Dimanche 19 janvier 2025 – Isanna – Consternation | Abbé Pierre, un terme qui ne correspond plus à grand chose à ce jour. “Mon Dieu pourquoi ??” Titre d’un ouvrage paru en octobre 2005. Mon Dieu pourquoi ? Pourquoi avoir fait et agi de la sorte au nom de notre cher JÉSUS et notre Vierge Marie, au nom de DIEU, comme il savait tant le formuler dans ces écrits et paroles ?? On reste sans voix, mais avec une révolte intérieure, une indignation sans précédents face à du mensonge, du paraître, devant des victimes qui aujourd’hui prennent courageusement la parole, avec toute humilité et souffrances de leur vécu.
Samedi 19 octobre 2024 – Gilliane – Merci | Tout simplement MERCI à Frédéric Lenoir qui au travers de ses écrits, ses conférences, ses séances de méditation guidée, me font réaliser que la vie vaut la peine d’être vécue malgré ses aléas. Le positif attire le positif, il faut savoir s’accrocher et se dire que la vie est faite de ”bas” mais aussi de ”hauts”. Rien n’est gagné d’avance mais à force de persévérance, on peut y arriver. Et Frédéric Lenoir a en lui cette qualité inestimable de toucher le cœur de ceux qui cherchent un sens à leurs vies ; et j’en fais partie. Merci Frédéric.

However, there is something that bothers me about the character of the philosopher. That you are talking about Spinoza is one thing, but was it necessary to specify the Masonic lodge of which she is a member? For a woman like me without much culture and (poor on top of that) even if it has nothing to do with wisdom and intelligence, it's almost an insult. The selection and exclusion of human beings is not philosophy but politics; and above all it goes against spirituality and faith; it's a shame ! Nevertheless, I congratulate you on this book. Friday July 19, 2024 – clara.devi[at]outlook.fr – Abbé Pierre, my brother, my friend whom I will always love | Hello ! I am revolted by all these testimonies that are coming in... Rape is very fashionable!! Abbot Pierre in his pure conscience always declared that he had suffered from lack of affection in his childhood, and that his vows of chastity were difficult but sacred to him. He said it again and again simply, that sometimes he had made some occasional digressions. But he has never had an affair with a woman. He was a human being. He was normal. He was neither a pervert nor a pedophile. He was a normal man, healthy in body and mind. He said it in his will. He declared it at the end of his life in an interview with Marc Olivier Fogiel… Was it necessary to smear him? I am sad and sorry. I knew him personally. He certainly had a natural charm, and we also know that his close entourage protected him against certain hysterical women... I hope that we will publish positive testimonies on this subject.
Thursday May 2, 2024 – Frédéric – The Odyssey of the Sacred | I discovered your work at the BnF bookstore. Reading the back cover of “The Odyssey of the Sacred”, I rushed to your book. Your work perfectly complements “Sapiens, a short history of humanity” by Yuval Harari, and allowed me to open my eyes to my spirituality even if I remain an atheist.
Thanks to you, I see our world differently. Thank you very much for your work.

Friday January 26, 2024 – Marie-Hélène – My book “Le Cahier Vert” | In this life, I left without asking myself any questions. I had to succeed. Succeed in my school career, my training, my professional and then family career. I feel like I can say that I have fulfilled this requirement. But if I am sincere with myself, it is not the same with the synonym of success which is “achieve oneself”. Seen from this angle, my confidence is undermined. For what ? Although there is part of my responsibility, the environment in which my childhood took place, then my adolescence, did not help me understand the importance of expressing my desires, of getting to the bottom of myself and discover my dreams there.
The word “succeed” is everywhere. But, achieving something is even more important to me. Hence the need to learn to know yourself first. This is why I wanted to write the “Green Notebook”, that is to say Paulette’s dream!

Wednesday January 17, 2024 – Véronique – Jung, a journey towards oneself | In analysis since January 2023, on a spiritual retreat at the Saint Gildas de Rhuys Abbey, among the readings that I have taken with me, there is your book, “Jung, a journey towards oneself”. I thank you for illuminating my quest and providing answers to my inner questions. This is made possible by the very educational way in which you highlight Jung's work. I read “My Life”, and I was not able to perfectly discern his philosophy but I had the intuition that he had something to say to me. Thanks to you, I can access my individuation and accept the faith that is in me. This numinous that the artifices of a certain purely demonstrative religious practice tends to erase from our soul.

Monday June 26, 2023 – Monique Renault – Making society more human | Young children would be more anxious and for good reason: society, with its inhuman development which aims for success, money and power, distorts all human relationships by pointing the finger at emotions as if they were dangerous when they are at the origin of the psyche, the soul, since the beginning of time. Yes, you will tell me, but artificial intelligence will solve the problem. Humanoids in sight, poor humans! Gentlemen and ladies psychologists, you are looking for a cause where it does not exist, yet it is before our eyes. Our children react and that's good, it proves that they have good mental health. What child could not be anxious in this society which imposes this anxiety on them against their will? Man is free as long as he can express what he feels are unjust about the actions of the unjust. And who can better see what is unjust than children who have not yet been shaped by the unjust society? Leave our children alone! If there are “crazy” people, you have to look elsewhere. Making society more human is the objective that we adults should have so that young people can live and develop without problems.

Sunday March 5, 2023 – Michel – The Philosopher Christ | I wanted to show you my admiration for the magnificent text cited in the subject.
Without wanting to reveal myself, I am a modest reader sometimes repulsed by certain aspects of religious Christianity, which leads me to move from a fragile faith to an agnosticism more or less close to a form of atheism... in short my research is constant, which leads me to consult works on this theme, but each time I delve into your book I find a freshness with the scent of the gospels... Almost all the pages of my copy are highlighted, it has become my bedside book… all this tends to bring me closer to this type of spirituality and I wanted to modestly thank you for it.

Wednesday February 15, 2023 – Marie Sabine – Resilience | Hello, I was at your conference in Metz last week on the theme 'happiness can be learned' and what struck me was the fact that you mentioned the famous happy sobriety, consumerism and other terms linked to ongoing climate and societal change and that you made the link with happiness, it was a revelation for me. Indeed, I am an activist in everything related to climate change, the animal cause and other causes and I realize that happiness is to act, to set an example, to fight, to defend those who cannot. I would even allow myself to make a link with the word 'resilience' which for me is synonymous with happiness because in resilience there is the concept of acceptance, and I sincerely think that people who are ready to accept happy sobriety – a simple, humble, creative life shared with other people – will find this simple and resilient happiness.

In particular, I discovered the etymological link between desire and the stars: “Desire is also understood as a motor of action, as a vital power which frees us from astonishment”. Given the negativity of desire, which adjoins its positivity, should we not control it? What private ethics and what public policies should we therefore adopt given the power of desire? Wednesday October 19, 2022 – Michel – The Spinoza miracle | Good evening, of course, from simple writing, telling us about Spinoza is a salutary work.
He is one of the authors of the works cited in reference who suggests this message in addition to the approach to the divine, to the living, to nature in its entirety. Antonio Damasio, a brilliant American-Portuguese neurobiologist, it seems to me, extends, even magnifies the work of this Dutch Spinoza.
Indeed “the strange order of things” and its simplified version “feeling and knowing” sheds light on many ideas through the latest research of the American researcher, at the very least deepening them. In particular the notions of perceptions and affects and the effects they induce, emotions first and the sedimented memorization of affects that are feelings. A sentence included on the back cover of the first work cited summarizes the thought. “Man is not a system which thinks, it is a system which is inhabited by its feelings and which sometimes thinks”.

“Loving life like a mother”
Loving and respecting the living
Can be better understood by a mother.
She alone knows the pain of giving life.
Man in his story is guided by his desires
Of love but also too much desire, of power,
To the point of justifying its destruction without seeing
With any regret or the slightest glance!
With his last breath he will understand, too late.

Thursday August 25, 2022 – Carole – Jung, a journey towards oneself | Sir, I would like to thank you for the remarkable work you have done on the biography and synthesis of Jung's research work. I liked your way of combining extracts from his writings and your clear way of explaining their contents.
As a retraining nurse, I trained in hypnosis and then in another technique which activates the person's imagination to help them express solutions and resources from the unconscious. So body, mind and soul. I find myself completely in Jung's practice and thought.
As soon as the imagination becomes active, metaphors and physical sensations arise, creating surprise among those accompanied, whether they come for a physical or emotional, or even spiritual, health problem. As for the notion of meaning, it is fundamental for me. What do we want, what will this allow? How is this useful for you? And Jung showed the importance of these questions.
Friday August 19, 2022 – πηγή – Acknowledgments | I would start by saying “THANK YOU”, even if this little word can sometimes be interpreted as a conclusion, for my part, know that this is not the case. It's only just beginning. After a long period of crisis, day after day, watching your different quests, reading your works help me to open up to myself, but also to the world, they help me in my daily life, transform me , shape me, even toughen me and propel me towards new discoveries, thus producing ever more astonishment, wonder and commitment. It is true that many say they are “inspired” but do not inspire many. On the other hand, you are a source of inspiration for me Mr. LENOIR and I lack words to say how grateful I am to you. Thursday August 18, 2022 – Hugues – The Consolation of the Angel | Good evening Frédéric. Your book was on the shelf in my office among others that my wife had placed there, without telling me… I opened it by chance early in the evening. I just put it down after reading it in one go, my eyes a little moist at the end, obviously. This beautiful story touched me, for various reasons. Almost 10 years ago, your “Little Treatise on Inner Life” introduced me to full consciousness and allowed me to begin to rebuild myself. There I just opened a notebook to write down, I don't know what, beautiful things in any case. A desire to go to the bay of Kernic (but it's a bit far for this evening), and also to read the Contemplations… Thank you for what you write.
Monday July 25, 2022 – Nicolas – Thanks | I have just finished your “Little Treatise on the Inner Life” and I feel a feeling of profound well-being. Thank you for this sensitive and enlightened sharing. Each chapter of the book is directly linked to one of the promises I made to myself to move forward in my life and savor it. It is only if we succeed in healing our wounds through benevolent work of inner healing and forgiveness that we can bring about our inner peace and that the World can in turn be at Peace. Your book, which has become one of my bedside books, encourages me to continue the life journey that the encounter with Vipassana meditation and the discovery of Non-Violent Communication allowed me to begin ten years ago. Friday July 22, 2022 – Gérard – The Consolation of the Angel, its positive impact on me | The recent loss of my wife after a long illness against which she fought valiantly, provided me with daily companions sadness, loneliness, the absence of taste for life, despite children, family, friends .
I have just finished the novel The Consolation of the Angel , where the heroine Blanche, close to physical death, intensely expresses love and joy and recommends living each moment as a gift of life. What is this mysterious connection with her which, as soon as the novel was finished, completely changed my outlook and allowed me to see the time that remains as the possibility of deepening consciousness and helping others. Saturday July 16, 2022 – Thiaseve – The lack | Lack can send us to places, where our shadows impose their law
Without even seeing anything, anger, fear and hatred become the guides of our choices
The narrowed vision, becomes smaller and smaller, we look the world with our eyes filled with contempt
even the people we love are confused in our mind
Vengeance, resentment, jealousy, these incessant movements take place, but at what cost?
The bill is painful, melancholy becomes furious,
others are guilty of our dangerous madness,… introspection is perhaps advantageous
but for this, inner honesty is the silent key.
Well hidden behind years of accumulated wounds, it is time to encounter these hidden truths,

Thursday June 30, 2022 – Giga amoroso – Jun, a journey towards oneself | Not being a literary person, I discovered this immense thinker, philosopher and visionary researcher as you say Frédéric but above all a man very close to us with his faults and his qualities. In the chapter “The journey” of the journey towards oneself, we perfectly understand the role of our opposites, of our opposites, of the “anima” in the feminine and the “animus” in the masculine but individuated in our unconscious that it is useful to know in order to achieve “the completeness of our being”. I recommend your study to all couples who are torn apart and separated without knowing the reason even though they could continue to love each other while remaining different. Based on his own experience and that of his patients, I found real answers to mine on the ancestral deity, numinous and religious that we all inherit in our unconscious minds.
Wednesday June 8, 2022 – Map – Thank you | Just a huge thank you. I've read all your books, I think, but one sentence answered an existential question. I repeat it to myself and share it several times a week and it gives meaning to my life, currently full of upheavals: Existing is a fact, living is an art.

Since our birth, have we been faced with the work of resilience that pursues us? Do we grieve regularly, when we step out of our comfort zone? Is the person of attachment important in surviving trials, if he or she is no longer there, how can we find this inner strength? Blanche was able to answer a few questions, and questions my curiosity about our capacity. I had a complicated childhood and 2 years ago my husband died of a ruptured aneurysm. I found myself alone to manage everything with 2 young children. Which book do you recommend to me on accepting tests? It's always a great time to read you, thank you very much.

Sunday April 24, 2022 – Kristal Pierre – My feelings about the novels | Hello A few years ago, while I was looking for a novel, none in particular, I was attracted by a title: Crystal Heart . After reading the information about the author, as well as the summary of the work, I bought two copies, one for me and the second for a friend. The same day, I read the book in one go and I found it beautiful, so beautiful that I reread it a second time. A few days ago, I read the Soul of the World in one go and I was carried away by the beauty of the story. This writing reminded me of a wonderful book I had read a few years earlier. While searching in my books, I found “Crystal Heart” and checked the name of the author… It was of course the same :) Today, I am going to read “Just after the end of the world”. Thursday March 31, 2022 – Fred – Appreciation on “The soul of the world” | I really appreciated “The Soul of the World” and “Just After the End of the World”, I adopt this philosophy of life more and more and I have acquired wisdom, which means that I no longer have enemies, nor unbearable moments, everything must be put into perspective, no stress to be had, what must happen, will happen, the whole point is to live these last moments as pleasantly as possible and to share this state of mind with those who need it most. Take care of the humans around you, the reward is ultimate. A smile, a handshake, a knowing look have a lot of value.
Friday March 25, 2022 – Giga amoroso – “Jung, a journey towards oneself” | With your last essay, I discover this great visionary who encourages us to read you from your introduction because although your book was written during the pandemic but before the invasion of Ukraine by Russia, you quote his words in 1944: “… but that it is man who constitutes the greatest dangers for man. The cause is simple: there is still no effective protection against psychic epidemics; However, these epidemics are infinitely more devastating than the worst catastrophes of Nature! The supreme danger which threatens both the individual being and peoples taken as a whole is psychic danger.”

I was disappointed by the correspondence from your friend Robert Misrahi who asserts that Spinoza was an atheist and that he spoke of God, just to protect himself while it is always a question of a new vision of God in whom he believes. The word “God” does not only belong to the Christian religion or other religions. I know what I'm talking about, because I was: an atheist until 45 (without knowledge of God) and a practicing Catholic until 55. Today, I am no longer Catholic but I still believe in God and Spinoza enlightened me on my rejection of religions (often sectarian, if not always). I really discovered Jung from my discovery of the MBTI, and since then I have continued to delve into the subject. After reading your book, I now understand why Jung's theories and concepts resonate with me: I share his vision of religion, considering beings in their entirety, and so many other concepts! I had been frustrated when reading Freud's works, because I had the impression that certain aspects of personality or behavior were overlooked or even obscured, and I now understand that I am closer to Jung's thoughts than to those of Freud. Spirituality being about growing in humanity, developing one's dreams, one's potential, one's talents received. Certainly, we must “take care of our body so that our Soul wants to stay there”, but, we must first be fully aware that we are first and foremost spiritual beings, whose three dimensions or fundamental “components” are (from my humble point of view): Intelligence, Consciousness, Emotions and Feelings.
