Seminar day
from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

During this day-seminar, the major existential themes that give meaning to our lives and give us full satisfaction will be discussed: love, freedom, desire, happiness, joy. How can we learn to identify our most personal desires and free ourselves from mimetic desire and lust? To develop self-awareness and true inner freedom that will lead us to joy? To love oneself and to love others in a fair and lucid way? How to achieve deep and lasting happiness, despite the obstacles and difficulties of life? How to learn to remain calm in an unpredictable and chaotic world?

Program

9 a.m.: doors open
9:30 a.m.: physical connection with Valérie Ouvrard
9:45 a.m.: meditation guided by Frédéric Lenoir and beginning of the seminar
11:30 a.m.: break
11:45 a.m.: continuation of the seminar

12:30 p.m.-2 p.m.: lunch - sandwiches available

2 p.m .: resumption of the seminar
4 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.: bodily connection with Valérie Ouvrard and break
4:30 p.m. – 6 p.m.: continuation of the seminar and closing guided meditation by FL
6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.: dedication and free time for discussion with FL
