 2020 – Pierre – My thanks |
Dear Mr. Lenoir, I have just finished your book "La consolation de l'ange" and I authorize myself, even if I imagine that your schedule must be very full, to write to you to send you this thank you for the beautiful moments that you have given me with this reading. This is also true for your other works which have allowed me to develop my thinking, I who have not pursued studies other than as an autodidact concerned with raising myself spiritually. I am over 80 years old and the approach of the end of my existence is an evidence that I cannot exclude.
Your reading will certainly help me pass the mirror more serenely. Thanks again for that. I am writing to you while listening to “Allegri's miserere” and I have tears in my eyes. That shouldn't surprise you… for that too thank you. I wish you all the best in the world. Rock.

Tuesday, July 28, 2020 – Marie-Amélie – Philosophizing with children | What a great discovery this book is… Which will allow me to talk about philosophy with my daughters… If only I were comfortable with the subject… I would have enjoyed carrying out these workshops like you with the children of the school of piece. I'm sure it would give them confidence. In any case, you made me want to go deeper and read your other books. Thank you

Saturday July 25, 2020 – Marie – Thank you  | Good evening, I just wanted to thank you for your writings. I discovered you with The Spinoza Miracle and the magnificent ideas that this book contains. I just finished “Live!” and I appreciated the benevolence of these pages. Thank you for your style of writing which is simply pleasant and for all that your works bring to a life. Thank you for your commitments, especially to animals.

Saturday July 25, 2020 – Jean Michel – Thanks | Having read some of your works, particularly those on the subject of religion, I would like to thank you for their writing. I have just read L e Christ philosopher which gives a reading and a view of Jesus that seems right to me. As well as an interpretation of the biblical writings from which emanates a tolerance, and an open-mindedness that I appreciate. Being a believer myself, but somewhat dissenting with the churches. I find comfort and confirmation of thoughts that have crossed my mind for a long time… I dare to hope, and even believe that you are inspired by the holy spirit. Thank you again and good luck

Sunday July 19, 2020 – Citoyenhmida – The Angel of Consolation | I am 76 years old and I had greatly appreciated L'Oracle della Luna ... just as I infinitely respect your work as a philosophy pedagogue... So I read your last novel: at my age, it seemed to me a little light but you know how to present things so well… I gave it to my goddaughter who is 22 years old to read: she read it with infinite pleasure and she disturbed me a hundred and once for such or such precision… She begins today The Spinoza Miracle…

Saturday July 18, 2020 – Claude – Spinoza | Hello, I have just finished Le Miracle Spinoza . Curiously, I make a connection with the work of Jean E. Charon (1920-1998). From 1960, Jean Charon resumed Einstein's Theories by complex numbers; endowed with a real part and an imaginary part (by the negative square root, denoted “i”). Everything is made up of complex electrons. It is the “thinking electron”. Its real part (matter) is subject to destructive entropy, and its imaginary part is “the Aeon”, “the Spirit”, growing continuously by negentropy. At death, the Aeon subsists, joins the Cosmos and the Primitive Aeon, named God, enriched by all the experiences of the Universe: "I have lived 15 billion years", "I am in the Universe , I am the Universe”. Thus, we can bring the real part of the electron closer to Spinoza's “Nature naturée”, and the Aeon, to his “Nature naturante”. By another way, Jean Charon joins in a certain way, the thought of Spinoz

Monday, July 13, 2020 – Delphine – The consolation of the angel, a reading gem | Hello Mr. Lenoir, I have just swallowed your novel La consolation de l'ange . Thank you for this wonderful novel, it moved me deeply, in a good way. Throughout the pages I was streaming with tears. As a confirmation of what I feel daily, (thank you Blanche!) without being able to put the words. When a reading takes you so emotionally, it's wonderful, it touched your heart, it's pure happiness! I like to read you and reread you, thank you, reading the beautiful things you write is a real remedy for feeling good. Good for you

Wednesday, July 8, 2020 – Ludovic – Acknowledgments | Good evening, I have just finished The Oracle della Luna . What a reading pleasure with this novel which combines medieval romance and spirituality. I rediscovered the initiatory journey of the young knight in Roger Mauge's novel “the unfaithful knight” with an added mystical dimension. I just wanted to thank you. Lay member of a baptismal team in my parish and having participated in 2 WYD with John Paul 2, I also stayed twice in Nepal to meet Buddhism and your books indirectly participate in my personal journey with God.

Friday, June 26, 2020 – René – The consolation of the angel | Good evening to you, first of all, I have read several of your works which I really liked, with a “small” preference for the Oracle della Luna , which I have read several times. Your very clear interventions on television programs were appreciated. Too bad we don't see you more often. My approach is as follows, with great respect. In the book cited in subject, I take the liberty of telling you that Victor Hugo did not go into exile in Jersey, but in Guernsey. This does not prevent me from saying that it is a work full of sensitivity, between a generation which wishes to leave with humility after having suffered so much in its flesh, and the rising one, which has everything to learn from life. Receive the admiration of a reader and continue to make us dream.

Monday, June 22, 2020 – Sarah – Thank you | Hello, this little message to tell you that I have read a lot of your books and that you are a person who inspires me a lot. Your latest book “Living in an Unpredictable World” is a timeless, soothing book. Thank you 🙂 Looking forward to reading your next books…

Monday, June 22, 2020 – Martine – Thank you  | Mr. Lenoir, thank you for all these lessons that rock me and guide me now. Thank you for your charisma, your humility, your commitment in this world especially towards the little ones who will be the adults of tomorrow. Thank you simply for helping us to evolve and grow. Hoping to meet you in Quebec in the near future.

Thursday, June 4, 2020 – Alix – Thanks | Dear Frederic. I wish you a happy birthday with a day of delay. My intention was to congratulate you and at the same time to thank you for your treasure novel The Oracle della Luna , thanks to which I spent a wonderful confinement. See you soon, sometime somewhere and always with this immense joy. Good for you!

Monday, May 25, 2020 – Marie – Wonderful novel  | Hello Monsieur Lenoir, I have just finished your novel ' La consolation de l'Ange ' which literally overwhelmed me. This ode to life, to death, to happiness, deeply touched me by its accuracy of tone, which obviously echoes my own convictions and feelings. You also made me want to reread the poetry of Victor Hugo, and Baudelaire among others… I have already read some of your works in which I find peace and comfort. Thank you for all this!!!! I would like our policies to be inspired by your wisdom, maybe we could see a fairer and less cruel world...

Thursday, May 21, 2020 – French | I've only been reading you since confinement and I'm enjoying it... And thanks to you, I'm discovering Spinoza. Thank you.

Friday, May 8, 2020 – Myriam – The Consolation of the Angel | Hello, I read your book “La consolation de l'ange”, and I was especially inspired by the references to Hugo and Allegri. So I'm going to reread Hugo's poetry – I remember very well the poem “with trees” that you quote -, and I was a little disappointed by Allegri. I would therefore like to share with you a piece of music in the same vein, which you surely know, it is the Cherubim hymn by Tchaikovsky (here is the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SZQzW_QfPew ) which I find upsetting. Thank you for your works, but I admit that I prefer your conferences which speak to me more. Best wishes.

Saturday, May 2, 2020 – Isabel Mendes – A tiny thought | Very, very dear Frédéric, the discovery of your thought, through your writings or your conferences, fills me with joy. I finally understand the attachment of the disciples to their master and the happiness that you can experience by seeing Spinoza. Thank you for your light

Thursday, April 30, 2020 – Line (line.bouchard99[at]videotron.ca) – Thanks | Thank you Frédéric Lenoir for transmitting your wisdom and your light. I read your book L'Âme du monde just before the Covid 19 lockdown... it seems that the message of this book is a premonition to what humanity is currently experiencing... I read it a second time... these messages guide me and inspire me… Once again Thank you

Wednesday, April 29, 2020 – phibaudin[arobase]yahoo.fr – Thank you | I have just finished your book Christ the Philosopher and I have finally found in it the echo of my spiritual quest, which I had never found in the principles of the traditional Church. This book had been lying around in my library for a long time, I liked its title, then I forgot about it. I rediscovered it with confinement. How modern, just and beautiful is the message of Christ! I want to read the Gospels now.

Wednesday, April 29, 2020 – Nathalie – Thanks | Discovering your book The Soul of the World "by chance", in a particular socio-political-sanitary context, your Wisdom enlightens my path already strewn with spirituality and inner realizations. What a joy to also discover The Consolation of the Angel , The Healing of the World and to hear revealing truths (during your conference on 14/01/2018) including that on the duality between joy and sadness in connection with the study of Spinoza through your understanding. In short, I discover you as an author illuminating the path of many of which I am a part. For this THANK YOU 🙏🌈

Sunday April 12, 2020 – Isabelle – The Consolation of the Angel |
On this very special Easter day, bathed in Allegri's Miserere, I have just released the hand of Blanche and Hugo, both brought back to life after terrible suffering. This magnificent book comes at the right time, there is no "chance" indeed: little by little, after an accident that occurred in 2016, I hope to be on this path of resilience, accompanied by the consolation of the angel ! “The whole path of life is to pass from unconsciousness to consciousness and from fear to love”.
Magnificent work, a hymn to life, to love, to poetry: Victor Hugo, Baudelaire and the contemporary poet Christian Bobin, I am moved, grateful: congratulations and thank you to you, Frédéric Lenoir.

Saturday, April 11, 2020 – Giga amoroso – Thank you for the contacts with “Journey to the Edge of Consciousness |
The value of silence Why these noises all around me
To understand the notion of existence?
While luckily my simple absence
Sometimes without noise guides my choices.

Despite the hardships, my differences
No tears or ecstasy would make sense,
If obviously my joys come from my confidence
My happiness is very often appreciated in silence.

Such modest happiness

A single rose under my roof,
Puts my heart in turmoil,
But even more, the first smile of a child
Snuggled up tenderly, greedy within a mother!

I love so much the indefinable happiness
Of really listening only with the heart,
Of feeling this divine music
Invading my beautiful, so modest soul.

Thursday, April 9, 2020 – Francesca – The Consolation of the Angel |
Dear Frédéric, I read your novel The Angel of Consolation (I like everything about angels)
. I want to tell you that your characters touched me deeply.
Blanche and Hugo's relationship, their secrets and above all the love they discovered for each other.
This mutual acceptance but also this great need to confide in each other, to welcome each other and to console each other.
Hugo's distress allowed me to connect to mine.
3 years old I was hospitalized for a lymph node operation, during this stay, I was abused by a hospital employee.
I never managed to get in touch with this experience, it was buried deep inside me until I read your novel.
When Hugo reveals his sad secret to Blanche, I was in contact with mine and the valves opened. I finally managed to cry and release this great sorrow that was always present in me. Through your writings there is a lot of healing happening, thank you.

Tuesday, April 7, 2020 – Roberta – Thank you very much | Hello Mr. Frédéric Lenoir, I live in Lombardy, the region of Italy most affected by the coronavirus and today I simply want to say thank you.

Monday, April 6, 2020 – Philippe – The Angel's Promise | Hello Sir, The confinement conducive to reading allows you to take the time. I savor your novel co-written with Violette Cabesos “The promise of the angel”. I will no longer see Mont Saint-Michel with the same lightness but enlightened by your pages and this beautiful story between Moïra and Roman. Thank you for this high-flying novel. Good for you

Monday, April 6, 2020 – Géraldine – Evaluations | The current situation asks us to face change, and acceptance. Like a bubble of oxygen, your messages deconfine me, as the sculptor manages to remove from his statue everything that does not look like the beauty he is looking for. And here I am face to face with a dilemma. I have to manage the school follow-up of my 10-year-old child and I realize my helplessness in the face of his boredom. The “it would be enough for the teachers to do like this or like that for the child to be perfect” left me well… It is while hearing you on Spinoza, that a glimmer crosses me: is desire the driving force? action? It would therefore suffice to find his angle of desire for his motivation to be at its maximum. No more need for assessments that rank or downgrade entire generations. All children have abilities within them. Just address the desire first and not the skill. I have an experiment to conduct. Thank you

Monday, April 6, 2020 – Brigitte – The Consolation of the Angel |
Hello, I have just read your latest book and I remembered my NDE experienced at 19 years old. I am 63 years old today and I confirm that God is Love and that as long as the exercise is not understood in his Heart, then he represents himself again and again. When I was out of body, I was part of a collective consciousness and, although I would have preferred to stay, I understood and accepted to come back because I had other things to do. And every day I reconnect to this infinite Love to nourish myself and share with visible and invisible creation. I understood that what man has created, for good or for bad, he is responsible for it and can, or must, change it for the greatest good of all. Thank you Frédéric for sharing your writings. Sincerely, Brigitte

Saturday April 4, 2020 – Sugundhi – The Consolation of the Angel | It's been a year since I've been looking in the books of Frédéric Lenoir for leads on romantic relationships and finally I have them in this novel! This book also addresses other subjects such as the meaning of life, death, happiness, religion, near-death experiences, family secrets... Reading it interested me a lot and brought me even if the beginning of the novel seemed naive and unrealistic to me: Hugo, who is coming out of a painful experience, agrees to discuss with Blanche from the start and without reserve... I know many young people of this age, including my children, and they would have been rather reluctant and “grouch”…

Friday, March 27, 2020 – dominique.landrin[at]orange.fr – Thanks | Your warm and caring message touched me a lot. Your words and your writings are bearers of hope, humanity, serenity. Take care of yourself. Respectfully.

Friday, March 27, 2020 – Jean-Philippe | Dear Frédéric, thank you for this great moment of emotion that you were able to convey through “La consolation de l'ange”.

Wednesday, March 25, 2020 – Corinne | My family, my friends call you my darling… and yes! I have been reading you with joy for all these years… THANK YOU for writing, for expressing so precisely what I feel, what I live modestly when I thought I was alone in my universe. Yippee!! Full of light and long live your creativity… THANK YOU

Wednesday, March 18, 2020 – madameT1963[at]gmail.com – Gratitude… |
Thank you so much for having this gift and for sharing it with the world. May you be happy
May you be well
May you be safe

Sunday March 15, 2020 – Jean-Louis | Hello Sir, if I come here today, it is to say THANK YOU! Yes, “The Angel of Consolation” saved my life, yes really! At the edge I was, and by the end of the reading I was up, alive and wanting to live. thank you

Friday, March 6, 2020 – alanpuech[at]orange.fr – Happiness… | Thank you for Dense but never boring happiness. You can be on the heights and yet accessible. Congratulations from Font Romeu where I ski with my grandsons.

Thursday, March 5, 2020 – Thiphaine – Gratitude | Hello, I knew Frédéric Lenoir by name. I first discovered it on video, thank you Facebook! My mom gave me “The Consolation of the Angel”, what a wonderful gift. For 10 years, I evolve in personal development, I grow and have traveled a beautiful and rich path. I devoured this novel, felt so many emotions, realized how in tune I am with this vision of being and of the world. Thanks to life, thanks to Frédéric for this gift. I wish you a beautiful day full of smiles and gratitude.

Monday, February 10, 2020 – Mounia | Hello Mr Lenoir, I read your last novel "La consolation de l'ange", both moving but it is also a very beautiful book, while reading it I even found myself in other of your works such as as "Wisdom explained to those who seek it" or "The Spinoza miracle". For my part, I would say of this novel “an ode to life or even to love”, simply sublime. Cheer. Soon, I attack "Meditate with an open heart".

Sunday January 12, 2020 – Roger – The consolation of the angel | Frédéric, I see you again in this idyllic novel which completes Le noir d'une Blanche by reminding me that a half note is worth two quarter notes, especially in angelic music. Am convinced that man is a spiritual being engaged in a temporary incarnation as “God” in Jesus Christ, son of Man-son of God. This incarnation is political, social, etc., dependent on our freedom. The ideal world is to be built day by day, patiently and modestly.

Sunday January 5, 2020 – Isabelle Le miracle de Spinoza, presentation in Crans-Montana | I just discovered you. Three days ago, I didn't know you. I listened to your presentation at Montagn'Arts in January 2018, in Crans-Montana, entitled "The Miracle of Spinoza". You cannot imagine the impact your words had on me. I am 61 years old. At 5 years old, I said almost everything Spinoza said, without knowing it. And I screamed when the adults around me tried to convince me otherwise. Alone screaming, I finally gave up and embraced their life of sadness to survive. Your words have such an effect on me that I feel like my life is beginning and I'm not alone anymore. A simple thank you does not manage to express all my gratitude.

Friday, January 3, 2020 – Fabienne – Thanks | My companion gave me “The consolation of the angel” at Christmas.
Coincidence, he told me... I don't believe it; it corresponds perfectly to what I have experienced and what I have been discovering for some time. Obviously just want to share it and thank Frédéric Lenoir for everything he produces and contributes. Both children and adults of all ages!

Sunday, December 29, 2019 – Gigi amoroso The Consolation of the Angel | My tribute to life on our beautiful Earth and to act by yourself.

“To melt into her

Feel in you all this energy,
Preserve your true nature, the life,
Beauty of each morning which revives
The soft solar glow on your shores.

At the highest but will never be too much,
Your hands rise from the waves to the sky,
Free you, collect the purest of waters,
To finally be reborn and melt you into it.

Why this love of then in exegesis
Is at the origin of such serious uneasiness?
Out of fidelity to your universal land
But perpetuating his work, solemn mystery,

Your being in search of happiness
Among the grief-stricken and weeping crowd,
Forces you to move forward, to believe in your sister
In the purity of the spirit, of the heart.

It is thus your only way out at the time
of passing time, with all its lures,
its desires, its very deceptive fantasies,
because your soul will know how to dominate your fear.

Tuesday, December 24, 2019 – fc.harmonie at free.fr The Consolation of the Angel | A little acrostic for your book which I loved and which I am giving to my daughter for Christmas…

The meeting is fortuitous between Blanche and Hugo
So enjoy this beautiful novel!

Each of the characters contributes their thoughts.
Offering a lot of advice, Blanche is going to leave
Having little time and love to give…
Under Hugo's spell, sad but surviving,
We are going to discover her, quick to console him;
The way of life is to perpetuate
With delicacy one's past emotions,
To transmit the wisdom of accumulated years
illuminate a soul in chiseled words,
Where the gaze of the other will be enlightened
Nourished by what leads to bliss.

From the twilight of Blanche to the future of Hugo
Between these upturns, what a marvelous duo!

The author of this book, really worth a visit

On the threshold of the vigil, like a real
Christmas troubadour is at your feet and on this happy day,
bet that Frédéric Lenoir will say "Hello"
And invite you to move... from fear to love...

Sunday, December 15, 2019 – André The SPINOZA miracle | Hello, after The Consolation of the Angel , I have just read “The Spinoza Miracle”. I had already read books on Spinoza but too complex readings. This time, thanks to your book, reading seemed much more accessible to me. In fact, I read the novel “The secret”, another great novel. A great story about values. Exactly the kind of novel that I love. Ah… what a beautiful story even if a little sad! I hope you will keep this style and that you will continue to tell us great stories. Thank you.

Sunday, December 15, 2019 – Leya Open heart meditation | Hello, I have just finished your book Meditating with an Open Heart . A priori, I meditated without knowing it for a very long time but your book brings me a new look to go further; I specify that I am a positive person despite all the vagaries of life, surrounded by animals since my youngest age.

Friday, December 13, 2019 – Jean-Jacques The Consolation of the Angel | Wonderful work! Virtually all of the concepts and/or ideas that today can advance each of us towards our inner freedom (which, accompanied by benevolence and compassion, is the guide to our outer freedom) are discussed there. What a long and magnificent journey you have taken to write such an attractive, light, soothing and instructive text at the same time. May your book be read by the greatest world and tickle the curiosity of its readers. Make them want to know more. Give them the courage, the strength to continue to improve and thereby improve us all. Bravo and thank you, simply.

Friday, November 15, 2019 – André The consolation of the angel | Sir, I wanted to thank you for introducing me to your book “The Consolation of the Angel”. I am 70 years old, I lived a very heavy past since my childhood. My uprooted story, anchored in my memory, resurfaces too often. I read some books by other authors, thinking I would find answers. For the first time in my life I read a book in 2 days and this book really touched and moved me. Your novel “The Consolation of the Angel” made me cry. Then I confirm that the “angel of consolation” really exists. Yes there is something after I confirm it. Again thanks to you. I would be happy to follow you, even to read other works… Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Monday, November 4, 2019 – Olbro The Divine Miracle Spinoza | Dear Monsieur Lenoir, you should offer your book to all Christian priests. Your friend Spinoza and you managed to make me understand in a few hours the message of Christ, from which the Catholic Church had managed to distance me little by little in forty years. Thank you for this divine read!

Friday, October 4, 2019 – Roger Book L'Oracle della Luna | Hello Frédéric Lenoir, I have just finished this book which thrilled me with its content, everything I learned from it, for the fascinating plot, for everything concerning other religions, for the sensitivity, the tolerance that I perceive it. I heard you at a conference in Friborg at Saint Michel College, also on TV several times. I have read several of your books, among others the one concerning philosophy with school children. I am sensitive to it because I have been a teacher with great pleasure, especially with children with learning difficulties. I express my deep gratitude to you for all your sharing which pushes me forward. With my deep emotion.

Monday, September 9, 2019 – Sandrine Thank you | I discovered your work by reading your work on Spinoza and I had the good surprise to learn about your association Together with the animals , I who am committed according to my means in several of them; I also discovered your books on wisdom and happiness; Thank you again it's good to know that there are people like you.

Monday, September 2, 2019 – Patricia Heart of Crystal | I have just finished reading “Crystal Heart”, a real jewel rich in messages and reflections of wisdom! This tale, whose subject is the quest and the fear of love, melted my heart (crystal?!?)! 😉

Tuesday, August 27, 2019 – Jacqueline Your book “La Sagesse” | Frederic Lenoir, hello. It was on the television program C dans l'air that I met you. I then read a certain number of your writings such as: “The Spinoza Miracle”, “The Healing of the World”, “The New Communities”, “The Philosopher Christ”, “Small Treatise on Interior Life”, “On Happiness a philosophical journey”, all of them have brought me a lot in my search for progress and evolution. The last “La Sagesse” enchanted me, very educational, very documented and above all “ready to use” for those who wish to try to access the “wisdom” vast “art of life” or “to make their life a art". It is as close as possible to what I aspire to, I immersed myself in it by reading many passages. In short, a real happiness and congratulations for your way of writing. Many thanks for what you share. I am interested in the bioanalogy of Jean-Philippe Brébion and I found similarities of approaches. Thank you, Jacqueline C

Saturday August 24, 2019 – Talitha The Spinoza Miracle | Attention magic book 🙂 for those who seek to heal their soul, get out of sadness, open this book!! I stumbled upon it, thinking it was "just philosophy" and well, I'm overwhelmed by what I received in spirit, it's a beautiful soul who powerfully transmitted a real cure to through his healing word... I met 2 angels: Spinoza and Frédéric Lenoir <3

Saturday August 17, 2019 – Marie-Pierre Thank you | A big thank you for having accompanied me in a complicated period of my life and for having opened up very beautiful perspectives to me thanks to the reading of “The power of joy”.

Monday, August 12, 2019 – Fredou Universal response | Hello, I would like to thank you for the quality of your work, Du bonheur . This was a mine of incredible information about the vision of happiness and these currents of thought. I would recommend this book to everyone around me, so that they themselves can find their answers.

Tuesday, July 23, 2019 – Andrea The Soul of the World, what a wonder | I wanted to thank you for the masterpiece that is the Soul of the world . You have put into words everything that I feel in the depths of my heart, and have never been able to formulate so clearly, included in myself! What an incredible testimony of peace, happiness, meaning! This book must be distributed to the entire planet. Not being clever with my words, I just hope to show you how much this book touched me, upset me, how much it bears witness to everything in which I believe. This is the first time that I allow myself to violate the sanctity of a book and to highlight all the passages that challenged me, to take notes, and to "map" the messages that I want to remember and that are really principles by which I want to live. Thank you, it was a real connection with the Soul of the world to read you!

Sunday, June 30, 2019 – Vicky Gratitude | Hello Mr. Lenoir, a quick note to show you all my gratitude for the wonderful meditations in Méditer à cœur Ouvert . They give me great well-being and inner peace. Your voice, your teachings, the music and the themes covered are magnificent. Thank you very much for your great wisdom and generosity! Namaste!

Friday, June 28, 2019 – Trypto5927 The colors of the rainbow: Green of rage for the environment, Red of anger for dangerous drugs, Blue of anger for our polluted water… | Hello, I would like to react on the subject of the powerful pharmaceutical and agri-food lobbies which are poisoning our planet and our country, killing us slowly and on tryptophan, one of the 8 essential amino acids in the human diet. It governs our physical and mental health and yet we are all deficient in it from birth and throughout our lives. I am a mother of 4 children and since 2010, I have been working as a kindergarten teacher with children aged 3 to 6 years old. I am amazed and very sad to see that our students are constantly sick from September to the end of the current school year...

Sunday, June 23, 2019 – Marie José Your book “the healing of the world” | Hello, just a few words to tell you that I really liked your book “The Healing of the World”. Very interesting, it held my attention until the last word. This book really leaves a trace in my interior. I will need time to be able to digest it, but I already feel that many of the messages have reached me. Thank you for this sincere and powerful contribution which, in a way, opened my mind to “other worlds”. The word “world” made me decide to read it. I made an exhibition which bears the title “the world turns”. Thank you again for transmitting so many positive things “to the world”. I feel that yet another world has opened up in me.

Monday, June 17, 2019 – Pascal Mindfulness article How would Frédéric Lenoir and more incidentally the new age guides of the SEVE Foundation, or even the “fully aware” journalists of the magazine Le Monde des Religions, position themselves, on reading the recent article in the Guardian (June 14), entitled “The mindfullness conspiracy? ”? The subject of this article is curiously in line with my initial critical approach to these “unscientific” techniques (as Jon Kabat-Zinn concedes), which tend to evacuate any political protest from citizens in a supposed state of “full awareness” (candid and passive ). This fashion also strangely stigmatizes, according to an arbitrary a priori, ordinary stress (healthy reaction of the psyche to an aggressive context) as a pathology to be treated by a therapeutic technique. Thank you in advance for your clarification.

Thursday, May 30, 2019 – malula Meditate with an open heart | I simply wanted to tell you how much I appreciate your book “Méditer à coeur cœur open”, the CD of meditations makes me live moments very rich in emotions, thank you.

Tuesday, May 7, 2019 – Gigi amoroso For my soul brother | Little thought of my night
“In joy

Year after year,
Our soul reveals itself,
Among the broken hearts,
It ignores and rebels.

It is the sky that interests him,
Very high in pure joy,
Where time no longer counts,
Love as the only virtue,

She completes her journey,
In the hope of a return
To her very first age,
Her creation of a day.

Friday, May 3, 2019 – A European observing your country Call for calm | Wouldn't it be time for French people who believe in the virtues of reason, temperance of emotions, reflection and who understand the serious risks of the thoughtless action of a crowd in hatred and anger, time for these French people to mobilize to dare to address the yellow vests who continue to demonstrate, thus cultivating hatred and inadequate ideas about the causes of their situation. What good are the beautiful books on peace, the cult of meditation if those convinced of these ways of seeing do not dare to publicly question the relevance of the opinions expressed by the yellow vest demonstrators by addressing them not to disqualify them but to invite them to rediscover a capacity to think and to live other than as poor victims?

Monday, April 22, 2019 – Séphora – Testimony | The Soul of the World!!! I don't think I really find words or probably not the right words to express what I felt throughout this reading. I have never read a book so quickly, in 3 times, which is a feat for me who hardly reads. But what happiness. This book should be on the National Education program. The whole planet should read it. thank you so much

Sunday April 21, 2019 – perrin.toinin[at]gmail[dot]com – Philosophy workshops at school | Beautiful initiative of F. Lenoir that these philosophical workshops! However, be aware that this practice is more common at school than it seems. As a teacher, I practiced it throughout my career. Anyway, children, naturally, question and react which gives rise to a permanent debate and not only on philosophical questions. The understanding of a literary text, the different methods for solving a mathematical problem, the strategies to be implemented to win a sports match, at every moment the debate takes place and, together, the most suitable and understandable solutions are validated. by the group. To learn is not only to swallow knowledge, it is also and above all to be able to have an opinion, to learn to defend it, to listen and to respect that of others. In short, the obsession of a teacher must, in my opinion, be placed in a permanent search for access to autonomy for all his students.

Sunday, April 21, 2019 – Roberta – Once again, thank you | When this morning Papa Francesco said that we must become “peacemakers”, I thought of you and of all the good that you do for us with your books and I want to share my thoughts with you. A few months ago, I wrote that all efforts to aspire to deep and lasting joy and happiness were a vain search… In 2017, I had to face an extremely painful event. After a long period of total closure, today despite my many weaknesses, thanks to prayer, thanks to the reading of your marvelous books, thanks to your vision of life (which I have made mine), I have the strength to try to accept life as it is with its trials and pains and with awareness, I thank it every day. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Tuesday, April 2, 2019 – Burgenpsy – The Soul of the World: About Introspection | Hello, I am finishing reading this book and – as a psychoanalyst – I was struck by the passage on the need for the work of introspection which is – this is how I receive it – a plea for the work that I realize with my patients.
So I took the liberty of quoting a few sentences from this passage in my blog, citing – of course – the bibliographical reference. Thank you for this text which – originally had been offered to my wife – which I took the time to read between two writings by Freud and his disciples, which convinced me of my orientation Jocelyne Beguery time to be able to digest it, but I already feel that many messages have reached me. Thank you for this sincere and powerful contribution which, in a way, opened my mind to “other worlds”.
The word “world” made me decide to read it. I have just done an exhibition which bears the title “the world turns”. Thank you again for transmitting so many positive things “to the world”. I still feel that another world has opened up in me.

Sunday, March 3, 2019 – Cathia – Thanks | Here I have just finished reading your book “Wisdom explained to those who seek it”, I still appreciate the energy that emerges from your writings. I liked the relevance of the questions, the richness of the quotes, the humor and the sincerity throughout the pages. Finally, I was particularly moved by the last part “The wisdom of children”. A big thank-you

Friday, February 15, 2019 – Samia – The Angel's Message | Good evening, this is the first time that I write for someone who writes for me. I haven't finished your book The Angel's Promise . This morning, taking the train and then the metro, I experienced the torture and death of Moïra, inexorable. And then, when I arrived at the station of my destination, I read with pleasure and against all odds that Roman kept his word in the last moments of his life. I spent, after these events, fictitious as they are, a day full of questions about carnal love, not carnal, filial, friendly or the other, which ultimately boil down to one, namely: ” But what the fuck is this love? It's Friday and I can't wait until Monday and find a seat on the 8:02 train to read more. Reading this book, I have the impression of being seduced and forced at the same time. I have already had this impression while listening to Mozart and his music, which can be as flamboyant as it is intimate in one go. Sami

Friday, February 1, 2019 – Sébastien – Thanks | Hello Frédéric, I'm 34 years old and I've been reading spiritual books for about ten years. I started with Krishnamurti then books on Buddhism and now I am more oriented towards Western spirituality. It is in this context that I started to read you because you build bridges between East and West in your works and it is an angle that I really like. I wanted to thank you because thanks to you, I started to read Pierre Hadot to whom you often refer, reading him was a real revelation for me. His approach to philosophy as a way of life is fascinating and I enjoy reading his works. You allowed me to read people who think like me and thus to feel less alone. Thanks very much !

Saturday January 26, 2019 – Pascale Dor – 4 hours of joy | Just to thank you, a Paris-Toulouse TGV, 4 hours, with Le miracle Spinoza , bought in a kiosk at the station. It echoes so much what I feel, live and think… Just a serious philosophical disagreement, chocolate is necessarily good intrinsically, it cannot be otherwise. So just thank you for so much joy!

Thursday, January 24, 2019 – Laurence – What do we do? | Hello everyone, I would have liked to bring with these few words of the sun. Alas, here is the reality: I intervene in a family called "social case", I am a shrink and also educated to educate who?? I come to the point. My first steps in this family fill me with horror. I see animals: three starving dogs locked in a room, they urinate on the ground, howl to death, they move slowly when they can get out but never outside. I write immediately to the SPA, I challenge the mayor, the municipal police intervene, take pictures, the accommodation is strewn with cockroaches, four children also live there. Two months go by, the cats have been placed. Since then, nothing. I also sent a letter to L'assoc de Brigitte Bardot, 30 million years, nobody can do anything. The proc also and nothing! Who can help me to save these three dogs victims and at the hands of these patients? This story haunts my nights, I can't forget the desperate look of one of the dogs.

Sunday, January 20, 2019 – Jean – Title of canto 7 of the meditation cd | Thank you for the beautiful book and the CD of “Open Heart Meditation”. I would like to know where the beautiful voice and the beautiful song of meditation number 7, which is called "consolation", come from. Thank you for your writings which help us to live better. Jeans

Monday, January 14, 2019 – Laurence | Hello Mr. Lenoir, I did not know your writings and came across “Small treatise on interior life”. In full separation, filled with doubts and anguish in the face of the new life that awaits me, I devoured your book. I think it is a springboard to other equally rewarding readings, and it made me reflect on my own journey. Many thanks for sharing this. Good for you.

Sunday, January 13, 2019 – Fred – Testimony | Hello, I have just finished the book “Open letter to animals…”, after a difficult end to the year 2018 for me, (especially from a psychological point of view). The question of a professional reorientation becomes clearer following this reading, and especially the choice of orientation. Thanks to them and to you.

Wednesday, November 28, 2018 – Diane (dianetremblay53[at]icloud[dot]com) – Purchase of a book | Hello Mr Lenoir. I listened to you on the program Tout le monde en parle in Quebec. I loved listening to you. I bought your book ''Meditation with open heart'' with the CD of 10 meditations. I love it and started the meditations. I am a beginner. Congratulations on this beautiful book. I hope you will make more. I follow you on your site. Hello and thank you again.

Tuesday, November 13, 2018 – Roberta – Thank you Monsieur Lenoir | Hello Monsieur Lenoir, I am Italian, do not write well in French but since I read your books by chance, I am motivated to do so. Your communication skill is a gift. In a world where personal selfishness, superficiality and exteriority prevail, you are a rarity. When I feel the need to disconnect from reality, I take refuge in what you write. I try to assimilate as much as possible the wisdom you believe in, but when I close the book, reality with its good share of pain is something else entirely. I love and believe in God and thank him everyday. The problem is that all existence is an enigma and, even with the effort of reasoning and discernment, with lucidity and attention, with generosity and gratitude, to aspire to supreme joy and deep and lasting happiness is a futile pursuit. The fullness of life is a prerogative of God. Thank you so much.

Monday, November 12, 2018 – Sandie – The Nobel Peace Prizes of October 5, 2018 are… | Hello, occasional reader of your books which I find very interesting on happiness, joy, etc. I wanted to share with you this information which reached my ears a little late: this year's Nobel Peace Prizes are: Nadia Murad and Denis Mukwedge. If you don't know who she is and who he is, do a little research on the internet and you will see… I find them strong and wonderful. What a joy to know that they act to repair the atrocious acts that Man can sometimes commit in certain contexts.

Monday, November 5, 2018 – Danièle – Tampon Conference (Meeting) | Hello, I had the chance on November 2 to attend the conference on “Religion and spirituality” at the University of Le Tampon, which allowed me to finally understand the meaning of each of them. That was my goal, you replied with a smile when I approached you furtively at the end. For a long time, I searched for answers, but without being completely satisfied. Indeed, the people around me who shared their spiritual experience, were not even able to explain it to me, apart from the fact that these are things relating to the spirit. So I've come a long way on this. Your lecture has enlightened me and made me think about it. If religion and spirituality only led to a single goal: the quest for happiness, however fleeting it may be, that this material and selfish world does not bring us? Everyone has to find their reason. Mass materialism in the face of happy sobriety rejects difference and does not understand our convictions. Thank you.

Thursday, October 18, 2018 – Marylene49 – In total harmony with your heart and your thoughts | A big and warm THANK YOU first of all for the Fairy and the Sky who put you on earth Frédéric LENOIR! Self-taught after a humble level of general school culture – almost 69 years old at present – I had the chance to discover you through a number of books that you have written and published. I listened – via YouTube – to a number of conferences where you philosophize on the meaning of life, the favorable direction to give it, the paths to take to achieve it, I was interested in your mentors that you quote, Spinoza and others… With you, I live again, so open-minded you are based on inexhaustible knowledge which has enriched you with all currents of thought from various religions. You are right about proposing to dig deep within oneself to find God and joy there, and to be for others beings of wisdom saying yes to Life, to all that is LIFE. Thank you for the children you are teaching to think. THANK YOU

Wednesday, September 24, 2018 – Pierrette – Emission C Politique (France 5) | I discovered you and I absolutely adored adored. I fully agree and admire you.

Monday, September 15, 2018 – Marianne – Reply to Mélanie | Hello Mélanie, to reply to your message that you sent to Monsieur Lenoir. For your information, I just wanted to tell you that Frédéric Lenoir attaches particular interest to the well-being and support of aging people, and to the mixing of generations since he has been the sponsor for many years of a very beautiful association entitled "Le Pari Solidaire" which precisely meets the needs of young people and seniors whose objective is to develop the supply of housing for students and to fight against the feeling of insecurity of seniors and thus contribute to their maintenance in home as long as possible. Good for you.

Tuesday, September 4, 2018 – Melanie (melanie.vanmuyden@gmail.com) – Death Today | Dear Sir. Currently more than 9% of the French population is aged 75 and over. A novelty in our country which advocates human rights. But it is in fact a population without real rights. Isolated because unable to adapt to the development of technology. It is non-productive and therefore interesting for society. In a rich country with a Christian culture, how should France act to honor its old age? Grant him a beautiful, freely chosen death! URGENT ! Thank you for taking an interest in this burning subject that is incompatible with your youth.

Saturday September 1, 2018 – Carole – The Promise of the Angel | A big thank you for your dedication, for your presence in Morges, and your words... incredible how I find myself in these, these ideas that I share but that I do not know how to express... Thank you for the Little treatise on interior life that brought so much and The Open Letter to Animals … I'm going to embark on The Spinoza Miracle , although I'm not used to literature, but hearing you talk about it made me want to. Take good care of yourself...

Friday, August 31, 2018 – Jean – L'Oracle della luna | What a beautiful work, so rich, abundant, with these long presentations on the three monotheistic religions, astrology, independently of the romantic plot.
Small note: in Algiers, was Cape Matifou called like that before 1830? It is still 28 km from the Kasbah and there were no roads, so an evening seems to me to be a short trip. Then the boat trip from Oran to Toulon for Georges, why not Marseille or even better a port in Spain? Cordially.

Saturday July 28, 2018 – Jacques-Emile ( je.milhau@laposte.net ) – Spinoza | A thousand times thank you for your works/teachings on philosophy and on Spinoza. You illuminate in depth certain essential aspects such as joy and sadness. Let us enter and participate in this school of philosophy with Joy: we will discover there and draw useful wealth from all our activities and experiences.

Wednesday, July 18, 2018 – Isabelle – The Soul of the World | What a beautiful book L'ÂME DU MONDE…. I recently discovered your works M. Lenoir and I started with “Du bonheur, un voyage philosophie” by browsing the shelves of my small and very pleasant village library. This inevitably sharpened my curiosity since I continued with “L'Âme du monde” and what a delight! The tales and illustrations are delicious and lead to essential existential reflections. At 45, there is always time….. Life is indeed made up of many changes. Thank you again looking forward to reading you again 😉

Monday, July 16, 2018 – Richard – The Philosophy of Christ | I have just read this book which fascinated me. Closing it, and flipping through the pages again on the inquisition and other horrors committed in the name of God, I immediately thought of that Woody Allen aphorism “If God exists, I hope he has a good excuse !”. Thank you sir

Sunday, July 1, 2018 – Michel – Commentaries on Spinoza | Accessible and awakening the conscience your work on Spinoza.
He allowed me to discover it. A delight. 1. It seems to me that Spinoza did not personally attain the beatitude he wished for others, unlike Socrates.
Did he live as a hermit? 2. Following your quotes about Jesus, no wonder he was rejected by the Jewish authorities.
Belief in the existence of God remains unresolved. 3. '…acting according to our own nature…' reminds me of the theory of liberal economics: when everyone pursues their individual interest, society achieves its maximum efficiency.
But what are its safeguards against abuse of power and antisocial behavior? Is Spinoza blind to the imperfections of human nature, to the mechanisms of survival? Not all men think like philosophers. Let's come back to earth. Religions, laws, policies aim to protect against this.

Thursday, May 31, 2018 – pascal – Spinoza, the false philosopher | Spinoza appeals to today's bobo public because his caricature of philosophy makes him a forerunner of current pseudoscience authors and other all-out popularizers, who corrupt ideas to turn them into marketing products.

Tuesday, May 29, 2018 – Aurélie – Joy | Hello, I really appreciated your work and your approach in The Power of Joy . It's very pleasant to be able to discuss in a simple and profound way such an essential and universal theme. I find myself in your centers of interest, like many others, which represents in my eyes a beautiful wave of hope. Yours, thank you again 🙂

Saturday April 21, 2018 – stephane.mathieu@afnor.org – Small treatise on inner life: a real “literary therapy” | Hello Frédéric, I am 51 years old and, since the beginning of last year, I have been undergoing chemo treatment for pancreatic cancer. The fight is long, bitter and difficult, but I remain deeply optimistic, confident and determined to achieve this one and only objective: healing 🙂 I discovered by chance (but is it really by chance?) your book “Little treaty interior life” which brought me a whole series of keys and landmarks to advance on my path of life and light. You are a builder of happiness and an assembler of possibilities: I would like to thank you very much for this “literary therapy” which quite simply allowed me to understand what life is.

Thursday, April 12, 2018 – ACB – Acknowledgments | Thank you for “The Spinoza Miracle”; I read your works with pleasure, but there it was a playful joy and a certain appetite. I had been very challenged a long time ago by the works of Damasio, as a doctor, they allowed me other horizons, I got to know Spinoza a little with the work of Yalom, and there delight, thank you to popularize this extraordinary thought. I started your book 3 hours ago and read 3/4. Long live tomorrow!

Monday, April 9, 2018 – AM – Thanks for sharing experience | Hello, I discovered your writings only three and a half years ago. Your writings led me to watch videos (conferences, interviews...) to other readings, to other authors (like Laurent GOUNELLE for example), to one of your conferences last year at LA GARDE (83 ). All this work of understanding over three and a half years and the crossing of points of view with convergences have broken down many locks in me in order to find in me a state of "joy" that I had already had in me there is a very long time but well “polluted” since by external causes. I simply wanted to thank you for having been the trigger for this long work on myself, which is only the beginning of a long journey. Sincerely. AM

Tuesday, April 4, 2018 – Aurélien – The Spinoza Miracle | Thank you for this beautiful, very accessible book which allowed me to discover Spinoza's philosophy and which echoed in me. Very interested in philosophy, this book also triggered my application to become a teacher of philosophy workshops for children. Congratulations for your work, for your actions, for your commitment which gives off a real breath of benevolence.

Wednesday, March 28, 2018 – Isabelle – Spinoza | … hang out with some good friends… and… books… to exchange profound ideas in a beautiful garden: we share the same values.

Tuesday, March 6, 2018 – Hiémale – Nice ! A miracle ! | I never knew where to place myself in this spiritual quest. I ended up siding with an atheist, but I never stopped thinking about God. Does God Exist? I answer willingly, inspired by what EE writes. Schmitt in The Night of Fire : I don't know but I think not. One day, I had dared to call myself a Christian atheist to signify my attachment to Christ on a religious discussion forum. Or again to quote Einstein and his text on cosmic religion during a conference with an assembly of rationalists. Each time I produced the effect of a dog in a bowling game. In other times, I might have had the stake as my destiny. However, I've always wanted to believe that there could be another path already mapped out. So many thanks for enlightening me the way/voice of Spinoza. [Not easy to have only a thousand characters to pass a thousand thanks..]

Monday, March 5, 2018 – Annedc – Joy video | I totally agree with you on the culture of joy. For my part, I wanted to testify on this subject as well. To tell the truth, after an accumulation of numerous family problems which led me to leave home when I was a student, I quite consciously made sure, after my departure, to create a new life. And I remember repeating a nice phrase in my head: “You're going to create positive memories for yourself now. That way, when you are sad in the future, you will lean on them”. I don't know where it came from, it's a force that I had to maintain very often, and not without difficulty, but which has borne fruit. Thank you.

Sunday March 4, 2018 – Liline – Commentary on the Spinoza miracle | Hello, enchanted by the correspondence that you make between writing, by Spinoza, and painting, by Vermeer… reading this brings to me at the same time, and in a disturbing way, the light of the brass instruments of JB's music Lully….a perfect triad to elevate our soul. Thank you for the enrichment given by your writings.

Friday, March 2, 2018 – François – Even further | Reading your works, we understand your popularity. You very naturally transmit your love of life and people. It is pleasant but also stimulating to discover a writing so curious about these new pages, we expect to be surprised. And yet, you express it yourself, criticism tickles you on this popularity, this famous “popularization” of the thought of currents and authors not necessarily accessible. This extension, I find it famous! You awaken in us readers the desire to grow a little, by going to discover these breaches opened in our daily culture. But from the first chapters of Nietzsche or Epicurus, I get discouraged. Ultimately, what I'm looking for in your work is not the thought of other authors or the universal thought that you know how to extract, but the invitation to openness beyond our mechanisms. Let's go "even further with you", beyond our mechanisms and your university culture.

Monday, February 26, 2018 – Raynald – Atheist Spinoza? | I salute your luminous presentation of Spinoza's thought. You certainly did not write it from an opportunist perspective, because it is probably the philosopher most opposed to the intellectual postures currently in vogue. Obviously, Spinoza cannot arouse the interest of religious, atheists or agnostics. The first have it only for faith and the more or less blind acceptance of a revelation. The latter do not want to know anything about God. The third experience an absolute revulsion for all metaphysics, which they constantly decree is beyond. Now Spinoza was in love with a God who has nothing to do with faith and whose existence he attempts to demonstrate with the rational rigor of a geometer. I would have some thoughts to make on Spinoza's alleged atheism, but, for lack of space, I could not copy them here...

Thursday, February 22, 2018 – Christiane – Testimony | Thank you to Frédéric Lenoir for his commitment to children and for these many initiatory books which allow us to become aware of the values of existence and encourage us to work together for a better world.

Wednesday, February 21 – Roger – Thank you! | Just a brief message to thank you for the accuracy of your works. Your book “Small Treatise on Inner Life” is my bedside book, which I reread regularly, and which brings me so much with each reading. Today is my birthday, the first gift I give myself is to say Thank you 🙂 and the second will be to give me your book on Spinoza. Continue to share with us your knowledge and your kindness Mr Lenoir! Good day to you !

Sunday, February 18, 2018 – Alain – Satisfaction | I have just finished “God” it is a mine to be exploited, I will return there. You are agnostic of deist tendencies, it is your right and I even think dogmatically (rationally) that one can only be agnostic. I do you justice. Personally, I'm an atheist, but that's not a problem. I had discovered, very belatedly, that Jean d'Ormesson was also an agnostic. I loved. I realized that I could not prove my atheism. We are all believers in everything, in nothing, no matter what. Spirituality, the life of the spirit, is important to me, and I go so far as to speak of the God of the Atheists, without obviously knowing how to define him.

Sunday, February 4, 2018 – Mila – Synchronicity | Hello, I was a Spinozist, I didn't know it, thank you for letting me discover it. I share almost all your ideas except on synchronicity. I really like Wagner even though he was anti-semitic but there will always be something that bothers me in the background when I listen to his music. As for Jung, he was racist towards Africans and anti-Semitic. I don't think music can be racist, words can. As far as synchronicity is concerned: out of 200 people who fly, some will dream that it will crash. Almost all planes do not crash, so there is no synchronicity. And when unfortunately a plane crashes and a survivor had dreamed of this accident, can we speak of synchronicity? Human beings are hyperactive and thousands of thoughts run through them which leads to incredible hazards. We do not know the meaning of our life, we are born, we reproduce, we die, we serve nature. Believe in…

Friday, January 26, 2018 – Socratic – Spinoza | Thank you, Monsieur Lenoir, for your contribution to the wonder of the world. Thanks to you, I finally discovered Spinoza as a man and as a visionary. It is because of who you are and what you do that I decided to find out more about this philosopher. Like you, I don't like his view of women or animals. Nor do I subscribe to his absolute rationalism. However, what lucidity, what openness and what intuition! Your book made me want to read Ethics reviewed and rewritten by Bruno Giuliani. Finally, thank you for your humanist commitment, a reflection of your support for the man you describe as the greatest philosopher of all time.

Monday, January 15, 2018 – Corine – Masters of life Psycho mag | I am a CP mistress. The first time I found myself in a class, I was 18 years old and today I am 54. This makes for meetings and hours of learning to live. How can you think that I only applied the programs: reading, writing, counting? How can you imagine that we can be together 6 hours a day without learning to manage our emotions in order to open up to ourselves and to others, without looking for meaning and joy in each small evolution and in the path that leads to it? led ? I don't pretend to be a mistress of life, I just tried to give my little ones confidence in the relationship with adults in order to precisely prepare them to meet the Other. Thank you to all my little students because they were my Masters of Life long before the older ones. When you summon your own, I'm sorry if you never heard the voice of one of your teachers because that means we've all failed.

Sunday January 14, 2018 – Alain PIQUEREY – The SPINOZA miracle | Hello Frédéric, drawn from eternity 89 years ago, the return cannot be far. Inevitably, the inner questioning intensifies a little. I bought “Le Miracle SPINOZA” and felt like an exciting conversation with a friend. Thank you Frederic! To marvel at existing, despite the avatars of life, is my own little philosophy and I was therefore happy to better know this thought “based on desire and joy.” Even if I had some difficulty following the reasoning which attempts to reconcile determinism and freedom. Personally I would be closer to Teilhard de Chardin “humanity is on the march towards its God” (The Human Condition) which I imagine (as a concept) in a thick fog at the top of a mountain that humans climb by paths different, with different guides but a widely shared conviction that it must be achieved. While having the freedom to unscrew, more or less seriously. - Cordially !

Sunday January 14, 2018 – Alain PIQUEREY – The miracle of SPINOZA | Sir, you write to your friend Robert Misrahi that your ambition - to write SPINOZA'S MIRACLE - is none other than to introduce a wide audience to the life and thought of the man you consider to be the greatest of philosophers. You made me discover it and in a beautiful way. Thank you.

Thursday, January 4, 2018 – Josiane – The power of joy | Hello, I acquired this book, determined to read it quickly, and hoping a lot from this reading. However, after several weeks, I couldn't get past halfway. However, I am quite a good reader. And it is well written. After reflection, I have to bring myself to tell myself that joy is not for everyone. You have to have known some happy roots during your childhood to believe it, don't you think?

Tuesday, January 2, 2018 – Jean Jisset – Poem | A path to follow To Frédéric Lenoir I have decided to live happily And I discover in Spinoza, Through your expertise, sir, The path that must be followed here below!

Sunday, December 31, 2017 – Plevig – Thank you | We must say thank you for, among other things, this brilliant light on Spinoza. Not another word. Just thank you. All of this is so important.

Saturday, December 16, 2017 – Murielle – Interview C news of 16/12 | I just listened to you on C news, unfortunately just the end. But what a pleasure to hear from you! Absolutely all of your observations are sensible, fair and beautiful. I who only meet cynical people, it did me a lot of good to listen to you. Like you, I abandoned the Catholic religion at a very young age, I became interested in Buddhism, then I read a few passages from the Gospels, and I felt the same as you. I think the key to harmony between men and inner happiness is there. You also defend the animal condition and that is very important. In less than a decade, we will probably wonder how we could have acted towards them in such a barbaric way. Congratulations and thank you for being who you are and acting the way you do.

Saturday December 16, 2017 – Robert Morane – Interview published in Le Soir of December 16, 2017. “Spinoza directs us to joy” | THE QUESTION OF FREE WILL (article 1) The scientific approach in the macrophysical field is based, as a general rule, on a strictly deterministic approach. This approach calls into question the possibility that phenomena occur there ex nihilo, namely phenomena escaping any thread of causality. Free will, as it is usually presented to us, is one of these phenomena. Contesting it results in stripping man of his capacity for self-determination, a capacity linked to the aptitude for choice and decision-making. The question of free will has a long history behind it. This is how B. Spinoza already affirmed in a work dating from 1677 (Ethics, Pars 1, proposition 32) that “the will cannot be a free cause, but only a necessary cause (…) because the will, like everything, requires a cause which determines it to exist and to act in a given way”. https://www.facebook.com/revuetcorrige/

Thursday, December 14, 2017 – Catherine – Small treatise on inner life | Following the show Rendez-vous in unknown land , I noticed that Frédéric Lenoir is not only a historian of religions!!! I have read Little treatise on interior life and there I must say: thank you. Thank you Mr. Lenoir, both for confirming my choices that I have made to live my life and for enlightening me more about these same choices which until now were rather intuitive...

Friday, December 8, 2017 – Marianne – Animals Thank you Mr. Lenoir for your book “Open Letter to Animals” but also a huge thank you for joining the FLAC Honorary Committee. To use Émile Zola's quote “Bullfighting, neither an art nor a culture but the torture of a designated victim”. Good for you.

Wednesday, December 6, 2017 – Carole (carole.czmil@laposte.net) – Conference of December 5, 2017 What a joy to meet you and listen to you yesterday, during your conference on knowing how to live together! I have read most of your works, I too had this strange feeling of listening to a friend while reading you. I, too, discovered you while searching without believing in it, a book that can give me the courage to move forward, the kindness and benevolence to forgive and forgive myself, and why not, rediscover the joy of living, because, me also, I was very badly. 'The Little Treatise on the Inner Life' enchanted me and… relieved me. I was curious to read you again. With the same satisfaction, the same astonishment of so much wisdom and so much simplicity. Within everyone's reach. The paths to joy and happiness are not easy but they are well worth taking. Each time the vagueness sets in, I immerse myself in your essays, looking for passages that will do me good, no doubt about it. Hats off and respect Monsieur Lenoir!

Monday, November 20, 2017 - Catherine - The Spinoza Miracle According to Spinoza, everything that happens is necessary. So it was necessary that I go and spend 3 short days in France from November 11 to 13, that I visit Le Furet du Nord in Lille and that I 'fall' on this book. Having discovered Vedanta nearly 20 years ago and having read a lot on the subject, and on other oriental wisdoms, didn't I discover that a 17th century European had also discovered the same thing! In short, I became a big 'fan' of Spinoza thanks to your book. The most compared to oriental wisdom is that Spinoza explains how to apply this 'wisdom' in everyday life. And insists on clearing our psyche and our projections. Exciting. A big thank-you.

Friday, November 10, 2017 – Romina – Little treatise on inner life This book “Little treatise on inner life” gave me back my smile, hope and gave me the desire to crunch life again to the fullest and above all to finally dare to LOVE and BE LOVED! At a time in my life when I was really very badly. I had the impression of reading a friend and I received a monumental slap! I finally understood and as soon as I feel sad, I read it again. Today, I am married to a wonderful man, I lead a serene and peaceful existence and I try to enjoy every moment. Just THANK YOU for allowing me through this book, for being ME and for teaching me to live and more than anything TO LOVE.

Thursday, November 9, 2017 – Alexandra – The Spinoza miracle After having waited for several years to discover your “favorite philosopher”, the miracle has finally arrived… in bookstores. Indeed, I have just devoured -like a good thriller- your latest work “Le Miracle Spinoza”. To summarize the substrate of your magnificent work which deals with the chaotic life of a visionary philosopher who lived almost 4 centuries ago, I will take up Pericles' motto "there is no happiness without freedom, nor freedom without courage". Thank you very much for this philosophical nugget. To read and reread.

Friday, October 13, 2017 – pierreturgeonxyz[at]gmail.com – How Jesus Became God What a wonderful book. I consider myself privileged to read you. I admire the research you've done. It is a lecture on the beginnings of Christianity but more precisely of Catholicism. What useless quarrels for power through religion. As you quote so well at the very end of your work: “God is love” and “whoever loves is born of God and knows God” (1, John, 4). This is the true and only religion: LOVE. Thanks for your thoughts.

Sunday, October 8, 2017 – Etteile – Open letter to animals I have just closed your book “Open letter to animals”, and I immediately had the flash of this couple of Syrian refugees that I received a few days ago who m said with modesty and dignity “it's horrible”. Yet I would have liked to share your utopia, even if Mimine never understands that I take the mice off her paws...

Thursday, September 14, 2017 – Jacques – Happiness… only happiness I took this little book during the holidays, bought it at a random garage sale… It's the kind of ball of yarn book that makes you want to pull on the skeins which hang… Each subject gives rise to resuming the reading of certain classics or philosophers or to begin to snoop on certain schools never approached personally, such as the Epicureans. I was delighted to find Tchouang-Tseu and his quiet insolence. So from noon to midnight, I wandered at will on this radiant beach of pleasure and well-being, where the author distills his great sensitivity with great humility and a benevolence to meditate on. In the gentleness of the spirit… A book that feels good. Thank you.

Wednesday, August 30, 2017 – Sophie – Small treatise on inner life I have just finished this book which has been a real delight for my mind, my heart and my being. I really appreciated the resonance you made between the different religions, their spirituality, psychology and philosophy. I was also very touched by your sharing of your life and the gift of your experience on the keys to a happy life.

Monday, August 28, 2017 – Olga – Thank you! Dear Frédéric Lenoir, you are an incredible personality, so radiant, deep, positive and kind! So rare. Thank you for sharing with us your experience, your readings and your reflections, in particular on well-being and living together. Come to Belgium with a conference! We need you here too.

Friday August 25, 2017 – Martika – Let's be utopian, it's good for your health 😉 I can't wait to meet you on November 5th! I read you a lot before “taking action” (!) and following the SEVE training this year. Today I know that these first steps in philosophy workshops, in addition to the joy they give me, mark the entry into a new era... which will be collective, conscious and awakened thanks in particular to you. You have this remarkable ability to simply formulate what many of us guess in the depths of our soul, without really grasping it. And your words are particularly impactful because for me you are what you say: congruent, eloquent, inspiring. Thank you Frederic! You are an inexhaustible source of inspiration for me 🙂

Friday, August 18, 2017 – Isa This summer I read the book “L'Oracle della luna”. I can't even find the words to express how wonderful this book is. During my reading I traveled in history, in world cultures and religions and also in my heart. This book touched my heart! Thank you Frédéric Lenoir for this fabulous philosophical journey!

Wednesday July 26, 2017 – antoine.notari@orange.fr – Inner peace One day, I turned to God and followed the voice of my heart which is love. I turned to the teaching of Jesus and my life was completely transformed. See the endless life. It is by doing this spiritual work by seeking god within oneself that eternity opens up before you, that one opens up to this universal love, to the love of one's neighbour, to this marvelous happiness. within oneself, to humility, to compassion, to kindness. And thanks to my own spiritual work, a pure heart. I can say that until every human being understands the meaning that god has made, he will not know the true values of life. Thanks for your books.

Wednesday, July 26, 2017 – Colette (colettepalatte@skynet.com) – Thank you for such a positive philosophy that your books and interviews reveal to the world, hope runs everywhere with you and it's as if life were reborn every morning, with its procession of hope, faith and love……. it's revivifying and revalidating…… Sincerely yours… you are the one who has understood the complexity of humanity… Sincerely yours.

Saturday, July 15, 2017 – Adrien – Back to reading Dear Frédéric, a young Christian converted at the age of 20, I am now 22 years old and your books have served me a lot in the meantime, to build my critical, philosophical and religious thought. I also recognized myself in your personal story, your quest for meaning, for the absolute and your sensitivity towards the poor. Your philosophical tales, your treatises on inner life, joy or happiness, as well as your novels and your essays ( Christ the philosopher, Small treatise on the history of religions, Socrates-Jesus-Buddha, Open letter to Animals, etc. ) constitute a whole fascinating philosophical thought that I share with pleasure with my friends, who often subscribe to your analyses. I want to thank you for your work and your associations. You made me want to write too, at my humble level, to bring like the hummingbird, my drop of water, even if I don't really know how and I will surely need advice. Once again, thank you!

Saturday July 8, 2017 – Jean Lago – Open letter to animals I have just finished reading “The open letter to animals”. I enjoyed it very much. I was born in the countryside 80 years ago and grew up on a farm. Pigs were killed there, every day or almost a chicken or a rabbit was sacrificed… These animals were slaughtered, only the rabbits were stunned before being slaughtered. I can still hear the cries of the bleeding pig. I am opposed to the return of slaughter to the farm, it would not be a step forward because I do not see how prior stunning can be implemented. We should seriously work on the subject.

Thursday, June 22, 2017 Viviane – A huge THANK YOU!!! Very dear Frédéric, thanks to the Media Library of Bourges, I discovered in large print (I who am visually impaired only 1/20th…) your magnificent book “Small treatise on inner life”. It was a total discovery of philosophy, accessible and playful although thorough, and you made me want to progress in my spiritual journey (just that!!). I rush to my media library where another of your works is present there in BIG PRINT: “The Soul of the World”. Thank you again a thousand times for thinking of the visually impaired and a big nod to you for who you are. Viviane GOULAUX (goulaux.pianos@orange.fr)

Monday, June 12, 2017 – Thalie – Open letter to animals Hello, I have just finished your latest book and what happiness, what happiness to see that others share the same ideas, the same emotions, the same vibrations concerning the love of animals . I just lost my dog after 13 years together and I recognized myself in what you write. The love of animals is unique, true, unambiguous, it is love in its purest form, which makes us more human every day. I am one of those who save small animals in swimming pools, who captures spiders and puts them back outside (I have a great technique…), I sometimes appreciate the company of my cats more than certain humans and concerning my diet, I eat less and less meat and I'm not the worse for it. In short, your book did me a lot of good even if sometimes it hurt me and brought me to tears… I also admired the beautiful illustrations throughout this reading. I think you are a beautiful person. Thank you

Thursday, June 8, 2017 – Sandie – Conference “re-enchanting the world” with P. Rabhi I do not have a “Facebook” account and do not wish to have one, that is why I am posting my comment here, concerning your conference that I would like to see but not on my computer. Having started, a few years ago my readings called "spiritual sources and resources that allow me to maintain a life objective", I had started with those of your friend Pierre Rabhi then I read you not long ago and you part of this “benchmark” now. So this is to tell you that seeing you both, among other things, during an interview is close to my heart, but I'm waiting, perhaps wrongly, to be able to see her in public, like in the cinema for example and not at home face to face with my computer. Is this something that is planned in the future regarding this conference? If so, I hope that we will be informed, because if I don't have a “Facebook” account, I can always consult yours and some others anyway. Thank you.

Wednesday, May 31, 2017Franoise – About the association “Ensemble pour les Animaux” Hello Mr. Lenoir, thank you for bringing your luminous support to the animal cause. I sincerely hope that this new government will listen to you through its Minister of Ecology and that these veritable concentration camps that are certain farms will disappear very quickly. Eating less meat is a militant choice, but when you really want to eat it, you should be able to avoid feeling guilty by thinking about the condition of the animals: breeding and slaughter. Will we be able, one day, to forget “profit” in favor of the welfare of the animals that allow us to feed ourselves? Thank you for putting your media aura at the service of animals. Good luck, we will be by your side.

Tuesday, May 30, 2017Animalslover – RTL broadcast May 30, 2017 Thank you for your intervention today on RTL; when you spoke, I felt like I heard a kindred spirit. Just yesterday, my mother crushed an insect (not a mosquito, I specify). Faced with my indignation, she told me “but it's only an insect”, I replied “it's above all a living being”! You saved the bees, I spend hours in swimming pools saving all these little marvels of perfection, watching them come back to life. I was also thinking of making a game for children with a small landing net, magnifying glass and insect primer to teach them how to observe them, admire them and then respect them and all forms of life. Never a bite. Ditto for my wild bees who squat the big willow, I arrive in the middle of them with my tennis racket to kill these horrible hornets and never a single one has hurt me. Bravo again and thank you for them. Sincerely

Thursday, May 25, 2017Marianne – “GG” RMC show Hello Mr Lenoir, congratulations for your intervention today on RMC on the “GG” show. I know how much! Sometimes it's so complicated to tell people that you're fighting for the animal cause, because it's often the same leitmotif that you hear: "there are still more serious things in life than fight for this cause”. How can we define that one cause is more important than another? And for that, I wanted to thank you because you knew how to express it clearly and effectively in front of the people present on the set. Congratulations on the publication of your new book “Open letter to animals” and happy since yesterday to join your association Together for animals . Have a great Ascension weekend. Cordially.

Thursday, May 25, 2017Lamina – Animal abuse Hello, I would like to thank Mr. Frédéric Lenoir for his philosophical commitments and in particular for his latest book: “Open Letter to Animals”. I salute his personal investment which informs us about the mistreatment of animals and I would like to insist on the fact that we must not oppose the suffering of men to that of animals, as is often the case. I am convinced that the respect of men will go through that of animals. Hence the importance of these testimonies and struggles in order to change mentalities on this subject. All families are not sensitive to the animal species; could we not imagine, for example, a school program that would integrate this subject and educate the children? Best regards.

Monday, May 22, 2017 – Audrey – Info: working with animal communicators Hello Frédéric Lenoir. I would so much like politicians, public women and men of which you are a part to join hands with these communicators who devote themselves with heart and devote their time, sometimes their life, to helping animals, having learned to communicate with their mind. There are more and more of these men and women to enter into telepathy with all animals, to be trained to help them. The results are a little approximate at first, but as you gain confidence, perceptions are refined and the information received is astoundingly precise. I recommend that you watch the France 5 documentary on Laila Del Monte (youtube), a pioneer in animal communication, working all over the world, in zoos or in private homes. I want animal communicators to be better known because they provide valuable information about the needs, desires, and feelings of animals.

Saturday, May 13, 2017 – Anne Your books accompany me on my journey of life… They are like stones of light that guide me in my questions, my doubts and reveal new doors to open within myself. Thank you for your words, your kindness, your ability to listen and look during your conferences. You are a man, just a man and that is why you are so precious… Anne, composer

Wednesday, March 15, 2017 – Claire – Acknowledgment Hello Mr. Lenoir, thank you for sharing your passion for philosophy for those who do not have higher education and know nothing about philosophy. You made me understand through your look, and the simplicity of the heart and I would even say the courage to say out loud what others don't even dare to admit, that Happiness is simple. The strongest image to print, really to print, I dare to deliver it to you: as soon as I have negative or gloomy ideas and I see myself taking a large glass of hemlock, I put it down immediately and I surrounded by a bright light full of love, joy and happiness. I no longer want to be my own executioner of my own concentration camp. A big thank you, I am extremely happy to have made your acquaintance through your book Happiness, a philosophical journey . Claire Boissel maybe we will have the chance to see you in Quebec at the book fair in Montreal or Trois-Rivières

Friday, March 10, 2017 – Mary – In relation to the power of joy My bookshelf has been overturned recently… Picking up the books, I found a small cardboard box. On one side, it was written “JOY”. On the other, three quotations from Nietzsche collected from a reading during my philosophy studies: “If one is intelligent, the only thing one has to worry about is having joy in the heart”; “To live in such a way that our energy experiences its maximum intensity and joy, and to sacrifice everything to that” (Human All Too Human, §300, II). “There is still much, much joy reserved for men, the scent of which has not yet reached the living today.” Thank you again to the visionaries of joy who re-enchant the world like you.

Sunday, February 19, 2017 – Anne LG – Great discovery I literally devoured the “Small Treatise on Inner Life”, a book that particularly touched me with its references and wisdom. I found there what, for me seemed difficult to express, “answers” also to the great existential questions which torment us constantly. Thank you.

Friday, February 18, 2017 – Archirel Hello Monsieur Lenoir. I discover your work through The Power of Joy , The Soul of the World . Beautiful invitation to find the path of the soul and of communion. It is far from simple. Rather brave. Thank you for putting your experience and talent at the service of the big, the small and the poor at heart!

Saturday January 14, 2017 – Pariji – “We did… philoscalogy!” Thank you for the magnificent text of the wishes for 2017. I read it in all my Yoga classes, all heard, adhered; have been touched by that subtle spark of light in your words. Then I read it to children in CP (Yoga in TAP), first experience of philosophy, of sharing a text. The children were completely connected; touched by “transforming your anger into forgiveness” and “going through your deep sorrows”… the suffering is already sometimes so present in them that they do not know what to do with it. We had already lived beautiful experiences of liberation with sounds (with CM1) and there it was with speech, consciously, calmly. Then I got them to talk about the joy, the pleasure, the love, we read and re-read… Finally the burst of laughter when I asked them if they knew what we had just done. All shook their heads with “no” (it's nice) but each tried from “philo”: philology, scilogy, … a child exclaimed in joy “philoscalogy”! THANK YOU

Thursday, January 12, 2017 – Bastet Hello Frédéric Lenoir, I have finished reading the book “L'Âme du monde”. A very beautiful message of universal love. A book that I reread with pleasure and emotion. A workbook for every day. I have already read all your books and I am learning a lot. Really a big thank you for all you do. I wish you a beautiful day filled with sunshine.

Monday, January 9, 2017 – Nabila – Thank you Hello Frédéric LENOIR, I just wanted to say “thank you”, I have just finished reading your book “Du bonheur, un voyage philosophie” I like your writing and the simplicity with which you say things. I'm not an intellectual, but I'm interested in philosophy and anything that can bring me knowledge about life and help me today to know myself better and therefore to know others too… Thank you again!

Monday, January 9, 2017 – Florence I completely agree with what Anne said on December 10. Putting others down doesn't make anyone grow. It is only a reaction of weakness and lack of self-confidence, sometimes a sign of great suffering. Growing up is a duel between oneself and oneself, it means using our abilities, making them flourish and bear fruit and above all having the courage to admit one's own weaknesses and dare to eat. It is at this price that we can finally feel really good about ourselves because we are whole. So we can open up without fear of being devoured, we can live in fulfillment and pass it on around us. It's not for that that bad blows won't hurt, but we have so much strength in ourselves that the ability to bounce back, to put things into perspective, to analyze and to try to understand helps us to get back on our feet more easily. I wish everyone for 2017 the ability to see and recognize all the little daily joys that pass.

Monday, December 14, 2016 – Bernard – The conferences What a pleasure to discover your passage… I thought to myself a nice breath of fresh air with an interesting character… I'm looking to get to the conference but there, I fall from HIGH 20€ the entrance, ouch as I want to come with my wife that means 40€. So I'm going to stay quietly at home… with a book… Those of Frédéric Lenoir I have them but there, I just felt the place of money and not of DON. TO GIVE is to be richer. I know that we have to finance the places etc… but STOP STOP with false pretexts. I hope one day to have an answer from Mr Fréderic LENOIR but let's not dream I don't have 20€ to give away for free.

Saturday, December 10, 2016 – Marianne – Response to a reader… Anne Bonjour, when one reaches a level of success and notoriety as high as Monsieur Lenoir, and when one sells more than five million books which are then translated in about twenty languages, I think that we actually risk more criticism than if we do nothing! Contradicting unfairly to boost one's self-esteem, by lowering that of others with inelegant words, makes no sense! Because criticism is constructive when it is justified, but when it is unfounded it does nothing for the person who criticizes and even less for the person who receives it.

Wednesday, December 7, 2016 – Matthieu My little note… in the mood Hello, very very happy to see that you are giving a conference in Besançon (25) which is sold out… on this subject (but it is not idolatry, with a negative connotation, but more an admiration for the values you embody!). And if you were a candidate for the presidential elections, I would certainly vote for you! To talk a little about myself and the evils that make me suffer horribly (which I share with many citizens) in the public space, I will cite just one: noise, din, noise pollution... our cities. Are the abbeys or other residences in the country still spared from these parasites of my brain? Ah, this silence which allows me to hear the crowing of the rooster, of the birds… of nature. My lost paradise, virtues to regain or discover.

Friday, December 2, 2016 – Anne Conference of November 28 Sorry, but your conference left me completely unsatisfied… I see you as a Marc Lévy of philosophy and that's not really a compliment!… A look a little sixty-eight, a few references to Greek philosophers but just to say that I've read them, a lot of "I", a pinch of emotion with children's words, when I see that in the room, some people were taking notes, I think that my Terminale philosophy teacher must be turning in her grave! At the exit of the room, we can see the extent of your "work", catchy titles (I let myself be taken in by it...) and the extent of the marketing operation that you succeed very well in my faith, it's is certain… but is that enough, Monsieur Lenoir, to call oneself a philosopher?

Tuesday, November 29, 2016 – Cécilia – Thank you! Thank you for this exceptional moment, your conference in Lille yesterday was rich, authentic and remarkably instructive. You have, with great humility, enlightened consciences. I came out of it different, a little shaken up from the inside, which makes me say that it made me grow. What happiness… I would so much have liked to tell you in person, but I was not the only one in this case! Continue Frédéric on this wonderful path that is yours, the world needs you.

Tuesday, November 29, 2016 – Nicolas (nikolasdelique@hotmail.fr) – Thank you! Congratulations on your Lille conference! You do more than arouse the curiosity of the youngest: you also arouse that of the older ones! I really like Ken Robinson's paper clip test, education expert, which illustrates your point perfectly. “How many different uses of a paper clip can we imagine? The majority of people imagine between 10 and 15. Some, the most creative, are strong enough to imagine 200. To arrive at this number of solutions, they wonder: what if the trombone was 200 meters high? What if it was foam? 1,500 kindergarten children were tested to determine their level of creativity. The percentage was 98%. 5 years later, these children were tested again. The percentage was 30%. 10 years later, the percentage was 12%. I bet that your philosophy workshops will make it possible tomorrow to sprout 200 m high foam paperclips in all schools!

Monday, November 28, 2016 – Michèle – Thank you Frédéric for your words full of wisdom and humility, also full of hope, a message of joy and humanity that touches hearts. I offer you a prayer written by my mother after the death of our father, more than 25 years ago, testimony of the consent to life in the face of the inevitable of which you speak so well. “Our wedding was a garden. Come, my God, sit with me and watch. Look at my situation. I am alone now. When I consider our life in the past, I compare it to a garden. For some, the home is broken up and for me, Lord, to you has gone. Lord, you gave and you took away. May your name be blessed! For this, I say to you: come! Sit next to me and talk to me. I need to hear your voice. I am alone now in my garden, alone reaping what we have sown. But in my loneliness, in my sorrow, I turn to you my God to say Thank you! Because together we lived happily and from this garden I do not retain the work. I remember that our life together was a huge bouquet of flowers. Thank you my God for this past lived together. Thanks for your assistance today. Thank you for tomorrow which will remain in your hand. Amen” This prayer illustrates your message about inner joy and loving life as it comes. I send you this prayer to thank you for all that you give to others to build a better world and live better. With all my gratitude.

Sunday November 20, 2016 – Patricia (patriciacorbin@sfr.fr) – Acknowledgments Very pleasant conference, Saturday November 19 in Rennes. Frédéric is "luminous", I will keep a beautiful memory of his embrace, very intense emotion. For me, it conveys: “a user manual”, for a happy life!! THANK YOU

Tuesday, November 15, 2016 – Sylvain – Fraternité This momentum towards fraternity brings us back to the motto of our republic: “Liberty, equality, fraternity. The first two notions “liberty and equality” only become effective for the individual and society if they are framed by the last: fraternity. It is the most fundamental. Because freedom if it is pushed in its logic can lead to the law of the jungle, the law of the strongest, the law of the richest, to anarchy and therefore to the death of the republic. Because full equality can lead to an egalitarian will which can only, and there are plenty of examples, lead to totalitarian regimes whose vocation is to impose it on human society, which leads to the death of freedom and the republic. . Only fraternity not only stands on its own, but it magnifies, frames and justifies the other two notions.

Wednesday, November 2, 2016 – Charlotte – Dedication of this day to Bastia Good evening again! I enjoyed coming to listen to you this afternoon in Bastia, and I came away strong from your answer to one of my questions and your dedication, it was very nice, thank you! I'm seriously considering enrolling in the SÈVE training, so maybe see you soon!

Tuesday, November 1, 2016 – zorg-f – Challans Conference Sir, the town of Challans has around 20,000 inhabitants. You collected 1000 of them, which is exceptional. A question was burning my lips before you started your presentation on happiness. Can we experience happiness if we have not known suffering? From the beginning of your presentation you answered it by talking about your childhood, your parents and your psychoanalysis and I understood that it had not spared you. I took the floor and I asked you the question. Perhaps you didn't answer it because the answer was obvious and you didn't want to broach the subject. I am a doctor and the only point where I disagree with you is when you say that happiness is genetic. Genes have nothing to do with it. Everything is transferable, nothing is acquired or programmed. You also talked about neuroplasticity. The brain is constantly changing but it's not chemical, it's due to learning processes that you practice. I appreciated your simplicity and the affordable way for everyone to deal with rather specific subjects. Below is a text that you may know and that will surely speak to you. Sincerely yours.

“So a woman says, tell us about joy and sadness. He answered: your joy is your unmasked sadness, and that same well from which your laughter rises has often been filled with your tears. And how could it be otherwise? The deeper sadness digs into your being, the more joy you can contain. » Khalil Gibran – The Prophet (1923)

Monday, October 31, 2016 – Jacky – The Soul of the World I liked this book, I wouldn't say devoured, because there was so much wisdom, thoughts, that I read, reread certain passages. It's a work that makes me think that we can live happily with our differences, sharing our doubts, our desires, our experiences… It's a thought-provoking book. I especially liked the story of a very religious man and a prostitute living on the same street. thank you

Monday, October 24, 2016 – Jean Christophe – Editorial in Le Monde des religions Dear Frédéric, this morning to change myself from the sadness of the news, I listened to your words of wisdom on the web. Since "The Power of Joy" your words have taken on new strength. A new perhaps more mystical freshness which changes from the abundant more conventional knowledge developed until then, but here I was surprised by the editorial on “Jesus and happiness” which basically says that for Christ beatitude is not this world! Either, it is not easy to interpret the scope of all the often contextual messages of the Gospels, but we can no longer ignore one of the most central and very explicit in Luke 17 “We will not say: He is here, or He is there. For behold, the kingdom of God is in your midst.” Better translated in English “The kingdom of god is within you”. After this book rightly extolling the joy of living, I therefore made this reflection. Would you write this editorial like this again? Namaste, best regards

Sunday, October 9, 2016 – Marianne (mputallaz@netplus.ch) – Poem inspired by one of your expressions At random with others Some say that hell is other people. Others, on the contrary, affirm that one cannot be happy alone. There are luminous encounters that brighten up our days as evidence. Others, harsher and more tense, reach our hearts. We would like to refuse them, to say “never again”. Yet they rarely happen by chance. If we are open enough, available, honest and benevolent with ourselves first, then with this other who comes to disturb us, wear us out, shave us, then the inner adventure can begin. Doesn't this other so different, so annoying, simply hand me a mirror in which I recognize myself, frustrated, embittered, envious, jealous? If I then accept the questioning, if I allow myself to be polished like a pebble by the swirling river, I will become this fragile, vulnerable but so precious nugget of gold… at random from the other. Sensine, Valais, October 16 Thursday, October 6, 2016 – Cathia – Thank you

Hello Frédéric, being a primary school teacher and mother of 4 children (3 of whom are now teenagers!), It is with great pleasure that I discover your book entitled “Philosophizing and meditating with children”. I can't wait to have it in my hands in order to experiment with the students of Creil (60), the philosophical workshops as well as the guided meditations which will prove, I am sure, very useful also with my children. . Small parenthesis, I am ZIL ie a replacement and it is very likely that I will tell all my colleagues in the schools where I am only passing through. A big thank you for this great initiative and continue to inspire us!

Tuesday, September 27, 2016 – Béatrice – Just thank you Hello Monsieur Lenoir, I want to say Frédéric so much your kindness and benevolent spontaneity touched me when I had the chance to meet you at the end of the “Emergence” day in Brussels . What matters to me in a writer or any person who militates for a noble cause, is the coherence between what she says and what she does, what she writes and what she is. And I was all the happier to have spoken to you than to discover a man full of wisdom, humility, naturalness on TV as on stage and especially in real life 🙂 Thank you for your writings so inspiring of lucidity and benevolence. Your knowledge is simply impressive: you travel with such ease through the history of great philosophers and religions that people would listen to you for hours and hours. I wish you as much happiness in your life as you share through your conferences and your books. Just THANK YOU.

Thursday, September 22, 2016 – Maliel – Thank you grateful A word to show you my gratitude….. Thank you!!! Thank you for every line coming from your Heart and directly touching my Soul. You are so good at expressing all the human beauty that we all have within us…. Among other things, your novel The Soul of the World is the book I would save if I had to choose just one in the world of books!!!! I like to offer it knowing that I am doing good…. I hope you receive as much Joy and Happiness from writing your books as I have from reading to you.

Wednesday, September 21, 2016 – Anne – Little pieces of life Hello Mr. Lenoir, I come to thank you for your work, it is very precious to me. Indeed my job is to help people whose life has become difficult. They have largely lost “the light” and they speak….. I listen to them and I have to help them find a little happiness. Your books are filled with light of joy and happiness I use it a lot inside there is hope, humility and a remarkable simplicity to transmit joy to those for whom happiness seems so distant. I just wanted to tell you, I think you are relighting a lot of stars (laughs) “it's high time to relight the stars” Apollinaire. A big thank you to you

Saturday, September 17, 2016 – AlessF – Thank you for doing us so much good Simply happy to have met you, I came across you during the Drucker show one afternoon among many others… and there I heard your definition of happiness, and everything was crystal clear to me… your words have echoed in my head ever since I never stop wanting to acquire your wisdom and serenity… thank you for giving so much, thank you for writing to allow us to guide us on the way to happiness and give us access to wisdom which is for me the most important thing in this world. I am only 22 years old and yet your journey, and your books fascinate me... I will end with another thank you...

Monday, September 12, 2016 – Marie – Sharing Good evening Frédéric, first of all thank you for your writings, when I read them it is as if fresh water was flowing over my soul, I find myself so much in your words, I am not yet neither philosopher nor theologian. However, I found it a shame not to quote the various sages when they speak in each chapter of L'Âme du monde, the book would have gained, in my opinion, in color and flavor in the sense that the explanations given by each sage have their roots in traditions which are not to be denied and which are interesting to identify. I wanted to know why you made this choice? That said, I am reading a 3rd book by you and I feel so in agreement with what you say that I am proud of myself, because without having a doctorate I find words that I place here or there in conversations , I'm going to end up having a big head! Thank you for these books, I hope they bring contagious serenity to our planet.

Saturday, September 10, 2016 – jamul495@gmail.com – The thought of Fr. Lenoir Hello Mr. Lenoir, I am a young man of Congolese origin but currently living in the Republic of South Africa. In my country of origin, the DRC, school did not teach me to know you, not even to read you a little bit. I just found out about you here in Mandela country in a catholic journal where they paraphrase a quote where you refer to Gandhi I quote 'Be the change you want to see in the world' that's where I come from to know you, thanks to your quote, I told myself that I had to know Lenoir, I realize that you are not black but white in skin! Thank you very much for who you are and for your thoughts which can be or are already transforming the world. My concern is that the Congo discovers you in order to bring order to my country! Once again thank you Frederic.

Thursday, September 1, 2016 – Fred – Sharing Good evening Frédéric, 10 years ago “I could neither read nor write” and barely met people. Yet your book L'Oracle della Luna , after a long and tedious journey of initiation, allowed me to meet myself. Recently, I had the happiness and the pleasure of meeting you, of sharing a little at St Antoine l'Abbaye on the theme of joy. Thank you for transmitting what you are. For me, men like you confirm that there is hope in humanity.

Thursday August 25, 2016 – Sylvie – It's no coincidence! Small treatise on inner life had been in my library since 2011… I read it this summer of 2016! Perhaps it took me these years of life for every word to resonate! Since then, I have slowed down my reading at the end of each of your books, so much have I encountered you there as the “brother in heart” of humanity. I receive you as a companion (the one with whom we also share words) because I draw sufficient energy from your books to transmit, guide, etc. I am full of gratitude towards the Universe for this “Profound Power of the world” which works through men such as you. Thank you for this readers' page: my heart, my soul vibrated particularly on reading certain testimonies, in particular these people over 80… My joy at being in the world is then increased tenfold! Frédéric, my benevolent love accompanies you!

Sunday, August 21, 2016 – Lou (from Montreal, CA) – Comment Discovering your books is a real pleasure, they are full of information, references and great inspiration… they are a real gift for me… thank you! My favorite “The Power of Joy”

Wednesday, August 3, 2016 – Vincent – Very nice discovery Following a visit from a friend during the summer holidays, he lent me your book Oracle della Luna. Many thanks for this moment. I hasten to offer a copy to a friend who I am sure will appreciate this “initiatory” novel. Thanks again. Have a good day

Tuesday, July 26, 2016 – Mathieu – My favorite books Ah, the books of Frédéric Lenoir… Recently, I emptied my library to keep only a few books! My criterion was: what are the 20 books that I could read over and over again? Result: 1/3 of the books are those of Frédéric Lenoir. Can't wait for the next one!

Saturday July 16, 2016 – Sigale – Thank you… s Your books in infusions for those who do not read… Like an ointment to appease the fire of heavy fire from questions. I only read two of them… But I hastened to offer them to my youngest, young adults… Thank you Thank you Thank you

Saturday July 9, 2016 – Béatrice – Discovery Hello Frederic, I have just finished my first novel by you, L'oracle della Luna. And I wanted to give you the prayer of prayers… Thank you. Have a nice day… 🙂

Friday, July 8, 2016 – Yerouchalaim (12tr@orange.fr) – Time of the end… Behold, I am angry with the pastors, and I will claim my sheep from their hand; I will make them stop tending the flock, and the shepherds will no longer feed themselves; and I will deliver my sheep out of their mouth, and they shall no more devour them. And I will bring them out from among the peoples, and I will gather them out of the countries, and bring them into their own land; and I will feed them on the mountains of Israel, by the streams, and in all the dwellings of the land. (Ezekiel chap. 34, verses 10, 13) And I saw another beast coming up out of the ground; and she had two horns like a lamb; and she spoke like a dragon. (Revelation 13 v. 11) And all those who dwell on the earth, whose name has not been written, from the foundation of the world, in the book of life of the immolated Lamb, will render homage to him. (Revelation = Revelation, ch. 13, v. 8) I watched this horn make war on the saints and win over them. (*) powers

Saturday, June 25, 2016 – Marchepascal (Pascalhallou@yahoo.fr) – Poetry that goes well with your words Alone Night falls, this time the last! On the cross facing the sky, alone in prayer… Father, why have you abandoned me? It seems far away to me, eternity… I am here, for whom why tell me? They don't even know what they are doing!!! 100 times I fell, let's admit… But there nailed to the cross “what dread” And this silence, sacred black silence I miss my breath away “oh father” Where are you not hearing me tonight? Yet so faithful to your business I sink, blood drips pearl of life Let the whole earth know your oblivion And I am going to the other world aaah!!! The wind takes away my last breath...

Wednesday, June 22, 2016 – Francesca – Return from the seminar at Saint Antoine de l'Abbaye A big thank you for this magical weekend which brought me a lot and refreshed me. Another way to bring out joy and which we have not mentioned: singing praises to the Divine. Singing connects us directly to Him and brings us immeasurable joy and peace. Now it's not a question of staying on top of the mountain, but of going back down into the world and applying your messages… And boosting your projects. Let's shine together to bring a new breath of hope and joy wherever we are! See you soon

Monday, June 20, 2016 – Barthelemy Mayers L'Âme du monde Hello Frédéric, I read L'Âme du monde this weekend and I found it excellent. I liked this book so much that this morning I went back to my notebook to take notes. It did me really good because I myself am in awareness work. Your words touched and delighted me. Thank you from the heart.

Saturday, June 4, 2016 – Camille – L'Âme du monde Hello Frédéric, I have just finished your book L'Âme du monde , which my mother had already strongly recommended to me a while ago, and I must tell you that 'seeing the comments of some other readers, I realize that the emotion is the same for me. Throughout my reading I wanted to take notes, to be sure not to forget, to integrate certain lessons of wisdom (like your characters) that speak to me and touch me deeply. I am currently in full search of myself, of who I am, of what I really want, I do not want to miss it and I am learning to learn meditation and rely on different books like yours, I listen to myself, I find myself. THANK YOU for sharing, thank you for this wisdom, thank you for your books and thank you for continuing like this. I send you a wave of love and good feelings. Thank you.

Saturday, June 4, 2016 – Luc – Thank you Hello Mr. Lenoir, I wanted to testify to the philosophical and creative power of your books: indeed, they lead in all simplicity to questioning the foundations of our choices and actions; but in a positive way contrary to many philosophical theories… Rethinking the goals of one's life and re learning to be content simply with the day that passes and which brings with it many simple and fundamental joys. For that I say thank you, you are a great gentleman!… Luc (teacher)

Sunday, May 22, 2016 – Viviane – Thank you for God (Interviews with Marie Drucker) Dear Frédéric. Last February I began studying Christian theology in my adopted country, Mauritius, and just last month I stumbled upon this book of interviews in our French Institute. I just finished it right now and I want to thank you warmly because I feel that it will help me throughout this new journey that I chose to start at 38 years old. I liked your objective and respectful approach but above all the more personal epilogue which now gives me the impression of knowing you better in a field which is unfortunately limited to the private sphere in France. Even if you don't need publicity, I speak about this precious book to all those in my entourage who are impassioned on the subject. I have already had positive feedback from a fellow student of a different faith. Thank you very much… I can't wait to read you for The Power of Joy.

Saturday, May 21, 2016 – Alexandra – A big thank you A big thank you for the happiness of reading your books… I first discovered, François, the springtime of the gospel … a very good moment. Then I reveled in L'Oracle della Luna . I let myself be transported to another era, to meet different sages… I am Catholic, I live with a Muslim. In L'Âme du monde that I started last night, I immerse myself with such happiness... I postpone the moment of finishing the book, hence my decision to write to you. I would like to memorize entire pages. They speak to me so much of this spiritual communion that one can live with different religions… THANK YOU!!!

Saturday, April 30, 2016 – Nelii – One more convinced Hello, I didn't know you yet yesterday and today I'm watching Frédéric Lopez's show “La parenthèse unexpected” and there, the shock… I feel in tune with your sentences … I'm leaving the show with the intention of buying a few books and getting to know you better, through this site already, then your writings, to then broaden my horizons. So thanks.

Sunday, April 24, 2016 – Nadia – A real revelation Hello Frédéric, the cover of your book L'Âme du monde has been attracting my attention in bookstores for months, without my knowing why and without trying to find out more about this work. Until the day when I finally take it in hand in my neighborhood library. I read it in 3 days, it was such a revelation and I went to buy it. So every day, I have it by my side and I read a passage in order to immerse myself in it even more. And then, I read Crystal Heart , also in a few days… The Power of Joy is also one of my next reading projects. I would like to thank you because you are an author who really inspires me, I have never “hung” so much on a personality, but there your books and your conferences touch my heart. THANK YOU !

Sunday April 10, 2016 – NR – James Tabor and your book “How Jesus became God” Hello Frédéric, I am a fan of “Roots of Heaven” and have a very positive view of your work and approach. However, I was very disappointed with your book How Jesus Became God that I just read on Kindle. I had just finished “The True Story of Jesus” by the fabulous American archaeologist historian that I had discovered by chance while I was looking for an interesting book on Jesus for my nephew's baptism. Your book is a potpourri of the New Testament without much critical historical scrutiny. It's a good dissertation that seems complete but unfortunately remains very superficial and takes little account of the very interesting historical research such as that of James Tabor. I imagine, however, that you are familiar with his writings? Why don't you invite him to the Roots of Heaven? I found his approach to be the most solid and exciting…

Saturday, April 9, 2016 – Joanne (Montreal) – Thanks for Being! Hello Frédéric, 3 weeks ago, I did not know your name or your existence. At the entrance to a bookstore, I immediately saw a book entitled: “The Power of Joy. And if Wisdom was the Joy of living”. I bought it spontaneously, saying to myself: “This title looks like me! I can't wait to read what has been written on this subject!”. Reading it, what amazed me the most was to feel how much the author resembled me inside. I had the impression that it was me who was expressing myself but in a masculine way; in a human body. It was so intense that I talked to my daughter about it and she said to me: “Mom, you have the same look!”. I felt it was true and it touched me deeply. Currently, I am in Paris and a small voice insisted all week to share with you this testimony that I could have kept for myself. So deeply Frédéric, THANK YOU FOR BEING! Looking forward to meeting one day. Very sincerely and humbly.

Thursday, April 7, 2016 – Gino – Words on a common thought Hello, thank you very much for your ability to understand today's world, to express a universal truth and to remain humble. You are living proof to me that there is hope and kindness is worth sharing. Whether for oneself, for others or for the World, we need joy and hope. I'll get back to you once I become a writer myself. A real conversation seems essential to me to arrive at an elevation similar to yours. I skipped stages to come to the same conclusions as you and to heal I have to go through individuation. This is one of the main issues in my life. I wish I could have a high level guide so I could stop torturing myself and so I could evolve. Thank you for having put into words the thought of the soul of the World.

Tuesday, April 5, 2016 – Domi – Conference in Monaco on 04/06/2016 Thank you Frédéric for this magnificent conference on joy, even without words you just have to look at you to feel this state of joy. Your face radiates with such intensity that one can only feel the joy and love of the world and others. I read L'Âme du monde and I was literally transported with happiness, I found it so beautiful and expressive that I offered a copy to a friend in pain. I tend to see the glass half full and that helps and I savor every moment. No matter the weather, we just have to put ourselves in harmony with what surrounds us and as you say we are lucky to live in a beautiful country, so let's take advantage of all the senses that nature has given us let us inhabit the joy, love and sharing. Thank you again for your writings, all that you are, fortunately there are people like you to transmit joy, authenticity to all those who are in doubt.

Monday, April 4, 2016 – Lassya – Philosophy of Joy I have just finished your latest book, The Philosophy of Joy. My interest in Spinoza is no longer a secret. This is why I literally devoured this book. Book to put under the hand of our teenagers, parents, friends, neighbours, voters and other missionaries… Seriously, this book makes your mouth water. It presumes nothing, claims nothing, advocates nothing except an ardent desire to live… life… in communion with the world. Breath of fresh air in this incessant tumult that is our industrial society... We understand why eternity is not defined in a future projection of liberation but in the present moment, a peaceful path in reality... Good continuity...

Saturday, April 2, 2016 – Christine Hello, I have just finished your book The Power of Joy . How good it feels to read you... Pleasure, happiness and joy... Words that we would have almost forgotten in our society. You are a ray of sunshine in these troubled times. Tuesday, March 29, 2016 – Sandie A book of The Power of Joy is now in Calcutta in the hands of Gaston Dayanand. I'm not sure he needs it… but sometimes it feels so good to read things that speak to us. I hope he will have time to read it, he is so busy taking care of others. See you soon. Have a good day

Saturday, March 26, 2016 – Joao – Thank you!!! Hello Mr Lenoir, I wanted to thank you for your beautiful book L'Âme du monde , which I picked up at random in a bookstore, which I started to read on the spot, I bought it and I read in one evening. Very beautiful texts of wisdom which unfortunately are not always applied!!! But the fact of reading them, we find ourselves sometimes. And that gives us hope!!! This is the first book I've read but it won't be the last. And congratulations again

Thursday, March 24, 2016 – Isabelle – Thank you Dear Frédéric, Mysteriously, I haven't read you yet, but I've been listening to you for several days (thanks to the net) your thinking, your philosophy is in line with my way of seeing the world, of deciphering life . As soon as possible I'll get one of your books, I still have your style to discover 🙂 Reading and writing have been my passions since I learned to read. I was listening to you when the attacks took place in my country, in Brussels, there is no coincidence, your words heal...

Thursday, March 17, 2016 – Anita – Towards appeasement with L'AME DU MONDE Dear Frédéric, I occasionally reread a random chapter of L'Âme du monde when things aren't going too well. This often echoes the situation I am going through and allows me to calm down. I can then think more clearly and act more accurately. Thank you very much for this fabulous text which regularly helps and inspires me. Thursday, March 10, 2016 – Ronny –

Number of gods After reading the Little treatise on the history of religions (in my mother tongue, which is Dutch) I could only observe after the demonstration of evolution (all objects have a soul, polytheism , only one god) we finally arrived at … “zero gods”.

Wednesday, March 2, 2016 – Valérie – Thanks Hello Mr Lenoir. I read your book The Power of Joy , which was lent to me by my yoga teacher. I was particularly touched by your thoughts, your analyses, your experiences, to which I completely agree. This reading made me crazy! and a flame of joy was invited in me over the pages, as well as interior transformations. Thank you for this, may joy grow, grow in all of us. Looking forward to reading you again and maybe listening to you in Bastia.

Wednesday, March 2, 2016 – Raissa – Advice Hello Frédéric. I like to be happy like everyone else. However, when I am too happy, the days to come become sad. And then the joy returns. I made this remark and since then I have been afraid of being too happy. Because the result will be sadness. A sadness that is deep and brings tears to my eyes. What to do ?

Thursday, February 25, 2016 – Fabienne There was Aristotle, Plato, Kant, Rousseau and so many others, my foster fathers and now there is you, a marvelous contemporary who has intelligently adapted to our time with means of additional communications. Keep it up because society will always need thinkers who share knowledge through reflection with benevolence, emotion and simplicity as you do. Thank you for being such a good witness and pastor of our time. Think of the Montpellier region for your next conferences!

Thursday, February 18, 2016 – Cath – Thank you I just wanted to thank you for your kind and wise books. It is always a pleasure to read you. I just finished The Soul of the World and this book has so many answers to some of my questions… THANK YOU so much!!

Wednesday, February 17, 2016 – D'elf – Thank you! Thank you Frederic Lenoir. I am reading The Power of Joy , courtesy of a friend who is currently exploring the facets of this life-giving feeling! What makes me happy? To read you, next to the fireplace, a herbal tea and a square of chocolate by my side. Simply. Thank you life. Thank you Mr Lenoir. And bravo for the fluidity of your writing, you know like no other how to bring us, the air of nothing, towards the wisdom of the greatest thinkers...

Wednesday, February 17, 2016 – La Chouette Good evening, I read some of your books, I was at your St Jean conference in Grenoble. The power of joy bought as soon as it was released allowed me to set out on my way to rediscover inner joy following a breakup of my youngest daughter and her husband, I am now deprived of 4 grandchildren. Thank you for your simplicity, your joy that comes out through your whole being, the expression of your face and your sparkling eyes. The little treatise on interior life has come to complete the previous one. I listen to your conferences again in order to better advance on this path of work on oneself, I am getting help. Your active and passive joy is in the conversations of friends on 01/8. Thanks and keep writing and/or talking.

Tuesday February 16, 2016 – Chantal – There's joy Hello Frédéric, I made an extraordinary discovery on Saturday February 13… You! An inspiration for my life. I haven't read any of your books yet, but I want to read them ALL. It is no coincidence that the conference took place at a time necessary for my progress. This conference day that I attended with my wonderful love inspired us and I thank you a thousand times for everything.

Tuesday, February 16, 2016 – Line – Conference of February 12 in Montreal Hello, since Saturday I have been in Joy and I am also moved to be there again today with both feet firmly anchored in joy. I didn't know you and I was lucky enough to be invited by a good friend to come to your conference and listen to your wise words. For me it was a revelation. The 5 minutes of meditation at the beginning of the conference also revealed to me a side of myself that I did not know about, namely the beauty of being in the present moment… you are now my companion and you are also in my thoughts. I also decided to spread the good news by introducing you to friends dear to my heart… I look forward to meeting you on your next visit to Montreal, which I hope will be again in 2016… a fan for life !

Monday, February 15, 2016 – Jacqueline – Saturday, February 13, 2016 – There's JOY Dear Frédéric. During the day to officially celebrate the release in Quebec of your most recent book The Power of Joy , I experienced a reconnection with my soul, this happiness of loving and being loved. I vibrated at this happiness of being. Thank you for this powerful experience Frédéric, it will remain marked in my heart wherever I go. You said during your lecture: I am not a guru or a master of wisdom. I would say that you are a great master of life, just like in your book Socrate Jesus Buddha , not in comparison to the physical greatness of Jérémy Demay… laugh, but in terms of joy of living, generosity, kindness, humanity , gentleness, simplicity, spirituality, self-discipline, compassion, intelligence, etc. I retain your words: to exist is a fact and to live is an ART. This morning, my eyes rest on these words: Choice #1 Matelas BONHEUR. I was in this state of happiness. With all my heart Jacqueline xx

Sunday, February 14, 2016 – Janique – So many thanks! Hello Frédéric, we are the day after the superb day There is joy with you, Christine and the other carriers of happiness and I am so filled with gratitude and recognition. I would have listened to you for hours. Everything about you speaks, your words, your eyes, your charisma and your kindness. I noted a quote that you shared with us, that of St-Augustin who says that joy, happiness is to continue to desire what we already have! I am a person who has been in gratitude for a long time already! Three words are drawn on my body… Believe (belief I already have), Carpe Diem (Seize the day, what I strive for) and Serenity (what I strive for). It is with guides like you that our soul receives a big caress, words, gestures, looks that make us want to continue on our journey. Thank you for these extraordinary parcels of happiness that you have sown on my path.

Sunday February 14, 2016 – Bela – Commentary I attended your conference, it was very nourishing, we need to learn and hear these phrases as how to keep a state of joy and peace to be able to grow and better support the existence. I have the power of joy in my possession.

Sunday, February 14, 2016 – Caroline – The power of joy Hello Frédéric, I take the liberty of calling you by your first name since last Friday you spent the day with me sitting in my living room in front of a fireplace. Of course, you were there virtually through the words of your book “the power of joy”. What a beautiful moment, I spent reading you, discovering you and learning the meaning of the joy that I am trying to bring back into my life. Because since the death of my spouse, let's say that the pain has taken more place than the joy. So for that, thank you and thank you for your presence in Montreal on this Siberian cold day. I left my house to go listen to you and meet you at the conference “day there is joy”. You are like your writings, charming and inspiring. Thanks again !

Wednesday, February 3, 2016 – Diane – The power of joy I was listening to your radio interview on the ICI Radio-Canada channel yesterday in my car, and I felt a great peace inside me. Since the beginning of January I have been trying to write in my 2016 diary, my big WHY. I associated it with a form of social success, recognition and I felt the void, suddenly the word joy came up. The joy in my heart, the sense of discovery, of wonder, of the beauty and grandeur of Life. To sweat the joy around me. Knowing that you have written a book on the power of joy has suddenly increased mine tenfold. Reading your book will be an invaluable support. Thank you !

Tuesday, February 2, 2016 – Marie Jocelyne – From Happiness to a Philosophical Journey I met you through an interview broadcast by Radio-Canada, on the program Second Regard. Then I gave myself “Happiness” as a Christmas present. I loved being accompanied by you and also by Spinoza, Montaigne, Epictetus, … and by oriental wisdom. I was born in 1962 just like you. However, it seems that I take longer to become who I am. Your book gives me a hand in this vital process. Thank you, thank you, across the sea.

Sunday, January 31, 2016 – Ishraq – A little word of connection Hello Frédéric, I have been on the road for a long time, I am happy to listen to you because you appear in a simple humanity, full of common sense. I relate to your reflections on the world and the human being because I share your conclusions, your evocations. This little word to show my participation in this egregore of human beings on the way, who work as best as we can where we are, where we are. Here it is a small sign of an existence which seeks to Be…. we are not alone, nor the only ones. Sincerely, Martin

Sunday, January 31, 2016 – Foulosophe – My thanks and my happy thoughts Sunday, it is 10 am and I leave my world of dreams. Eyes open, it is now difficult for me to say where I was. This world is so beautiful that some mornings I wouldn't want to leave it. This world is me who imagined it and who built it but not alone, not by chance! My daily environment, the people I love and sometimes the people I hate, what I've been taught, what I've forgotten, what I do, what I can't do... everything it nourishes and grows in the great field of my Soul and of my Heart. So Sages, Spirits, Madmen, Artists and mainly Musicians, Singers, Writers tell me it's up to you Cultiv'acteur, to grow, water, pick, share and enjoy naturally fruits of joy. Yes, it is up to me first and foremost to give Power to my Joy! To you Frédéric LENOIR who teach me to cultivate this joy, thank you. Eric

Friday, January 29, 2016 – Hélène – Happy New Year Frédéric This night I woke up and thought that you were a real peacemaker in the world. Indeed, thanks to your conferences accessible on the internet and all your books, you allow so many people to make peace with themselves. We know that everything starts with the relationship we have with ourselves. So again THANK YOU to you for all these shares, for this GENEROSITY, also for your HUMILITY, it does so much good to HUMANITY. I just wanted to tell you what I thought and sincerely wish you a HAPPY NEW YEAR 2016, there is still time!

Thursday, January 28, 2016 – Elga – Buch: Was ist ein Geglücktes Leben (Small treatise on inner life) Gutes Buch zum nachdenken lernen und sich annehmen… Translation: Good book to learn to think and take care of yourself.

Thursday, January 28, 2016 – Marion A BIG THANK YOU. I didn't read before… And you gave me a taste for reading. The first book I read was Le Bonheur … I was at a time in my life when I wasn't doing well (I was reading on the train, while walking, at home…), it really helped me. Right now I'm reading Small treatise on interior life . And again a BIG THANK YOU. KEEP WRITE!

Tuesday, January 26, 2016 – Céline from Strasbourg – Thank you, thank you for leading me to my release a year ago. It was in fact, in a context of stormy health and morale, while I was reading the chapter on freedom in your book The Soul of the World , that the unimaginable finally happened: I quit smoking. Out of fear, of course, but above all out of awareness of being no more than a slave to these continual cravings to smoke. So thank you for allowing me to regain my freedom, for allowing me to reconcile with myself (I was so angry with myself for having smoked during my pregnancy and afterwards) and for having initiated me on the path change, appreciation of the present moment (now unpolluted by these nicotinic impulses) by evoking the practice of meditation. Today and henceforth, I continue my journey towards the acceptance of my pain and the capture of the simple and so many happinesses in life. Thank you very much for being you, for passing on your experience.

Monday, January 25, 2016 – Catherine – The Power of Joy Hello Frédéric, I loved your latest book The Power of Joy . For several months I have felt a deep sadness and a great deal of dejection (like many French people) after the attacks and each time I hear the sad litany of shipwrecked migrants. Then, to console myself, I read your last work and I drew a lot of strength from it. My inner joy, which is never far away fortunately, returned to reading your words. Thank you for always enlightening us about the torments of our souls and always seeing the glass half full. I have been following you for a long time through your writings and wanted to congratulate you on your journey. Continue to comfort us and make us grow. Thank you !

Thursday, January 21, 2016 – Rolande (rolandeb@hotmail.com) – Appreciations I have read all your books. And I long to have in my hands The power of joy . It is always with a voracious appetite “that I devour you”!!! I am 86 years old and the time is mine to digest it all. I find you still young for having assimilated all these realities that you share… CONGRATULATIONS

Thursday, January 21, 2016 – Maddy Besson – Chance “God who goes incognito” Einstein A friend recommended a book on happiness to me, I tapped on the Payot website online and realized that this book was too expensive for me! !! On the page, I discover the book Du bonheur, un voyage philosophie , and the author Fréderic Lenoir reminds me of my grandmother's last name… Lenoir… I try my luck and order this book in pocket version which corresponds what I'm looking for… to educate myself without breaking the bank!!! And there, a huge surprise awaits me, an author, who until then was unknown to me, brings me answers to my questions, real support and above all the Joy of finding my Joie de Vivre!!!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you… for making your wealth, your knowledge and your Joie de Vivre available to everyone. Wishing you a nice day.

Wednesday, January 20, 2016 – Isabelle Lyon – Coeur de cristal I am discovering Coeur de cristal , which I discovered by chance on a bookstore shelf. I really got hooked on the idea of the tale. I read the quotes as a comfort before going back to work…and since then I've read half the book and still going. It's simply beautiful, both light and terribly deep. Highly recommended for all adults, not just children. Thanks Frederic.

Wednesday, January 20, 2016 – Régine – L'âme du monde Hello, L'âme du monde is the first book by Frédéric Lenoir that I have read and it is true that it is the first of a long list. I admit that these readings were the beginnings of a profound change in me, both from a professional and personal point of view. They are very useful to me in case of negative emotions. Thank you very much for this approach to life which makes these readings very accessible for uninitiated readers like me. I wish you a very good continuation and a very good year, filled with energy, passion,...

Wednesday, January 13, 2016 – Florence – Acknowledgment Dear Frédéric Lenoir, thank you for writing “Small treatise on inner life”. I keep it in my bag and leaf through it regularly to bring me back to basics and correct my behavior. I also leaf through it when I despair of the difficulties encountered in communicating with others and the lack of openness that most of us show. I have a hot temper stemming from a lack of self-confidence caused by this “narcissistic wound” that our parents sometimes inflict on us and whose content you explain so well. There is everything in which I believe in your book, sufficiently popularized to remain accessible to all, and I am delighted to offer it to spread the wisdom of it, at least to try because, as Einstein said, “it easier to break an atom than a prejudice”. Your book should be given to every newborn! Thanks to you, I now immerse myself in the writings of Marc Aurèle. Thank you again for letting me discover it. Beautiful year

Tuesday, January 12, 2016 – Christine I wanted to wish you a very happy new year 2016. May it bring you happiness, shared joys, projects, … Thank you for your books and your conferences. I always enjoy reading your books.

Tuesday, January 12, 2016 – Bribri73 – The Power of Joy  A big thank you for your book which confirms to me that certain judgments or observations that I made about today's society and about myself (questioning, influence of religion, etc.) were righteous. I felt these things but I did not know how to express them well. Thanks to you, your multiple experiences, I feel good and I experience a deep joy that I will try to share with all those I love… Thank you again.

Monday, January 11, 2016 – Catherine – Calendar Dear Frédéric Lenoir, please consider the Nimes region for your conferences or week-ends. Thank you very much, all my best wishes for a warm audience!

Saturday, January 9, 2016 – Sandrine – The Power of Joy Dear Frédéric, I have just finished your book The Power of Joy and closing it, I thought that if you had been near me, I would have joyfully gone to you. kiss to thank you… I start 2016 well! It's always a pleasure to read you but because I felt less aligned with myself these days, not knowing very well where I was going, did I feel a real connection with a joy deep by reading this book and it helped me to refocus on who I am deeply, my momentum of life and my projects to participate in improving the world. I also very much appreciated your sharing of personal experiences to illustrate your remarks because I find that it helps to make your writings even more human. Thank you very much and have a great 2016!

Friday, January 8, 2016 – Dakini – Thanks I listened to you last night in Valence, I had already heard you thanks to your book The Power of Joy . You reinforced my beliefs, thoughts, everything resonated right with me. Except for a single point, that concerning intuition. In the last “science and future” neuroscientists hold a less radical discourse. We must not always rely on our intuition… reason sometimes allows us to analyze it and act with discernment. I will still try to reinforce my intuition regarding my phone calls, to experiment… smile. You are a person full of positive energy, which contaminates us and that's good. See you soon, Mr Lenoir, because I am going to read your “Power of Joy” more carefully.

Wednesday, January 6, 2016 – Cathia – Happy New Year Thank you for writing your books that open our hearts to invite happiness. Thank you for reminding us that this noble feeling that connects us, men, women and children, is powerful, it keeps us alive in the present. Let's be sure that by feeding it, the beings on this earth will silence the wars… Thank you for helping us to control our ego because we are all equal. Thank you for writing because living in harmony without judging others is an art. A very good year Mr. Lenoir

Tuesday, January 5, 2016 – Alice – The Power of Joy I have just read The Power of Joy and it was a great cleaning. I thought I had done all the work on myself that you recommend and well no, at 83 I continue to “bring myself into the world” as Marie de Hennezel says. My life at 14 was to go back to the factory, my parents were too poor for me to continue my studies. Illness at 30 (6 months of san, leaving 3 children at home), completely changed my life. At the age of 50, I led seminars in a large company on communication, at the same time I led integration courses. I wrote my memories for my grandchildren and some friends, I was sure that I had reached the end. Well no, your book made me discover how despite all this work done to build myself, I remained marked by the desire to MASTER EVERYTHING. I made good progress, thank you!

Friday January 1, 2016 - Karineds - Testimony of day 1 of the year 2016 Hello, I am in this station this morning, alone, on this day 1 of the year 2016, asking myself after all the adventures of my life in 2015, job loss, separation, financial problems, if I was really going to continue living… I went to the press corner of this station while waiting for my train and saw your book. I said to myself another one who tells us nonsense, he does not know the reality of life. But curious, all the same, I bought your book Du Bonheur, a philosophical journey . I started to read it, what a surprise, what joy, I devoured it!!! In short, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, for writing this book!!! Carry on!

Friday, January 1, 2016 – Rémy – The soul of the world Beautiful work! However, I found the “O children of men” counterproductive and I regret the absence of the dissonant note, Lacanian psychoanalysis motivating by its incredulity and its sufficiency an eighth lesson: How to concretely implement a post Promethean thought? Sufficiency is understood in the sense of constituting alone the determining factor for obtaining the effect that one observes or the result that one expects based solely on reason and contemporary scientific knowledge; everyone has in mind the thinking of the children of the Commune with regard to religions and bourgeois culture, so there is no need to develop the confrontation. Beautiful present moment. cdt
